Thomas Tran: The restaurant is located on the second floor and has access with an elevator. The restaurant has a nice welcome ambiance with classic Asian designs. The hot and sour soup wasn't great in my opinion, I've had much better at other takeout spots. The vegetable dumplings were great and came in a bamboo steamer. Growing up, I loved sweet and sour chicken and this hit the spot! Have to eat it fast while it's still crispy and use the sauce with white rice. The lo mein was good and beef were good and typical for this style of American Chinese food. Overall a great place!
Raji S: Food was good but not as good as it used to be.
David Xia: ate here all my childhood and into adulthood. The best!
Maria johnson: Great food
Surya Mohan: It’s a shame that we didn’t try this gem having been in Natick for over 3 years now. Hands down the best Chinese take-out by far in the Natick-Framingham-Wayland area. Loved everything we ordered. Not too pricey, decent portion sizes and tasted great ! Brownie points for their shrimp fried rice. Haven’t dined in yet but the ambiance looks inviting and had a decent crowd. Will definitely visit again and update this review on our dine-in experience. Nevertheless, highly recommended !
HIEN NGUYEN: Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Indranil Dutta: Best Chinese hands down in the suburbs. Excellent price and excellent taste if you want spicy Chinese food. Decor is very dated and it’s a no frills restaurant.
Sagar Tayde: The dining experience is usually good except during busy days. The menu seems to be overpriced. The food quality used to be very good before COVID. But now everything’s just extra oily.Recommended dishes Smokey Hot Chicken with Cayenne …More
Mari B: Everyone that works there is so rude! Did not offer any drink, the food was mid, and the waiter had no patience! The sesame chicken was horrible, but the scallion pancake was good and also the crabragoon was good. But just the experience of having a bad waiter was horrible
Maeve Neiswanger: We LOVE Sichuan Gourmet! This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Framingham. They are very accommodating to a vegetarian diet, and everything we have tried has been great!! We enjoy dining in and getting delivery or takeout from here. The food quality is always phenomenal!Vegetarian options: Very accommodating for a vegetarian diet. I often order a chicken based dish, and they are able to swap in bean curd/tofu!

tareq sawan: Food is great. Too bad the service is poor.
joseph klein: Not the best restaurant of this nature, but I’ve been here numerous times and it’s consistently good 👍🏾 the cashew chicken is great, I’ll definitely keep coming back!
Raj Thomas: This place is a hidden gem outside of Boston. The food was great and the portions was big.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Chengdu Fish Filets with Pickled Greens, Fried Rice, Old Sichuan Chicken …More

