Cindy D: I love bath and body works but their prices have gone up a lot. Wait for sales, especially for hand soaps which can be on sale for $3.95 or 2.99. their store is a little cluttered. Hard to push a stroller inside because they have tables everywhere, blocking your path. Don't go inside on a busy weekend or holiday with a stroller because you'll never get through the crowds. Not wheelchair friendly store due to how many tables they have and the fact that the walking path looks barely wide enough for a wheelchair. Just be aware it might be hard to maneuver inside the store when crowded. They should have straight paths to the registers, but they do not.I do recommend buy online and pickup in store. They now offer free item rewards if you shop there a lot or buy lots of stuff at one time.

Hien Nguyen: I came back to the store today for 2nd time and had a bad experience at check out. The cashier person Carly never had a smile on her face since we arrived to her cashier spot. I did not want the reward account with them because of her attitude. Then I went ahead and paid for my goods, swiped card got approved on the screen but then the receipt never got printed out. She then said the system got freezing and did not go through from her side. I had no internet connection while I was in the store and she would not want us to go without swiping the card one more time. I did wipe again and it went through this time with printed receipt. I walked out the store and was finally able to go to my bank account and found out that they did charge me twice. I borrowed her a pen and wrote down the note about this just in case I have to call my bank later to dispute 1 of the 2 transaction if they both went through and I wrote down her name too and she got mad that I did not ask her first about her name which is so obvious since she was wearing a big name tag. BTW now I have to call my bank later to dispute 1 transaction and had such a bad experience with bath and body work. I won't go back to this chain again for sure.

Lee Hendrekian: We arrived at this store just after the mall opened. Maybe thirty minutes after opening. Anyway, this store was already bustling with customers. Maybe everyone had the same idea. Get their first thing on Saturday to escape the crowds. In any event, there was only one employee on register. When I got in line, there were five or six people in front of me with armfuls of candles, soap, plug ins, etc., and I thought for sure I'd be waiting for a good while. Turns out, that one employee, Rose, was a well oiled machine and was faster then two employees in other stores. And, she was incredibly pleasant the whole time. If not already, she should be made a manager asap. As to the store, well laid out and great inventory. One of this chain's better locations for certain. The attached White Barn is a big plus as well.

This store was well light and was stocked pretty well! They're currently still having a "semi- annual sale" up to 75% percent off. I got a Pumpkin Spice Soap that was 75% percent off for my aunt for her birthday! In addition, I was with family and we all seemed to find something that interested us . We all lefted satisfied 😌 & happy , no complaints 😉! Even though this is a (" Ghost- Town ") of a mall this store still has a decent amount of inventory. It's so sad to see our malls dying due to two major things Covid-19 😢 & Online shopping.
Leslie: This place has so many products now that a person is just totally overwhelmed with scent ...it needs to be better organized so the customer knows exactly what they're looking at and the type of scents that going to find there, is it for men or is it for women, is it sweet smelling, is it a fruit smelling type or is it a natural smell, they need to be separated and we need more room to move around

brian joyce: What a dump. If there was ever a flagship location to show what is wrong with retail these days, this would be it. Showroom is completely disorganized and looks disheveled. Empty racks in the middle of aisles, empty shelves with product. Just sitting on the floor in front of them. Awkward layout, especially the checkout area/ customer service. Associates were just hanging around talking and sitting on their phones when clearly they could be stocking shelves, breaking down empty boxes laying on the floor, or how about you vacuum the floor? Check out was terrible. Only a couple of associates at the customer service desk were checking people out if you are lucky enough. They were also handling returns which take far longer. It seems than to just check somebody out so this held up the line extensively. It was not very busy but still I waited in line for at least 5 minutes, and I was one of the first ones in the line queue. Someone eventually decided to mosey over and open up the side cashier register and take me at that point. That whole area looks like a disaster and really is not very welcoming or appealing. The management here should be embarrassed. They need to get their act together or they will not be there long. I'm certainly not making my way back there anytime soon.

