emma nancy: Every time I’ve been in there they treat me like I’m going to steal and it makes me very uncomfortable. I typically get 3-4 employees from the makeup section staring me down and following me but rarely ask if I need help. Even when I do buy something I still feel very judged. Sad but I just try to avoid it now if I can.
Marilyn MC: I went here to find a dress . Drove an hour and 17 mins. I loved walking thru this store . We used to have one in my hometown but they closed it . I didn’t find what I was looking for but I found my dress at another store in the same mall.
Andy Pham: I had a great experience working with Patricio from the Indochino inside the Nordstrom. He was very thorough with me and my groomsmen’s suit alteration and the suit came out great! He’s very friendly and has great charisma and I highly recommend having him do your alterations. Make sure to request him and not depend on the Indochino website to assign him to you.

Sara Pacheco: This is my third bad experience at the Natick Store. Especially at the shoe department. Unfortunately I did not get this ladies name but I spoke to Matt - supposely the dept manager and reported to him. I arrived at the counter to make a return and asked this lady if someone was available to help me, she rudely replied that I had to wait for someone to become available to “help” me. I understand they are busy but the way you interact with a customer can make a difference. Her tone annd attitude were not polite. Again, I will continue to shop online but will refuse to step foot at the Natick store.
I “Ariana” M: Older women with glasses at Chanel counter, with accent and dark hair didn’t want to help me. I don’t know why they have all the old women working there at cosmetics. They have no idea about makeup or trends with makeup. It’s a ghost town for sure…
Bill: This is an update to an old 1 star review. I had a negative experience a few years back. I walked in yesterday on my way into the mall not planning to shop at Nordstrom. I was approached by Amanda and an hour later I had the clothes I needed for my daughters wedding. Amanda was really great and restored my faith in Nordstrom. Knowledgeable, engaged and confidant. She even took pictures so I could text them to my wife and daughters for approval. Great experience! Thank you Amanda.

Nataliia Ost: 1 year later and rating dropped below 0. This ghost town needs to be closed down or serious training with all careless employees needs to take place. I approached one of the lazy Willeys resting on the counter with a simple request to order a product for me, please forgive me my intention get you a commission (use to work in retail, trying to be empathetic) and was smacked with "it is not available for order" while you can clearly see on the screen of the working phone that this item ready to be loved and sprayed. Ending up ordering from a different retailer($360)... The vibe of this place is generally wacky and unpleasant, spending money is fun, but definitely not here

Jordan Rich: The middle aged RBF brunette woman with circular glasses working at the Nars booth is insanely unfriendly and unlikeable. Not helpful when it comes to Nars makeup or proper sanitary measures. The attitude she gave me when I questioned applying a tester lipstick was INSANE especially given that, you know, we all went through a pandemic. The rest of the women working the makeup floor were kind and knowledgeable though when I spoke with them. Not sure what the Nars associate’s problem is but I’ll steer clear of her next time.

Phil W.: I didn’t find a place on the Macy’s website to put this, so I’ll put it on a Google review. I just wanted to bring attention to an older gentleman named Jim that works on the second floor in the men’s department next to the Last Act section. I went there on Father’s Day, and I have never seen anyone so attentive to detail and customer service as Jim. When people handed him shirts that they had just try it on, he would button every button and fold it as if it came new in the package and gingerly, put them into the bags, so that when customers got them home, the clothes would still look as wonderful as they did in the store. He was very attentive to helping us find prices and ran over to the other side of the men’s department to help find the correct prices for us so that we would have a good shopping experience. I only hope that the rest of the employees are as nice as Jim!

Kyla Gunnell: I went shopping with one of my girl friends and she wanted to buy 1 pair of shorts. We waited in line and there were 2 lines. We were waiting and 2 woman asked if we were in line and we said yes and they stood behind us. Well then the man checking people out looked at us then to the people behind us and took them to another register skipping us completely. We walked behind them and the man made a joke about running away. This was not funny to us as it was obvious he purposefully skipped over us.

Yuting Li: Very disappointed experience at this store and will not recommend to any of my friends. The cashiers are the least helpful ones I have ever seen. They should help resolve the problem of price or at least report to the manager but they simply refused to provide any assistance. Anyway I will not go to this store anymore.
Sarah: Very disappointing. I was there to return some items I had bought online and I was explaining the circumstances why I had missed the return deadline. No one would even care to listen. They did not even try to help. I would have accepted it as a decent treatment of customer if they had at least listened to me and call their manager to see if there was any way to help - even if the outcome would have been the same. They literally showed no interest and no sympathy. I will never step foot in that store - even though it is only 2 miles from my house. Very disappointed in Nordstrom Rack. Such a waste of time and money.

I work in customer service so I know how I bend backwards to make a customer feel whole. This guy was rude, dismissive and not what I expected from “ the rack”. The David and Jason Show: They need more people to help. Their stock is pretty low. It’s horrible when they’re to find a game and they didn’t have any in stock looked around ask the person said they won’t even have any in stock for the next week. Walmart might be a little bit better.
John Smith: Consistently long lines for checkout. Despite having 14 registers, there’s only ever a few open so there’s a long wait to checkout. Doesnt seem to matter what time of day.

Doris Christelis: Customers PLEASE pay attention when your order is bring rung up. It is unfortunately common for the pricing to be wrong and you are not getting the advertised sale prices or the gift cards you are supposed to be getting with your order. This has happened multiple times to me. I have started taking photos of the gift card offers on display in the aisles to "prove" to the cashier that they owe me more. Unfortunately while they do give me the gift card they do not change the programming so the next customer will either be ripped off or will have to also "prove" they are right. This is nuts!