Sichuan Palace Restaurant: what do users think?
Michael Bean: It's a very nice restaurant, and the staff were very friendly. The seating was wonderful, and the atmosphere delightful. I had the sweet and sour chicken. It was the best I've had in years. The fried rice was perfect and very flavorful, as was the teriyaki chicken. I would recommend this restaurant to anyoneFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Mariah Shaw: The food tasted pretty nice, however it's pretty expensive considering everything is ala cart. I assumed our meals would come with rice or veggies or something, but they didn't. Service was well below average. I don't think the servers were very happy that we had come in with my toddler. She is very well behaved, and we always clean up after her, but I think the servers just assumed that she would scream or make a huge mess. Non of the servers wanted to come by our table, and we were looking at the menus for nearly 20 minutes before anyone even took our drink order. So not a very family friendly place. No changing table in the bathroom either. Probably a fine place to eat without kids.
Gilli Rosenzweig: Prepare to be pleasantly surprised by Sichuan Palace, a restaurant that truly delivers an extraordinary culinary experience. You'll find an extensive menu of authentic dishes, each bursting with distinctive flavors and beautifully presented. As a vegetarian I was thrilled by the wide range of options available, like the tangy sour lotus and the la-zi tofu served in a traditional basket - a cool twist on your usual tofu dish. To top it off, the sesame balls for dessert are an absolute must-try - exceptional flavors in every bite. Inform the waiter about your preferred spice level, it gets hot! Whether you're a foodie looking for a culinary adventure or simply want to enjoy delicious food with generous portions at a reasonable price, Sichuan Palace is a hidden gem.And yes - they have several items on the menu that kids would love.
Swap: Delicious Sichuan food. Had cumin lamb and spicy dry pot tofu, both of them deliciously spicy. They also have a variety of cocktails!Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Lily: Vegetarian options: I always look forward to stopping here on my way home from work.Everything I’ve tried has come out perfect, I highly recommend the hot sour shredded potatoes! (Braised beef soup is also a go to on the colder days) no matter how simple the dish may be, the flavor is never a miss.So don’t hesitate to try anything on the menu that sounds good, it’ll live up to your expectations! 3
He Zhu: Very authentic Sichuan food and best around this area.
薛显太: 正宗四川味道、热情的服务、质量保证.价格实惠、下次再次光临!
Vassilios Giavis: Great foodFood: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Haofei Wei: Very good and authentic Sichuan food. We really enjoy their 夫妻肺片 and 香锅 dishes. Staff was very attentive and checked in frequently, and food came very quickly after ordering and everything was fresh and hot.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Alex Alget: If you are looking for Sichuan food, then this is the place for you. They have a huge menu that makes going back exiciting for those who like to try new things. But for those who stick with their favorite dish, I am sure you will be happy because they master the food across the board. They have dishes that have no spice, dishes that are super spicy, and dishes in between. The meat was rendered and tender. The tangerine beef was crispy even though it was completely covered in the delicious sauce. The spring rolls even have mushroom bits in them. What a luxury. The staff are professional and nice. You can tell they have a good familial relationship and it is welcoming. The restaurant is clean. I have no idea how they manage to have white tablecloths when I saw that a couple red/orange drops from my soup landed on it. I will definitely be going back.

james t: The food and service was great! I'd imagine anything on the menu would be very good. Both my wife and I really liked what we got. The scorpion for one was strooooong lol. I would definitely recommend the restaurant.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Brian Grabiner: Had another fantastic meal at this restaurant. Very authentic Sichuan food. The spicy fish in chili oil is dynamite. They also have a bar with one TV, which is great cause who needs to go to a restaurant with a whole bunch of tvs hanging off the wall? They have real tablecloths and flowers at every table. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food with fair prices, this is the place.
James Liang: Solid Chinese cuisine in this area. Portions are small compared to other establishments. Good flavor and spice. Great place to bring the family. Very kind staff but can get busy at times.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Maria Hatch: Delicious!!
Peter Sward: Pork Ribs with Potato (14.95). The owner took my order, and I ordered it extra spicy anyway. She knew that I complained about a three pepper dish that was just about one pepper, so this time it was EXTRA EXTRA spicy! It was a severe case of a runny nose spicy. I wasn't going to order any rice since it already had potatoes included, but It was soo spicy that I had to order a small bowl of white rice. It also helped to soak up the delicious sauce. I again had high hopes for this dish and wasn't disappointed with the tasty and tender pork that fell off the bone. Be aware that there might be bone splinters in the food, but this is kind of expected with anything on the bone. The potatoes were cooked perfectly.Next is the Garlic Pork Rib ($14.95). "Fried pork rib with garlic, red & green pepper, onion, and scallion." No scallions and they were sitting on a mound of lettuce. They were garlicky, alright! They were also super crispy, but the ratio of meat to bone was overwhelmingly in favor of the bone. I chewed the meat off all of them and could have had a dozen more, and I'm a light eaterFollowing this is the Chicken with Pickled Mustard Greens (13.50). "Stir-fried with pickled mustard greens and cilantro in white sauce." No cilantro. The veggies were cooked well, tender but still firm. The dark meat chicken was juicy and tender. The mustard greens were mild and could have been pickled longer. It was an agreeable dish but a bit too bland for me. I asked for some chili oil and was really glad that I did. The chili oil was delightful, not super spicy but very aromatic. I might ask for it regardless of what I order.Light lunch today. Pork Belly with Chili and Garlic sauce ($9.45 with 10% off) at @sichuan.palace. "Served in chili oil and soy sauce with fresh garlic and scallion". The scallions had been replaced with julienned cucumbers. Excellent sauce, and they didn't hold back on the garlic. The pork was tender and tasty, but I would have liked it to be sliced thicker, so it had some texture.
Mei: This is a great choice for Chinese food! My family likes to order from here on New Years and it never disappoints! The food is classic with lots of options and different spice levels. The restaurant is clean and beautiful, well decorated. Would definitely recommend for either takeout or dine-in!!!Vegetarian options: Lots of tofu and veg options.Kid-friendliness: Easy parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessable

