Mass Engineer: One advantage Walmart has over Amazon is with Walmart you can place an online order that combines in-store pickup and home delivery, e.g. you can place an order online for $25 of stuff to pick up in the store plus $10 that's online only and it will qualify for free shipping over $35. This Lunenburg store and the south Leominster store stock some different things, e.g. water softener salt used to be in Lunenburg but lately is only in Leominster. Lunenburg has a smaller food section with no fresh vegetables (only frozen or canned); Leominster has a full supermarket.

They actually marked an x on two of my hub caps with a permanent marker. I had some issues with customer service as well. However, the teams coach was very empathic and noticed the issues and corrected them. I was completely satisfied with my service offered by the coach on duty despite the lack of professionalism by the team.

C C: ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE IF YOU CHOOSE THIS STORE FOR DELIVERY Any time past 2pm. Every single time I have ordered after 2pm there is a major issue that then take hours to rectify through online chat. You will be guaranteed to be missing many items and yet receive items that do not belong to you. Then when calling the store, you will be told by employees there is nothing they can do and then they try to give you cell number of someone who might be is supposed to handle deliveries but never does. Seriously???And you try the number and still do not receive any help. Not too mention when you call the store, option #4 is to get help with online delivery orders. If you ask for the manager on duty, miraculously there isn't one and employees have no idea who that is during their shifts.This store is a joke and they could care less about their disabled, elderly customers that use the delivery option. Pathetic.

Rock Cavender: This Wal-Mart is the cleanest Wal-Mart I have ever been in. It is also very neat and so well organized. An anomaly, when compared to other large Wal-Mart stores, is that every associate I saw was smiling. The associates that I asked for help were courteous. I wish I lived closer to that store, I would shop there.

They are always hiring but cannot retain them. This particular location is not too bad compared to most Walmarts locations I visited.