There are some aisle that are completely blocked by unpacked boxes. I even found two juice bottles opened and halfway drank in a display. This store needs a major cleanup and reorganization.

Judy Kalman: Don’t bother. They are out of stock even if they send you an email saying your pick up is ready. Then you have to wait in line 15 minutes. Then you have to execute a return of the missing item so that you get credit on your credit card. Then you have to go to the aisle yourself in order to find the item. The item is not there. And then you walk out of the store having made a totally wasteful trip.

Got told it’ll be a half hour wait for someone to find a PAIR of knee high socks while 3 employees were standing around doing nothing. Went to go look for said socks in the sock aisle and asked if they had any in stock. I was told that I was in the sock aisle by the girl “stocking”. Obviously she had seen me looking for them in the area. Helped “look” and said I don’t see any when the site mentioned that there were some in stock. Not that you can tell where anything is because clothes were thrown all over the floor so that customers had to step over them. Nothing was in the right place.If you’re going to run a business make sure it doesn’t look like a hurricane ran through it, and maybe hire more helpful people.

Kristina “Chicklassique” Mateo: The selection is sparse. Great selection of Size 00 O, 1 nothing at all for the average girl. The prices extremely high for the quaility.
Fino Caraco: Went there looking for a specific perfume for my wife. I found it but paid a premium price for it. But that is Nordstrom... The store is super clean and organized. The retail staff was very professional and friendly.

Jeremy Schrager: Very solid Nordstrom in the suburbs; facility is clean and fairly organized, though I've noticed their inventory levels of late seem fairly light. Additionally the men's section sometimes is inundated and guests are left to wander.That being said I just had a 5/5 experience with Courtney (though I hope I am spelling her name correctly). She was extremely helpful, thoughtful and courteous. It's rare to find an employee who so swiftly able to try and figure things out to help a guest. Awesome work Courtney!

Kaylin Smith: I do not recommend shopping here or ordering online for pickup. I ordered a wallet for my father today which said it would be ready for pickup by the end of the day. When I go to pick up my order the 5 employees at the pick-up desk said that even though online stated my order would be ready by the end of the day, it doesn’t guarantee I would be able to pick it up today. Which makes completely no sense and is false advertisement. I then ask if I would be able to ship it to my house instead because I would rather not deal with this chaos again. They said that they wouldn’t be able to do that in stores and I would have to call customer service to switch it when my order is ready. I don’t understand why the 5 employees all standing there twiddling their thumbs couldn’t take down my address and change it themselves, instead they chose to be lazy. Due to this lack of customer service, I decided to go down to the men wallet section and try to find the wallet to purchase myself. To my surprise I was disappointed by the lack of organization the wallet shelf was in. All the wallets looked like they have been ransacked. The boxes either didn’t have a top or had the wrong wallet in a different box showing a different price. For Nordstrom to be considered a luxury department store I would expect better organization and quality. Instead TJ Maxx seems to have mastered the skill of organization and customer service better than Nordstrom. For spending over $100 on a wallet I would expect nice packaging with correct price labels. I honestly was just so disappointed by this experience that I hope to never give my business to this store again. I will be ordering a wallet on Amazon.
RM Cerv: It is a smaller Nordstrom so does not have the selection some of the stores have, but is usually sufficient for my purposes. The cosmetics dept. is generous with samples. They have a good selection of Free People and Halogen clothing

May P: Very poorly managed store. Supervisors get bonuses to keep hours low so they are constantly understaffed, and when workers fail to keep up with quotas due to how understaffed they are, they get berated for the situation their own supervisors created. Piles of product get stuck in the back, inaccessible, because there's never enough people to push it out onto the floor. The blame then gets shifted onto order fulfillment when they can't find products that they literally can't access because they are stuck on pallets in the back. This causes problems for customers when ordering online especially, as products will be listed as in-stock online even if they are stuck in the back, where workers literally physically cannot reach them. As such, many online orders cannot be fulfilled properly and you're never guaranteed to get the item you ordered. Their customers and their workers deserve better than this, and the management should be replaced with people who actually know how to run a store.EDIT 6/27/23: Instead of doing anything productive about this, Target has now decided to RAISE the order limit to 10 instead of 8 items, and expects its staff to fill these orders in the same amount of time, which was often not even enough for their 8-item limit, due to all of the above problems. So, yeah. Don't spend your money here.

Angel Crow: I want to thank the Target staff for helping me yesterday. I am autistic and felt I was being mistreated by the blonde pharmacist who works for CVS. I tried to advocate for myself and let that person know how they were treating me was causing me to be overwhelmed and that it wasn't okay. I tried to remain calm but grew increasingly upset until I had an actual meltdown. I was unable to get myself out of the store without help from target staff. They listened to me with kindness and compassion, got me water, kleenex, and even took me out another entrance so I didn't have to face the registers. I want to thank them for listening and treating me with dignity and respect.

mary beams: Went shopping Christmas eve, all registers were open. Found every thing I was looking for no problem, wasn't that crowded and cashiers were quick to ring up items and bag them. Almost better then rest of the shopping days. Returned a item there were even extra help at that counter. If your really in a rush and there are long lines you can checkout In the electronic dept. Great experience.

Don't try to order anything online because it will tell you they have the item in stock and then after you place the order you'll get an email in about an hour telling you they had to cancel your order because the item isn't in stock. Had this happen numerous times a multiple store locations. Very disorganized and makes shopping online a waste of time with Target.
Aly Eve Remmos: It used to be fine, but today I just went in and they've blocked off the entire entrance where you can easily get to everything. I use a walker and I had to walk probably an extra 1000 steps and maneuver through aisles blocked by merchandise. Totally inaccessible and unfair. Shoplifters ruin my independence in living apparently.
