Nathaniel Hodgson: I bought a Cannondale Synapse on sale from the Framingham REI. It’s been a nightmare. They told my daughter not to touch the kids bikes if she wasn’t going to buy one. They over torqued a pair of junk pedals on that took me two hours to get off. They were no help fitting the bike. Go to a real bike shop and save yourself the headaches, their incompetence will become your problems.
John Palombo: Was in need of a lighter weight Kayak paddle to replace aluminum paddles we have been using. First checked REI online inventory and found Werner brand in stock and highly rated. Compared prices of identical paddles on Amazon, and they were the same. At the store, I met a really helpful and knowledgeable salesman, Doug, who showed me different varieties, composites and weights of paddles. There was no sales pressure to buy one vs. another. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience at REI in Framingham! Thanks, Doug!

Rodrigo: The fitting room policy is the most ridiculous I have ever seen. They keep them CONSTANTLY locked. You have to ask every single time you want to try on something. It makes the shopping experience extremely miserable. I ended up just getting 1 pair of cheap pants because I got tired after the 5th time requesting a fitting room

Madison Bennett: Will not ever come shopping here again. No associates, no help, store is a complete mess, fitting rooms shut down. I was waiting in line at the register and there was a return issue. The store manager got involved and was extremely rude to customer in front of me. It made very very uncomfortable and upset especially when she started laughing and mocking the customer when she walked away. Is this how you treat your customers? I will not be shopping at Forever 21 anymore or my kids. Very unprofessional place.

Store is run by a whole bunch of little kids that don’t know how to make logical, executive decisions and then wonder why they’re not making any money. Most unsanitary clothing store in the nation. If you don’t want to catch some disease, go elsewhere. If you even try to complain, the store manager, masha, will literally laugh in your face and turn away (talk about entitled and rude)
Jiji Met: The store sold me an DEFECTIVE ITEM where the zipper or the dress opens up when I wore the dress and I was left with my underwear showing in a restaurant. Apparently this situation amused the store manager who was unbelievably mean and un unempathetic. I was never treated this way my entire life. You do not sell your customers defective items at a high price point and then refuse to refund because they wore it. Im not staying quiet about this Because it s not only the worst customer series but also you have no right into selling defective clothing items to customers.

Andrew Huang: Location:Note that the address of the store on Google Maps is correct, but the location of where it is on the map is incorrect. It is right between Bianca and Warby Parker. Google Maps shows it to the east of both stores and a few other stores instead as of May 6, 2023 so I have submitted a correction. Additionally, there is both a front and back entrance, so you can go in from the Route 9 side or from the rear parking lot.Selection:This is a fairly small store compared to the one in Watertown or the one on Newbury Street but it still had a decent selection of items. You may not find exactly what you're looking for here, but this store carries the latest generation and only the latest if that's what you're seeking.Staff:Rosie helped me trying to find the perfect pair of running shorts. She didn't ask what size I was but guessed the correct size when she brought out shorts for me to try so she knew how to judge based on just looking. This place has a very very large handicap-accessible fitting room. The shorts available weren't quite what I was looking for because I wanted something that had attributes of both the running and the training shorts she found for me. She explained they get the latest next-generation clothes and then pass on their styles to other stores like Watertown once the next iteration is released, so she looked up the previous generation and saw it may have exactly what I wanted from the description. She let me know they had it in stock in the next closest Nike store and gave me the product code to find it because she knew I wanted to try clothes in person first rather than purchasing online. She even made sure I should make sure to not pay more than the sale price she saw listed.What made Rosie a cut above the rest were her additional recommendations after figuring out my interests based on the clothes I was looking for. She recommended a locally owned store (not Nike) in case I still did not find what I wanted. Aware of my interest in running, she also let me know about a running group they have and explained the schedule and the routes to me as well.

