ZARA: what do users think?
Karina Perozin: Always so messy, you can never find anything. And this is the only store where the fitting rooms are full of clothes and is always closed.
Diego Rojas: I hope that Zara realizes that customer service still matters in 2023 and invest a little bit more in training their employees. The guy at the register was not helpful and straight up rude. He threw the merchandise at the table when I told them that I didn’t need a bag and was constantly talking with his coworker even though I was asking questions.
Annaya Gabriel: Had an amazing experience during checkout with cashier Daisy. She was very helpful during my complicated return and purchase!
Catia Souza Terapeuta: I love the store but lines is always insane… Fitting room is also not open which makes you stay in line for purchase and later to return…You his is everytime I shop at Zara. I am giving up just for the inconvenience of been in aline for line for more than 1 hour.
Crab Cakes: Limited selection. Long waiting lines. Terrible customer service.
EDan: Everything you read in the reviews are true. Extreme bad customer service. All fitting rooms were closed and we had to locate someone that spoke English, the girl in the fitting room said she didn’t speak English. What a joke! Was told if we wanted to try apparel on we had to go to the mall bathrooms LOL…..apparently all 3 fitting rooms were closed and appeared they were being used as storage, there was stuff everywhere in all three areas.Stores a mess and resembles an outlet store….pretty chaotic and yes the whole time I was there the lines were long and slow. This store is nothing like the other Zara’s stores I have visited. I recommend just order on line and return if you don’t like. This store needs managerial help!
Michelle K: Customer service level is at an all time low at this Zara. I come here all the time and am never impressed, but today, a middle-aged blonde woman (seemed to be a boss of some sort) was giving attitude to every single customer coming in over a new scanning system that they decided to debut today - with what seems like no plan ahead of implementing the new system. It was an absolute mess and instead of being apologetic, she was very rude. Do better Zara!
Marisa Fuller: Super long line every time I come and today the fitting rooms were closed! Who closes all their fitting rooms? That’s ridiculous and there should be no reason why there is a line all the way to the door and only TWO registers open. Hire more people! Get it together.
Sharang Jindal: Very bad experience, it feels like the employees on the billing counter are trying to take as much time as possible. Super inefficient people
Jaime Martin: This store is a complete joke. Fitting rooms are closed. One register open for 20 people in line. Staff is miserable!
Luz Mery Parra Acevedo: Venden ropa muy bonita. Espero la visten .
Vinit Modi: Worst shopping experience. They have checkout lines until the entrance but still they would not have more counters open. Slowest ever checkout process. Shop only if you have time to stand in long checkout lines.
Kamiya Thakker: Worst store and staff!! We went there on weekend and they said our trial rooms are closed on weekends because we can’t accommodate so many people!! If that’s the case then why don’t you close your store on weekends as well?? How can we buy things without doing trial? I won’t recommend visiting to this store.
Chad Williams: Understaffed and no fitting rooms open, just winging it these days
Patrick McKenna: This is the first time I have been to this Zara. Normally I go the one downtown in Boston as it is closer. That being said while the selection seemed to be decent, the line was the whole way to the door to checkout. Not to mention when I asked to try something on, the employee rudely stated that they were closed and you will need to make an educated guess. There were people just trying stuff on all over the store!!!!I’ve realized it’s pretty normal for the line to checkout at Zara to be super long and slow, I never expected the dressing room of a clothing store to be closed!! I was shocked and speechless. I won’t be coming back as I’ll stick with the one downtown. The only plus is that it’s in the mall on the second floor near Nordstrom. It was really easy to park under Nordstrom and take the elevator up.
Raquel Sunshine: Wonderful place , wonderful clothes
S P: Very common for these guys to keep just one register open and make 30 l(sometimes more) people wait in a line. Three sections(mens kids womens) and one register. What kind of joy the store manager gets by doing this I have no clue!
Rasheed Wande: Haven't been here in awhile but this is my favorite store in the world! Before they opened a Zara in Providence I would drive to Natick just to shop here. Side note; Natick might be one of the best malls in New England! The Zara store has a great selection of men's clothing. Customer service always outstanding!
