Me and my son had a very dangerous issue with our car and we were trapped for several hours waiting for AAA and they went above and beyond for us while we were waiting. Arche: After purchasing a 33 year old volvo with more issues than my girlfriend, advanced auto in maynard was there to help. Whether it was simply supplying me with parts, or when my steering column locked up and they let ne drill out a part of my steering rack for 3 hours in the parking lot just so i could move my car once more. Quality of parts is great for the price, more often then not if they dont have your specific part it can be delivered to the store before 3pm that day, and the staff is amazing with help, even when they are overworked or crowded. Mark is a great guy who can help with anything your car desires or needs. I live in Worcester mass, and i still drive 38 -40 miles just to give them my business.

Mike Weatherbee (Raged Maniac): Other than having to drive all the way out there because they were the closest store to my home that the internet said they were available to have the organic brake pads for my truck in stock they were fast and the employee remembered me and the parts as I called ahead to make double sure they were indeed in stock before traveling the 40 miles to this location. Been to many parts stores many times as I can do many of my own repairs since labor prices have gotten quite outrageous.

pat brennan: Both windshield wipers broke due to snow and ice. They replaced right away despite the freezing cold and gusting winds, and were very professional and polite. With more bad weather on the way, I would have been stuck at home until I was able to get them replaced. I am very grateful for their help.
Ali Eldeeb: Don’t buy any battery from this store!They claim selling the battery with a 3 years warranty but when you go back after 2 months to get it a bad battery replaced they don’t accept it and play a lot of games around like oh I don’t know how to replace it my manager is sick or it’s good enough you don’t have to get it replaced even the test they run at the store saying otherwise.Advance auto parts in Billerica should go out of business there is no customer service at all.Will never buy anything ever again from Advance auto parts.

The associate at the counter (Alan M.), rolled a cart to me and said they're in the back and refused to help me with these large bulky items. After loading the cart myself, I walked towards the front to see him leaning on the counter on his phone. Horrible attitude, very condescending and no help whatsoever. I have been to the store twice, spending over $200 each time, but I won't be back.

I dropped off a priority overnight package expecting for UPS to pick it up at night. They didn’t. The UPS driver never showed up. My package had to be kept frozen so I was forced to return here ASAP next morning to take the package pack, reopen it and put the contents back in the freezer.Looking through my shipment history, UPS has taken up to 3 days to pick up from this location sometimes.Again, the employees were great. One of them let me in the store before opening time and returned my important package to me. But don’t EVER send anything important or time sensitive via UPS from here.

RJK20: You might want to update your website on business hours, and all the services that you advertise online that you actually don’t provide. Traveling to the store just to see a hand written sign on the door that tells you the services that you actually don’t do can be frustrating for people.

I understand this happens from time to time, but if there's another review from a month ago with the same comment AND inaccurate hours were confirmed by the business 2 weeks ago, then that's not right. Please consider the needs of stranded motorists.

Blaine B: In December I went to the Wilmington Ma Advanced Auto Parts store for new wipers for my truck. The salesperson took me over and showed me three that he said offered rebates. I decided on the one that he told me would give a $15.00 gift card for a rebate. When he was ringing it up he told me I could fill the rebate form out online. I was notified a few weeks later by Advanced Auto Parts customer service that there was a problem with my rebate submission and to call. When I called, they informed me that the wipers I bought did not offer a rebate. I was upset and told customer service the only reason I bought those wipers was because I was told I could get a rebate gift card. They suggested I call the store manager. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager but was told he was not available at the moment. I explained the situation to the store employee and left my name and phone number and asked if the store manager could call me when they became available. I guess they never became available because my phone call was never returned. Auto Zone is only 1 mile further away so I’ll probably start going back to them.

Jose then showed me what he had available and since I didn’t know much about battery’s he explains it in full detail, he’s a very Knowledgeable person he got me the right battery and even installed it for me what a great guy.

David: No one is staffing this store.I stopped by twice and doors were locked during posted hours.I ordered a car battery (in stock?) online and picked this store for pickup on January 5th. The order was never filled. I just got the cancellation email this morning. (12 days later)

V Vendetta: Went to buy a new car battery to replace my old one. Outstanding customer service, the sales associate helped me pick the right battery and installed it on the spot. Not only did he install the new battery he went the extra mile and cleaned out some of the corroded parts around the battery. Sadly I forgot to ask him his name, but again really outstanding customer service! This location is also really easy to find and there's always lots of parking.

Bharat Shah: I will give 0 star. I had worst experience of my life. First they ordered wrong part which cost me additional $100 in labor. Store employees were worst. When I went back to return part, employee insulted me and told me never come back original order I use 2 $20 speed perjs coupon. When I reorder correct part through online person she won't use list coupon. I list $20. I try to speak to assistance manager and try to explain him on issue. He is not interested and told me not to come back and if I do he will call police. I decided not to buy anything from advanced auto. The store is located on main St, Nashua nh.
Chris Pelland: Brandon is a lifesaver! I had a rental car with a broken wiper that needed a special wiper that was hard to find. Advance Auto Parts had it! Brandon took the time to find the right size wiper for us and even installed it for me. He was super helpful and I very much appreciated Brandon and the young man behind the counter, for such amazing customer service.

Harald DeStefano: My wife bought a battery from them put it in our bike and it didnt work sent the bike out to shop was informed of a bad battery in which they replaced in which we just purchased they refused refuned told me were out 85.00 and they just don't care so ill send the whole issue to legal shield and our bank wonder how they would feel if I srole 85.00 from them there thiefs they probably sold here and older battery because she's a woman that would know any better I will never shop there again ever in my life neither will any of my family or my friends or anybody from our electrical contracting company I will make sure of that as a matter of fact I will go out of my way to make sure that all my biker friends know this to and all my electrical friends who are contractors
