Phil W.: I didn’t find a place on the Macy’s website to put this, so I’ll put it on a Google review. I just wanted to bring attention to an older gentleman named Jim that works on the second floor in the men’s department next to the Last Act section. I went there on Father’s Day, and I have never seen anyone so attentive to detail and customer service as Jim. When people handed him shirts that they had just try it on, he would button every button and fold it as if it came new in the package and gingerly, put them into the bags, so that when customers got them home, the clothes would still look as wonderful as they did in the store. He was very attentive to helping us find prices and ran over to the other side of the men’s department to help find the correct prices for us so that we would have a good shopping experience. I only hope that the rest of the employees are as nice as Jim!

Kyla Gunnell: I went shopping with one of my girl friends and she wanted to buy 1 pair of shorts. We waited in line and there were 2 lines. We were waiting and 2 woman asked if we were in line and we said yes and they stood behind us. Well then the man checking people out looked at us then to the people behind us and took them to another register skipping us completely. We walked behind them and the man made a joke about running away. This was not funny to us as it was obvious he purposefully skipped over us.

Delaney C: Ordered 2 bras 5/30/22 and picked up in store. Was told they don't make demi bras any more, almost exclusively balconette and full coverage. One bra was fine and the other didn't fit well so I asked to exchange that one for the same color in the other bra style. Was told no problem, it will be shipped to my house for free. Exchange was fine.Bra arrived and it was a different color. Find out that bra doesn't come in the color I asked for, so basically the sales associate just picked a different color and didn't tell me or ask if that was okay. Used Live Chat to figure out the issue and the person kept linking me to bras I had already told them I was not interested in, even after I told them to stop. They finally emailed me return postage and said they would issue a refund once the item was returned. I asked to speak with a manager and was told no one was available and I would be contacted "within 1 day."2 days later no one had called or emailed. I tried Live Chat again and the person ignored my questions, told me they escalated the issue and I would get a call within a couple business days.It's been 2 weeks and no one ever called. I've worn the other bra I bought 5/20 a couple times, it's just okay, fits fine but underwires squeak. I washed it on delicate for the first time today. I never dry my bras.It's falling apart. Threads everywhere, fraying, and the inner cups are wrinkled now and it looks awful when worn. CALLED customer support this time and they issued a refund and said they would waive the return fee (I'd hope so since this item is falling apart). Was told they escalated again and to "rest assured" someone would contact me about it. I'm not holding my breath, and super disappointed that the place I used to exclusively shop for bras now has awful customer service and item quality.Update, Lane Bryant replied to this review at one point (they have since deleted their response) and said they would reach out to me. No one did, even after also saying that multiple times when I talked to customer service online and on the phone. They'll just lie to you. It also took over a month for my refund to be processed.

Maria Sarantopoulos: For decades, I’ve always had pleasant interactions with LB sales associates across the country. I even worked for LB myself back in the 90’s. But yesterday, I had the worst experience with their salesperson, Tammy. I was trying to process a few returns, and had a question on their return policy (which seemed new). Instead of trying to explain their policy to me, or even tell me “no”, which I would have respected, Tammy became very agitated and told me to “just calm down”! She then pushed me off to her manager (who was extremely helpful!). The funny thing is that I was completely calm and in a great mood!! LB, please fix your Human Resources issues!! There are lots of competent, respectful people looking for good jobs!! That was my last time visiting your Wayside Commons location. So disappointing.

I ask a question she never lifted her head up, no eye contact, and answers as if I was bothering her. Meanwhile you can hear the two associates discussing the upcoming weekend plans while one associate placed clothing on the counter to purchase later. So sad that this is the closest Lane Bryant to me which is over 20 minutes away and that’s the service you receive.

All fitting rooms were closed and we had to locate someone that spoke English, the girl in the fitting room said she didn’t speak English. What a joke! I come here all the time and am never impressed, but today, a middle-aged blonde woman (seemed to be a boss of some sort) was giving attitude to every single customer coming in over a new scanning system that they decided to debut today - with what seems like no plan ahead of implementing the new system. It was an absolute mess and instead of being apologetic, she was very rude. Do better Zara!

Patrick McKenna: This is the first time I have been to this Zara. Normally I go the one downtown in Boston as it is closer. That being said while the selection seemed to be decent, the line was the whole way to the door to checkout. Not to mention when I asked to try something on, the employee rudely stated that they were closed and you will need to make an educated guess. There were people just trying stuff on all over the store!!!!I’ve realized it’s pretty normal for the line to checkout at Zara to be super long and slow, I never expected the dressing room of a clothing store to be closed!! I was shocked and speechless. I won’t be coming back as I’ll stick with the one downtown.The only plus is that it’s in the mall on the second floor near Nordstrom. It was really easy to park under Nordstrom and take the elevator up.

Side note; Natick might be one of the best malls in New England!The Zara store has a great selection of men's clothing. Customer service always outstanding!
