Karina Perozin: Always so messy, you can never find anything. And this is the only store where the fitting rooms are full of clothes and is always closed.
Diego Rojas: I hope that Zara realizes that customer service still matters in 2023 and invest a little bit more in training their employees. The guy at the register was not helpful and straight up rude. He threw the merchandise at the table when I told them that I didn’t need a bag and was constantly talking with his coworker even though I was asking questions.

All fitting rooms were closed and we had to locate someone that spoke English, the girl in the fitting room said she didn’t speak English. What a joke! Was told if we wanted to try apparel on we had to go to the mall bathrooms LOL…..apparently all 3 fitting rooms were closed and appeared they were being used as storage, there was stuff everywhere in all three areas.Stores a mess and resembles an outlet store….pretty chaotic and yes the whole time I was there the lines were long and slow.This store is nothing like the other Zara’s stores I have visited. I recommend just order on line and return if you don’t like.This store needs managerial help!

I come here all the time and am never impressed, but today, a middle-aged blonde woman (seemed to be a boss of some sort) was giving attitude to every single customer coming in over a new scanning system that they decided to debut today - with what seems like no plan ahead of implementing the new system. It was an absolute mess and instead of being apologetic, she was very rude. Do better Zara!
Marisa Fuller: Super long line every time I come and today the fitting rooms were closed! Who closes all their fitting rooms? That’s ridiculous and there should be no reason why there is a line all the way to the door and only TWO registers open. Hire more people! Get it together.

Patrick McKenna: This is the first time I have been to this Zara. Normally I go the one downtown in Boston as it is closer. That being said while the selection seemed to be decent, the line was the whole way to the door to checkout. Not to mention when I asked to try something on, the employee rudely stated that they were closed and you will need to make an educated guess. There were people just trying stuff on all over the store!!!!I’ve realized it’s pretty normal for the line to checkout at Zara to be super long and slow, I never expected the dressing room of a clothing store to be closed!! I was shocked and speechless. I won’t be coming back as I’ll stick with the one downtown.The only plus is that it’s in the mall on the second floor near Nordstrom. It was really easy to park under Nordstrom and take the elevator up.

S P: Very common for these guys to keep just one register open and make 30 l(sometimes more) people wait in a line. Three sections(mens kids womens) and one register. What kind of joy the store manager gets by doing this I have no clue!

Side note; Natick might be one of the best malls in New England!The Zara store has a great selection of men's clothing. Customer service always outstanding!

zee Nai: Came here to shop during the pandemic. They didn't let us try anything on. Not even a sweater over my clothes. What's next I cant touch them? I went to Hollister and the staff let us try things in the fitting rooms. And all the things we tried was kept in separate bin for disinfection. We ended up buying a lot of things from there. Need to fix in store procedures to keep people coming back and spending their money. I won't be surprised if this store will close soon.

Andrew Huang: BEWARE OF THEIR NONSENSICAL RETURN POLICY!! Online purchases can only be returned online, and you must pay $7 for any return. Store purchases can only be returned to the SAME store you purchased from, not any other store.May 3, 2023 Update:Most employees are nice and a few are extremely nice. Unfortunately, this location had a rude male working on May 3rd at noon who needs some training in customer service; I didn't catch his name as he didn't introduce himself. I asked to make a return for an online purchase and he said that wasn't possible in-store; I had to pay $7 and print my own return label. When I said that the same item was sold in the store, he reiterated that it was the return policy and I cannot return an item to the store regardless of whether the item was in the store or not. I walked away after confirming there was nothing I could do but lose $7 on a $20 T-shirt if I chose to return it. Everything was fine with the employee until then since I understand he could not have changed the poor store policy. However, as I walked away, he immediately started *laughing*, which not only made me upset by the poor return policy but also appalled by the customer service. That's a great way to lose some business, Uniqlo! This isn't the first time I've had unprofessional customer service at a Uniqlo store so it seems like an issue that continues to slip by their hiring or training processes.April 2023 review:In general, Uniqlo is a great brand with a large variety of clothing. Not everything is high quality and prices are average unless there is a sale, but you can find great deals or unique clothing here.Most of the workers I have had the pleasure of being greeted or assisted by have been great at this location. Cassy in particular helped me find options for pants I was looking for. Despite not seeing her again as I continued to browse and try on clothes, she came up to me at the checkout when she saw me and enthusiastically asked what I had decided to purchase.

I reviewed the poor reviews of this location and my experience was not unique. I tried to return an item to this store (from a different store) and the employee was simply unkind, nasty and dismissive. The employee may have had a bad day, but we were really offended by their delivery and our treatment. We subsequently went to the Natick store, and their employees were very nice, supportive and appreciative.I do NOT recommend this store, and I will now actively inform my friends and family to avoid this store. I recommend going to the Back Bay and Natick store.

f F: The worst customer service and policies. They would not give store credit without a receipt. Went back with my receipt few days later and now they can't give store credit unless I go back from Newbury street to Natick where the original sale happened. Their manager has the worst customer service skills which is why she was probably hired in the first place since their policies are intended to make it as inconvenient as possible for you. Never again.
Maura Glandorf: Quality of clothing is terrible. Wore a shirt once and after one wash it developed a large hole. I brought it along with the same shirt unworn with tags on back to store with my original receipt but they refused to take them back because it was beyond their 14 day return policy. I was even willing to take a merchandise credit for the unworn one but they still refused. Horrible customer service as bad as their quality. Stay away.
Sheila Taylor: Probably my favorite Uniqlo location in the greater Boston area.It is well organized, spacious and they have a lot of stock.The best part is their self-serve checkout where you throw your items in a bin and the computer reads all the tags. No scanning necessary!
