cat: I am not the only one who thinks the older white salesman is rude and dishonest.He treated us like we have never bought any good suits and tried to hard sell the wrong size because there’s no stock for the right size. He touched the inner shirt that my dad had on disrespectfully and without asking for permission. We were so shocked.I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or he’s actually racist, he talked to the other customer who’s black with an impatient tone as well. This store has an very unwelcome vibe.
fiona sc: A very rude older man approached me and my friends and while one of us was politely trying on a jacket and he then told my friend that he was “too small” for the clothes and because of this we needed to leave immediately. I really don’t think that’s a respectable reason to kick people out of a store, especially because we were not being disrespectful whatsoever. I’ve never met such a rude worker at this mall, he acted like he was running a museum and we were little kids touching the exhibits.

Spenser Porter: One particular staff member was incredibly demeaning and rude, an older gentleman spoke to me like I was an unruly child for putting my coffee on their coffee table while waiting for another sales associate to look for some items in the back, insisting that it "could spill" and "damage their property". Relax my dude, you work in a mall brooks brothers not a museum.

Jonathan Estwing: The best. Dianne is great sales person. Connie (the tailor) works magic with a needle and thread. Products are of the highest quality. I wouldn't buy things they aren't known for here, like socks, but the suits, shirts, outerwear, ties, womens wear etc are great value for money....to get the same quality elsewhere will cost double.
Nitin R: Had a terrible experience with the sales staff. I’ve never felt so demeaned in my life when the sales clerk (name starts with an H) looks at you and tells you “That’s out of your budget” without even asking us the budget and tells us “He cannot spend all day with you”. Outright rude.

Bill: Ramero helped me yesterday and the Tailor, whose name I can not remember. Both were excellent. Professional, knowledgeable etc. I had to buy a Tux and it was very important to me. I had ordered in a 42, thought it looked fine. I went in for my fitting and the Tailor came out and started to fit me and said I think a 40 might be better. They both went the extra mile , found the 40 and fitted me. It went from looking good to looking great. Thank you!

emma nancy: Every time I’ve been in there they treat me like I’m going to steal and it makes me very uncomfortable. I typically get 3-4 employees from the makeup section staring me down and following me but rarely ask if I need help. Even when I do buy something I still feel very judged. Sad but I just try to avoid it now if I can.
Marilyn MC: I went here to find a dress . Drove an hour and 17 mins. I loved walking thru this store . We used to have one in my hometown but they closed it . I didn’t find what I was looking for but I found my dress at another store in the same mall.
Andy Pham: I had a great experience working with Patricio from the Indochino inside the Nordstrom. He was very thorough with me and my groomsmen’s suit alteration and the suit came out great! He’s very friendly and has great charisma and I highly recommend having him do your alterations. Make sure to request him and not depend on the Indochino website to assign him to you.

Sara Pacheco: This is my third bad experience at the Natick Store. Especially at the shoe department. Unfortunately I did not get this ladies name but I spoke to Matt - supposely the dept manager and reported to him. I arrived at the counter to make a return and asked this lady if someone was available to help me, she rudely replied that I had to wait for someone to become available to “help” me. I understand they are busy but the way you interact with a customer can make a difference. Her tone annd attitude were not polite. Again, I will continue to shop online but will refuse to step foot at the Natick store.
I “Ariana” M: Older women with glasses at Chanel counter, with accent and dark hair didn’t want to help me. I don’t know why they have all the old women working there at cosmetics. They have no idea about makeup or trends with makeup. It’s a ghost town for sure…
Bill: This is an update to an old 1 star review. I had a negative experience a few years back. I walked in yesterday on my way into the mall not planning to shop at Nordstrom. I was approached by Amanda and an hour later I had the clothes I needed for my daughters wedding. Amanda was really great and restored my faith in Nordstrom. Knowledgeable, engaged and confidant. She even took pictures so I could text them to my wife and daughters for approval. Great experience! Thank you Amanda.

