Michelle Pisciotta: I had a great experience. I was greeted right away and help was offered. The associate explained the layout of the store. I was approached multiple times to make sure I was doing ok. The staff was knowledgeable at check out and extremely patient. Great experience and I will go back.
Judith Allen-Shaw: I received a new prescription from my eye doctor. A friend told me she got her latest pair of glasses from WP and that the prices were very good. When I rentered the WP store at my local mall, I was met by the optometrist/ophthalmologist. He explained what the store offers. There are no gimmicks, because pricing is straight forward. The young lady who waited on me was knowledgeable and guided me on the pair that worked best for me. The entire process was quick and painless. I can't wait to see the finished product.
Chris Weindorf: Went to get an eye exam and to purchase a new set of glasses. I was unable to make eye appointment, but they were able to reschedule later that day. All the staff were welcoming and super helpful. The person helping me brought out a pair of glasses they didn't have on display. It was unprompted and ended up being the pair I went with. I have been to WP before but never to this location. I was honestly blown away with what an easy and friendly experience it was. I highly recommend them!

I ended up going to a local optometrist and they got it right the first time. If you have a cataract get your prescription from somewhere else.

Went in for an eye exam, didn't think I could find frames at the same time, wasn't sure how the in-store process worked versus the 'try on at home'. My interactions with everyone were incredibly pleasant. I knew I wanted glasses and was able to spend as much time as I wanted looking for them and trying them on and finding out about my options. Can't say enough about how helpful everyone was. And the store is just so clean and bright.I just gotta say how Gary Pierre was perfect -- so helpful and knowledgeable and patient and pleasant.Postscript, I ordered two pairs of glasses and they were delivered today, just two days later.
Selene Jasmin Prata: Very upsetting. Got my glasses and brought them in to get adjusted. My glasses ended up with hairline scratches making the inner corners blurry to see out of. Then I was offered new glasses and got them in the mail incorrectly. Very very disappointing. Asking for a refund. Very unacceptable.
J: I went in to try on some glasses and had some questions about fit. I was completely ignored for about five minutes as I wandered around and waited for assistance. One individual was kind and helped when I went up to her after she greeted a customer who came into the store after me. She grabbed some frames for me to try, and then walked away.There was another customer who was there when I arrived and they were receiving top-notch assistance from someone who seemed lovely! Seems like hit or miss.

Linette (Valentino): One word BERTO! He’s so friendly and charismatic, he tended to my boyfriend and me right away. We went in to kill some time and I honestly don’t believe I would have purchased anything if it weren’t for Berto being there. He made us feel so comfortable, and informed us on all the latest styles. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK! Give that man a raise !!!!!!
Melissa Barr: By far the best experience at this Sunglass Hut with Berto! He’s literally the nicest and most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with while shopping- it’s extremely hard to find that these days! I originally came in to exchange a pair of sunglasses I got as a Xmas gift. He was so awesome the whole time. Letting me try on what I wanted and even gave me his advice of which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the sunglasses I got that day broke so I went back to him today to see what could be done. He agreed that the sunglasses were defective and ordered me a new pair at no charge! He also had me in and out within10 minutes because I had to be at work. I just can’t say enough good things about Berto. If you’re in the market for some new shades do yourself a favor and go see him at the Sunglasses Hut inside of Macy’s at the Natick Mall!

I picked Warby Parker Burlington Mall because we needed to do some shopping, and eat lunch, so it was a convenient location. The staff and doctor visit for my eye exam exceeded all expectations. Immediately following my visit, my wife and teenage son (who were in the room with me) signed up to have their own eye exams next week. Dr. Gill was efficient, effective, professional, and friendly. I recommend Dr. Gill and Warby Parker Burlington Mall without hesitation.

They spoke to the person at the store to help them correct the matter, everything was resolved, and was able to go ahead and purchase the glasses he wanted. He was very patient and we were very satisfied with his excellent help.

Amanda O'Brien: I made my first purchase with Warby Parker a few weeks ago because I needed prescription sunglasses. The frames arrived and I knew they need some more leveling and adjusting which seemed to be an easy fix. After a poor experience at another location, as I watched the optician bend and twist the frame with her hands (I’ve been wearing glasses for decades to know this is of course not acceptable). I had decided I was going to return the sunglasses, however, as soon as I went to the Burlington location I was able to work with Kevin who took the time to hear my concerns about the glasses and do a proper fitting. He tightened and leveled the glasses to my liking and ensured it was done the right way. I will absolutely be back to this location for future purchases.

Olivia Rose: Employees seemed to be more concerned about Netflix on their phone then helping me. I was trying to Christmas shop for my family with their sale going on but it seemed as if I wasn’t even appreciated when one dark haired girl with glasses rolled her eyes and put in both of her ear buds and went back to her phone. It really stinks because I normally had a great time at other Sunglass hut locations in the area outside of the mall.
J S: Please don’t waste your time going to this store. Worst customer service. David was the one that took care of us. He was on his phone the entire time, did not help us with what we wanted and didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Almost sold us the wrong glasses with a higher price on top of the worst experience!

Rebe Carn: Worst service ever! I don’t know what store others are walking into. I had an exam at the end of July. I received my prescription but accidently threw out the packaging for the “sample pair” of contacts doctor gave me to. I have been calling / stopping in since beginning of September to merely get a call back with what the brand was so I can order the contacts. I thought the Dr was great during the exam but to get anyone there to take a message correctly or get a call back has been impossible. I regret ever choosing this location for service. Every store associate has been terrible from on the phone to when I stop in to get help. Unbelievable!
Michael O'Malley: Warby Parker does a consistently great job with customer service and this location really gets it right. Purchased a pair of glasses last year here. My associate, Sarah, was the best and helped my find a pair of frames that I really enjoy and appreciate every day. Rx was perfect. All that was left was to get them to fit my face which is always a challenge with one ear lower than the other but they fit like a glove ...Thanks O'Niel!!

It goes to Warby Parker main line and they operate very badly as a company. They have no way to reach the optometrist's office from Warby Parker so you can't get any documentation from your visit.

No indication, no explanation anywhere. Not clear what happened. Highly inconveniencing experience.

He was able to quickly figure out the issue and got it resolved for me. Peter also did the best job anyone has ever done of adjusting my frames. Great service.

The staff members I encountered was rude, unprofessional and even threatened to call security on me when I tried to return a pair of glasses within the return policy timeframe. Hailey McCaffrey: Poor customer service. On 12/28 I attempted to return a pair of unopened and unused sunglasses, however, the store employee would not honor the return policy that is outlined on the receipt (item in original condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase date). I ended up having to travel to the Salem, NH location for the return to be processed. I would recommend purchasing directly through the manufacturer instead of a sunglass hut.
Corey barlow: Also tried to order a pair of sunglasses at the store because I didn't want the display. Was told 3 days they'd be in and they would call me. Called multiple times on day 5. When someone finally answered they said they couldn't find my order and would call me back. When they called back they said "your order was canceled but we just got a brand new pair shipped in today and you can come in and we'll refund you and you can purchase these". Makes perfect sense right? NO! Nobody called. No email. Charge still on my card. So whatever I go back to the store. I go right for the display case to find the ones I wanted so I could take a picture and order them myself. But hmm they're the only pair missing from the display. Then I go to the counter, say who I am. And am presented with a loose pair in a loose case. No box. No plastic. Nothing. 100% lied to sell the display. DO NOT ASK TO ORDER IN STORE. The order will automatically be canceled because a pair of the ones you want are already in the store. Makes no sense but that's what they do. Huge waste of time
