The Quilted Crow: what do users think?
Jeff Girard: I visit the shop with my wife. She is a talented quilter. She loves the shop and enjoys the selections. Thank you.
Katie Lynch: I was thrilled at the convenience of being able to purchase a gift certificate for my mother online. I was confused about the delivery as I had requested it sent via email and hadn't seen it arrive a few days after purchasing. No need to worry, I had a WONDERFUL phone chat with Rose, and she was able to quickly look up the record of my sale and we were able to determine that the certificate had indeed been sent but it ended up in my spam folder. Rose was patient, kind, and quick to help. It was a wonderful experience all around. I highly recommend supporting this small buisness.
Debra Johnson: Friendly staff
Rowan Johnson: Absolutely worth the drive for me. Excellent selection of reproduction fabric as well as felted wool (edit: which I’ve just learned is not the same thing as wool felt, thanks!), 1930s, traditional, batik, and some more modern fabric too. Lots of books and precuts to look through. It’s a beautiful building with lots of room to poke around. Nice folks running the place
Jennifer Johnson: Fantastic fabrics, wonderful staff.
Marilyn Palmer: Is my go to shop. Nicest group of people to do business with.
Diane Sharpe: Employees are helpful and friendly. Fabric is beautiful.
G M: Well organized, a lot of wonderful fabrics.Ladies at front very sweet and helpful.
Alfred New: The staff is very friendly and helpful. In the fabric selection is large and incredibly beautiful.
Lois Brooks: Went there with a friend. Quilting isn't my thing but she was successful. Not a friendly feeling there.
Laura Lane: My favorite quilt shop. A wide variety of quilt fabrics available. Warm friendly service. Online ordering is also available.
LitheFider: Lovely shop! Big selection of wools and modern fabric. Lots of nice samples too! Plenty of parking.
Kira: The store recommended a woman who does Memorial Quilts, which I wanted for a family member who passed. I had a terrible experience working with her and I do not recommend her. She is the only person the store recommends for this type of thing. When I initially tried to collaborate with her on the design, she basically questioned my readiness (my grieving process) to undergo the project. My experiences of her attention to detail and follow-through went downhill from there. And if I recall correctly, she wanted $800 to do the quilt. I recommended finding someone more qualified and compassionate, $800 or not.Dear sue, I see that you have publicly shared all of the details of my painful experience working with Jana Blanchette, who you confidently recommended, to create a memorial quilt for me. If you call questioning Jana’s decision to choose a background color without checking with me an insult, I am not exactly sure what you mean. Thankfully, I did take the project to a professional this time. Jana made it seem as though I only had one choice for the layout of the quilt, which the professional now on the project says is not the case. I am very happy with the way things turned out and that I didn’t have to accept Jana’s one-only design. That you Sue would share my personal details regarding this painful process makes me confident in my decision to never step foot in your store or consider hiring anyone you recommend. I hope you do not have a great loss in your life and end up with an entitled person with a quilting machine, making decisions on a sensitive project without consulting you. And of course someone such as yourself to share personal details such as my whereabouts, online. Good day Sue and good luck to you.
Joanne Champagne: Fabulous shop!
Meredith Dill: Awesome quilting store!
Monique Whitten: Love this quilt shop
Carol Banks: Beautiful shop. Lovely staff.
Michelle King: I love the Crow. Haven't going there for years. Always friendly and helpful. Great choice of fabrics!
Jill Stewart: An absolute must for everyone one the planet because the 2 employees I met there tonight healed my soul and actually loved me and on top of that everyone they were gracious and liked their jobs! A rarity in the world. Also, the fabric is a must to see for every eye ball on our planet!
Catherine Berry: Absolutely a favorite! Beautiful variety of the latest fabrics, quilts on display and knowledgeable, friendly staff.
Kelly Silveira: VERY helpful folks! Lots to feed your quilting addiction, but mostly the staff is wonderful.

JOANN Fabric and Crafts: what do users think?
Cheryl McDonough: One of my favorite places!! ❤
baystate buds: While the store was a little outdated and poorly located, the staff was friendly, the store was clean and organized, and the shelves where stocked properly. Some items weren't available due to local market restrictions, but I was still pleased with my experience there. I wasn't able to get the item I was searching for even though prior to going, I called to confirm the item was there and they said yes it was. I would kindly suggest updating your system for more accurate inventory. Aside from that, Joann has been a staple in my family for years, being the only place to find good Christmas village pieces.
