Ashwin Alexander: A great thrift store you can save some money. You have to do some hunting..Definitely some of the prices are quite overpriced, sometimes even more than the actual product in a store. So you really have to watch out and have a very good logic. logically I absolutely don’t know how savers determines the price of certain products ( I mean, these are completely donated things) how can you be the same or more expensive than a store..Something different from other savers store is the organization on the shelves.
Shayna Joyce: Yikes, this place was a mess. I am used to going to the Savers in Plaistow NH which is a lot larger, and cleaner. There were no carts when I went in, and the store was not very busy. I went outside to get a cart that had been sitting in the rain. I did enjoy the self check out, though.
Cathy Harrison: Need to shop there regularly to find treasures
Luis Pardo: Two female Savers employees making fun of me in Spanish for wearing a mask, assumed i didn't understand them
Graham Tunnicliffe: I always find something good here
Adriane Rebelato: Good
Erica Stockwell-Alpert: No fitting rooms so there's no way to try on clothes. Complete waste of time if you're a curvy woman who can't buy clothes without trying them on. And they only offer exchanges, no returns, so when they inevitably don't fit you can only exchange them for other things that don't fit. Won't bother trying to get clothes here again.
Nathan: Great for things you need but can't afford to buy new in Massachusetts
Hugo Cubelli: Great 👍👍👍
Sandra Gameros: Siempre encuentro lo que necesito!
Jamie Poirier: Really fond of this savers and I’ve been to all of them on the eastern half of the state haha. It’s generally clean and well organized and I have better luck here than at other stores. If you take it for what it is it’s a great store. Sometimes you get incredible stuff and sometimes you strike out. Almost the entirety of my home is decorated from this store and the staff is usually quite friendly and helpful.
ALEX Bien: 80% junk. 100% high prices.
Jada Ocasio: Every time I visit this Savers it gets worse and worse. It always smells in the building. The bathroom is disgusting. The building is dirty and messy. It’s so narrow to walk around especially when it’s packed. Prices are high and the products they sell are dirty and broken. The workers are not really friendly or say anything to you at all. Don’t come here!
lee white: I love savers. I love getting dvds and books there. They have an amazing selection. Plus the dvds are between 1.99-2.99 and the books start at .99-8.00$ depending on the book and quality. Half the books are basically brand new and you dont have to spend 29.99 on a book you'll read probably 2-3 times in your life. The staff is always so amazing and helpful. The place is clean and well taken care of. If you bring in something to donate bring it inside and you'll get a 20% off coupons for donating and can use it on any purchase up to 100$. They have days were things are priced down even more than they were before. They have everything. I truly love going here it makes me happy and I find so many cool things not just books and moviesDefinitely check the place out and donate if you can
Nick Breeman: no fitting room, prices are hit or miss, some articles quite dirty. Not a place for most clothes, fine for other thrifting
Rafael Pacheco: Best store ever!!
Jay Harris: I brought a box of over 100 records there when they had a poor selection. Fast forward a couple months later and not a single one of those records was there but their same measly pile was. The manager or franchise owner said they sometimes get donated to a media company when they have excess. How could that be? They didn't have much of a selection as it was and they had plenty of space for the amount of records I brought them. I don't like mysteries.
Shane Gaudette: First off, place is disgusting and smells like a public restroom. 🤢 Second, the manager is extremely rude and yelled at a woman and her child as they were trying to check out. This man clearly doesn’t like his job and I don’t understand how a corporation could keep someone like him in their store. Considering the other bad reviews about this man, I will not be returning to this place when they don’t treat their customers with human decency.
Christine Quiriy: This store is cluttered and messy, with shelved items too crowded and jumbled. Clothing racks are too tightly packed for flipping through, which makes shopping unpleasant. Prices are also a bit high, considering there is generally a glut of used clothing. They also have done away with dressing rooms and added self-serve checkouts. This makes it no better than online shopping.
wilfrido lopez Florex: Mil buenos precios
Su Chu: Workers in the donation pickup room are very helpful, kind and good attitude . We will definately drop off donation goods in this store again.

Jatnna Medina: See the thing about me is the at I love to shop good quality clothes for less. Of course you’re going to have to do a ton of digging and it may take you more than an hour but it’s worth it!
Robbie Robinson: I’ve been to a few savers in a few states and while I love the prices and discounts, I just don’t like the smell. Every Savers I’ve been in from New Jersey to Massachusetts has a very distinct “used fabrics” smell. The people have been nice and service commendable. If they could just invest in some sort of air freshener system or some way to make the place smell better, it would be such a more enjoyable shopping experience.
Hannah Jo: Pretty good location, fairly clean. I have gotten a few good thrift finds.
e v: it would be great to have changing rooms again
Joie Monson: I like savers because my other dad works their
Rey Ruiz Nolasco: Really cool stuff
Nathaniel Shoun: Usually I would give this store a 5 star review, but recently I have not had any good experiences shopping here. Management are so rude and seem to not even know how to do their job, or support their employees. It seems the store has gone downhill since they lost their best employee, Chad. He was amazing, helpful, so kind, and always seemed to be doing everyone else's job. My advice: go to another location, or... don't support this business at all.
Delana Collymore: I love that place even time I go there I come out with great stuff 😂😉😂
Shannon Rice: This place is always dirty. The bathrooms are usually closed, and when they are open, they are absolutely disgusting. There's no changing rooms, so customers can't try on clothing. The prices have become so high. It's not worth going to this "thrift shop" anymore. The inside employees don't seem to care about the state of the store.*The gentlemen working outside at the donation dock were fantastic. They were friendly and efficient.
