Stacy Falkowski: Great service and friendly staff. They were very patient while we decided on a color. I learned I could even get service on an old Lay Z Boy recliner that I did not have the receipt for!
Petro Cornelius: We ordered a couch and 2 recliners the end of April it's the end of June. Still no furniture and also no communication. So can't review it on the furniture yet. Not happy.

I described what I was looking for and my budget and he knew exactly which living room sets I should be looking at. I tried out many different options and made my choice. I am replacing an older Lazy Boy set that lasted well over 20 years, so I definitely wanted a new Lazy Boy set because I feel it is a high quality product. I also wanted leather, which this sale allowed me to purchase. I’m very excited about my new set!! Thank you!

Sandra G: Ordered a very expensive leather sectional in January. Went to the store in person and then handled the paperwork via email. Initial quote had the wrong model listed. Sales rep did not notice but I was able to catch the error and correct it. Placed the order after receiving an updated quote and then waited 3.5 months for delivery. Upon delivery the sectional showed up in the wrong color leather (due to a data entry error on their end - no idea why the quote info doesn't automatically carry thru to the actual order to avoid transcription errors). Called the store day of delivery, left a message, called again, finally got a real person who could not help me. Was told a manager would call me back. Took several days to get a return call. Communication was terrible. Full of excuses & blame. One person told me they had reordered and expedited the new order. Another person told me it was not reordered and there is no such thing as a rush order. Never returned my calls when they said they would. This was 100% an error on their end due to failure to double check what they entered and never sending me updated order paperwork. New order finally showed up nearly SIX months after original order was placed. Will never buy from this store again due to horrible communication and lack of customer service. Buyer beware! If you do order from them make sure to triple check every piece of paperwork because they certainly are not doing it.

Lauren Gerrish: Our original experience at this store in November was great, but that’s where it ended. They ordered the wrong arm couch for us, which we didn’t realize until it was delivered in December. We requested a reorder to make the order right four months ago, and we still do not have the right couch. I have called the store and when they were supposed to call me back they never did. I tried to work through customer service to get this fixed, they also called the store on my behalf and we never heard from the store. This is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. If you make a mistake you make it right, ignoring your customers and not calling them back is not right. We still don’t know if we will ever get our order right and I’m very upset and it makes me question the integrity of the La-z-boy brand.

Buying a car was less tense than dealing with this individual..We will go elsewhere.

Unit 26: I’m a repeat Lazy Boy customer. The last time I bought a recliner was over 20 years ago. It gets a lot of use and looks as good as the day it arrived at my home. I bought a recliner sofa at a competitor 10 years ago and it doesn’t get nearly as much use. It was a maroon sofa, but now it’s white. I will never buy anywhere else

Paul Donoghue: Nobody picks up the phone there.I purchased a chair there, the lead time was 6-8 weeks. When the chair arrived at the store it had a rip in the back and they wanted me to take it home. I refused and had to wait 5 more weeks until it was repaired at the store. When I picked it up at the store they do not provide any assistance nor offer any string to tie.

LA-Z-BOY Customer Service is absolutely horrible. I have spent tens of hours on hold waiting to speak to a service representative, even called corporate office and was told that the operator had no way of transferring my call to head of customer service or anyone. I would advise against buying from them.After shopping all the larger furniture stores, decided to check out La-Z-Boy. Went to Manchester NH store to look at recliners and then to Nashua NH store. Found a reclining sofa which was on sale and a better overall value than purchasing a recliner. In fairness went back to Manchester NH store and I asked the young woman I mentioned the sofa at Nashua, she basically gave me attitude. After being a sales professional for most of my career, I was out the door and back to Nashua NH this make my purchase. Picked the sofa up today and got it home and am sitting on it enjoying it now as I write this review. Thank you Jim B. and the other members of the Nashua store team for your help, and professionalism.

Susan Bloom: Very knowledgeable salesperson helped us out. He let us sit on both sofas and we discussed the differences between both sofas in order to make an educated guess. He didn’t rush us or apply any pressure. Very nice guy!
Jonathan Gonzalez: I forgot to write this review from my experience last year but a commercial on the tv talking about why choose another company over bobs who provides the same couch yadayada. Well it’s bad.My experience with Bob's Furniture last year was incredibly frustrating. After waiting for eight months for my furniture to arrive, it was installed incorrectly, causing it to fall apart. I discovered that the installers did not install the supports on the bed frame, which was the reason for the failure. It was very disappointing that Bob's Furniture did not have proper training and oversight in place for their contractors.Thankfully, Bob's Furniture did credit me for the bad set and allowed me to get a new one. However, the installation of the replacement furniture was also done incorrectly, and I had to go back and fix it myself. This was a major inconvenience, and I felt that I should not have had to do this.Overall, my experience with Bob's Furniture was not a positive one. The long wait time for delivery and the poor installation of the furniture were very disappointing. While it was good that they credited me for the faulty set, it was not enough to make up for the time and effort I had to put in to fix the installation myself. I probably spend no joke a full week on the phone with them trying to resolve.. Bob's Furniture needs to improve their quality control measures and ensure that their contractors are properly trained to avoid these kinds of issues in the future.

Rachel Stratman: I needed a new sofa: my old sofa also came from Bob’s Stiore and was purchased in 2008… I thought it was time for an update. From the moment I stepped through the door the staff were attentive and ready to help me make my selections. Nancy had amazing knowledge of all the products: she knew every fabric and every configuration for every piece I looked at: sofa sectional, power recliner, table lamps, end tables, bedroom set, mattress sets, dining sets. I literally was able to buy everything I needed in one stop! Plus coordinating all the delivery? I’m very very pleased with my purchase!

Marc Keer: Everything went well at the store. However, there was miscommunication on the taking of old mattress and box spring. Apparently, they don’t take old mattresses that have stains and they don’t take box springs if they aren’t wrapped in plastic. None of this was ever told to us at purchase. Also, the delivery drivers brought 2 chaise lounges saying I ordered 2 of them, when really I ordered just one. Good thing they had an extra though because the first chaise had a big rip in it, however, the second one also had a whole in it. So now we are waiting another few days for a replacement. Lastly, the delivery of the mattress and foundation went well with everything in working order, however, the delivery drivers were careless and damaged my leather bed frame causing rips, dings and scratches in it. I’ve never had issues with Bobs and with the money I’m spending I’m really disappointed.
Dun Matter: The store was relocated. My friend and I were disappointed until we found its temporary location. Rick was a serious, informative sales rep. And if he didn't know something, he found the information quickly. He was clear and calm. Everything worked out.
Glenn Olson: Ok service, you get what you pay for furniture with decent prices. First time owning a sectional couch, the couch has been literally falling apart since we bought it. There are brackets to hold the sections together which have been breaking off the couch on a regular basis. When we purchase the couch we paid additional for an insurance plan so when we called Bob's they sent us the parts which took about 3 months to come in. We set up a date to have the parts replaced and when the gentleman showed up he stated he did not have the equipment to replace the parts and promptly left. Apparently he did not own a tape measure and screwdriver. We will never purchase another piece of furniture from Bob's. We definitely do not recommend 👎👎😎
