SEPHORA: what do users think?
Mircea “Marc” Bolohan: Apparently if you buy their products with cash the return policy does not apply to them 🤷‍♂️ Ulta I suppose will be my choice for presents for my Lady👩
Naquan C: Helpful staff, very friendly and knowledgeable
Stephen Kwok: Located in the Natick mall on the second floor. Staff was plentiful and helped out very fast. Very competent person which is not always the case now a days. Very pleased with this visit, was in and out fast!
Nereyda Ramos: Excelente muy amable todas trabajadores
Janine Rivera: Came in not familiar with any makeup as I don’t use it but I would like to. No one helped me I was so lost ended up grabbing things that did not match my skin tone as every employee I asked walked away so everyone gave me different products that did not match. Unbelievable first and last time at Sephora
Jess Proia: UPDATED REVIEW: I went back to Sephora in the Natick Mall a week later in an attempt to redeem this review and assumed the products I needed would be restocked. Unfortunately the foundation brush, concealer and bronzer that had been out of stock on my first visit, were still out of stock. They had a plethora of staff working, but I know this is an inventory issue. So whoever is ordering inventory, is not ordering products they are sold out of. Needless to say, I will never be going back and I will be recommending everyone to try Ulta in shopper's world or buy products at Macy's in the Naitck Mall. Both stores were fully stocked and had great customer service. They opened late. I went in looking for all new products and I had to ask three people before someone actually helped me and didn’t just point and say random words. They were also sold out of all the products I needed, foundation brush and concealers.
Rosiklay Medrado Baptista: Bom
Marlana Stone: I love Sephora and their selection this Sephora needed a little work, it was a bit messy and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed but not in a rude way, there was just alot to do and not enough ppl to help. Story of everywhere right now...
Joelisa Tomaszewski: Anna was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable so I'm satisfied with my purchase. The store looked unorganized though and could use some cleaning.
Geoffrey Marchant: My wife loves it. Happy wife happy life
Jade Perkins: the people who work here need acting lessons. try to make it less obvious when you're whispering about customers you assume are stealing.
Rory Kinney: great selection of everything. Shayla is amazing and so helpful!
Edeir Martins: Diversidade de produtos
Julio G. Garcia: Las personas que atienen allí son muy amables
Meg Haskell: I have been an Ulta shopper for a majority of my life because it's less intimidating, but I stopped into this Sephora today and was helped by Caitlin. They changed my opinion entirely and helped me find the perfect cream blush and bronzer, setting powder, and foundation for my wedding. They were funny, knowledgeable, and easy to shop with. I highly recommended visiting just for Caitlin!
Monica Eisenberg: I wish I got the name of the girl that helped me (she was blonde with glasses). I had no idea what I was going in for but I described my skin type to her and she was already on it. She had me walking out with an entirely new skin care routine! I’m so happy with my experience because I was originally overwhelmed trying to switch to a new brand after using Curology for 2 years, but coming into Sephora (my first time ever too) was by far the best decision. Also in regards to fellow commenters, I don’t think their staff is constantly at your side — I believe that they are all filling their roles as they should (their was staff in each section of the store) which makes sense as there is a lot of product. I’ll definitely be visiting again!
Carlos González: So, Sephora is an interesting place to find the beauty within me.
Nysaiah Medina: Shoutout to Kate for my entire makeover. I felt like a whole new person after taking care of all my Sephora needs with her.
Bea Hookway: Although this location sometimes feels understaffed (at least on the weekends), and it can be hard to get someone's attention to help you out with something, there's an employee here who I feel deserves recognition. Courtney couldn't have been better; she was incredibly helpful, color-matching me, helping me find a sample of something I wanted to try, checking the back inventory for something that said out of stock, but she was also incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I hope Sephora does everything they can to keep her as an employee, I will continue coming into the store just to see her, instead of my usual online ordering!
Silesia Si: Excellent
Miranda Cohen: always friendly and helpful, have yet to have a bad experience in this location

SEPHORA inside JCPenney: what do users think?
Alexander Bernal: Very helpful!! To the community. Friendly, kind and loving
Daniel D. Dubrule: Clean, filled shelves, staff were available and helpful.
Dood Monkey: Lovely people amazing clothes for a person close to seven people tall
Alison Merritt: It was an okay day shopping was looking for a bra didn't have the size and any style or any company. Very disappointing
Maria Souza: Muy buenas ofertas
Nambians: Very helpful and friendly staff!
Ranjith Kumar Natarajan: Found everything that i need. Good prices and specials. Excellent customer service.
Angeliquc Smith: We had a terrible experience! One of the employees was extremely rude and unprofessional. After spending over $500, one would think a little courtesy was due. I'm just going to think twice about shopping there again.