Sofia Diluglio: I’ve gone to Joanns fabric stores all around New England to shop for my business and I received the best service at this specific location than any other store I’ve been to by far! There was a very helpful gentleman whose name I didn’t get and an extremely sweet woman named Pam who was beyond sweet and helpful! She made sure I got the best deals and was so kind and welcoming. This location isn’t that close to me but I’ll probably make the trip here more often because it’s worth such friendly service!
Terrence Odonnell: Great place
Gwen Sregnier: Love this place. Has everything I need to complete my projects
Hannah Sarnie: I've been going to this Joann fabrics for a long time, and usually it's great. However, we went to a Joann Fabrics in Shrewsbury and they didn't give us the full amount of the fabric. We went to the Natick one since we were in the area, and brought all of our napkins back with the excess fabric to show them what was missing. They were so defensive, and so rude. Very poor customer service, automatically assuming that we were in the wrong and that there was no way Joann Fabrics could have made a mistake. We went back two days later to speak to the store manager, Sandra, who was IMMEDIATELY condescending and rude. She had such an attitude. Eventually she ended up refunding us for the inches she said were lost due to washing and drying, which didn't happen for the other material we got (and which has never happened). Worst customer service I've experienced. Cashier was so sweet though.
Sandy Rentel: I don't know if I am correct but this is one of the only fabric stores left around. Team is always helpful. Place is clean and you can always find something you like. It's a bit expensive but use a coupon for a better deal. They take retailer coupons too. But please bring back more Yarn...
Ronit Ziv: Great selection of fabrics. Excellent service. parking available next to store.
Irene DelBono: Always has what I need...good prices...too many fun things.
Andy Sharon: The one location a persons with hobbies should not miss
Darcy Howard: The shelves were well stocked. Great doorbuster specials with 70% off.I do miss the patterns they used to have available. Everything is online. I get it, just liked the hard copies they used to have.Employees were very nice and helpful. Easy parking, nice experience.
Anne Lise P: Strange feeling but didn't feel welcome at all at the store, except for one of the cashier who was very nice.
Gigi Gano: Download the app. Makes shopping easier.
Dana W: Love this fabric store. Was invited to a pajama party and needed to jazz up my jammies. Bought these blue feathers to enhance my look. I used fabric glue to make them stick. I was the talk of the party. And guess what?? I had a 5o% off coupon. ❤️
K K: Came to the door 5 min befo red closing the had already locked the doors. Knocked only to have the lady tell me oh we are close now. And I told her I still have 4 min left and I only need 1 thing and she turned her back and ignored me. Bad customer service
Reinaldo Silva: 😉👍
Joanne Hodges: Today wasn't too bad, didn't have all color options I needed. Always courteous and helpful
Joseph Chow: They sell Sharpie permanent markers on sale. They sell alphabet beads in stores.
R S s: They had a great selection of paper goods, and lots of sake items. Very clean and neat, and the staff were so nice. Need more places that are welcoming like this.
Peter Fahey: A great store for sowing and crafts found everything I needed
DD L: Its OK not a lot of yarn but prices ok when on sale and have coupons .Other than that I normally would not shop here

Fabric Place Basement: what do users think?
Natasha Brown: AMAZING selection of fabrics with AMAZING prices!! A cautionary note: Your first time can be very overwhelming due to the amount of inventory. Plan to stay awhile and ask one of the incredible sales people to guide you along.
Penny Smith: Very very helpful and very nice love this places a lot I all way go back for my sewing needs 👍👍👍
MHC Chang: They have everything for sewing knitting crochet projects for amateurs to expert levels. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Very reasonable prices (better value than Michael’s and Jo Ann Fabric in my opinion.)
Sandra Carpenter: Got the material I was looking for thanks
Brooke Morgan: This place is neat! Stuffed with good cottons for quilting. I will definitely be back. I will say their tools and notions section isn't as well rounded as the big chains, but they do have stuff you can't get at Joann's as well. Prices are good, and I really liked that they have a bunch of fat quarters on the shelves next to the yardage. Lady who cut for me was very nice.
