Phil W.: I didn’t find a place on the Macy’s website to put this, so I’ll put it on a Google review. I just wanted to bring attention to an older gentleman named Jim that works on the second floor in the men’s department next to the Last Act section. I went there on Father’s Day, and I have never seen anyone so attentive to detail and customer service as Jim. When people handed him shirts that they had just try it on, he would button every button and fold it as if it came new in the package and gingerly, put them into the bags, so that when customers got them home, the clothes would still look as wonderful as they did in the store. He was very attentive to helping us find prices and ran over to the other side of the men’s department to help find the correct prices for us so that we would have a good shopping experience. I only hope that the rest of the employees are as nice as Jim!

I was patiently waiting in line in the shoe department with my one item when the male cashier purposely grabbed the lady behind me in line and lead her to another cashier around the corner. After I walked over to where he took the other ladies he mocked me. I have never been treated like this anywhere else. I regret not requesting a manager at the time.
Kyla Gunnell: I went shopping with one of my girl friends and she wanted to buy 1 pair of shorts. We waited in line and there were 2 lines. We were waiting and 2 woman asked if we were in line and we said yes and they stood behind us. Well then the man checking people out looked at us then to the people behind us and took them to another register skipping us completely. We walked behind them and the man made a joke about running away. This was not funny to us as it was obvious he purposefully skipped over us.

emma nancy: Every time I’ve been in there they treat me like I’m going to steal and it makes me very uncomfortable. I typically get 3-4 employees from the makeup section staring me down and following me but rarely ask if I need help. Even when I do buy something I still feel very judged. Sad but I just try to avoid it now if I can.
Marilyn MC: I went here to find a dress . Drove an hour and 17 mins. I loved walking thru this store . We used to have one in my hometown but they closed it . I didn’t find what I was looking for but I found my dress at another store in the same mall.
Andy Pham: I had a great experience working with Patricio from the Indochino inside the Nordstrom. He was very thorough with me and my groomsmen’s suit alteration and the suit came out great! He’s very friendly and has great charisma and I highly recommend having him do your alterations. Make sure to request him and not depend on the Indochino website to assign him to you.

Sara Pacheco: This is my third bad experience at the Natick Store. Especially at the shoe department. Unfortunately I did not get this ladies name but I spoke to Matt - supposely the dept manager and reported to him. I arrived at the counter to make a return and asked this lady if someone was available to help me, she rudely replied that I had to wait for someone to become available to “help” me. I understand they are busy but the way you interact with a customer can make a difference. Her tone annd attitude were not polite. Again, I will continue to shop online but will refuse to step foot at the Natick store.
I “Ariana” M: Older women with glasses at Chanel counter, with accent and dark hair didn’t want to help me. I don’t know why they have all the old women working there at cosmetics. They have no idea about makeup or trends with makeup. It’s a ghost town for sure…
Bill: This is an update to an old 1 star review. I had a negative experience a few years back. I walked in yesterday on my way into the mall not planning to shop at Nordstrom. I was approached by Amanda and an hour later I had the clothes I needed for my daughters wedding. Amanda was really great and restored my faith in Nordstrom. Knowledgeable, engaged and confidant. She even took pictures so I could text them to my wife and daughters for approval. Great experience! Thank you Amanda.

Nataliia Ost: 1 year later and rating dropped below 0. This ghost town needs to be closed down or serious training with all careless employees needs to take place. I approached one of the lazy Willeys resting on the counter with a simple request to order a product for me, please forgive me my intention get you a commission (use to work in retail, trying to be empathetic) and was smacked with "it is not available for order" while you can clearly see on the screen of the working phone that this item ready to be loved and sprayed. Ending up ordering from a different retailer($360)... The vibe of this place is generally wacky and unpleasant, spending money is fun, but definitely not here

Jordan Rich: The middle aged RBF brunette woman with circular glasses working at the Nars booth is insanely unfriendly and unlikeable. Not helpful when it comes to Nars makeup or proper sanitary measures. The attitude she gave me when I questioned applying a tester lipstick was INSANE especially given that, you know, we all went through a pandemic. The rest of the women working the makeup floor were kind and knowledgeable though when I spoke with them. Not sure what the Nars associate’s problem is but I’ll steer clear of her next time.