FR: Only great department store we have left in Leominster, noticed prices are getting better and more sales. People need good prices, with all that is going on. Great selection of clothes and nice, clean place to shop. It will be nice when you open more registers in women’s area, have to walk around to find one available, same with dressing rooms. Only thing I wish is that your shoe prices were better, I find them to be high. Other than that, very happy you’re still there, I don’t like to shop online at all. I go to your beauty salon and the few hairdressers are great, but they need a receptionist at the front desk. A hairdresser should be able to do their customer’s hair, and not have to run to answer phones, or help customers buying beauty products. Miss the mall the way it used to be, sad about that, we need more good stores like yours, to shop in.
Anonymous Anonymous: Totally preposterous the store opens at 11:00am during a work week.No wonder the store has no customers always.Never stalked either with new merchandise. Matter of time before they closeLeominster JC Penny.
Rapunzel Miller: Great store. Bright open. A little expensive. However great sales. Staff was pleasant.
Tim Garrett: Daughter bought some hella expensive makeup and had a very pretty woman help us. What a sweetheart.
Delaliz Nieves rivera: I love it great customer service in the men's department especially from a cashier name Jeanette
Amanda G: The employees were super helpful and the store is clean and organized
Hazel Rathburn-LeClaire: Very good
Brenda Batchelor: It's ok
Jay: Very nice
Jocelyn Porciello: Some super cute clothes and ok deals. No in store coupons however and I feel like this makes it a 4 star instead of 5.
Mark Mitchell: Used to be a better value.
ÁNGEL GALLEGOS: Siempre hay descuentos. Personal deja comprar con calma y resuelven situaciones cuando se los necesita. El lugar es muy amplio.
Jose Ortega: Bueno precio y buena atenciones los empleados son bien

Nordstrom: what do users think?
emma nancy: Every time I’ve been in there they treat me like I’m going to steal and it makes me very uncomfortable. I typically get 3-4 employees from the makeup section staring me down and following me but rarely ask if I need help. Even when I do buy something I still feel very judged. Sad but I just try to avoid it now if I can.
Marilyn MC: I went here to find a dress . Drove an hour and 17 mins. I loved walking thru this store . We used to have one in my hometown but they closed it . I didn’t find what I was looking for but I found my dress at another store in the same mall.
Andy Pham: I had a great experience working with Patricio from the Indochino inside the Nordstrom. He was very thorough with me and my groomsmen’s suit alteration and the suit came out great! He’s very friendly and has great charisma and I highly recommend having him do your alterations. Make sure to request him and not depend on the Indochino website to assign him to you.
YOUSEF AHMAD: جميل ونظيف
Suzanne Hall: My go-to shopping destination as well as online
Sara Pacheco: This is my third bad experience at the Natick Store. Especially at the shoe department. Unfortunately I did not get this ladies name but I spoke to Matt - supposely the dept manager and reported to him. I arrived at the counter to make a return and asked this lady if someone was available to help me, she rudely replied that I had to wait for someone to become available to “help” me. I understand they are busy but the way you interact with a customer can make a difference. Her tone annd attitude were not polite. Again, I will continue to shop online but will refuse to step foot at the Natick store.
I “Ariana” M: Older women with glasses at Chanel counter, with accent and dark hair didn’t want to help me. I don’t know why they have all the old women working there at cosmetics. They have no idea about makeup or trends with makeup. It’s a ghost town for sure…
Bill: This is an update to an old 1 star review. I had a negative experience a few years back. I walked in yesterday on my way into the mall not planning to shop at Nordstrom. I was approached by Amanda and an hour later I had the clothes I needed for my daughters wedding. Amanda was really great and restored my faith in Nordstrom. Knowledgeable, engaged and confidant. She even took pictures so I could text them to my wife and daughters for approval. Great experience! Thank you Amanda.
Jonathan Migdol: Service at Nordstrom's is the best! They always take fabulous care of their customers. It's a pleasure to shop there.
Nataliia Ost: 1 year later and rating dropped below 0. This ghost town needs to be closed down or serious training with all careless employees needs to take place. I approached one of the lazy Willeys resting on the counter with a simple request to order a product for me, please forgive me my intention get you a commission (use to work in retail, trying to be empathetic) and was smacked with "it is not available for order" while you can clearly see on the screen of the working phone that this item ready to be loved and sprayed. Ending up ordering from a different retailer($360)... The vibe of this place is generally wacky and unpleasant, spending money is fun, but definitely not here
Thomas Moore: Good quality merchandise and a cafe as well!
Yiwen Luo: e
Molly White: the lady at the Dior counter was very helpful and the store was very nice
Jordan Rich: The middle aged RBF brunette woman with circular glasses working at the Nars booth is insanely unfriendly and unlikeable. Not helpful when it comes to Nars makeup or proper sanitary measures. The attitude she gave me when I questioned applying a tester lipstick was INSANE especially given that, you know, we all went through a pandemic. The rest of the women working the makeup floor were kind and knowledgeable though when I spoke with them. Not sure what the Nars associate’s problem is but I’ll steer clear of her next time.