Bradley Reitzel: Fitting rooms closed. Forced to use self checkout (put clothes in dirty bin, remove all security tags yourself), rude store employees/management
Cansu: I drove all the way from New Hampshire to shop at Zara and fitting rooms are closed for no reason.
LuLu Jersey: The store manager rocks 🌟 she helped me with a situation that I could say to her. Thanks forever.

Target: what do users think?
Michelle Baar-Daley: Associates are very friendly and helpful. Store is clean and very well organized! Very different experience from Target stores I’ve shopped previously.
GOOD CITIZEN: The worst place been calling for over a hour no answers. My mother spent three hours yesterday trying to contact anyone there. I got a hold of human resources today and then they hung up on me and never answered again. Nothing good to say but fire the human resources lady who was on today they don't do their job waste of space money and time. Changing to only buy from Amazon now and destroy the world by going to Amazon. Thanks for helping the customer out target 🎯. Your being replaced by Amazon and your employees are making it happen by not assisting customers. By forever Target 🎯
Shelley Watson: Love that it's a one stop store.
Deb McCourt: Pleasant, clean, easy access. Good customer service. Clean bathrooms. Miss their snack bar but they do have STARBUCKS
Madmatt D: What a shame that this store doesn't have cashiers who will help you check out a full cart of food, clothing and toys. This has happened on last 3 visits to this location. Check yourself out while the staff putters around the store. Say something and get an attitude. I guess they don't need the sales but what a joke they are in regards to customer service. I do not recommend this store, go to Walmart.
Diane Mccamy: Fun.much more kinds of items than expected. 👍
Gary: Looking for hotwheels
W Gavazzi: Usually pretty good with plenty in stock at a good value. Open early and closes late really helps when days are busy.Clothes seem to go out of stock quicker here than other Targets but there are at least 3 others within 30 minutes that probably have the item in stock. The pharmacy recently changed hours or stopped giving vaccines on Sunday and didn't update the app so it was a wasted trip for myself and at least one other family that was trying to get shots.Lots of accessible parking on one side of the building but the closest doors are not automatic. The good offsets the not so good.
Josie Hylton: Staff are great!
Scott Fitzgerald: Do yourself a favor, use another Pharmacy. CVS/Target only employs one Pharmacist at a time, so scripts take no less that 20 minutes to wait for. Lousy customer service.
Karen Workman: Very friendly employees, pleasant and smiling
Tariq Ahmad: Excellent store with great options
Larry Gianakis: It is great to have a Target in the area. The store is always bright and clean and the selection of nuts, granola, and seltzer is really good.
Stephanie Nartowt: Quick service, short wait even though it is the holiday shopping season. I think it was a chance of luck!
Sara Burket: I was there today with my 2 yr old and 3 yr old to grab a few things. My 3 yr old had a major meltdown when we got to the self check out register. I wish I got the amazing woman's name, but one of the associates came over and she was so kind talking to my girls and giving them stickers and spoke to me with such grace. To you ma'am...thank you and Merry Christmas!!!
Cheryl Jacques: Target is my default store for just about everything. Clean, cheerful, well-lit store, excellent selection and price, great staff. Two big pluses: smooth carriages and the bathrooms are right at the entrance.
Jocelyn Porciello: I go to Target approx once a week. Love it here.
Christine Murray: Very helpful when I had an issue. The staff was friendly and didn't hesitate to help me
Daddy Nuttsac: employee by the name of “dustee” gave terrible service. Never coming back.
Amaral- Daly: Always love Target because they Always have something you need, no matter what you're looking for!
Francisco Rodriguez: Very rude lady at the self checkout today (10:50am). We got some articles that had different prices at the counter, when we told her that, she looked at us like we were thiefs or something (I was with my wife and my kid there). Bad experience.

Anthropologie: what do users think?
Madison Arruda: Jessica and everyone I worked with during the process of buying my wedding dress were amazing! I can’t say thank you enough for them for working with me through the whole process, and how kind they were the entire time. Amazing people!!
Miriam: Cressie was super helpful. She went above and beyond. I was there to buy a few last minute gifts as well as pick up gift wrapping for many gifts for an order that Anthro online forgot to include wrapping. She helped me chose appropriate wrappings and was super patient. Thank you!
