Alexandra Connor: I dropped my pants off for alterations, and they lost them. Under 60 days, definitely not donated yet. I go in twice to try to get them back, they find it in their alterations records the first time, will call me back. Never did, so I come in a second time and they say they cannot reimburse me for my loss because I don't have the original alterations slip. Trying to give me a run around so they can avoid accountability for losing my pants. Terrible service, out $40.

G A: What kind of retail clothing store would not accept in store returns in 2023? The answer is Uniqlo. Why did they do this and how is it beneficial to anyone? I’m not sure. One thing I’m sure about is that I’ll definitely avoid buying clothes from them in the future because of this stupidity.
Shujuan Liu: UNIQLO is really bad. The return policy is awful. I don’t plan to buy anything from UNIQLO going forward. I spent the entire afternoon and visited both UNIQLO Natick and UNIQLO Chestnut Hill two stores and can’t return the stuff I bought 5 days ago. Their service is terrible.

C pick: The return policy is awful. Getting out of a pandemic and with the gas prices... still Uniqlo only allows returns at the store you purchased from. Remember that so you aren't driving around all over the place to return a t shirt. Plus they charge for a paper bag. Plus their t shirts shrink and shrink and shrink. On adults and kids. I know my kids aren't growing that fast but the Uniqlo keep getting smaller and smaller. They have completely lost a customer in me. I will buy from stores with a better return policy. Uniqlo doesn't care about customers at all! Terrible!

emma nancy: Every time I’ve been in there they treat me like I’m going to steal and it makes me very uncomfortable. I typically get 3-4 employees from the makeup section staring me down and following me but rarely ask if I need help. Even when I do buy something I still feel very judged. Sad but I just try to avoid it now if I can.
Marilyn MC: I went here to find a dress . Drove an hour and 17 mins. I loved walking thru this store . We used to have one in my hometown but they closed it . I didn’t find what I was looking for but I found my dress at another store in the same mall.
Andy Pham: I had a great experience working with Patricio from the Indochino inside the Nordstrom. He was very thorough with me and my groomsmen’s suit alteration and the suit came out great! He’s very friendly and has great charisma and I highly recommend having him do your alterations. Make sure to request him and not depend on the Indochino website to assign him to you.

Sara Pacheco: This is my third bad experience at the Natick Store. Especially at the shoe department. Unfortunately I did not get this ladies name but I spoke to Matt - supposely the dept manager and reported to him. I arrived at the counter to make a return and asked this lady if someone was available to help me, she rudely replied that I had to wait for someone to become available to “help” me. I understand they are busy but the way you interact with a customer can make a difference. Her tone annd attitude were not polite. Again, I will continue to shop online but will refuse to step foot at the Natick store.

Bill: This is an update to an old 1 star review. I had a negative experience a few years back. I walked in yesterday on my way into the mall not planning to shop at Nordstrom. I was approached by Amanda and an hour later I had the clothes I needed for my daughters wedding. Amanda was really great and restored my faith in Nordstrom. Knowledgeable, engaged and confidant. She even took pictures so I could text them to my wife and daughters for approval. Great experience! Thank you Amanda.

I approached one of the lazy Willeys resting on the counter with a simple request to order a product for me, please forgive me my intention get you a commission (use to work in retail, trying to be empathetic) and was smacked with "it is not available for order" while you can clearly see on the screen of the working phone that this item ready to be loved and sprayed. Ending up ordering from a different retailer($360)... The vibe of this place is generally wacky and unpleasant, spending money is fun, but definitely not here

Jordan Rich: The middle aged RBF brunette woman with circular glasses working at the Nars booth is insanely unfriendly and unlikeable. Not helpful when it comes to Nars makeup or proper sanitary measures. The attitude she gave me when I questioned applying a tester lipstick was INSANE especially given that, you know, we all went through a pandemic. The rest of the women working the makeup floor were kind and knowledgeable though when I spoke with them. Not sure what the Nars associate’s problem is but I’ll steer clear of her next time.

Lauren SooHoo: I walked into this store not knowing it was closing a few minutes after I had gotten in. I realized soon after and was going to exit but the girl who was working at the store stopped and made sure I got what I needed before I left even though they were literally closing. I apologized many times and told her I could come a different day but she kindly offered to help me and stayed behind to help look for jeans for me. I know working in retail came be very frustrating but this worker was so welcoming to someone who had entered the store way too close to closing and I really appreciated her generosity in letting me stay, helping me look for clothing, and helped check me out. This was such an amazing experience at this particular pacsun and I would come back just to thank this worker again for her help.