Eileen Sanzonetti: The ladies at the cosmetics are so nice. Good customer service.
J M: My fiancé and I had wonderful service today at the shoe department with Christine. Highly recommend finding her when you’re in the shoe dept. She is very friendly and assisted us all the way through check-out.
carolyn martello: Improved selection at Natick Collection. Superior customer service in store.
Meredith Babine: This review is based solely on my interaction with the shoe department - associate went above and beyond to assist me with tracking down the shoes I needed in the correct size + color. Friendly superior service was provided.
Selen Hernandez: Store was a little dirty and hard to find staff members for assistance
Grace Gunter: Awful customer service; I stopped in to try on a pair of shoes and grab a candle. There wasn’t anyone available to help me with the shoes, and after 10min of standing, I gave up. Lots of the employees were just standing on their phones and would ignore guests. Not up to the Nordstrom standard.

Walmart Supercenter: what do users think?
Jose Godoy: Good
Douglas Hoffmann: It's OK bathrooms were filthy but it's a walmart
rachel marie: Self checkout is nice to have for sure, however I'm not a fan of that being the only option. There should be at least 1 register with a cashier running it. Now they all just stand there in the self checkout area. It makes no sense. Otherwise my favorite store😊 employees are mostly super friendly and helpful.
Nathan Sirmopoulos: It's a nice place. Never crazy busy.
James Desay: Very expensive
juan b delgado: Cheap articles to buy, good price.
Juan Jiménez: Friendly folk, good prices.
Erik Antelman: Every time I go there they never have hand baskets. It's like they are discouraging buying less than a cart.
lor: most of the Walmarts around are the absolute worst to shop at by this one is definitely one of the better ones!
Kim Dunn: Can get just about all you need
Joe Mc: Very well stocked today!
Tammy Mcbride: got what I needed. good price
Ryan Silva: É um ótimo local, geralmente tem oq eu procuro e é aberto até as 23h de segunda a domingo. Recomendo!
Matt Wells: great Walmart location. Supercenter has everything. Carts can be a little hard to find at times.
John Marley: Top , tem de tudo
Patricia Tondim Garcia: Ótimo
John Auger: Super nice and good prices
Wellington Lourenço: Falta operadores de caixa, mas e legal
Sean: Low prices, lower quality

Walmart Supercenter: what do users think?
Achilles Olsen: Nothing special really
Idalia Guzman: Totally found everything I needed and more.🤣🤣🤣 .Went in a hurry & was able to get what I needed and back out in 9 minutes. Awesome
Louisa Dell'Amico: June 24 and their entire seed displays have disappeared. Gardeners plant seeds in August for cool-weather fall crops. Guess there aren't any gardeners in management.WalMart left 2 bags in the hallway of my apartment building, but there's no one in the building with the name that's on the tag. There's also no address on the tag, so I don't where it was supposed to be delivered. I called customer service at Jungle Road in Leominster 3 times, and each time, it rang about 20 times and then disconnected. So I called pick-up & delivery about 3 times, and again it rang about 20 times and then disconnected. If you're not going to answer your frickin' phones, then don't provide a frickin phone number. Within a couple hours, one of the bags disappeared. Nice going WalMart.
Alexander Bernal: Great shopping experience!! Very helpful and friendly
Jerry Rogich: This morning plenty of cashiers for a Saturday. Lower priced items sell out quickly so best get there tues or wend after stocking.
Nancy Bray: It's Walmart... need I say more?
Janelle K: So much more variety than my usual store. It was a little overwhelming how many more products this store carries in comparison to the smaller Walmart stores (like in Gardner or Orange). The shopper staff were pretty rude, pushing my cart out of the way and taking up entire aisles chatting with each other with their giant carts. Store was hard to navigate because of them.
brandon osborne: I don't wants wrong with this place but they seem absolutely committed to the worst customer service possible
Mass Engineer: A spacious Walmart serving South Leominster, Sterling, Lancaster and surrounding towns. The hair salon is closed, the great stylist that was there moved to Lunenburg Crossing, next to Lunenburg Walmart; my wife won't go to any one else for a haircut. Some food prices are better than the local value-oriented supermarket we buy most of our groceries from.
Pecham: Walmart deserves a 1 star rating. The service provided by the employees was poor. The atmosphere was unpleasant. The employees looked miserable. As for parking, there was plenty of free parking. Regarding wheelchair accessibility, there was wheelchair accessibility at this location.I would not recommend this location to anyone. The service was terrible. If you are looking for a better shopping experience, I would recommend going to a different store.
Carol Kenyon: I like the prices. They have a lot of variety. I do not like the loud music playing. It is bad.
Opughku: Shoutout to James from the Walmart in leominster. A couple of friends of mine were at Texas Roadhouse and we wanted to get cowboy hats, we were in a rush so we didn’t lose our reservation. We ran in around 7:30 he was the first guy we saw and we asked were any cowboy hats. He realized we were in a rush and stopped what we were doing and gave us some quick and easy directions.