Wayne Hui: It's the original spicy in Chinese Sichuan Cruisine. If you can take spicy this is one of those spots to enjoy true spicy food.Sichuan Cruisine is known for their use of mala style spices in their cooking. This spicy oil numbs your tongue slightly, while the hot chilli burns in your mouth. The end result is abit of unique spiciness not common among other types of spicy foods. While spicy is a Sichuan brand, they do also feature some non spicy food. However, you're missing out if you don't eat spicy here!Parking: Tight parking, but the lot opposite them are available as well for night time.

Mina K: I’ve been coming to Sichuan Garden since they opened their first restaurant in Brookline. After that came Woburn.Great cocktails and atmosphere.Recommended dishes Steamed or Fried Dumplings 8, Vegetable Lo Mein, 樟茶鴨, Hot and Sour Soup, Fried Pork Dumplings, Pan-Fried Pork Dumplings …More
Laurie Lundin: Everything is perfect there and drinks are unique worth it
John Smith: One of my favorite restaurants in the Boston area. Anytime we have a reason to celebrate, we go here. Been going here for over 10 years and the food is always excellent. There’s really not a dish on the authentic menu that we don’t like. The Sichuan Beef with Napa Cabbage is our go-to dish but we always try something new.Their bar is great too!Just be sure to have reservations if going in the evenings.
Abhishek Manjunath: Highly recommend the fei teng fish, chong qing dry hot chicken, chengdu chicken and the crispy cumin fish! They previously had high quality, pressed cotton sheets covering the tables which they have taken out. The dining area is a little too dimly lit for my liking though but zero complaints with the food.
T M: WOW! Insanely good Sichuan food. Everything we had was special. The quality of the dishes was exceptional. The young gentleman checking people in needs a refresher course on customer service, but I won’t take away points for that because the food is very goodMake reservations! It’s ALWAYS filled up, trust me
Xin Zhang: FoodI’ve been to this place a few times because it is close by, but food is mediocre. The braised duck is the only great dish.Everything elseThe service has always been spotted. Sometime good, and many times terrible. Every time we called, a Chinese guy answered the phone and he couldn’t understand anything most of the time even if I speak mandarin. If I wanted to reserve a table or check table availability, the Chinese guy either passed the phone to an English speaking person or he spoke to that person and got back with wrong information. The decor is dark as sh* and the chairs are probably straight from the junk yard.
Jusny Mackenson Louis-Jean: Food was good!
Ayodeji Marquis: Tasty. Almost forgot that I was north of the city and not in ChinatownFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Fried Pork Dumplings …More

Steve Stanvick: Far and away my favorite Chinese joint in the area, and so much more than that. Takeout is a great option and the food travels home as well as any, but the real Sichuan Garden experience involves dining in a weird, antiquated living room and sipping on tiki drinks from the co-located Baldwin Bar. Can't go wrong here; the spicier Sichuan food is my go-to but they make all the crowd-pleasing American-Chinese classics as well.
Sheryl Queen: What a great experience! They squeezed my family in and we had a lovely dinner!

