Kristina “Chicklassique” Mateo: The selection is sparse. Great selection of Size 00 O, 1 nothing at all for the average girl. The prices extremely high for the quaility.
Fino Caraco: Went there looking for a specific perfume for my wife. I found it but paid a premium price for it. But that is Nordstrom... The store is super clean and organized. The retail staff was very professional and friendly.

Jeremy Schrager: Very solid Nordstrom in the suburbs; facility is clean and fairly organized, though I've noticed their inventory levels of late seem fairly light. Additionally the men's section sometimes is inundated and guests are left to wander.That being said I just had a 5/5 experience with Courtney (though I hope I am spelling her name correctly). She was extremely helpful, thoughtful and courteous. It's rare to find an employee who so swiftly able to try and figure things out to help a guest. Awesome work Courtney!

Kaylin Smith: I do not recommend shopping here or ordering online for pickup. I ordered a wallet for my father today which said it would be ready for pickup by the end of the day. When I go to pick up my order the 5 employees at the pick-up desk said that even though online stated my order would be ready by the end of the day, it doesn’t guarantee I would be able to pick it up today. Which makes completely no sense and is false advertisement. I then ask if I would be able to ship it to my house instead because I would rather not deal with this chaos again. They said that they wouldn’t be able to do that in stores and I would have to call customer service to switch it when my order is ready. I don’t understand why the 5 employees all standing there twiddling their thumbs couldn’t take down my address and change it themselves, instead they chose to be lazy. Due to this lack of customer service, I decided to go down to the men wallet section and try to find the wallet to purchase myself. To my surprise I was disappointed by the lack of organization the wallet shelf was in. All the wallets looked like they have been ransacked. The boxes either didn’t have a top or had the wrong wallet in a different box showing a different price. For Nordstrom to be considered a luxury department store I would expect better organization and quality. Instead TJ Maxx seems to have mastered the skill of organization and customer service better than Nordstrom. For spending over $100 on a wallet I would expect nice packaging with correct price labels. I honestly was just so disappointed by this experience that I hope to never give my business to this store again. I will be ordering a wallet on Amazon.
RM Cerv: It is a smaller Nordstrom so does not have the selection some of the stores have, but is usually sufficient for my purposes. The cosmetics dept. is generous with samples. They have a good selection of Free People and Halogen clothing

Teresa Musgrove: This was the best experience I have had in a retail store in a long time and this is the business I have been in for many, many years. First, I called to locate a particular sneaker and spoke to an associate that was so helpful! ( do not have her name) Stopped at the store and Simone helped me try to find what I was looking for. She was aware that I may be stopping in that evening so great communication on the associate part that answered the phone. ( do not have her name) Simone brought me to the locations of the shoe I was describing and continued to do so. Never once saying they are over there, but walking, me to the location. She was helpful and so polite. I was not sure so I said I would check the shoe when I arrived home. I called the next day and spoke to Jason. He checked and found two pairs in colors and my size and put them aside for me. I went to pick them up and Jade was the first associate I encountered and she politely told me the associate at the register would be able to help me. She stopped what she was doing, addressed me and smiled. WOW…. The associate at the register Liz, finished her transaction and had my shoes ready for me along with another pair that they had located. Great! I love these! Now I have three pairs. I was so pleased with the service I purchased a pair for my grandson and took advantage of the buy one get one half off. This store was clean, neat and tidy. The associates friendly, attentive but not pushy and sincerely helpful! I would hire everyone of them! Great job to this team and to the training team! I will be back and tell all of my friends!
Asma Issam: I've been to this Skechers location in the past and found what I was looking for. Disappointed to have gone a few days ago at 10:35am and the store was still closed. The hours online and outside the store both say that it opens at 10am. So I wasn't able to shop there, it was a big waste of time. Please update the accurate store hours online and outside the store. There were a couple of other customers trying to get in at that time as well.
Sara Mitsuwii: My family has always been a skechers fan, finding shoes for myself has always been difficult. I went for the first time to skechers and the workers were all so helpful, Ashley was so kind to me, she helped me every step of the way and continued to make sure that i had found everything I needed. She was so helpful on showed me which shoes were the best for me since i am always on my feet. I recently found out that there was a Skechers in worcester, closer to home so i can continuously go there instead of ordering shoes online. I was definitely satisfied and will definitely be bringing my family there from now on. Highly recommended!

souviku: This was my first time buying online and pickup in store from sketchers and to say the least it was a horrible experience. Firstly the order was not ready when I came in, I had ordered 2 days back and received confirmation that my order was ready but it was not. Secondly the guy at the store was super rude, like it was my fault that he came in 10 mins back and has to deal with a bopis order immediately. Thirdly the shoe given to me was the one on display, to say the least it was dirty already and the guy told me to either take it or leave it. Well lesson learnt, sketchers is off my list, hopefully this is a one off incident at the particular store in Worcester.

Brittany T: I always have a pleasant experience at this location but yesterday was truly exceptional. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Rio and let me just say, wow, way to go above and beyond to help a customer! I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I entered the store but chose to look on my own for a particular item first. When I didn’t see it in stock, Rio looked it up for me, called two different stores until it was found, and completed each step with a smile. Other stores might have simply said sorry we’re all out but not here! Thank you for making everything so easy for me. Wonderful experience!
