Suresh Mandadapu: My wife is a great fan of Swarovski jewelry always but the last experience we had at this Natick Location was just unacceptable.She was looking at the ear rings , the holder dropped and ended up with a cut on her knee. It started to bleed immediately and to our surprise the staff at Swarovski didn't show any courtesy to check if she was ok.At the least , staff could have offered first-aid or mentioned they don't carry but they didn't care for any customer service.We sure not going to return to this store ever again.
Hien Nguyen: This has been my store to go for a long time until today. The guy was helping me left to help other customer came after me because he saw the potential buyer with a big purchase. That customer ‘s purchase was an expensive set, compared to mine which was just a bracelet. So the Swarovski guy didn’t care a about my presence in the shop anymore. Really disappointed about the service with discrimination in purchase amount. I’m not sure if I ever want to come back to the store
Jared O: I recently went into the store to look at some of the new crystal figurines/decorations and was treated horribly. Both staff members talked down to me and treated me like I knew nothing at all. I have been collecting Swarovski crystal for years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. That being said, as soon as they found out I was a member of the Swarovski Crystal Society and knew what I was talking about their mood changed instantly as they tried to save face. I was very unimpressed with the service and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Khuong Nguyen: Swarovski has a beautiful collection of crystals shimmering in lights 💡. All women should be glittered with crystals.
v rock r: Went in to look for earrings and the one staff member present was unwilling to look at my face or give me any kind of help and was very insulting and acting almost like she didn't care whether I would be a potential customer or not while doing ok with the one other person in the store. Helped me decide never to go there again.

Beatriz Trogo: This is the worst service I have ever received. They call atitude you question your rights and even threatening me to call the security. Funny all the bad reviews and nothing changes. Each attendant say something different, you literally can’t trust the staff. I got a damaged product and I can’t change it. Is always terrible people and service. It’s a shame such a nice brand building this terrible service and reputation.

Leandra Ninobla: I haven't been in the store ever since I got my first bracelet and charms seven years ago. Unfortunately my first bracelet had to be cut open so that I could take the charms off and put them on a new bracelet. Another thing that's unfortunate is that only three of the seven charms were able to go on the new bracelet. The other four are hopeless. I'm so sad about them. But anyways enough about that. I love my new bracelet so much and I'm looking forward to getting new charms for it. Thank you so much to the staff for being so kind and patient with me trying on a few bracelets to see which one I liked.
D D: Customer service sucks! I purchased online early morning to pick up in the store. I went in around 3 pm and waited for almost an hour just to get into the store. When I told them I was there to pick up my order they had no record of it, asked me if I was sure that I selected the right store and then another sales guy jumped in the conversation and asked me the same question. Next they asked me what I ordered and before I got my full sentence out the guy told me that item was all sold out so I told him that it was in stock online and proceded to show my order again when he said ooooh I thought you meant something else. If he had let me finish my sentence he would have known what I meant in the first place. I asked for a cleaning cloth as I had spent $200 and was told that was an additional cost. I used to like Pandora but as usual it doesn't come down to the customer just the bottom line which is ironic because the customers determine the bottom line if they return to the establishment. I DEFINITELY WON'T RETURN TO NATICK, MA!!!!

I called to ask about a bracelet I bought confused on why it was tight after me putting charms, obviously I won’t know those types of bracelet goes since it’s my first one. she told me to pause well I was talking and cut me off and didn’t let me talk. due to me asking “so your saying I would have spend money for another bracelet?”. I think her attitude needs to be checked and checked fast

He assumed that I knew everything about Pandora, was my first time and I talked him. But he was rushing like if I was ordering my regular coffee at a Dunkin donuts. I knew what I wanted, but I wasn't sure about measurements, he wasn't please to help me. We even wanted to buy a ring but because of poor customer service, we just left. Sorry for my niece, but I won't ever buy there. I think they discriminate people, base on race and color. Because he was very nice with the couple before us.

Yang Sun: I wish I could give minus five. Please consider change the store manager!!!I came here to exchange the size of the chain bracelet (bought online). The lady in the store firstly said I cannot exchange the chain due to paid by paypal, then she said I can only change with the same price. Which is already a sign of in-professional.———The manager Damian came out to change the size, but the one he provided had hydrogen sulfide - significant dark and yellow tone. Damian ( store manager) said he can polish it because the one he gave me was exposed to the light. I said okay.———The lady then processed on her iPad ***without my confirmation***. When manager finished polishing the chain, it’s still different color. But the receipt was printed out (***I was not aware of at all***).———The manager Damian !!!FORCED!!! me to take the dark yellow one, and he said I cannot exchange or return the bracelet anymore because I had already ”exchanged” it. He also told me “THEY DO NOT NEED MY CONFIRMATION TO PRINT RECEIPT because I said size was perfect and agreed with polishing”. Then he threaten me to leave the store, otherwise he would call the security because I started recording and called 911 to protect myself.———In the end. The store manager angrily gave me the original one (the one bought online) in the end.

Pinky Jose: Horrible Horrible Horrible experience!!!I remember walking into the store few years back with my friend, all excited to get pandora bracelets and charms but was shooed away by the store people as though we were there to rob the store.We both being women of Indian origin felt like we were racially discriminated and literally ran away feeling humilited.I tried to forget that bad experience and yesterday Nov 30th 2021after a very long time, I made the same mistake of walking into the same store thinking of giving it a second chance. There I came across a rude guy(I think the manager of the store) who asked me what I was looking for and when I mentioned I had few charms and rings in mind,that I would like to see before I buy. He said that I cannot wander in the store or browse through and I need to know exactly what I wanted before I entered the store.My old memories rushed back and I couldn't believe that their rude attitude had never changed. I decided to leave the store immediately and went straight to Swaroski where I was treated like how a customer should be treated and did business with them.When I decided to write a review (my first ever bad review, as I have never felt a need to)I read other reviews and realized that I was not the only one who was treated this way.There is something really wrong with the attitude of the people working in the store and I hope Pandora management will do something to straighten this out.I'm never going back to that store in Natick Mall.I will share this bad experience to everyone I come across for the rest of my Life! BTW it's a zero star rating from me...

Because she was trying to figure out if she should go out with a security name Carlos or they guys in the barber shop. She made us wait 20 minutes to pay because she was outside the store with the security flirting and laughing. She is a manager and that is how she treats her customers

Roberta MacLean: It was very small. With 2 adults and 12 year old and 2 tear old in small carriage. We sort of got stuck in the right rear when people came up behind us, and stuck their hands between us to reach for something. Hmmm. Next time I will go alone. It's a nice place.

One day At a time: My daughter got her ears done 2 weeks ago we explained to the lady that shes allergic to a lot and sensitive skin she told us to get the ball earring ....3 days later we cant find the earrings it was so swollen the only part we could see was the back we have to go the hospital and ave them slit the ear to take them out .up to now I cant find the manager for the store.

I couldn't believe the way she greeted a customer. If that were my employee, she would have been fired!Needless to say, I left and we got her ears pierced at piercing pagoda where they were extremely polite and helpful.