Joyce: I ordered delivery and it was very disappointing. Food not fresh at all. The restaurant used spices to cover the bad flavour from the food itself.
Wesley Yap: Food pretty good. Interior just like normal Chinese restaurants.
Myint Oo: 味道还可以,但是 价钱贵,份量很少还想去下一次, 考虑到价钱贵,份量不足 。还是去另外一家吧 😩

Joshua Joseph: This food is literally fire. Both taste and spice. A friend of mine took me here, and we tried to pick some random items on the menu we think people don’t order a lot. Absolutely did not disappoint. Food came so quickly. Get the Sichuan noodles and the duck blood, pork belly.
Desmond D: 100% Sichuan Taste
jeffrey schorer: Wow! Talk about underrated – Sichuan Cuisine features some of the most incredible food I’ve ever tasted. In addition to the traditional (American) Chinese fare, their Sichuan dishes offer bold, complex flavors that are bound to be an entirely new experience to anyone unfamiliar with Sichuan food (such as myself). Here’s my extensive rundown of everything I’ve tried off their menu thus far. Asterisked (*) items are must tries, out-of-this-world good - seriously! Adam Nelson: Mazing menu and the fish fillet is delicious.
Pritesh Majmundar: I had spicy fish. It was awesome! Quick service!

Xin Chan: A solid place for authentic Sichuan Cuisine.Vegetarian options: Good optionsParking: Plenty of street parking and a small public parking lot nearby.
neng chen: Had dinner with a friend, and found out that we were overcharged, and finally found out that the price of the menu was so-called unupdated. They draw a line on the price, please pay attention, this was not for decoration, this means they are not active. Even though they do not show you any actual prices.Obvious fraud. Even though we paid, we won't go again
Jinsong Jia: The price in the manue is different from what they charge. They said their manue is out of stock
Rui Wang: Very authentic sichuan cuisine. 😋
SelfEsteemArchitect: The salt and pepper shrimp were awful. Most of the dish was shells and head with a greasy coating of some sort of bread crumbs or something. I tried one but they were soggy; a weird texture. I think maybe overcooked. The bokchoy was unseasoned and barely cooked. I was disappointed in the meal and won't go back.See the photos of shrimp you actually minus one.
Matilda Fatunmbi: The service was friendly and pretty quick service. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, we found a bug in our dishes. They refunded that meal but still pretty gross.
Zeyu Bai: My credit card was overcharged in this place. They don’t understand this is against the law. Customers should be careful.

Stayc: Despite a very delicious meal. This one gets the GROSSLY UNHYGIENIC award!. 🤮. Decided to use the restroom, and while waiting for my friend, I observed the server setting tables with fresh utensils wrapped in linen napkins. These napkins are being placed on top of plates. One falls to the floor, and I watch in HORROR as the said napkin is returned from the floor and placed on the plate!! The table setting process continues. Upon leaving, i let her know I saw and very discreetly suggested she change the setting. She asked me why this must be explained?! Then, she simply ignored me. I leave and observe for a while - no action. I call and speak with someone - no acknowledgment of a problem.Folks, I would say this place is GROSS!!. If you do that in plain sight I’m not confident about what happens in the kitchen. Simply GROSS! & plain NASTY! Stay away. Praying I’m not sick.
Run Ling Huang: Charge credit card fees of 3.5 percent is ridiculous. The restaurant just wants to tax evasion

Bryan Lynch: Delicious food and great service. Every time I have come here the experience and quality have been consistent. Their xiaolongbao is the best I’ve tried in the Boston area. I’ve brought many friends here and have gotten them all hooked.

Eddie Sullivan: The food is usually pretty good. No complaints. My favorite is the spicy fish. The staff is friendly too. Here is why they get a 1. They are attempting to pass on to the Customer the 3.5% credit card fee. They prefer cash or Venmo or zelle with no fees. Well who wouldn’t. But to charge the patron 3.5% extra or their operating costs isn’t my problem. That’s like going to Home Depot and the only check out lines open is the self serve. I don’t work for you nor should I pay your costs. At least not in plain site. Won’t go again.
Wendy Qian: Suitable decor for weddingsFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Mina Z: Food is greasy and the meat does not taste fresh at all! Table, chairs, floor, all pretty dirty. Price listed on the paper menu do not agree with the real bill, be careful!!! They list lower prices on the menu, and charge about 30% higher per dish on the real bill! This is against the STATE LAW. I asked the front why the bill does not match? They said they do not have the chance to update the paper menu yet! Very deceitful. While I was asking about this, a middle-aged women ran out from the kitchen and yelled at me...What??!!
Ken Thapa: Great dishes. A bit in the pricey side but I might not have adjusted to inflation.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Salt Ans Pepper Pork, Beef Slices, Dry Fish Fillet …More

