Cecilia Clarke: I took in a bag I purchased at Copley about a month ago and wanted to simply do an exchange. The Manager explained the return policy to me and said I was two days late to return it and suggested I call Copley to see if they wanted to take it back since I purchased itn there. I asked who else I could speak to since I was extremely discouraged. She simply said 'me. Her demeanor was short, unpleasant and quite snobby.. I will be sure to take my Coach shopping elsewhere. There is no reason I could not make a simple exchange with a bag that was brand new and in perfect condiiton. Would not have been a loss to them at all. I will also be sure to let all my Bedford and surrounding town friends know to go elsewhere for bags.

Connie Chen: My daughter went to Claire’s in Natick mall for ear piercing on her birthday she was very excited and nervous but the worker Sonia was very nice and very helpful she make her feel very comfortable. Give her squeeze mellow to hold and come her down. She is very professional and kind. Thank you for giving a good experience for my daughter to have her first ear piercing.

Tiago&Rebecca CORE: One star because zero isn’t an option. Yesterday I went there for my birthday. My friend got one of those pop up combs from the rack and opened it. The lady walked up to her, and screamed at her for using it. She wasn’t though, I was right next to her.They were so rude to us, they were saying for other workers to spy on us, so they started to follow us. The people there were so rude. Then the lady had the audacity to say “respect my boss” like no? I am the customer, you have to respect me! Never going again when they are there.
Marjorie Agosin: The other day I met a young woman named Thailyler. I am not a fan of going into jewelry stores but she made it fun. She took her time with me and as well for once at out of all these stores in jewelry stores in Natick.. Thayler explained me what has nickel what does not, she went into full detail. My daughters are over 30 but we can never find jewelry thats actually safe. I. thank thailer for her customer service. I learned a lot that jewelry in depth. I am now coming back all the time, to get my grand daughters gifts. As well Sonia is very helpful and makes the store fun to go to.

coco coco: do NOT get your ears pierced here!!! after i got them done you could clearly tell they were so uneven. i can’t believe they charged me $70 for that, what a complete waste
Susan Lane: Returned a broken pair of earrings that had been ordered online with NO problem. Tayla tried to find us a replacement pair, but they were not in stock so she offered a credit. She also allowed us to use an expired coupon that gave us a 20% discount. She was extremely helpful, and pleasant to me and my grandaughter.
Dolores August: Please do not get your piercings here. We had our daughter's ears pierced here, bought the upgraded package and were very diligent with cleaning and maintaining and followed all the instructions and her ears became badly infected. Our pediatrician told us that Claire's is unsanitary and to think about having your piercings done at a pediatrician's office. She had to take medicine, wait for her ears to heal, and overcome the fear... Not to mention the sadness that went with seeing all of her friends with pierced ears (although some other friends also got infected ears from Claire's!) And all the earrings we had bought went to waste. We are two years out now and she is just now agreeing to try again. Save your daughter all of this grief! Do your research and talk to your pediatrician.
Rebecca Zeng: Never go to this place, it’s a scam. The sign outside of Claire’s says that ear piercings are free, but once my friend got the piercing they charged us $70! I wish I could give lower than one star, but the system won’t let me.

Linda Harlow: EXTREMELY disappointed!!!! I came into Claires looking for earrings for my 9 year old daughter and the staff were too busy GOSSIPING to ask me if I needed help with anything. I ended up finding earrings on my own, but I noticed the store was a MESS. There was Starbucks cups littered on the floor and on the desk. My daughter did not like the earrings I picked out so I attempted to return them a few days later only to be told I wasn't allowed to return without an email address. Never coming back here again!!!!

Mia S: They would appear to be very helpful when you are in store. Good luck on getting any customer support from the store or online if anything happens to your purchase. I purchased a bag and they shipped it via UPS free shipping. Later on, UPS charged me $7.99 holding fee. I contacted the store and online support, no one would help me, they said I should contact UPS. Well, your shipping service should cover this so the UPS wouldn't charge me for holding the package for me! I will never buy from Coach again. So many brands, why should I choose you!

Another staff member saw this and also chimed in to help and both of them showed me several options. I came in the next day after deciding which bag to buy. The staff there were also very helpful.