Andy Wade: Excellent
Samantha Moore: I needed to find an outfit for a small women's party. I came to this store and found everything I needed here. Nice service, interesting clothes. All liked it.
MJB: Clearance is always good
Shalee Blackmer: I like loose clothes and this store always has what I need. Great location, great service.
Sara Saba-Sher: Love the style, sometimes poor quality
Maria Ann “Rie”: I have better luck online, but very friendly staff
Green Lizard: Women shop, especially for weddings, very nice and welcoming place. Staff are very friendly and helpful with the choices.
Erika McCarty: Great service at this location!
Maria Scippa: I would highly recommend this store to anybody, but especially any bride to be looking for a welcoming, stress free and seamless experience with a huge selection! Whitney greeted me and made me feel so comfortable, and assured me I did not need an appointment. This was followed by Sam who was perfectly attentive, honest and efficient for the next two hours. I left with the perfect dress and accessories. I am so grateful to have come to this store and find that it could accommodate my specific and very time sensitive needs. Great Experience.
Camilla Molteno: Feel their stock was better and far more interesting 10 years ago
Fr. Demetri Constantine: Typical anthropologie. Love the decor and selections, a little expensive so just be aware of that if you're coming for the first time.
Steven Hebert: Great selection of weeding gowns
Darya Denisova: Love this store. Variety is fantastic, staff is very helpful and nice. Great sales!
Jaina Mistry: Went to Anthropologie to try on a couple of wedding outfits. Melissa helped me out and she was great. Really helpful and made me feel right at home. Didn't end up buying the outfit, but the experience was excellent.
Alexander Puzikov: Beautiful store.
CJ Grace: Came here with an appointment for bhldn dresses looking for a wedding dress. The lady assigned to me was mediocre, most not helpful, and didn't seem to be knowledgeable about giving a bride a dress experience that will make her want to leave with her dream dress in hand. I also felt like the other ladies/brides in the store were getting a nicer experience than I was - more knowledable associates, friendlier, etc. The condition of the sample gowns were horrendous - they were filthy and some were so ripped and torn it was hard to imagine them being "the one". Besides our personal helper and the condition of the samples, the store was well kept and in a nice area. Overall I was underwhelmed and didn't find the right dress.
Wendy McEttrick: We shopped at BHLDN for the perfect wedding dress and we found it! We actually found two but had to choose. Our salesperson, Lauren, was fantastic! She made us feel comfortable, she was fun, she knew her stuff! Thank you. The store has quite the selection of conventional and unconventional styles. The prices are so reasonable. Definitely put this store on your list.
Meghan Rose: The manager here seems hardened, and wasn't personable at all. She clearly has worked retail for too long and needs a vacation. She looks at customers like sheep, and can't be bothered with anyone. I get the sense she likes to manage, but she really shouldn't interact with customers the way she does. The rest of the staff is LOVELY, but I definitely will go to the Anthro at the Natick Collection brother than Chestnut Hill, because theres seemingly some elitism going on here, and I don't need that when I go to spend money in their store. I did buy a wedding dress from BHLDN with Olivia, who was WONDERFUL. Couldn't have been better :) Thank you, Olivia!!!
Emily Hutchins: I had the most wonderful experience at BHLDN with the stylist Olivia. She was sweet, patient, sincere, and very professional, and I appreciated the informed sizing and alteration options she gave me (she is also a seamstress). The atmosphere of the store was quite relaxing, too. I've been to a couple of other salons but here I never felt rushed or like I was being "up-selled" dresses outside of my budget by obsequious attendants. Also, the dresses are gorgeous - I certainly recommend you make an appointment and give it a try!

Target: what do users think?
Douglas Hoffmann: Really like that targetEveryone is helpful, pleasant, and kind easy check out hardly ever wait.
