Linh Hoang: Nice store. Not happy with warranty policy of the place. Had luggage which I thought was purchased within 5 years (I registered for the warranty 4 years ago - only fact I have). Luggage had broken handle, zipper, wheel. They took the luggage saying they would repair at store if possible. Then they sent to service center (likely not having parts). Then service center sent me a bill for $132!! Went back and forth with the service center and they said bluntly that if I didn’t have the receipt, then I would have to pay the full amount. I’m very disappointed in their cheap warranty policy and would never buy Tumi again. Luxury luggage that nickels and dimes you when their products fail.

kuchifrito: This guy was absolutely REMARKABLE! His name is Craig Cannon. This was my first time buying Tumi products and this guy gave me the most pleasant experience. I mean, he WOWED me. His customer service skills were truly unmatched. So, if you in the Boston area and are looking for luggage or travel gear, I most certainly recommend this store. To me, I give the customer service experience a lot of weight and this gentleman has what it takes to properly and accurately represent the Tumi brand. Thank you Craig for your patience because my wife WAS a pain in the rear end and you were as cool as ice.

Mia S: They would appear to be very helpful when you are in store. Good luck on getting any customer support from the store or online if anything happens to your purchase. I purchased a bag and they shipped it via UPS free shipping. Later on, UPS charged me $7.99 holding fee. I contacted the store and online support, no one would help me, they said I should contact UPS. Well, your shipping service should cover this so the UPS wouldn't charge me for holding the package for me! I will never buy from Coach again. So many brands, why should I choose you!

Raffah Siddiqui: I walked in to scope out a potential Christmas gift. Enid was incredibly helpful and answered all of my purse related questions. Another staff member saw this and also chimed in to help and both of them showed me several options. I came in the next day after deciding which bag to buy. The staff there were also very helpful. Made Christmas shopping a breeze.