Stephen Moore: Always good. Typical Walmart Superstore with great selection of stuff. Check out lines were long but it didn't take long
Catherine Casamassa: Only have 3 stars due to the fact theparking lot is literally a dumping grounds for trash.... Normally things like that don't bother me BUT it was so bad, i was disgusted. Not only Walmart should be ashamed but the customers who are doin the deed. Have some pride, stop being a absolute slob!
Michelle M Miles: It is a WalMart. It is organized, clean and the staff is respectable!
Carlos Cortez: Walmart Supercenter where you find everything you need for a pantry and household items cosmetic cell phones computers bicycles and many more things is very complete and organized
Jason Desaulnier: This Walmart actually has products in stock unlike Gardner MA store. Only downside is lack of self checkout stations
J Phillips: It's WalMart... They have everything and it's cheap. Why else so you go there? Good ammo prices too!
Michael Williams: Watch out for the corporate brand rip off schemes! Starting to even rip us off on the smallest inexpensive item, like hydrogen peroxide. Equate brand, multiple bottles and won't even said when it hits an open wound! Please spare me with the "oh, it's an accident or there was a problem with manufacturing.. it's deliberate on corporate side and will always be deliberate. We now live in a one-hundred-percent rip-off society

SEPHORA: what do users think?
lale atamer: Very helpful staff
bethany willow: i absolutely love this sephora!! the staff are so kind and helpful. ive been going here for about a year and it’s my absolute favorite makeup store!!
Leo Interiano: they were very helpful and kind good business.
Maggie Odessa: love this place
Patricia Coz: Tons of selection, but none of the old classics, except for Chanel. No Guerlain, Michael Kors, etc. But I'm sure younger women love it, as the store was packed
Ms 333: Sometimes I spend hundreds and still look greasy with a lazy eye
Sheri Degre: Customer service was beyond what I expected
Savana Grace: Alex was super helpful and friendly! It was such a great experience rebuilding my entire makeup routine. If I could give them a raise myself I would :)
Amanda: I went to this location yesterday and looked around for a product that said it was in stock on the website. When I didn’t find it myself, I asked one of the ladies there if she knew where I could find it. She gave me such a disgusted face and brushed me off saying she’s never heard of it before (which is fair because it’s a newer product that Sephora has just started to carry) but when I mentioned that the website said it was in stock so that was the only reason I was asking, she seemed more annoyed and begrudgingly asked me to see a picture. When I showed her the picture, she continued to rudely respond that she’s never seen it in her life and it was clear she had no intentions of helping in the slightest. I was so taken back by her attitude that I walked out. It’s been such a long time since I’ve encountered someone so miserable and vile in a Sephora and I hope they do better.
Brooke Elliott: The staff are always so friendly and very helpful with recommendations and helping me find the right products!
Lily Eccleston: just left and had to write a review!! not sure if they will ever see this but i just had the most pleasant experience!! i was cashed out by two wonderful people, and i wish i got their names but one of them had blonde and blue/purple hair, and the other person who helped had dark brunette hair and they were both so lovely!!! i always have good experiences in this sephora but they were so kind and so lovely i just had to pay some recognition to them!!!
Lee Lee: Kelly was a huge help!!
Jamie L-cott: Expensive but worth it
Wurood Mandawi: This place is smaller than the other Sephora stores I have been to, but you can still find most things. I went on a weekend before store closing and there was a small line. In general Sephora's rewards program is great. I like their free birthday gifts
Jasmine: love the service here ❤️
parimala udhayakumar: Good and beautiful outlet.Multi branded make over for women.
Sandrita Mercado: There always out of stock of the item I go for. Customer service has improved a lot.
Misty 919: Not the cleanest store. Went in there half hour after opening and pretty dirty. Also no one new what they were doing. Ended up with a glitter liner that I wasnt looking for and didn't ask for. Won't be going there again.
Georgia Johnson: The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Tara. She proceeded to spend over an hour with me, one-on-one, helping me find the perfect products for my DIY wedding makeup. She taught me tips and tricks, suggested alternatives, and was just so kind, helpful and lovely throughout the whole process. Tara was so informative and fun to work with. I know so much more now, thanks to her. I cannot thank her enough! All the ladies here were so friendly. Love this location, and I will be back soon!
Deb G: Helpful & friendly
Yvonne Raia: Nice store with friendly, diverse staff.

SEPHORA Burlington Mall: what do users think?
Antonia Gianitsopoulos: I have never written a bad review for anything before, but today I was browsing the store and this employee had asked a girl behind me if she had any questions. I thought this employee was talking to me so I replied politely with no thank you! The worker decided to then so rudely say “I was not talking to you.” Blonde girl curled hair late 20 early 30. I was like haha she was right behind me same thing!” Politely still!! She scoffed at me and walked away. Never had a rude experience before like this in public. Even my friend felt uncomfortable and we both put our things back and left :/.
