Bethamy Boucher: Overpriced crop tops and band t shirts, warped uneven floors and piles of clothes hidden under tables with dusty fitting rooms only containing a wooden cube and a dimly lit mirror make it hard to shop with a sale section stuffed into a closet, this place is no longer for anyone over 25 years old

However, very dissatisfied with the customer service here — the older woman was really PUSHY about when they were closing, like literally reminding us every few minutes when they were closing as if I didn’t have a phone that told time. Frankly, for the amount someone would spend here you’d think they’d be nicer! Needless to say, I told my family not to spend a dime here because this location did not deserve it.

Daniel Fredericks: I visit this anthropology routinely with my Fiancé and I am sad to say that this Anthropologie got rid of their couch and replaced it with a chair. Gone are the days of multiple men or women being able to sit at a given time. There was almost a line of other guys ready to sitOverall, the chair is alright to sit in comfort wise with some decent back support. Although, I'm not really sure what to do with the extra white cushion.They do also have a bed, but I have been told repeatedly that your not supposed to sit on them while in stores. Not being able to use the is a disappointment because man it looks nice.

Madison Bennett: Will not ever come shopping here again. No associates, no help, store is a complete mess, fitting rooms shut down. I was waiting in line at the register and there was a return issue. The store manager got involved and was extremely rude to customer in front of me. It made very very uncomfortable and upset especially when she started laughing and mocking the customer when she walked away. Is this how you treat your customers? I will not be shopping at Forever 21 anymore or my kids. Very unprofessional place.

Karla Marquinez: Worst forever 21 you can ever go to! Clothes are dragged all over the dirty floor that they never clean. Stock boy in the back pees in water bottles and touches the clothes right after. (The manager, Masha, knows this and does nothing). Store is run by a whole bunch of little kids that don’t know how to make logical, executive decisions and then wonder why they’re not making any money. Most unsanitary clothing store in the nation. If you don’t want to catch some disease, go elsewhere. If you even try to complain, the store manager, masha, will literally laugh in your face and turn away (talk about entitled and rude)
Jiji Met: The store sold me an DEFECTIVE ITEM where the zipper or the dress opens up when I wore the dress and I was left with my underwear showing in a restaurant. Apparently this situation amused the store manager who was unbelievably mean and un unempathetic. I was never treated this way my entire life. You do not sell your customers defective items at a high price point and then refuse to refund because they wore it. Im not staying quiet about this Because it s not only the worst customer series but also you have no right into selling defective clothing items to customers.

Whitney greeted me and made me feel so comfortable, and assured me I did not need an appointment. This was followed by Sam who was perfectly attentive, honest and efficient for the next two hours. I left with the perfect dress and accessories. I am so grateful to have come to this store and find that it could accommodate my specific and very time sensitive needs. Great Experience.

CJ Grace: Came here with an appointment for bhldn dresses looking for a wedding dress. The lady assigned to me was mediocre, most not helpful, and didn't seem to be knowledgeable about giving a bride a dress experience that will make her want to leave with her dream dress in hand. I also felt like the other ladies/brides in the store were getting a nicer experience than I was - more knowledable associates, friendlier, etc. The condition of the sample gowns were horrendous - they were filthy and some were so ripped and torn it was hard to imagine them being "the one". Besides our personal helper and the condition of the samples, the store was well kept and in a nice area. Overall I was underwhelmed and didn't find the right dress.
Wendy McEttrick: We shopped at BHLDN for the perfect wedding dress and we found it! We actually found two but had to choose. Our salesperson, Lauren, was fantastic! She made us feel comfortable, she was fun, she knew her stuff! Thank you. The store has quite the selection of conventional and unconventional styles. The prices are so reasonable. Definitely put this store on your list.
Meghan Rose: The manager here seems hardened, and wasn't personable at all. She clearly has worked retail for too long and needs a vacation. She looks at customers like sheep, and can't be bothered with anyone. I get the sense she likes to manage, but she really shouldn't interact with customers the way she does. The rest of the staff is LOVELY, but I definitely will go to the Anthro at the Natick Collection brother than Chestnut Hill, because theres seemingly some elitism going on here, and I don't need that when I go to spend money in their store. I did buy a wedding dress from BHLDN with Olivia, who was WONDERFUL. Couldn't have been better :) Thank you, Olivia!!!
Emily Hutchins: I had the most wonderful experience at BHLDN with the stylist Olivia. She was sweet, patient, sincere, and very professional, and I appreciated the informed sizing and alteration options she gave me (she is also a seamstress). The atmosphere of the store was quite relaxing, too. I've been to a couple of other salons but here I never felt rushed or like I was being "up-selled" dresses outside of my budget by obsequious attendants. Also, the dresses are gorgeous - I certainly recommend you make an appointment and give it a try!
