Lauren SooHoo: I walked into this store not knowing it was closing a few minutes after I had gotten in. I realized soon after and was going to exit but the girl who was working at the store stopped and made sure I got what I needed before I left even though they were literally closing. I apologized many times and told her I could come a different day but she kindly offered to help me and stayed behind to help look for jeans for me. I know working in retail came be very frustrating but this worker was so welcoming to someone who had entered the store way too close to closing and I really appreciated her generosity in letting me stay, helping me look for clothing, and helped check me out. This was such an amazing experience at this particular pacsun and I would come back just to thank this worker again for her help.

I'm not a huge fan however I'm even more annoyed when this is my 2nd time going in with my kids asking for a price on specific Van's and NO-1 in the store knows the price, can locate the price or even attempts to make some calls for the price??? Are the Van's sold at your store or are they there for just looks?

Shannon Sargent: Drove 45 minutes here to do a return so I didn’t have to pay the shipping and wait forever to return by mail. I had my receipt and all items were in their original condition. He claimed the second swimsuit wouldn’t ring into their system so he couldn’t return it. Then he said since I paid using afterpay, none of the items could be returned in the store. I’ve returned multiple items in other stores that I used afterpay for my form of payment.p He made zero attempt to resolve the issue with the bathing suit that wasn’t ringing in (not sure why he couldn’t manually enter it) and he was supposedly the manager. No wonder most of their locations have gone out of business. They probably shouldn’t have children in charge of the store if they want any business.
Claire Houlihan: The lady working there was so rude and astronomically disrespectful. Her attitude was so unnecessary, and I believe she should be retrained. Her customer service was lacking, to say the least. Disgusting.
Quality Administrator: ZERO STARS. The manager, Derek, yelled at me. The staff there is always upset because of him. He either needs anger management or customer service training. If Pacsun corporate is wondering why that branch location never has customers its because they hate dealing with him.Horrible horrible I can't believe they are all still working there.

Eric Gray: Terrible experience. This manager was one of the most unprofessional employees I have ever had to deal with. There was a computer issue which was not allowing my return to process. His response was that it wasn’t his fault that the computer wasn’t working and for me to come back in a few days. He made no attempt to escalate the issue and find a resolution. When I was in line he was also openly talking down to his employees. I would suggest using another store or shopping online.

Phil W.: I didn’t find a place on the Macy’s website to put this, so I’ll put it on a Google review. I just wanted to bring attention to an older gentleman named Jim that works on the second floor in the men’s department next to the Last Act section. I went there on Father’s Day, and I have never seen anyone so attentive to detail and customer service as Jim. When people handed him shirts that they had just try it on, he would button every button and fold it as if it came new in the package and gingerly, put them into the bags, so that when customers got them home, the clothes would still look as wonderful as they did in the store. He was very attentive to helping us find prices and ran over to the other side of the men’s department to help find the correct prices for us so that we would have a good shopping experience. I only hope that the rest of the employees are as nice as Jim!

I was patiently waiting in line in the shoe department with my one item when the male cashier purposely grabbed the lady behind me in line and lead her to another cashier around the corner. After I walked over to where he took the other ladies he mocked me. I have never been treated like this anywhere else. I regret not requesting a manager at the time.
Kyla Gunnell: I went shopping with one of my girl friends and she wanted to buy 1 pair of shorts. We waited in line and there were 2 lines. We were waiting and 2 woman asked if we were in line and we said yes and they stood behind us. Well then the man checking people out looked at us then to the people behind us and took them to another register skipping us completely. We walked behind them and the man made a joke about running away. This was not funny to us as it was obvious he purposefully skipped over us.
