First, I called to locate a particular sneaker and spoke to an associate that was so helpful! ( do not have her name) Stopped at the store and Simone helped me try to find what I was looking for. She was aware that I may be stopping in that evening so great communication on the associate part that answered the phone. ( do not have her name) Simone brought me to the locations of the shoe I was describing and continued to do so. Never once saying they are over there, but walking, me to the location. She was helpful and so polite. I was not sure so I said I would check the shoe when I arrived home. I called the next day and spoke to Jason. He checked and found two pairs in colors and my size and put them aside for me. I went to pick them up and Jade was the first associate I encountered and she politely told me the associate at the register would be able to help me. She stopped what she was doing, addressed me and smiled. WOW…. The associate at the register Liz, finished her transaction and had my shoes ready for me along with another pair that they had located. Great! I love these! Now I have three pairs. I was so pleased with the service I purchased a pair for my grandson and took advantage of the buy one get one half off. This store was clean, neat and tidy. The associates friendly, attentive but not pushy and sincerely helpful! I would hire everyone of them! Great job to this team and to the training team! I will be back and tell all of my friends!

Asma Issam: I've been to this Skechers location in the past and found what I was looking for. Disappointed to have gone a few days ago at 10:35am and the store was still closed. The hours online and outside the store both say that it opens at 10am. So I wasn't able to shop there, it was a big waste of time. Please update the accurate store hours online and outside the store. There were a couple of other customers trying to get in at that time as well.

I went for the first time to skechers and the workers were all so helpful, Ashley was so kind to me, she helped me every step of the way and continued to make sure that i had found everything I needed. She was so helpful on showed me which shoes were the best for me since i am always on my feet. I recently found out that there was a Skechers in worcester, closer to home so i can continuously go there instead of ordering shoes online. I was definitely satisfied and will definitely be bringing my family there from now on. Highly recommended!

souviku: This was my first time buying online and pickup in store from sketchers and to say the least it was a horrible experience. Firstly the order was not ready when I came in, I had ordered 2 days back and received confirmation that my order was ready but it was not. Secondly the guy at the store was super rude, like it was my fault that he came in 10 mins back and has to deal with a bopis order immediately. Thirdly the shoe given to me was the one on display, to say the least it was dirty already and the guy told me to either take it or leave it. Well lesson learnt, sketchers is off my list, hopefully this is a one off incident at the particular store in Worcester.

I was fortunate enough to be helped by Rio and let me just say, wow, way to go above and beyond to help a customer! I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I entered the store but chose to look on my own for a particular item first. Turned out only applied to a very limited number of shoes not the ones I normally purchase. Employee told me there were too many limits to list them all and was not exactly sure which ones. I have been buying New balance athletic shoes there for years but prices have gone from $35 to $79 for them over time. I did not purchase there this time and was fairly annoyed at the coupon come-on. They often have sent a $5 off coupon which I've never had an issue using. New balance store at Amazon had the same exact same shoes for $50 same day delivery vs $79 at DSW. DSW won't be an automatic go to for me anymore.

RM Cerv: They no longer carry Nike but they do carry New Balance, Skechers and Ryka. They do not carry shoe laces.

It was frustrating to see how unknowledgeable they were about the company they all represent. It was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional of their part to not go above and beyond for each and every client who even considers this company as an option.The manager did take into consideration locating the item after asking the front female cashier with pink nails. She asked if I had shopped with DSW before assuming I just hadn’t. As I observed her typing my phone number incorrectly I could tell it bothered her when I corrected her. As I clearly observed she was indeed typing my phone number incorrectly. It is very important to have listening skills. As she was retyping the phone number into the keyboard..she strongly pressed the keys with her index finger. I clearly saw she works to have her nails done professionally. If you are going to have your nails done I would suggest you learn how to move them as you carefully listen. She knows nothing about shoes working for DSW. The boots I am wearing are $300 Coach boots. Another tip is to learn how to be more observant to the shoes your clients come in wearing as it will tell you a lot about who you are dealing with. I am not saying this to undermine the quality of DSW as a company as I do think they have excellent options. One of the unknowledgeable team members insisted saying “we were closed”, very rudely. As he noticed I was persistent to locate the item I was in there for. Then the manager said it was closed. I said, I know..to both of them. Of course I know they are closed that’s why I took it upon myself to look to leave the premises as it was absolutely unpleasant. The manager was under the impression I had already purchased the item he took the time to find. I gave him a a strange look. As the unknowledgeable team member didn’t even mention the item he was holding was for me. That’s another strike - LACK OF COMMUNICATION! It is very important when conducting business. I have to say if you took the time to read this. I highly suggest you think twice before stopping at this particular location. You have been warned about the pathetic service this store offers. As my plan was to visit the location in Boston.

Jenya Kruglyansky: Worn those sandals (first picture) maybe 5 times within a month from a purchase at Kohls on May 6th of this year. I noticed the problem and brought them back to return to Kohls in Framingham on June 5th. A manager was very unhappy with the return and game me a hard time rejecting the return at first because the purchase, she said, was made over 6 months ago despite I showed a receipt. She did process the return then and I did apologize for the inconvenience, but not the other way around to my surprise. The second picture has sandals from Target that I have worn for at least 3 years with no such a problem. Of course, it is a different material but you can see that the appearance is still good and has no such a problem. I learned from this experience that this type of sandals I purchased at Kohls I will never buy again because their appearance does not last long. Funny, that I had thought I would throw out the Target sandals after purchasing the Kohls ones, but I keep the Target sandals for longer now.I never had such an unpleasant experience at this Kohls store before which is my main store to shop, and which was my first work back in 2007 when I came to the United States and worked at Framingham Kohls at the Women Department. This experience is not going to change my mind to shop there as I highly think of this manager seeing her on the floor when shopping and knowing that she is very good with Kohls customers. I just do not really understand why I was given a hard time and why my return experience was unpleasant.Thank you for reading this review.

M E: I went to Kohls in Framingham the other day for a few things. I found everything I needed without any help. There was a t shirt that I wanted to buy but my size wasn't there. So I asked one of the girls if they had more in backstock. She had her handheld computer to see and it said they had one. So she went out of her way to check dressing rooms to see if it was hanging around somewhere. When she came out, I said that's ok, no big deal. She asked me if I wanted to order it online and said sure. We went to the kiosk and did that and she put in a code for 20% off. This girl spent 15 minutes for an $8 sale!! Who does that these days? Thank you Samantha!! Top notch service with class at this store.

Sizes all over the place, messy to the point that it was like a bomb went off with things on the floor, tangled hangers, things in the completely wrong place. Long wait at checkout too. Was shopping with an elderly parent and this was not easy for her to navigate at all so we won't be back even though I chanced upon some sale items that were excellent discounts. Most of the other things I saw were ridiculously overpriced and a mess to slog through. For instance, a table sized fake fern in a plain white container that was $80 and $65 for a Spring flower door wreath.

Tim McGrath: I like Kohl’s. There are a few things I’m able to find there reliably, and there is an occasional hidden gem at a good price. They also have excellent customer service. That being said, their men’s formal wear is sometimes very overpriced. I needed a blazer on short notice today, and I paid $220 dollars for a no-name jacket. That’s very high for a department store. You can buy a much better quality jacket at a specialty store for that price, but none were open at the time. Also, the cashier folded the jacket like a t-shirt and put it in a shopping bag. I realize that Kohl’s isn’t Brooks Brothers, but for that price a formal jacket should leave the store on a hanger covered in plastic. I’ll continue to shop there, but this particular experience was a disappointment.