Nataliia Ost: 1 year later and rating dropped below 0. This ghost town needs to be closed down or serious training with all careless employees needs to take place. I approached one of the lazy Willeys resting on the counter with a simple request to order a product for me, please forgive me my intention get you a commission (use to work in retail, trying to be empathetic) and was smacked with "it is not available for order" while you can clearly see on the screen of the working phone that this item ready to be loved and sprayed. Ending up ordering from a different retailer($360)... The vibe of this place is generally wacky and unpleasant, spending money is fun, but definitely not here

Jordan Rich: The middle aged RBF brunette woman with circular glasses working at the Nars booth is insanely unfriendly and unlikeable. Not helpful when it comes to Nars makeup or proper sanitary measures. The attitude she gave me when I questioned applying a tester lipstick was INSANE especially given that, you know, we all went through a pandemic. The rest of the women working the makeup floor were kind and knowledgeable though when I spoke with them. Not sure what the Nars associate’s problem is but I’ll steer clear of her next time.

Zackary King: This afternoon I experienced immense prejudice as I had been scowering through the Gap in Natick mall. It is an unfortunate set of events that both me as well as family of mine, had to experience such blatant racism. Management especially, directing staff to hone in on minorities who were looking through Kanye West new collaboration alongside the gap. Upsetting to say the least. As a high affluent individual, it is extremely aggravating yet displays individuals deep prejudice of colored peoples.

Karina Perozin: Always so messy, you can never find anything. And this is the only store where the fitting rooms are full of clothes and is always closed.
Diego Rojas: I hope that Zara realizes that customer service still matters in 2023 and invest a little bit more in training their employees. The guy at the register was not helpful and straight up rude. He threw the merchandise at the table when I told them that I didn’t need a bag and was constantly talking with his coworker even though I was asking questions.

All fitting rooms were closed and we had to locate someone that spoke English, the girl in the fitting room said she didn’t speak English. What a joke! Was told if we wanted to try apparel on we had to go to the mall bathrooms LOL…..apparently all 3 fitting rooms were closed and appeared they were being used as storage, there was stuff everywhere in all three areas.Stores a mess and resembles an outlet store….pretty chaotic and yes the whole time I was there the lines were long and slow.This store is nothing like the other Zara’s stores I have visited. I recommend just order on line and return if you don’t like.This store needs managerial help!

I come here all the time and am never impressed, but today, a middle-aged blonde woman (seemed to be a boss of some sort) was giving attitude to every single customer coming in over a new scanning system that they decided to debut today - with what seems like no plan ahead of implementing the new system. It was an absolute mess and instead of being apologetic, she was very rude. Do better Zara!

Patrick McKenna: This is the first time I have been to this Zara. Normally I go the one downtown in Boston as it is closer. That being said while the selection seemed to be decent, the line was the whole way to the door to checkout. Not to mention when I asked to try something on, the employee rudely stated that they were closed and you will need to make an educated guess. There were people just trying stuff on all over the store!!!!I’ve realized it’s pretty normal for the line to checkout at Zara to be super long and slow, I never expected the dressing room of a clothing store to be closed!! I was shocked and speechless. I won’t be coming back as I’ll stick with the one downtown.The only plus is that it’s in the mall on the second floor near Nordstrom. It was really easy to park under Nordstrom and take the elevator up.

Side note; Natick might be one of the best malls in New England!The Zara store has a great selection of men's clothing. Customer service always outstanding!

Luli: Nunca habia visto una tienda que estuviera tan desorganizada como Burlington store en Leominster no se puede ni comprar siempre hay mercancia tirada por todos lados en el piso y no se puede encontrar nada todo esta mezclado. La unica vez que vi esa tienda limpia y organizada fue cuando fui a la tienda y estaban los de Corporate estaba perfecta me quede asombrada pero al otro dia estaba la tienda irreconocible un reguero otra vez. Burlington es una de las pocas tiendas de ropa y zapatos que nos quedan en esta area y asi no se puede comprar tienen que hacer algo Definitivamente.