Charlene M: I've been shopping here for years. It's very well stocked and the layout makes for great displays of new styles. I needed jeans and the manager Nicole was friendly, knows the product well and helped me find two pairs of what are now the most comfortable jeans I own. Thank you Nicole!
A Christoffel: Everything on the web states the store is "open at 9:00 AM, or currently open" on Saturday. Upon arrival, found the doors locked. I called and Kelly answered the phone. When I explained several places on the web said they were open, I received a snide remark, "in the mall we are open at 9:00 AM, but here it is 10:00 AM". I suggested the website should be corrected, and received a ruder response. I realize you can't control what the public posts, but as a popular store/large corporation, I would think the website would be important enough to be correct. And a proper response from the employee wouldn't be bad either.
Love Kids: Fabulous crew! Every time I go, I feel like I am on a date with myself. The service is excellent. They always offer a changing room. They grab correct sizing while I am in the changing room when needed. Everyone is happy to be of service and always makes the customer feel like a friend! There's never eye rolling from the staff and I thank you for that because one worker can spoil the whole crew. The whole plaza in Acton has a friendly vibe. I love having good quality clothing and good service in this area of Mass. No need to drive close to Boston ladies! Thank you so much Loft! I love your employers and your location. Don't ever move your location! I can always count on the petite section. Keep doing what you are doing Loft in Acton! We love you!!

Yuting Li: Very disappointed experience at this store and will not recommend to any of my friends. The cashiers are the least helpful ones I have ever seen. They should help resolve the problem of price or at least report to the manager but they simply refused to provide any assistance. Anyway I will not go to this store anymore.
Sarah: Very disappointing. I was there to return some items I had bought online and I was explaining the circumstances why I had missed the return deadline. No one would even care to listen. They did not even try to help. I would have accepted it as a decent treatment of customer if they had at least listened to me and call their manager to see if there was any way to help - even if the outcome would have been the same. They literally showed no interest and no sympathy. I will never step foot in that store - even though it is only 2 miles from my house. Very disappointed in Nordstrom Rack. Such a waste of time and money.

Unfortunately it was final sale yet when I went to bring it back to the store I was met with rigidity from a young man in a Lynard Skynard t- shirt who said he was the store manager and I final sale was a final sale. I work in customer service so I know how I bend backwards to make a customer feel whole. This guy was rude, dismissive and not what I expected from “ the rack”. Very unprofessional and disappointing.Sorry dude, you might just have ruined this store for me.

Went there twice and in both instances couldn't make a purchase because the size is not available on the racks, the racks are all mixed up and the line to ask or pay are long. Hence in each time opted to leave without making a purchase.

We even chatted about the holiday weekend ahead. (There was no one in line behind me! Lol) I hope to see her on my next visit to Macy’s.

Christopher Beland: Got trapped inside for a while at closing today, after agonizingly slow line as the only cashier spent 10 minutes signing up another customer for a Macy's card (which they push heavily) and commenting on everything that everyone was buying. I really wish they had self-checkout. You also have to ring up rugs with the cashier guarding the rug department, who could be put to better use cleaning the store.Employees locked all doors at all exits, so customers started accumulating inside. First person I asked for help pointed me to an exit I had already tried and didn't believe me when I said it was locked. She asked another employee for help because she didn't know how to unlock doors!?Clearance area was a mess, with bits of white something all over the floor with discarded drink containers, a face mask, and merchandise. Bedding department was so disorderly you couldn't go down certain aisles because there was so much inventory on the floor. With their high prices, you'd think they could afford enough employees to keep the place looking better than a K-Mart.

Daniel Harrison: I have purchased a couple of mattresses and a bedroom set from Macy’s in the past, and have always been very satisfied with their quality and service. I am writing this particular review to express my appreciation for my “brick and mortar” Macy’s, located in the Burlington Mall, Massachusetts.A couple of weeks ago I made the trip to Macy’s because I wanted some guidance in ordering a new sofa. On-line shopping has many advantages, but it does not have a Sales Associate named Jean! Jean was terrific: attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. I didn’t have much time, but Jean made my trip well worth while! She suggested a couch I would not have considered on my own, and after trying it out I decided to place the order (I somehow just trusted her!).Unfortunately, the color I wanted was not immediately available, but I decided I could wait until March for delivery. To my surprise, Jean called me last week to say my sofa was available, and it was delivered with white gloves last Friday (literally 11 days from the date of purchase!). I don’t know if the “under promise and over deliver” strategy is part of Macy's corporate culture, but I am one very satisfied customer!And Jean? 100 gold stars to her for her outstanding service and expertise. I love the sofa and I love Macy’s! Keep up the great work!
Kim Kowaleski: Very messy. If it wasn't for the after Christmas clearance, there would be no reason to shop there with so many Marshall's and tj max in the area. Overpriced and understaffed. The employees at the registers were great.

Nicholas Stamoulos: Cai one of the managers there was extremely helpful in helping me with the difficult situation. She went above and beyond going to different registers until she was finally able to solve my issue. They have multiple brand names and generally nice goods. The prices are decent if you catch a sale. My original sales person was new there he bundled a couple of things. I did have a poor experience calling to resolve my issue. I got bounced around once and then hung up on three times.