Zully Jung: The staff is really friendly, I love Sephora.
Sammy Centeno: Store 0334-Burlington, MA.The ONLY reason why I am giving a 1 star is because I cannot give any lower. The door greeter asked what we needed and proceeded to go on her walkie talkie and say that a customer was heading towards a certain direction and needed help. Almost 15 minutes later, not a single person showed up to help us, nor even acknowledge us. Not to mention as we’re walking, I see the employees acknowledge the females in the store and offer help. But when it came to my boyfriend and I, we did not get a “hello” nor a “hi”. We did not get a “can I help you find anything?” Or “do you need help?”. My boyfriend left the store and I stayed behind to speak to someone. Only after another 10 minutes was I able to speak to someone…who was the door greeter who greeted us when we walked in. The same one who told us she could not leave her post to help us because she had to stand at the door. Yet she did. To the other side of the store by the registers to help another customer. Have never really been to Sephora, and sure will not be going back.
Claudia Manrique: Me fascina este lugar ,magnífica atención
Danielle Buccacio: There was a sale on the Gucci flora for rollerball and a mascara that was marked down to $38 I guess they forgot to take the sale down and they were arguing with us that it was $58 at the end of the day I spend so much money there it's ridiculous but yeah clearly tried to put us down and be little us in front of the whole entire store esp One of the gentleman and the woman cashier with the glasses
Lindsey Stepanishen: This store location is terrible. My friend and I were not greeted, we were followed as if we were going to steal stuff, when asking the employee for help they breezed through our questions and we could sense they didn’t want to help us find a product. Not to mention the store is FILTHY. The trash was overflowing, tissues, makeup pads, mascara brushes strewn across the floor. Their store is NOT stocked whatsoever, when I reached down to open the drawer the employee rushed over from the front and kicked it closed on my hand then proceeded to yell at me for opening it. I’m sorry …. If you are completely against people opening the drawer because it’s “store policy” then lock the drawer geniuses! overall embarrassment for the whole Sephora brand and business and even more of an embarrassment to call this the second largest/most foot traffic compared to the original prudential flagship store. DO BETTER SEPHORA!
El Avagyan: I was buying rare beauty blush, they had one left so I opened the box to see the color . The associate told me I cant open the bottle I said that’s ok I’m pretty sure this is the color that I want. I had the blush in my hand I went to find my friend to go pay for the blush after. Another associate who turns out was the manager of the store comes up to me takes the blush from my hand and tells me that she cant sell it to me because it was opened. Her name is Donna I believe. I tell her I opened the box only and not the bottle and I am buying it. She said no It’s our policy I don’t make the policy I can’t sell this to you. Me and my friend were shocked. It was the last one left. Seems very ridiculous. I already had the item in my possession. I understand if I opened it then put it back on the shelf and someone else took it, but I OPENED IT, I AM BUYING IT !!! Extremely rude. The first girl was nice. I don’t know her name but she had pink hair and bold makeup. I even called Sephore customer service and they told me they do have a policy about opened products but they should have let me buy the item if it was already in my possession. Will never shop there again ! Hire nicer stuff. We had a feeling that we were discriminated honestly. I’m not American and I usually shop online, the manager was your typical white American woman.
Mei: Everyone was so kind, and there was quite a bit of a crowd, so I really appreciate that! There are tons of try-before-you-buy options and overall very customer-oriented and friendly. I have no complaints!
jessie: When I went inside the store, I expected things to be fine, but they were not. Few employees were kind to me, greeting me and my friend as we entered, and as me and her began looking around, we were haunted by the presence of these two men. We could not shake the feeling that they were watching us, it turns out they were. We were minding our business, just looking around for the fun of it, and one of the men, who I take to be a security guard, openly described the clothing me and my friend were wearing. We assumed they thought we were stealing, which is ridiculous since we were not acting suspicious or implying that we were doing such a thing. We were only looking around, they took the fun out of our day and replaced it with fear, and I will be thinking about this encounter for a while. Two underage girls should not have to question their safety in Sephora, and I do think they need to do a better job and not target people the second they walk in the store. I understand their vigilance, but it was very unnecessary especially due to the fact they followed us around, not being sly at all. I would have appreciated it if they were straightforward and admitted that it was a common misunderstanding, they had no need to scare us.
Ewa: I was followed around by a worker and guard and they assumed my friend and I were stealing. The guard described our appearance and got the worker. We did not take anything. We did not do anything to imply we were stealing. The whole situation left me very uncomfortable. To have two older men follow and watch me in a store that I planned on purchasing from made me very upset. My stomach was in knots, and I was on the verge of tears. I don’t know if it was my age or my race but the behavior from those two older men who were employees was unbelievable. Employees are meant to help. Not send tears to two teenage girls.
Katie Doyle: Employees here are so rude and unhelpful. This is why everyone prefers to order online.