Jaiprakash Punna: It is always a pleasure to shop at Target and at Malborough, MA
Kelly Marion: Store employees do not put costumers first. They don’t stop to make sure you pass before they just plow through with their rolling carts. I’ve had to dodge many workers even though I was in a specific walking path first. Just now on 1/21 as I was walking out after paying, a girl with long blonde hair always in a pony tail. Pulled a cart out literally as I was walking through and ran over the back of my foot. No apologies or anything. Employees are literally oblivious to costumers.
Heidi Borella: I just stopped in to the Target in Marlboro and worked on the self checkout line. Something would not work and Andrea who is working that station today was so nice! She is a great example of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks Andrea, keep up the good work!
ABC DSL: ladies bathroom stalls do not close or lock properly. Not a single one of them. sad!
jon quinn: Decent Target with 4 Self Checkouts
Alyssa K: Love this target! It’s my go-to since it’s close by. All of the workers are very friendly especially JP, he goes above and beyond to help the customers! Don’t sleep on this target 😊
blivets: If you're an expecting parent don't buy stuff here. They don't have prices listed for any of the car seats and half online you have to put in your cart to even get an idea. They set you up to stumble
sp: Lenny at self checkout basically stopped a brewing toddler tantrum and he’s the hero of today. Didn’t interact with anyone else really but if they’re all like him with exhausted and overwhelmed customers, then they’re all pretty amazing.
Bernard Office: Prices on items constantly wrong, ad sales are not reflected in store. Over the past year i have seen tons of “sales” in ads in the app and when you go in store none of it is on sale, though this is a corporate issue.
Victor Holbrook: Seemed lacking in employees
Kely H: Awful guest service, they have no idea what they’re doing and refused to let me exchange or get store credit for formula that was gifted to me by a family member even though we had the gift receipt. The money was put back onto their card and we couldn’t get the formula we actually needed. Never coming back here, target on rt 20 in marlborough actually knows what they’re doing.
Nessa Taylor: I worked at Target for 4 years while I was in high school and college so I’m pretty familiar with Target’s standards for team members, and this store is seriously falling short.Nobody was in electronics over the course of the hour I was in the store. I checked back multiple times and it remained empty. I was cut off by a tm with a restock cart and he just stood there until I moved out of his way instead of moving out of mine (aren’t these carts supposed to remain in the main aisle ways anyway?). I have no problem moving out of the way bc I understand it’s easier to restock with it in the aisle, but the fact that he just stood there staring at me without saying a word was what was irritating.Got to checkout and they had three lanes open plus self checkout. I had to go through a lane bc I had a locked item. One cashier stood there just talking to another employee (which didn’t really bother me at first). The the other cashier literally looked right at me and then walked away, and looked at the first cashier and pointed to me. She finished her conversation with the other employee then also looked right at me and walked away. So 2 lanes with lights on and both employees just walked away to do whatever. The lanes also don’t allow you to see the screens anymore so you can’t see what’s being rang up or how much anything costs. You also can’t see a total as you go. You have to ask for the total at the end or wait for the employee to tell you what it is.The ONLY reason I’m giving this store 3 stars instead of 1 is that the third cashier, wearing the name tag Lenny, redeemed the store. Says he’s been here for about 18 years and I can see why. He’s pleasant, he smiles, he chatted with me while he rang up my items. I hope this location realizes that this man is carrying the customer service of this store.
Shirley McDonald: I always love this Target location. The self checkout line maybe long but the wait is faster than you think. I tried drive thru pick up for the first time and I can't believe how quick someone came out with my order.
David Resnik: Clean store, well-lit, ample inventory, reasonable prices - what else do you need?
K Frances (DrKF): Drive up to a numbered space. Type in the space number. The person comes out with all of my groceries - and puts them in the trunk!!! No kidding, I drove away feeling as though I was stealing something! What an easy process. Definitely recommend the Drive Up pickup process. Why get out of the car? Marlborough, MA where it is 16° out.
Tara Aho: Went to buy a Covid at home test here today, that says in stock online and on the app. When I asked customer service if I could purchase a test they said no to protect staff they are only letting customers buy them online as pick up. I told the customer service staff that the app and online wasn’t allowing me to pick that option, and they said there was a glitch in the system that they were trying to fix. So they have at home Covid tests in their possession, but are withholding customers from buying them in the store because they MIGHT be sick?!!?! And they don’t want “sick” people in the store?! Obviously people should quarantine if they have Covid, but who are they to decide that people that are buying tests must be sick? That’s so crazy to me! I could be buying it for my grandmother or uncle or anyone!
