Hunter McConnell: I live an hour away, called to confirm if they had a costume in stock because their website listed one available. I spoke with someone named Eric around 12pm, he said he couldn't go check "because the store is super swamped" and "if it says it's available online to come in and pick it up." The phone call ended, called back and got with another representative who went to check for me and told me it was available and in store. Upon driving the commute and getting to the store, the store was dead. Eric proceeds to walk me to the section where the costume is supposed to be. To no surprise it wasn't there and Eric said "someone must have came and picked it up" in that short time of less than an hour. Terrible service, bad experience in person and over the phone. Will not recommend.
Sandra: Very busy around the balloon/helium station due to graduations and sports season. One ballon deflated right as I stepped outside perhaps it was a fluke but it wasn’t great to have that happen. So double-check your balloons.
mel D: I visited the Natick location( right on route 9) for picking up graduation balloons and other decor. It's a big store with decent parking . Most of all, the staff was very helpful unlike in some other stores.

Melissa Defay: I had to leave a one star review not because of the balloons and the quality, because I actually think they do a great job with that but because of the so called manager’s awful treatment towards me this evening. I walked in to request 5 balloon bouquets and I could see the woman at the counter was so stressed trying to complete the tasks so I patiently waited. She took my order but was so tensed throughout the whole transaction so I politely told her I would be waiting in the car and would come back so they wouldn’t feel pressured with me standing around. I waited 15 minutes and returned only to hear her talking about me to a staff member saying “that lady in the car is definitely a problem! She didn’t pre-order and she just walked in!” She clearly did not see that I was standing there so she gathered all the balloons and was running out to bring them to me so I stopped her and said hi I’m right here! She shoved the balloons in my hands and was so nasty and said “yeah bye enjoy goodbye!” While she rolled her eyes. This is definitely not my idea of good customer service and am appalled that someone who is supposed to be a manager is treating paying customers in such a manner. Even a few customers that observed the whole thing had their mouths open with how crass she was. Get some class and a massage while you’re at it!

I wanted to get a jump on Grinch decor and everything they had left over was full price and just super pricey... I would definitely get things that are on sale rather than going after and expecting to be surprised only to find out NO DISCOUNTS AFTER XMAS OR ANY HOLIDAYS FOR THAT MATTER

Ben D: Bought something for Halloween and tried to return it new with the receipt many days before the holiday. I was not made aware of the return policy. The staff was very helpful, but unfortunately the store policy was in place. Spirit Halloween has a better return policy would recommend going there instead so you are not out of your money

Doris Herrera: This location has it all for the most part. I recently was planning a big birthday bash for a teenager and found just about everything I needed from this location. I wish I hadn't wasted time going to other locations. The prices are more comparable than they used to be which I can appreciate. Still pricey but not completely killing my pocket.Amazing balloon selection but be warned they are super busy. If you need balloons for a party, order them well in advance so they are ready when you need them.Staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped me find what I couldn't find even though they were swamped the day I came in. Party was a success and everyone complimented the color scheme decorations. Wish I took pictures but that's what happens when you host a party.

Engineer Chic: Really helpful staff and the store is SO organized it is easy to find things. I had about given up on PartyCity based on dealing with a store south of this one, but turns out I had just picked the wrong Party City. In Chelmsford they understand that you might be short on time and they really are super quick to open another register or tell you exactly where something is. Everything was clean, too, the way a store would look if corporate was coming. Go to this one, it's SO much better than the alternative closer to the mall.

maria mengel: I ordered balloons for an afterparty for my son's wedding. Since the website states that latex helium balloons will float for ~24 hours, I decided to have them delivered the morning of the party, which was scheduled for around 11PM. The balloons were delivered at around 11AM, as expected. The order was wrong, 2 of 1 and 1 of another that should have been the other way around but I figured, no biggie...let it go. The big disappointment came when we returned to our hotel after the reception to find 8 of the 12 helium balloons on the floor, totally lifeless! I won't go so far as to say it ruined the party, but it took a lot of the "oomph" out of the decor as I had pictured/planned for. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT and I would def think twice before ordering here again!!!

So to the twenty-something yr old caramel skinned masculine, facial haired person that checked me out very patiently and then ran out to help me keep the cart from blowing away into my car (while I was busy getting my babies in their carseats) I am super appreciative of you leaving your line to help me save my car from a huge dent. Saim Irshad: I bought nye decoration on 12/30/22 and once I got a call from a few of my friends that they have tested positive and can’t make it to the party I went to return the decoration the next day. The manager of the store won’t give me a full refund with the receipt instead she offered me a store credit. This is unfortunate that this company doesn’t understand that what Covid has done. What will I do with the store credit. I should have been given full refund since the packing wasn’t even open . Very rude team at Burlington . The return policy states online as long as you have the receipt and everything it’s in the normal packaging it ok to get full refund . I explained about Covid but they didn’t really care about that . I did my return for store credit on 12/31. They should inform their customers about these situation. Never again shopping at party city . Awful experience