Maria Velazquez: Horrible experience multiple (3) times. Employees and managers are rude and unkind. The store is not stocked with items. The line is always long. The managers are in a power trip and they think you can be yelled at. Poor customer service. Very dissatisfied. I see the employees behavior and I can tell they have AWFUL management at that store. Their attitude, the store appearance, the way they communicate with people, their lack of customer service oriented behavior, it’s all the reflection of HORRIBLE management. Sephora CORPORATE or store OWNER, please FIX your management!!!I rather drive to Boston or Natick for a way better experience!
Jack “Eggbased” Davin: As a member of the male population I am infrequently witnessed in a Sephora while unaccompanied. This was absolutely not an obstacle to my receipt of expert service.I now have a full face routine using Kiehl's products and am very happy, both with my purchases and with the education I received about skincare.
SK: The only reason this place gets two stars because I was able to pick up my online product quickly. The people work there seem like annoyed when I ask for help. Smile little bit so customers can come back to your store. Also instead of walking away, you can ask customers if they needed help. Uhhh never go back here again!
Sunamita Sthéfani: Lugar ótimo para comprar maquiagens amei
Andi: Nice store, Ana (employee) very patient and friendly helping me with credit card application
Patricia: When I was there and looking for help I didn't get much and when I did receive help you could feel their annoyance with me. I felt like a burden at a place I have dropped over 7000.00 at Sephora over the past year or two. I'm only speaking in the one at the Burlington mall in Burlington Massachusetts. I absolutely love the girls at the pheasant lane mall Sephora! I'm not impressed with their idea of help , the ppl at the register's weren't much different. It's like they wanted to rush you (which she did) and treated my ?s like some annoying bug it was one word replies no emphasis on details or explanation no anything and no bedside manner either! Not going back there and neither will my girls (i have 3 teen daughter's ) and my best friend won't be returning either. I'd rather spend the extra gas money to go somewhere else ( further away) that's how upset I am with that particular store.
Melissa Gianatasio: Waited while 2 customers were looking at beauty tools, when they left I went to get what I was shopping for only for a sephora employee to walk in front of me and stand there looking for something for the two other customers. Staff is incredibly rude
Florida Addy: Only reason why they're getting a five star from me is because of Nathan. He was so kind, extremely patient and very helpful. He took his time to help me and my sisters find the perfect products for each of our complexions. I really appreciated him and will be returning only because of him. Some of the other employees could really use a lesson in customer service from him.
Sevan Lohnes: I can’t say enough about how nice , patient and knowledgeable Toni is in the Burlington location. I’ve been there so many times and no one has helped me to the level of her expertise. She helped me out with my skin care as well as my 2 daughters (11 year old and 14 year old ) she was so patient with my little one because she asks so many questions and gets overwhelmed very quickly but Toni took her time and explained everything to her. I am very happy with the products she recommended and me and my girls have already seen a change in our skin to the better in such a shot time. I highly recommend Toni. She will listen to your concerns and get you the results you need.
Shannah Lim: Felt that the employees were more eager to help other customers when helping me out. There was this one employee who didn’t speak to me in a very respectful way. I eventually got the product I needed but it didn’t feel like a good experience. Do I have to look like I already know everything about makeup to shop there? We all gotta start somewhere :(

SEPHORA Chestnut Hill: what do users think?
Hershey !!: Great Service, Staff are always willing to assist you. Overall a 5 star experience
Tatiana Joyce: I booked a 60 min full face beauty service/make-up appointment 6 days in advance and got a call the morning of my appointment that their make-up artist called out sick. I completely understand that this staff member needed to take care of themselves and have no ill-will towards the staff, however the Sephora policy on staff cancellations is TRASH. They cancelled my appointment and just told me the two other stores that had some availability today (both being inconvenient locations for me). The staff could neither offer to assist me in re-booking or offer any kind of store discount. Their cancellation policy is: "appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00". They called me only 5 hours before my appointment and cancelled but if I was 15 minutes late I would've been charged. This was incredibly inconvenient and I think people should be aware that this could happen to them and throw off party-day plans.
Gedi Beats: Horrible experience my moms birthday present was stolen by Ubereats driver which Sephora uses for same day deliveries! At least I got a full refund smh
Sara Pettersson: Came to Sephora to pick up a new bare minerals powder. On my way to the register I was looking at the moisturizers when one of the store associates came up to me and asked if I needed help. I let her know that I did not need help and she continues to let me know with the exact words “in your condition I’d be looking at which brands you should use” referring to me being 9 months pregnant. I told her I’m aware what I should be looking for as I’ve had the conversation with my providers and she said “that’s good and all but we’re trained on these products”. Just completely unsolicited comments when I said I didn’t need any help and rude remarks! A few minutes later she came up to me and said that the brand I was looking at is in fact ok to use when you’re “in my condition”. Horrible experience and made me feel so uncomfortable. If I wanted help with pregnancy safe skincare I would have asked, and describing it as “in your condition” was so distasteful.