Ian Winiarski: I couldn’t find socks or jeans.
Patti Spaulding: Because it's clean and store clerks are friendly.
Katrina Freitas: Eric and the girl with brown hair and the round glasses (I wish I grabbed her name). These two target employees gave perfect customer service today!!! They made me so happy. I was driving all over the place trying to find a specific piece of furniture. And I was starting to get stressed about it. The girl at the customer service counter was so helpful because she listened to my situation and helped me figure out how to get the futon into my tiny sedan. Then Eric was so patient and helpful because he took the time to help me roll the futon out to my car and he even took the time to fit it in the trunk!!! Such professional service. I wish I could have tipped him. Im so happy and these two employees really made my day. They went above and beyond and I hope their manager acknowledges the perfect service they provided today (11/9/21).
Alexander Colon: Excellent service

Anthropologie: what do users think?
carol castillo: Today was my second time shopping here. Let me just say this, it is my absolute favorite store. The staff here is very friendly and honest. Shout out to Lisa she is a great asset.
Christopher Williams: My better half loves this place!
Bianca Galvao Beaubien: Just to say how rude and rude the manager of this store is. I bought 16 mugs online to give away and forgot to include the gift packaging in my order. I drove 1 hour to get to this store to BUY the bags with the store's logo and the MANAGER barely looked at me and told the employee that she couldn't give me or sell the bags. I thought it was horrible how am I going to give a gift wanting to have the packaging of the store and brand and a manager refuses to give the bag with the BRAND logo ??? I've never seen that in my life. She was very rude in not even saying a word to me as a customer.
Onna van Eyk: Fun styles. Great quality.
Moris Arias: Exellet quality!!
Mahshid Mirghassemi: Drove a long way to get to the nearest Anthropologie store in Burlington Massachusetts . I had some items to return and one for exchange . The store manager had such an attitude. She told me all of the items that I bought online are final sale .I brought them back. I contacted Anthropologie customer service turned out they’re all returnable . just wasted time and money to get to the store and now I have to pay for the shipping of the items back .Disappointed 😔
Bea Gareau: It smelled HORRIBLE in here. I couldn't stay long enough to pick out anything. Imagine your least favorite perfume, 10x stronger. It was that bad. I'm sure the clothes were cute but the scent ruined everything. For Christ's sake choose a new air freshener.
ishtar0077: It was nice shopping experience. Everyone there was friendly and the store is clean and organized.
Merrill Roth: Have always had great experiences with the people that work here
Chris Karl: It's been a while I was in a Anthropologie store but at least this one appeared to be much more main stream. Except for the decor and display, many of the items sold did not remind me of the Anthropology I used to know a couple of years back. My first impression was that they might want to appeal to a broader customer base. It is worth to stop by and have a look nevertheless.
Maria Espaillat (Mellina): Bella mercancías.
Isabel Alder: Great selection & unique styles in this clothing & home goods store. The prices are a bit high but there is almost always a good selection of clothes & home decorative items on sale.Definitely worth a visit when visiting the Burlington Mall.🌷
Carla Joseph: I call this locations my home store..one 1/2 mile away but this is by far the best. The sales help goes above and beyond to make you happy 😊 ❤
Alycia M: Went in to shop today at 7:15pm. I had some great things picked out, but then I was told the fitting room is closed for the rest of the night. How does it make sense for a store to be open, but close the fitting room is closed ahead of time? I would have probably bought everything I I picked out, but definitely not without trying on first!
Daniel Call: I think this store has a really cool vibe, even though I'm just following the women in my family as they go through it.My daughter described it as "a thrift store where prices start at $150." About sums it up.
Lynette Leinbach: Unusual but very tasteful decor items and clothing. Pricey.
Sherry Cabot: Left the security sensor in the shirt I bought... had to drive 45 min each way to go back and have it taken out. It also didn't beep on the way out. UGH!