Tyler Wills: They had Hand Sanitizer for 50 % percent off, I stocked up on the pocketbook ( mini Sanitzer ) they were regular price at $1.95 and the promo, for the day was 50% percent off which made them a grand total of 98 cents each, no lines, which was a little strange 😳. Typically they usually have a limit of 20 - 25 per person, I thought personally that was insane amount for someone to have . The staff & workers were very pleasant & answered my questions and attentive! Got what I needed. This is a beautiful mall, it's so sad 😞 to see our malls in N. England to die , I'd love going to Outlets & Malls, it's not always the same to order all things on- line , I like to feel, touch , see the iteem , smell texture or try on the item. They didn't have a huge variety of hand sanitizers in general, but I did get some. Honestly this visit they other day "7-20-22 "was absolutely pain- ful the lady's who worked here were spraying into the air The The new fragrance mist around the store, my friend has serious Asma / breathing problems, and I stuff from. Is chronic a dominal migraine & headaches , between the horrible smells, floating around the store and the music blaring it was extremely unpleasant experience.
Nana Addae: Love love love bath n body works. Place is clean and smells amazing everytime i go there. I stock up on airfreshners, hand sanitizers, body lotion etc. My favorites are fairy tale, thousand wishes, butterfly ( new ), cherry blossom, french getaway, gingham love( newly recommended n i love it) the others are my go to favorites. When lucky you may catch a sale. I run out so couldn't wait for a sale. But got buy 3 get 1 free. ( the free is usually the lesser value, keep that in mind lol). I highly recommend. Sales ladies are knowledgeable n humble n respectful. I go to the solomon pond location

The girl at the door was delightful and helpful. But the cashier and the manager not so much. Eh!I won't stop buying Bath and Body Works ever....I just won't go to this location again.

Amal Ettahiri: My daughter and I went to this location for the first time after our local Best Buy closed permanently to buy her a new Iphone and AirPods for her birthday and we weren’t disappointed. Customer service was excellent from being greeted at the door to getting someone to help us with the purchase. I have to say I was really amazed by a young employee whose name is Bobby. He was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t leave until our phones were working properly as we encountered a problem with how our phones were assigned to each one in our family plan. He took the time to call customer service and made sure everything worked like it should.I’m glad I took the trip and we for sure will be back for future purchases.Thanks Bobby and keep up the good customer service.

Abdel Aude: One of my favorite places to visit, good service, recomend to check the price tag readers located in the that store because were not working at the moment but customer service was able to help us.They have a wide variety of electronics up to the highest level of technology.We were able to test some of them before making and inform the decision.
Bobby T: Had a screen protector replaced but unfortuanatly my screen broke while tbey were fixing it . Best buy made good by me by replacing my screen for free however they had to keep my phone for 5 days wich is a huge burden. There only option was for me to purchase a new phone and use it temporarily, then return it for a refund after my phone was fixed this set me back 191 dollars but all in all im satisfied, the geek squad staff is an amazing bunch of people, however I feel managment lacked basic custormer needs. Although breaking a phone is very unfortunate for a custormer, I feel managment should accomadate custormers with loaner phones free of charge if something like this happens. The only option given to me was to buy a phone be liable for it and then return it. This is unacepta le to me seeing my ohone was broken by best buy. nowadays our smart phone are a integral part of our lives best buy should understand this and be ready to accomadate any custermor that wilk be forced to be without it free of liability and out of pocket expence .. all in all a good experience again the staff is awesome but somewhat has hands tied by managment.

"One of the women working at Bath & Body Works, reiterated to(" Can you read") (" twice ") and than said( " you know it expires 2-27-22 ,which I was fully aware of ") . I was disappointed that I'd be treated like this. We do purchase alot of things at B& BW's .

Joel Naticchioni: While Best Buy in general is OK, this location is not the best. Difficult to access, limited selection, odd layouts, etc. Last time I was here I stood alone at an empty checkout for 7 minutes before just leaving the product on the counter and walking out. A good place for curbside pickup, but not to browse.
Carmine DiMasi: Bobby in the google Chromebook department was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgable about gaming PC parts and had amazing customer service skills.
Angela Brooks: Wasn't to happy with the level of lack of service I did not receive. Waited for over 20 mins for someone to assist me when clearly employees were just standing around just chatting. Someone (Assumption manager) said someone will be right with me and still waited. Definitely, was not busy. When brought to their attention no apology only that I was being service now. (eyes rolling). Yes, I was on the list and still waited.
Jason Bohanon: Visited two stores. Salem NH and Burlington MA. It's hard to find anyone working in the computer section at either store. You could stand at their work stations forever without anyone bothering to help.

I finally got it, but not without a struggle. But the person who brought it out was very nice.