Ed Lewis: A rainy-day drive with my husband found us in Natick today so I decided to pay my first visit to the Fabric Place Basement. I was looking for some summery skirt-weight fabric which is exactly what I found. A wonderful saleslady, Karen, was so patient and helpful. It was terrific to find such an experienced seamstress and one so willing to share her knowledge. What a treasure. And what a wonderful store. Great quality, great prices, fabulous selection... I left with 5 pieces of fabric with plans to return for more. It was certainly worth the drive down from Maine. Sally Lewis
Betty Wood: Many good choices of fabrics, yarn and notions. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have not run into one team member who I have been unhappy with, some going out of their way to assist.
Kimberly Brown: Staff is very experienced, engaging and welcoming. I was focused on fashion fabrics rather than quilting, and they have beautiful, high quality fabrics in colors and prints that are inspiring and highly wearable. I was surprised at how accessible the prices were for these. As a beginner sewist navigating the fabric options I have in the area, I’m willing to make a longer drive to this shop knowing I’ll walk out with exactly the materials I want and reliable guidance to boot. Great resource!
Lea Bigda: My first time here but I will definitely be back! There is so much to see here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The quality of the fabric is amazing and so are the prices.
Janette Kerr: This review is a year overdue - hands down, this is the best fabric store ever. They carry all the brands including Kona, Andover, Cloud 9, Robert Kaufman & FreeSpirit, plus they have gorgeous high-quality African Wax Prints & tons of Batiks. But I'm telling you, you can't beat their prices, volume, selection, quality & overall customer service. They've got notions, yarn, batting, interfacing, buttons, rulers, thread, & there's always a sale. Taught myself to quilt during the pandemic & even though there are closer fabric stores where I live they aren't half as fabulous as FPB - I drive 40 minutes each way because of the quality/huge range of selection + owners & staff who are kind, welcoming, knowledgeable & who love fabric as much as I do.
Del Marie Riley: This place is amazing!!! The owner is the nicest person I've ever met. She went out of her way for us. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful and friendly. The selection was fantastic. Our first time, but definitely not our last.
Marcia Shepherd: This is by far, my favorite fabric store. The selection and quality are amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. And their prices can’t be beat. I can’t give this place enough stars.
Lisa Melo: Amazing store, fabulous staff, unbeatable fabrics for great prices.always a treat when I go!
Nora Nagle: Love this place. The selection is great. The employees are helpful. I really miss the old store in Woburn, but this is worth getting out to Franmingham for. Very high quality fabrics. All of the notions that you would need. Well worth the trip!
Jess Semeraro: I've been coming here my whole life and love it. My mom is a professional seamstress and comes here for all her supplies. I also sew and stop by all my favorite sections: wools, shirting, corduroy, cotton lawn, silk. Always new fabrics and a wide variety, expensive or more affordable, depending on your budget and mood. The best fabric store in New England!!!I forgot to mention the discount tables and the glass button table. So much fun!
Kate Pease: This place is legendary! Best local shop for fabric in the Boston area, hands down. Tons of variety in fabric types, kind, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Here is my most recent creation for my youngest with luxuriously soft leopard print, I have a dolman to match (without ruffles) and will probably go back for more of this fabric, its so nice. They always have what I need.
Susan Haney: High quality fabric at very decent prices. There is a huge selection of quilting and home decor fabrics, but the best part of the store in my opinion are the beautiful fabrics for garment sewing. They have real silks and 100% woolens along with every other thing you might possibly want.
Qlynton Demi god: This is one of the best fabric stores and people I’ve met. Every time I have a collection coming up, I have all these crazy ideas and coming down here inspires me even more, the fabric, everything I’m looking for is there then staff is a plus just how welcome everyone is. Truly recommend. From wavvznewage team 🙏🏾
Kimmie Mitchell: I love this place! The selection of fabric, yarn and accessories is amazing! And the prices are very reasonable. The staff is great too! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely my go to!
charles owens: Great friendly staff,I was there as a guy,I learned a lot and the seamstress that cuts and fills orders is awesome! I was nervous to be seen there but glad I did.the total staff needs a raise they are friendly & cool.
Ashley Olson-Scarcella: Love this place! The staff is so welcoming and friendly and goes above and beyond for everyone.

JOANN Fabric and Crafts: what do users think?
Michelle McNally: Beautiful new store, same old slow service. Happy to go there regardless, just need to know to be patient!