Shixin S: The restaurant is on Walnut Street. It offers authentic Chinese cuisine with a very nice owner, lovely clean ambience, and free parking. A very large menu with many Sichuan dishes you may not find elsewhere. The food we ordered was so delicious and fresh! My favorite is the Chengdu style Mo Po tofu, Sichuan spicy beef slices, and golden corn w/chicken broth. Portions are large enough to share or split. Service was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

na pa: the people there says 2nd most popular best is the cucumber spicy lies most outrageous!it clearly isn't and not even says written on the menu websiteshould either get our money back and or exchanges!
Edward Meng: This is a very nice place to eat. We had 8 people for a lunch. We ordered 12 dishes. Every dish is made by high quality and good quantity! Food tastes very fresh. The "Sichuan Spicy Beef Slices" and "Diced Rabbit with Sichuan Spicy Paste Sauce" are our best spicy appetizers! The "Chengdu style Ma Po Tofu" is great. The "Pork in Beijing Bean Paste" is our best Pork food. The sea food "Mixed Seafood" and "Prawn in Butter w/ walnut" taste great! The "Steamed Pork Soup Dumplings" is the excellent food but also cheap! I wish we ordered more!! The "Peking Duck" also is great! Everyone loves it! The soup "Golden Corn w/Chicken Broth" tastes very well! We have been in many restaurants and different places, like New York City, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles and etc.. We all agree this restaurant is one of the best! Finally, their people are very nice and service is excellent!!

Janis Morris: This Billerica treasure is a real find. A wide variety of genuine Sichuan dishes to pick from. Offer varying degrees of heat, so my son could pick something he could eat while I indulged in some extremely hot, authentic takeout. Both the Teriyaki Beef and Tangerine Beef skewers from the Tandoori grill were delicious. The Sichuan-fried wings were delicious and spicy. Unique in flavor and texture, the traditional Beef Tendon Chilli appetizer and BLOOD PUDDING, BEEF TRIPE AND PIG ( ) main course were both highly recommended. If I'm ever in the area again, you can bet I'll swing by for a pickup.

Jeannette Sanchez: The restaurant was immaculate, and the tunes were pleasant. For a short while there, I was convinced that I was in Asia. The service was quick, and the food was delicious and served hot. The dining establishment was wonderful. The prices are a little high, but you get a fair amount of food, and the quality is high enough that it balances out. Furthermore, their client service was excellent. siddanth rai: This is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have visited. Amazing food, it’s very tasty. They are very reasonable and the food portion they serve is good. Try the dry chili chicken or Kung Bao chicken, it’s very tasty. Their service is quick, it takes around 5-10min for your order to be served. They can accommodate around 25-30 people at a time. Parking should not be an issue, they have space for at least 30 cars.

Dhruv Upadhyay: It was 30 minutes before closing and they kept hurrying us. At 10.15 they gave us the check and said no hurry but can we first clear the check. No one came with water or cutlery until we asked for it. It seemed like they were just in a hurry to close. Not the best customer service.
Andy Reichel: No frills, nothing fancy, just authentic Sichuan.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Peter: We ordered two lunch menu items: generals Tso's chicken & kung pow chicken. Both entrees were good, spring roll & crab Rangoon were ok, rice was good. Service was great, atmosphere good.We heard the place was outstanding, and Yelp confirmed that. While we were happy, we didn't find it outstanding. After further investigation we determined we would go back and get a couple of regular menu items, not the lunch plates. More on that in a forthcoming update...

Eva Princess: Burlington