M K C: If I could give ZERO stars I would. I typically avoid this location as much as possible. I had only an hour of free time this week to do an exchange on a defective item purchased on 5/6, gifted on 5/10 and used 2x on 5/15 to break. No manager would come help me or the young girl trying to assist me. She realized an easy solution would be to return it and mark it out as defective. It hadn't been 2 weeks yet and still within the 30 days of purchase. Several managers, after she requested they come talk to me, just barked over the walkie that they can't help and I need to call the manufactures 800 # which was not provided. Disgusting customer service by these managers. I work in healthcare, we are all hurting after the pandemic I get it but enough of the excuses. I train health center staff in customer service. Trust me - their jobs are WAY more difficult than these managers at the Worcester location working for a retail sport chain. It was a very simple decision that each manger has the right to override. They aren't making life and death decisions here. Someone needs to train the managers of this location better in customer relations and support. When I walked out, team members apologized and said the managers suck and I said they SURE DO. Disgraceful and this corporation should be ashamed that their staff and customers do not feel supported but their "top players". I will never go back to this location and will make the time to drive 40 min to Northborough or Millbury where they are EXCEPTIONAL EVERY GOD DAMN TIME. I will also continue to share the horrible performance these managers continue to give year in and year out (I have had issues here in the past) with EVERYONE I come into contact with.

It’s very refreshing to have a great customer service experience like I did. I never found a coupon that could apply, but I left feeling like I somehow got lucky. Sharon Hewitt: Watch the prices at the register!!! Bought an item that was marked 239.99. Rang in at 299.99 😲. Items on sale for 219.99, clearly marked 199.99. I don't think that's how sales work 🙄. And the item I would have gotten had no price tag, and no one to help. Wasn't going down THAT rabbit hole lol. This was in the golfing dept. Where all the clubs are locked up. Again, no one to help. I gave them 2 stars only because the girl at the register was very nice.

cabbie 33: Very disappointed with the customer service I'm not a knowledgeable person when it comes to sporting and soccer reached out to a couple of employees who seem to be bothered by me asking questions very thankful for Richard who was my cashier who was very friendly and looked over my stuff for me
Kaylyn Mccorquodale: Terrible customer service. Rushing people out of the store when it legitimately just closed. And when we asked if they have a military discount the girl at check out says "yeah but its only 10%" as if she didn't feel like processing it.Left the store in such a rush I realized afterwards we were charged incorrectly for things. I was charged full price for socks that were supposed to be a dollar since they weren't in the packaging etc.Not worth going back. Like ever.We will buy our childrens sports equipment elsewhere!

Stephen Priest: The only open multi level DSG store where you can look down and see the first floor. This store is huge! High ceilings and two levels. Large clearance section. My friend, she was interested in that. I find their prices are high but the variety of athletic lines of clothes is interesting.

She treated everyone with kindness and you could tell she really loves what she does. Also Michael at the register was extremely helpful, I was gifted something that didn’t fit and of course did not have a gift receipt. He explained that I was able to exchange it for something else. An employee by the name of Tori went above and beyond (price matching lowest price found and then used personal discount) to ensure I left happy. Tori you are amazing, good luck in aviation school!!
Edwin D: Pretty horrible experience trying to buy shoes. If you use the kiosk to request a shoe to try on, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait, and get the shoe only because you finally tracked down an employee to help. Then they disappear and you're on your own if you need to try a different size.there are little to no employees around to help. It seems that they are constantly busy in the back room and the employees that don't work in the shoe section appear to avoid the area like the plague.
Sean McConnell: Popped in to try on a shoe that was in stock. Walked past several employees and wasn't greeted. There were 3 younger guys standing around the kiosk since the shoes aren't out to try on anymore. One was complaining to the other about how he put all the work in for a sale. Neither asked if i needed any help. I walked up and said hello abd pulled up what I was looking for. A men's Dr marten size 13. He brings me to thre women's and says doc martens only makes women's shoes. I show him again and say it says men's. He tells me he will go out Back and check then disappeared for 6 minutes. So I just left. Very unknowledgeable.