Joe Bieniecki: Good store but terribly understaffed. I was one of three ppl in there and still had to walk around to get help at cutting table and again at checkout
Nicolette Kimker: I pulled off the highway to come here and get some crochet supplies. To my surprise they had almost no options for yarn, hooks or even a tape measure. Will not come back
Diane Welch: This is my go-to Joanne’s! Always have new materials and wonderful service.
Jim Pecora: Caught the cloth remnants on sale, yahoo!
Donald J Mac Millan: Bought foam boards to make a plenum for a StreetStock racecar....
bob stegmaier: great friendly polite and very helpful staffvery clean store and well organizedmuch thanks to Savitabob
John Wilkinson: We had an incident where the item we purchased was not exactly as described, and the helpful staff rectified the situation immediately, without even needing to resort to receipts or collection of other information. Excellent customer service!
Jonathan Brown: From 11/14/21: Carol S was so helpful picking out fabric and teaching us some sewing methods! Thank you Carol (S)!
C C.: great staff these days; big improvement! - always a great haul; good prices/sales
Charles Gardella: I was very fortunate to find the correct curtain rods for my new vermont country store curtains. The salesperson was helpful in me finding them. However, I must agree with previous reviews, this location needs a complete renovation! Difficult to find items, not well merchandised at all! Lots of clutter, time for a redo folks, inside and out!
Hank Yoon: Not friendly place. Better to find things for yourself.
Joaquin Pabon: A lot of ideas and raw material for crafts. Nice and quiet place.
Jesse Erhartic: Like stepping back in time. It feels like this location hasn't been updated since the 90s. Same decor, lighting, and probably the same inventory.Half of the aisles were empty and when I asked an associate for help finding something, I was told they "may or may not carry that" without even looking up. No further assistance. They ended up having what I needed, but I had to scour the store. Next time, it's off to Michael's.
Ophelia: Outstanding visit! Dana was super helpful and assisted me with my crochet purchase. Looking forward to creating beautiful crafts with my purchase.
Laura Lane: Chain fabric and craft store. Wide selection of sewing tools and notions.
Wanda Belliveau: It was good the fire alarms went off had to leave but could not find my yarn one color only was not happy
Christina Jessica: Staff is so friendly and helpful
Emma: Very disappointing trip to this store. I visit a Joanns store several times per week and this was by far the worst experience I have had. The cashier, C.S is beyond rude.she yelled at me for asking questions, rolled her eyes when I asked her to scan my coupons and couldn't be bothered to pass me my bag after my purchase. There was no please, thank you, or any other form of general courtesy. Terrible customer service! I will do my shopping elsewhere until some retraining has been given to this sales clerk.
Qamar Islam: Our favorite place for all the fun projects
Blanca PD (Blanca): Everything thing you need for crafting

JOANN Fabric and Crafts: what do users think?
Lucas Hockey: An employee followed me around and kicked me out for testing a marker on a wall where many others wrote with the markers
W Gavazzi: Great deals and a nice selection of holiday and unique crafting supplies.Found a couple super deals in clearance and some unique Easter gifts. Friendly and efficient checkout. There was a lot of inventory and a great place to start any project or move a stalled project forward. On a sunny winter day the sky lights and murals make for a nice walk if parked at the other end of the mall.
Dan Marshall: Strong focus on fabrics, holiday items, and craft kits rather than art supplies and tools. If you sew clothes, pillows, blankets, etc than this is a good store for that.

Chris Tohline: Knowledge staff. Great crafting and sewing supplies!

Stephanie Shields: Great service!
Norly Ferraz: Lugar tranquilo para compras de tecidos com variedades e aviamentos, máquinas de costuras, acessórios, bom preço. Ótimo atendimento- atendente fala inglês e espanhol, muito atenciosa.
Scott Glick: I drove to Hooksett for an in-stock sewing machine. It turned out to be a terrible product so I brought it to the closest store to my work which is this store, with the receipt. Per their manager Eric who wasnt even there, they said they cannot return sewing machines. I pointed out how this policy is not only not on the receipt, but is not posted anywhere in the store. They still wouldn't return it so now I have to drive all the way backup to Hooksett just to return it. Terribly run store.
Mary Ellen Ramsden: Great staff! Smaller store, but well-stocked and well set up.
Charles Bannister: Love it, guy
Laura sawyer: Fave I love this store and they always have amazing coupons to accommodate something that may have been just a little too expensive. With Joanne's, if there's a will to create something ..Joanne's will help you find a way!