Nick Perry: Great items, and the staff at this location was very friendly.
Laura Gimby: Always a soft drape to the clothes. Great colors. Staff generally helpful and warm. The styles aren't necessarily right for everyone, but great for most. And people who like Anthropologie LOVE Anthropologie.
Linda Mack: My daughter always finds lots of clothes she loves here
Sophia C: This is one of the cleaner stores at the mall. All the stuff is beautiful it is just the issue of having money. This store is not budget friendly. Some of the clothes cost as much as rent. I have never actually purchased anything from here but everything looks like it is nice quality.

Target: what do users think?
Heather Musorofiti: Fast easy convenient
Fallon A.: Blankly ignored by associate just awful customer service !
The David and Jason Show: They need more people to help. Their stock is pretty low. It’s horrible when they’re to find a game and they didn’t have any in stock looked around ask the person said they won’t even have any in stock for the next week. Walmart might be a little bit better.
John Smith: Consistently long lines for checkout. Despite having 14 registers, there’s only ever a few open so there’s a long wait to checkout. Doesnt seem to matter what time of day.
cheryl mill: Easy shopping
Rene Messier: Huge line with no cashiers. Just one person telling the next person in line when a self-checkout is open. Obviously customers can tell because there's nothing else to look at while we wait. Maybe the store should put in 12 self checkouts instead of four if they're not going to hire any cashiers
Doris Christelis: Customers PLEASE pay attention when your order is bring rung up. It is unfortunately common for the pricing to be wrong and you are not getting the advertised sale prices or the gift cards you are supposed to be getting with your order. This has happened multiple times to me. I have started taking photos of the gift card offers on display in the aisles to "prove" to the cashier that they owe me more. Unfortunately while they do give me the gift card they do not change the programming so the next customer will either be ripped off or will have to also "prove" they are right. This is nuts!
Samantha Kirby: Store is always very clean and organized. Good selection of clearance items too which is a plus.
Amanda Christine: Depends on the day.
RM Cerv: I like Target better than Walmart. I think their merchandise is of higher quality.
Ellen M. Goldsmith: Target had some of the clothes I was looking for. Unfortunately, they didn't have Wrangler Cargo Pants in my size. I will have to go online.
Caroline Mongeon Dadurian: I don’t know what happened to this store but it is completely disorganized with carts of boxes all over the place. There are some aisle that are completely blocked by unpacked boxes. I even found two juice bottles opened and halfway drank in a display. This store needs a major cleanup and reorganization.
Skip Matthew: This target is not organized at all other halloweens aren’t even out and set up yet ? All other targets has it up and set.. this target need to step up and get things done timely .It’d also mess all around the store carts / boxes//stuff all around things laying on floor people can trip over and fall.. surprisingly for this store I expect this in Boston but here ? smh 🤦‍♂️
Judy Kalman: Don’t bother. They are out of stock even if they send you an email saying your pick up is ready. Then you have to wait in line 15 minutes. Then you have to execute a return of the missing item so that you get credit on your credit card. Then you have to go to the aisle yourself in order to find the item. The item is not there. And then you walk out of the store having made a totally wasteful trip.
Christine Frye: Target is the Bees Kness 🐝
Pete Rylander: One register open on a Saturday afternoon. No carts inside at all and many aisles were total messes.
Susan Link: Friendly efficient staff who knew what they were doing!
Alcione Felix: Very rude staff. Terrible customer serviceI DO NOT RECOMMEND IT .
Wolf WhispererGaming: Walked into target after placing a pick up order. Got told it’ll be a half hour wait for someone to find a PAIR of knee high socks while 3 employees were standing around doing nothing. Went to go look for said socks in the sock aisle and asked if they had any in stock. I was told that I was in the sock aisle by the girl “stocking”. Obviously she had seen me looking for them in the area. Helped “look” and said I don’t see any when the site mentioned that there were some in stock. Not that you can tell where anything is because clothes were thrown all over the floor so that customers had to step over them. Nothing was in the right place. If you’re going to run a business make sure it doesn’t look like a hurricane ran through it, and maybe hire more helpful people.

