Josh Romeu: Stay as humanly far away from this location as you can. I purchased a cutlery set for 30 percent off and and my total was 126 dollars. Leave and look on Amazon and it’s 98 dollars. Return to location immediately and am told I can’t return and that all sales are final due to store closing. This was the most I’ve ever been hustled. Keep your phone in your hand and look at competitors prices before you consider purchasing anything in there.

Ellen M. Goldsmith: Hudson BB&B is closing, and most items were 20% off. Some 30% and 10%. Almost all prices were expensive to begin with, so it took time to determine what was a good buy. All sales final. I bought a King-size UGH branded comforter and a few kitchen utensils for our camper.

isprecher: The employees could not be nicer ! On the other hand, BB&B has an absurd, complicated, arbitrary, and unhelpful, returns policy. They are the only store I can think of that told me my refund would be approximately half of the purchase price that I paid.Merchants must compete with online giants like Amazon, and being contrary, and difficult, about returns is not helping their cause. I won't be shopping here again.

I bought a foam topper for a queen size mattress last time I bought one it cost me almost $200 this one cost me $40 on sale it's more comfortable than my last one then I bought two king size pillows that are the best pillows I've had ever and I sleep with and have purchased some of the most expensive and most advertised as the most comfortable pillows ie "MAGIC PILLOWS”, DOWN FILLED PILLOWS, MEMORY FOAM PILLOWS I LITERALLY SLEEP WITH 12 OF THE MOST COMFORTABLE PILLOWS OF MY BED BUT THE TWO I BOUGHT AT BED BATH & BEYOND... WHICH BOTH COST ME $20 ON SALE AND HER HANDS DOWN THE BUS PILLOWS I'VE EVER HAD... I CAN'T BELIEVE THE COMFORT AND QUALITY IN THE ITEMS I BOUGHT AND HOW CHEAP THEY WERE ON SALE PLUS AN EXTRA 20% OFF THE PRICES I GAVE YOU TOTALLY ROCKED

Mike: Amazon drop off is quick and easy
Jenya Kruglyansky: Worn those sandals (first picture) maybe 5 times within a month from a purchase at Kohls on May 6th of this year. I noticed the problem and brought them back to return to Kohls in Framingham on June 5th. A manager was very unhappy with the return and game me a hard time rejecting the return at first because the purchase, she said, was made over 6 months ago despite I showed a receipt. She did process the return then and I did apologize for the inconvenience, but not the other way around to my surprise. The second picture has sandals from Target that I have worn for at least 3 years with no such a problem. Of course, it is a different material but you can see that the appearance is still good and has no such a problem. I learned from this experience that this type of sandals I purchased at Kohls I will never buy again because their appearance does not last long. Funny, that I had thought I would throw out the Target sandals after purchasing the Kohls ones, but I keep the Target sandals for longer now.I never had such an unpleasant experience at this Kohls store before which is my main store to shop, and which was my first work back in 2007 when I came to the United States and worked at Framingham Kohls at the Women Department. This experience is not going to change my mind to shop there as I highly think of this manager seeing her on the floor when shopping and knowing that she is very good with Kohls customers. I just do not really understand why I was given a hard time and why my return experience was unpleasant.Thank you for reading this review.

M E: I went to Kohls in Framingham the other day for a few things. I found everything I needed without any help. There was a t shirt that I wanted to buy but my size wasn't there. So I asked one of the girls if they had more in backstock. She had her handheld computer to see and it said they had one. So she went out of her way to check dressing rooms to see if it was hanging around somewhere. When she came out, I said that's ok, no big deal. She asked me if I wanted to order it online and said sure. We went to the kiosk and did that and she put in a code for 20% off. This girl spent 15 minutes for an $8 sale!! Who does that these days? Thank you Samantha!! Top notch service with class at this store.

Chaitanya Parikh: Good deals here and there but few items especially clothes are bit overpriced. Make sure to scan labels on clothes you like on Amazon app and check the price. Sometimes Amazon has it priced half than what Kohls sell for. They should start price match with Amazon.
Mohammad Muquit: It's one of the best store, I've found so far in the USA. The store is very very neat and well organized, staffs are super helpful, their online and in store processes are extremely efficient. Plus, the generous Kohl's cash you get so often, awesome!