Carlos Linera: Emily was very helpful! I needed to buy make up for my 16 year old and the the heck do I know about make up? Lol thanks Emily!
Jam: It 's the first time I 've been here and I won 't come back here anymore . Very poor customer service . The most offensive thing is the girls who were standing at the checkout talk witht you to depend on your clothes. She didn't even want to put in a package the goods that I bought a few pieces, and I asked for it for gifts, but they didn't pack it for me anyway!!!Natik mall Sephora store is better and amazing staff !
Emily Dennis: The helpful staff quickly helped me understand the brands and colors. In general, I am satisfied with the store and of course I will return to refill my cosmetic bag.
Alex Z: Picked up something that was left for me at counter, when called to find if the store dad it. The wait was a bit long with 2 different people getting serviced at the check out counters, when I walked in & 1 in front of me - maybe about 5 minutes. The girl at checkout asked about health worker - didn't even think about it & I was able to get an unexpected discount for the purchase. The checkout counters were so close, that I had to ask the checkout girl to repeat question she asked me, because the conversation at the other counter was interfering and making it almost impossible to hear lesson speaking to me. 🙂
Christina “Tina”: The Chestnuthill location is NEVER crowded and they almost always have what you are looking for. A Fenty fan myself (heyyyyyy RiRi) they are quick to show me new additions to the line, and how to do some of the trickier applications.Pre COVID, Laura was FANTASTIC for event makeup and I HIGHLY reccomend her when you have a big night out.
Lauren Lane: Silvana was so helpful with my lashes!
Sharon Sewall-Lindsay: Frequent the store for myself and gifts. Can’t seem find a foundation that doesn’t irritate my skin or flake off. I purchased a few different kinds. I didn’t return them as I didn’t blame the associate that assisted me, it was my decision to purchase them. I asked the associate standing by the door tonight for assistance and she refused to help me. She stated she would send another artist over and never did. She stood at the register and watched me walk out without making a purchase. Doubt I will go back.
Kerry Clancy: Because of Maritza!!
Laila Kassis: I would like the makeup artists to be available and allowed to assist me in learning how to use and apply the products I’d like to purchase and work with me to apply them so that I can feel good that I’m getting the right shades and color tones. When I asked for help I was told no, the associate would only be able to apply one item and I could pick if it should be a contour stick, a highlighter or a foundation - not all three and not the eye shadow I wanted to try. I said “well I’m looking to purchase 8 or 9 items and spend $200-300. I have never done contouring and I’d like the associate to show me how to do it and to make sure I’m getting colors that look nice on my skin.” The answer from the manager was that I need to book an appointment and pay for that service. I said again, “How can I spend $200-300 on makeup if I’m not sure how to apply it and whether the colors are right? I’ve never been refused help at a makeup store or counter...” I was angry and almost left the store. But Silvana was very nice and said she’d do her best to help me. In the end she helped me with the foundation, dark contour, a couple different types of highlighters to see what works best for me and a blush. I ended up buying 7 items for $220. I’m not sure if I’ll be back to a Sephora again given the treatment I received and the new philosophy about NOT helping customers. Everything I purchased I can get from the department store makeup counter or online. If I return, the only reason will be that Silvana was so helpful. As a company you can choose to offer added services like full makeup for a fee. But that doesn’t mean you should refuse to help customers apply the makeup products they would like to purchase, especially if they ask for it and say they haven’t used these types of products or these techniques before and need to learn and/or test the colors with the opinion of a professional. That is the only reason to come to the store in the first place, otherwise can just purchase online. Your approach makes customers feel like scum frankly. You should treat customers with respect, believe them when they say they need help with new products, and actually help them rather than make them feel like you think they are trying to get a paid service for free.
Eleanor Friedman: Always love Sephora
Catherine Conti: Love the Anastasia rep. Great personality and suggestions of product
Abigail M.: The staff were all very helpful and attentive. They were all very knowledgeable about each brand and helped me find my perfect concealer shade.
L B: instead of helping me they decided to just stare me down instead and when I would approach them about something they just seemed to all disappear
Dally Ramos: I love this Sephora!
Nina Shah: awesome
Nechama Shimanovich: As soon as I walked in a worker came to me and asked if I needed anything .I replied that I'm just going to look around because I didn't come for anything specific. the worker then said well have fun just looking around -very sarcasticly and responded to me with a few rude comments to which I just walked right out of the store.I will never be going back to this sephora again.