Shannon Sargent: Drove 45 minutes here to do a return so I didn’t have to pay the shipping and wait forever to return by mail. I had my receipt and all items were in their original condition. He claimed the second swimsuit wouldn’t ring into their system so he couldn’t return it. Then he said since I paid using afterpay, none of the items could be returned in the store. I’ve returned multiple items in other stores that I used afterpay for my form of payment.p He made zero attempt to resolve the issue with the bathing suit that wasn’t ringing in (not sure why he couldn’t manually enter it) and he was supposedly the manager. No wonder most of their locations have gone out of business. They probably shouldn’t have children in charge of the store if they want any business.

When I was in line he was also openly talking down to his employees. I would suggest using another store or shopping online.

They both went the extra mile , found the 40 and fitted me. It went from looking good to looking great. Thank you!

Store purchases can only be returned to the SAME store you purchased from, not any other store.May 3, 2023 Update:Most employees are nice and a few are extremely nice. Unfortunately, this location had a rude male working on May 3rd at noon who needs some training in customer service; I didn't catch his name as he didn't introduce himself. I asked to make a return for an online purchase and he said that wasn't possible in-store; I had to pay $7 and print my own return label. When I said that the same item was sold in the store, he reiterated that it was the return policy and I cannot return an item to the store regardless of whether the item was in the store or not. I walked away after confirming there was nothing I could do but lose $7 on a $20 T-shirt if I chose to return it. Everything was fine with the employee until then since I understand he could not have changed the poor store policy. However, as I walked away, he immediately started *laughing*, which not only made me upset by the poor return policy but also appalled by the customer service. That's a great way to lose some business, Uniqlo! This isn't the first time I've had unprofessional customer service at a Uniqlo store so it seems like an issue that continues to slip by their hiring or training processes.April 2023 review:In general, Uniqlo is a great brand with a large variety of clothing. Not everything is high quality and prices are average unless there is a sale, but you can find great deals or unique clothing here.Most of the workers I have had the pleasure of being greeted or assisted by have been great at this location. Cassy in particular helped me find options for pants I was looking for. Despite not seeing her again as I continued to browse and try on clothes, she came up to me at the checkout when she saw me and enthusiastically asked what I had decided to purchase.

Gene A.: What kind of clothing retail brand won't accept in store returns in 2023? The answer is Uniqlo. I have no idea why they did this but it's the main reason I won't ever do business with them. The store associates could not understand plain simple English, not that I care but it's not efficient.
Christopher Nguyen: I consider myself a very loyal Uniqlo customer. I now understand that Uniqlo has a specific return policy that is not unique to this location. I reviewed the poor reviews of this location and my experience was not unique. I tried to return an item to this store (from a different store) and the employee was simply unkind, nasty and dismissive. The employee may have had a bad day, but we were really offended by their delivery and our treatment. We subsequently went to the Natick store, and their employees were very nice, supportive and appreciative.I do NOT recommend this store, and I will now actively inform my friends and family to avoid this store. I recommend going to the Back Bay and Natick store.
Mark T Goobs: Staff sits at the registers doing side work and then get cranky when you approach for them to ring you up. They roll their eyes for disturbing them as they direct you to the self check out with a full drip of condescension.
f F: The worst customer service and policies. They would not give store credit without a receipt. Went back with my receipt few days later and now they can't give store credit unless I go back from Newbury street to Natick where the original sale happened. Their manager has the worst customer service skills which is why she was probably hired in the first place since their policies are intended to make it as inconvenient as possible for you. Never again.
Maura Glandorf: Quality of clothing is terrible. Wore a shirt once and after one wash it developed a large hole. I brought it along with the same shirt unworn with tags on back to store with my original receipt but they refused to take them back because it was beyond their 14 day return policy. I was even willing to take a merchandise credit for the unworn one but they still refused. Horrible customer service as bad as their quality. Stay away.
Sheila Taylor: Probably my favorite Uniqlo location in the greater Boston area.It is well organized, spacious and they have a lot of stock.The best part is their self-serve checkout where you throw your items in a bin and the computer reads all the tags. No scanning necessary!