LolAnyways, o got me some black jeans and or out.They’re hiring btw so if you need a job, and this is what you like to do, by all means come on in.

The David and Jason Show: They need more people to help. Their stock is pretty low. It’s horrible when they’re to find a game and they didn’t have any in stock looked around ask the person said they won’t even have any in stock for the next week. Walmart might be a little bit better.
John Smith: Consistently long lines for checkout. Despite having 14 registers, there’s only ever a few open so there’s a long wait to checkout. Doesnt seem to matter what time of day.

Obviously customers can tell because there's nothing else to look at while we wait. Maybe the store should put in 12 self checkouts instead of four if they're not going to hire any cashiers
Doris Christelis: Customers PLEASE pay attention when your order is bring rung up. It is unfortunately common for the pricing to be wrong and you are not getting the advertised sale prices or the gift cards you are supposed to be getting with your order. This has happened multiple times to me. I have started taking photos of the gift card offers on display in the aisles to "prove" to the cashier that they owe me more. Unfortunately while they do give me the gift card they do not change the programming so the next customer will either be ripped off or will have to also "prove" they are right. This is nuts!

There are some aisle that are completely blocked by unpacked boxes. I even found two juice bottles opened and halfway drank in a display. This store needs a major cleanup and reorganization.

All other targets has it up and set.. this target need to step up and get things done timely .It’d also mess all around the store carts / boxes//stuff all around things laying on floor people can trip over and fall.. surprisingly for this store I expect this in Boston but here ? smh 🤦♂️
Judy Kalman: Don’t bother. They are out of stock even if they send you an email saying your pick up is ready. Then you have to wait in line 15 minutes. Then you have to execute a return of the missing item so that you get credit on your credit card. Then you have to go to the aisle yourself in order to find the item. The item is not there. And then you walk out of the store having made a totally wasteful trip.

Got told it’ll be a half hour wait for someone to find a PAIR of knee high socks while 3 employees were standing around doing nothing. Went to go look for said socks in the sock aisle and asked if they had any in stock. I was told that I was in the sock aisle by the girl “stocking”. Obviously she had seen me looking for them in the area. Helped “look” and said I don’t see any when the site mentioned that there were some in stock. Not that you can tell where anything is because clothes were thrown all over the floor so that customers had to step over them. Nothing was in the right place.If you’re going to run a business make sure it doesn’t look like a hurricane ran through it, and maybe hire more helpful people.

A S: Store is closing and they have obviously brought in liquidators so the "original" prices were jacked up so the discounted price was around it's true original price. There was even an item with both the true original price sticker and the jacked up sticker on the same box! Very deceptive!

Sarada: This place is great for most of the clothing needs. The prices are also reasonable and with the kohl’s card and the cash card seasonal offers its worth it. Staff is professional and very courteous.
Tyger SSBBW: Can’t find anyone to give you a price check or answer questions, I’ve never seen more than one register open & trying to search through the racks are a nightmare especially in a wheelchair. You can find something on the rack that states one price, but when you get to the register, it’s more & they won’t adjust the price, they just tell you that someone accidentally put the wrong price.

Callie M: Very difficult to shop here this Sunday afternoon! Sizes all over the place, messy to the point that it was like a bomb went off with things on the floor, tangled hangers, things in the completely wrong place. Long wait at checkout too. Was shopping with an elderly parent and this was not easy for her to navigate at all so we won't be back even though I chanced upon some sale items that were excellent discounts. Most of the other things I saw were ridiculously overpriced and a mess to slog through. For instance, a table sized fake fern in a plain white container that was $80 and $65 for a Spring flower door wreath.

Tim McGrath: I like Kohl’s. There are a few things I’m able to find there reliably, and there is an occasional hidden gem at a good price. They also have excellent customer service. That being said, their men’s formal wear is sometimes very overpriced. I needed a blazer on short notice today, and I paid $220 dollars for a no-name jacket. That’s very high for a department store. You can buy a much better quality jacket at a specialty store for that price, but none were open at the time. Also, the cashier folded the jacket like a t-shirt and put it in a shopping bag. I realize that Kohl’s isn’t Brooks Brothers, but for that price a formal jacket should leave the store on a hanger covered in plastic. I’ll continue to shop there, but this particular experience was a disappointment.