Rated by Hanna: During the past year I've had the amazing opportunity to take advantage of their FREE "Beauty Classes/Workshops", which I believe they began piloting since I was the only person there for the very first Skincare 101 class. Anyway I don't think every location has this feature, but just go on the Sephora website to check what they are offering and to reserve a spot.Example of some classes: Skincare 101, Contour & Highlight, Brow Shaping, Correct & Conceal, Nighttime/Daytime Smoky EyeThe classes are typically on Sundays at 9:30AM before the store officially opens at 12PM and it usually finishes early so you have the rest of the time as "private shopping" time and to ask any additional questions. The classes are usually limited to 10-15 people so you can get more 1:1 attention. At the start of most classes they will do a color IQ on you to find the correct match in foundation. They really do a great job breaking down the steps so that anyone at any skill level can follow along. They also provide a clipboard with a diagram and overview of all the steps. The class is set up so that we watch the Artist with instruction do the live Demo on one of the Sephora cast members. Then we apply the same technique on ourselves at the work stations that they have set up for us. They provide all of the tools that we need (brushes, eye shadow, lip product etc...) and the facilitators will walk around to check and help everyone. The experience in the beauty classes has really impressed me and convinced me to update my review from a 4 to 5 star for the personalized experience.

SEPHORA Pheasant Lane: what do users think?
B L: I visited here on Friday the 14th of April and Nicole was SO helpful!! All of her suggestions were absolutely spot on and she helped me choose exactly what I needed for an event that weekend. She never made me feel like she was rushing or just trying to move me along, she took the time to really listen to me and I left the store feeling so confident I had the right purchases. She was so friendly and helpful, with a fantastic eye for color and everything. I looked great for the event, and I'll definitely come back to this store again! Thank you Nicole!!
Michelle Lugo: I walked in last night with a mission and walked out the happiest camper!!! Seray (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) promptly greated me and helped me pick out the perfect eye shadow, helped me find my favorite mascara and she even helped me smell and try several different colognes and perfumes for my boyfriend and myself. Thank you for the awesome customer service and personal attention. I'll be back and tell all my friends!!!
Lori Yensan: Very helpful staff. Large inventory.
Jessica Azzi REALTOR LAER Realty Franklin, MA: Only place I could find my perfume in stock. Love it!
Rachel I: I love this Sephora, the staff is always so friendly and if I can’t find a product, they always help me!!
Rhi: Great products, staff is cool too
Daizy Kay (Daizy): Here I was ready to drop $200-$500 on perfumes when a store associate with purple/pink hair came up to me. I was smelling perfumes sp obviously I dropped my mask slightly down to smell the scents I wanted. This store associates came up to me to tell me that I needed to pull my mask up. I told her, how am I supposed to smell the perfume. She said, my manager said you can smell it through your mask. So I went to Macy's and made my perfume purchase.
Maristle Maglaqui: Sales representatives are very attentive. Was able to find every thing I was looking for.I tend to buy online on Sephora for their freebies.
faith Love: I love shopping here but today the cashier was in a bad mood not good customer service!
Sar K: My father had just passed away. The only reason I was in the mall in the first place was to buy clothes for his funeral. We had finished doing just that a few stores down when my husband convinced me to go in to Sephora. He remembered me mentioning getting a little low on my night cream. I only agreed because it was the first day of the VIB sale and I had wanted to get my brother something for his dry skin. I walked in and everyone was so incredibly nice and welcoming. I grabbed my night cream, tried to get something for my mother in law (sold out instore but that's ok, I got it online), and had someone very kind help us pick out an oil for my brother. She was there for Lord Jones that day as a rep I think but she was so helpful and knowledgeable about other products too. She even gave us samples, not only for my brother to try, but for me and my husband as well. She completely did not have to do that but I am still thankful for the gesture. Everyone was just doing their jobs and they could not have known I was close to breaking down from my loss, but I felt good being there, even if it was brief. I'm opening my new night cream now and remembered how I felt that day. I just wanted to express my gratitude in a review. I'm used to people not approaching me when I'm shopping or offering to help, but it meant a lot to me on that particular day someone took the time to do so. Thank you!
Charity Edwards: Friendly service!
ria talwar: My friend and I came looking for makeup and Isabel, one of the employees, was super helpful and nice. We got everything we needed and it was amazing experience. Thank you!
Cara B.: Employees are not so knowledgeable and have no idea on how to help customers select right foundation shade. 2 stars just for being able to buy the brands I want.
Bobby Megens III: Very knowledgeable about helping me find the right gifts for my fiance for mother's day.
Fran Lynch: this! Toy store! When I go there I want one of everything! Helpful sales associates
camille forziati: Love all Sephora's
Shain Moran: Wish they had more mens cologne
Nicholas Franco: They had what I needed at a good price.
Bhargav Raam: Expensive
Amy Jo Currier: This Sephora was fantastic!!! The ladies there were super helpful and suggested things without being pushy! They weren't rude or obnoxious. They actually made me feel welcome!!! This store is literally 2 miles further then store I typically drive 51 miles to get to but I think I will now drive the 53 miles to see these wonderful ladies in Nashua! They offered advice and samples. And my favorite part... they just let me shop!! I felt at ease. The store was big, well stocked and clean. I WILL be back!!!
Rachel Romanchuk-Walters: Helpful and engaged staff.