Target: what do users think?
bradley sherwood: Lame
Stratos Bonos: Target has lost their way in White Walmart, who would’ve ever thought has the nearest cleanest most pristine stores whether it’s Westborough or Worcester. They look at thousand times neater cleaner, well signed and very well in stock in comparison to any target I have been shoe as of late Melberry empty Masi Westborough, empty Masi Worcester, empty messy and then all three stores not enough self check out so if you want to go with the whole, we’re not gonna use our registers and spend our payroll on a cashier thing. I suggest you open up enough self check out like Walmart has there’s nothing exceptional about you you used to sell innovative products there’s no difference in what you sell in Walmart just that you’re more expensive for what the experience of waiting in line longer , no bye-bye Target. We look forward to your liquidation sale.
Jonelle Garofoli: Is target is always very clean and easy to find items. It’s never overcrowded, and it is just a pleasant experience all around.
Rosangela Ramos: Excelente loja! Tem tudooo!
Abas Abas: I like this store especially the staffs as they very respectful to customers.
Priscilla Eastty: Target is okay, but I prefer to shop other stores with better prices and more variety.
Abbas Mardani: Nice and friendly staffs that never seen in other stores brands, keep continue your best.
Suha A: Love the ambience of target, the prices, the variety of products, the reliable customer service. Everything! What’s not to love!
Raj S: As with all other stores of target , this one was also very well organized and clean . Always love to check this store for any offers and discounted prices . They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc .There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall … not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside … Overall a good experience 👏👏👏👏
Scott Pierce: I ordered online for in store pickup. There was one person working, with 3 people ahead of me. After 10 minutes, nothing changed, so I changed my order to curbside pickup, and parked at curbside pickup, and my order was FINALLY brought out. Not a time saving system by any means.
Maria Goines: It’s terrible that I have to go to do my shopping. Then I have to ring myself out check myself out they had no cashiers horrible. Why must I pay full price and then work at targets for free?
Jacqueline: The Westborough Target needs managements attention! 70% of the time there are no carts inside. The wait for checkout is the longest I've ever seen at a Target. Can Target really not afford to hire people for checkout and to retrieve carts?? I love Target but I hate going here! Terrible.
G W: Friendly customer service and very clean
Mani Kandan: This is always my go to store. Neat and well maintained. Friendly staff. Great stuffs
John D: Good location but probably not the best run Target. I come here regularly after work and then instantly regret it because of the usual line 20-30 people deep waiting to use the self checkout. It takes 5 - 10 min but just annoying given there are 10 empty registers not being used. If I were this location I'd look into more self scanning registers -or consider flexing staff during peak hours to accommodate. I believe corporate Target has industrial engineers and if I were the manager here I'd probably see if they can help given they are the most qualified to give recommendations on queuing problems you are having at this store.
Taylor Dorsett: Weirdly dirty and empty shelves. Wouldnt recommend this target unless you have literally no other options.
John Woodburn: A very busy target that seems to be stocking all the time and there is a lot of carts of boxes throughout the aisles. Also, usually a wait to check out.
Rachel Carlson: Beware when purchasing. I bought a pair of jeans for $29.99 as a gift to someone getting out of the hospital. They do not fit. Well upon attempting to return them, I was made aware that when ringing in the sku for the return it pops up as “unticketed item” (tag looks normal, no sticker nor signage to indicate such a thing). The associate informed me that the associate who rang me out at the time of purchasing was supposed to inform me of this. No return, no store credit. Unacceptable.
Michelle Henault: The customer service department is honestly really rude. I wanted to return an ink cartridge that didn’t work, was told I have to return it to the other one 20 minutes down the road when that’s not the store policy, they just didn’t feel like dealing with it.They also made me feel like I was not believed when I explained that I bought the wrong cartridge for my printer and didn’t discover until I put it.She also made a yuck sound when she saw a little dust on it from my printer.Made me feel like a disgusting liar.
Ed Gould: Saw it has bathroom with mixed gender. I turned right around and left.
Casey Sperling: Previous review no longer valid, upped to 5 stars as location is fine now. Lots of parking, great to park at the super far back to get some extra walking in.
