Alexandra Connor: I dropped my pants off for alterations, and they lost them. Under 60 days, definitely not donated yet. I go in twice to try to get them back, they find it in their alterations records the first time, will call me back. Never did, so I come in a second time and they say they cannot reimburse me for my loss because I don't have the original alterations slip. Trying to give me a run around so they can avoid accountability for losing my pants. Terrible service, out $40.

Heather Bace: Cute clothes. TERRIBLE return policy. Buyer, beware. If you are one day over 30 days, they give will you NOTHING more than an exchange of the item you purchased ONLY and for the current price. Complete rip off.

G A: What kind of retail clothing store would not accept in store returns in 2023? The answer is Uniqlo. Why did they do this and how is it beneficial to anyone? I’m not sure. One thing I’m sure about is that I’ll definitely avoid buying clothes from them in the future because of this stupidity.
Shujuan Liu: UNIQLO is really bad. The return policy is awful. I don’t plan to buy anything from UNIQLO going forward. I spent the entire afternoon and visited both UNIQLO Natick and UNIQLO Chestnut Hill two stores and can’t return the stuff I bought 5 days ago. Their service is terrible.

C pick: The return policy is awful. Getting out of a pandemic and with the gas prices... still Uniqlo only allows returns at the store you purchased from. Remember that so you aren't driving around all over the place to return a t shirt. Plus they charge for a paper bag. Plus their t shirts shrink and shrink and shrink. On adults and kids. I know my kids aren't growing that fast but the Uniqlo keep getting smaller and smaller. They have completely lost a customer in me. I will buy from stores with a better return policy. Uniqlo doesn't care about customers at all! Terrible!

However, very dissatisfied with the customer service here — the older woman was really PUSHY about when they were closing, like literally reminding us every few minutes when they were closing as if I didn’t have a phone that told time. Frankly, for the amount someone would spend here you’d think they’d be nicer! Needless to say, I told my family not to spend a dime here because this location did not deserve it.

Daniel Fredericks: I visit this anthropology routinely with my Fiancé and I am sad to say that this Anthropologie got rid of their couch and replaced it with a chair. Gone are the days of multiple men or women being able to sit at a given time. There was almost a line of other guys ready to sitOverall, the chair is alright to sit in comfort wise with some decent back support. Although, I'm not really sure what to do with the extra white cushion.They do also have a bed, but I have been told repeatedly that your not supposed to sit on them while in stores. Not being able to use the is a disappointment because man it looks nice.

Sabrina Rocha Campos: I'm Brazilian I'm going to speak in Portuguese I still don't know English 'I've been a customer of this store for 2 years but today I had the worst possible experience of my life at the end of my purchase when leaving the store the alarms went off or the seller came towards me running scared us as if I were a criminal and he took my bag and my friend checked it he saw that the attendant did not remove the alarm seals her error so he checked the note and removed it right away 'the whole store was looking at us very embarrassed he returned it to us and I said everything right and I don't even apologize ' I know this is a racial slur I won't be back but in this store I feel very ashamed of the approach check the cameras please

Andrew Kathan: Today I went to Express in the Natic Mall to buy a few shirts because I have had success there in the past.When I found the set of shirts i was interested in, the Performance series, I asked a worker if I could try them on, as there are various sizes, such as slim fit and extra slim fit, as well as various color and pattern options. The employee let me know that I could not try those specific shirts on but instead I would be allowed to try a sample shirt on that would be the same fit. I found this oddbut said okay.The sample shirts were plain white and somewhat transparent, I told the attendant that I thought this was a weird business model in that I wanted to see how the shirts looked on me, as they are $70 shirts, not just how they fit. Again she said she couldn't let me but again I said okay, and took a couple sizes into a dressing room.After putting the first on, first of all I could not tell how the blue plaid shirt that I wanted to buy would look on me while looking at myself in the white dingy transparent shirt I was wearing, then I began to smell something... I thought no, it couldn't be... so I smelt the shirt. It was disgusting. I took it off immediately, considered still buying the shirts but thought to myself, no. If they dont want to help me buy a shirt I'm not going to help them by buying one and went to Bannana Republic where I found great service!

Phil W.: I didn’t find a place on the Macy’s website to put this, so I’ll put it on a Google review. I just wanted to bring attention to an older gentleman named Jim that works on the second floor in the men’s department next to the Last Act section. I went there on Father’s Day, and I have never seen anyone so attentive to detail and customer service as Jim. When people handed him shirts that they had just try it on, he would button every button and fold it as if it came new in the package and gingerly, put them into the bags, so that when customers got them home, the clothes would still look as wonderful as they did in the store. He was very attentive to helping us find prices and ran over to the other side of the men’s department to help find the correct prices for us so that we would have a good shopping experience. I only hope that the rest of the employees are as nice as Jim!

I was patiently waiting in line in the shoe department with my one item when the male cashier purposely grabbed the lady behind me in line and lead her to another cashier around the corner. After I walked over to where he took the other ladies he mocked me. I have never been treated like this anywhere else. I regret not requesting a manager at the time.
Kyla Gunnell: I went shopping with one of my girl friends and she wanted to buy 1 pair of shorts. We waited in line and there were 2 lines. We were waiting and 2 woman asked if we were in line and we said yes and they stood behind us. Well then the man checking people out looked at us then to the people behind us and took them to another register skipping us completely. We walked behind them and the man made a joke about running away. This was not funny to us as it was obvious he purposefully skipped over us.