Mary Depew: Today I bought a jar/vase of jewelry/watches, now sold by the pound at Savers for n Worcester. The total contents was JUNK. Not even one good item. And filthy too, all broken, What a scam, I brought back the vase of items and just left it at the register with my notes. Didn’t bother to ask for refund. I blame myself for being too dumb. Do not but any jewelry by bulk in the Worcester store. I made a donation of 49.95, I used up my 20% credit on this purchase. I refused to also pay to put in all in my yellow Worcester trash bags to dump it. So I brought it back . They will try to resell it I imagine. Giggle. Didn’t bother to take photos. Total waste of my time and money. Infuriating.
Loyd Skinner: not a lot of great stuff at this location and some of the staff are very passive aggressive and have no common sense nor courtesy. Each store is a reflection of its city/town... Worst part is their obvious price gouging & common filth. Definitely not "non-profit" despite what this company claims.
John Jeffrey Padula: Not much of deal on most stuff. Attempting to sell used and sometimes damaged stuff for retail prices.
Rosario Peña Reinoso: Muy bueno. Precios
Shirley Auger: People are so friendly. Love to shop there.
Andrew Bronsdon: Affordable clothing for work or leisure. Good variety of selection but they do not have bags to carry out with at this location. It is required to buy your own bag in-store or bring them.
bill Jones: Update: Without going into the details of a recent experience in this store, I can tell you the manager is mentally unstable. If you have a problem don't try to negotiate with him. He's a bully. I feel sorry for the employees.Original post: Not a great thrift store. Sold me a pair of counterfeit Nikes for $30. Wouldn't give a refund. Only a trade. Thrift stores should make sure they aren't selling counterfeit products. But with untrained, low paid employees......
Nicholas Gadson: STOP DONATING IF YOU CARE ABOUT HOW YOURE TREATED. THEIR PROCES ARENT WORTH IT TO ME THEYRE A FORBPROFIT And make their money off of the good nature of other people Joesting donate or give something to nonprofits but for the most part they are completely for-profit organization donate to Salvation Army Saint Vincent Depaul somewhere when most of the money goes to Goodwill not this place they don’t care about their clientele enough to do something about these horrible people that work there like Lola and Jim bother complaining to corporate if employees like Jim the short fat man and LOLA ATHE Loud old black woman don’t like youTHEYLL LIE AND MAJE YOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE TJE ABSOLUTE WORST IN NEW ENGLAND. THEYRE AWFUL” people”. AWFUL YO EVERYONE INCLUDING EMPLIYEES. LOLA GOSSIPS AND JIM HAS A DISTURBING MANNER. BUTCORPORATE COULD NOT DAREBLESS
PTLAPTA: Crowded, filled with rude and disrespectful clientele and condescending staff. Lobby reeked of pot smoke, and people bring their loud yapping dogs inside, letting their filthy mongrels ride in the shopping carts.
Roseane Da Fonsêca: Someone STOLE my PURSE with all my documents and cards INSIDE THE STORE! I asked to close the door so that the person wouldn't leave and they said they couldn't do that and since they didn't see the image of who took my purse they simply said they couldn't do anything. I'm very disappointed because I saw the moment the theft happened, if they had closed the door, probably the person would have discarded my bag because he/she wouldn't have been able to leave the store with it and I could have my things back. So if you go shopping there just be careful
Lisa Glassman: No dressing room, no returns, no store credit. Therefore: buy it, try it, and if you don't want it, go back and be ready to BUY SOMETHING NOW in order to exchange your item. I rarely go there, but made the mistake recently, and want folks to know- it has changed. No dressing rooms, and overall just dirty. Some people rely on places like Savers, and this setup is awful for those who need it most.
John Gadson: Thanks Lola I've been trying to stop my wife from shopping at this horrible store and since you accused her she won't ever have to go back now I'll get our attorney to figure out a way to sue you and your partner in crime Jim and maybe the other gym you accused the wrong one you will find out very soon how wrong you were thank you and good night

melinda riordan: Artie helps a lot
SSLight: Been here a few times, and they have some good stuff and in moderate condition. Just recently bought a jewelry box there. However, I do have complaints. The bathrooms are locked for whatever reason, and need an employees help just to go inside. From my last time visiting, the employees didn't look properly dressed-no name tags or store-branded clothing. I don't like to be a narc when it comes to work dress codes, but from a distance you really couldn't tell if they worked there or were other customers. Lastly, I found it odd I couldn't take home any of the clothes hangers when purchasing clothes. With other stores they allow you to take them with the clothes free of charge. In short, I guess I just have mixed opinions on the store.
Matt Currid: Reviewing the donation side of things ONLY! As I have not yet shopped here.Thank you Sunday donation crew! This place is amazing when it comes to the donating experience. They help you unload, and are very courteous, kind and appreciative. Compared to Goodwill, it's an amazing experience! This is my new donation center! Thank you Savers crew.
liv sepulveda: the store itself was ok, some items were good, fairly priced and the employees were nice but the manager was rude. she was rude when we needed her help with coupons and made snarky comments, i also witnessed her being rude too other customers. maybe she was having a bad day but in my opinion a bad experience with a manager can ruin a trip🤷🏻♀️
David Bianchi: I love the store it's ashamed the prices have gone up lately though not going to lie. I always find really cool graphic T shirts in 3 and 4xl which is really hard because I'm a big guy. I've also found Chippewa brand work boots and name brand work boots all the time and it's so cool to get.
Thrifty Witchy 13: Never have I ever been to a thrift store with outrageous prices like this one.The racks are so full and over packed that you can barely slide the hangers to look at the items, you would think that would tell them something ?You are not moving your inventory because YOUR PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS!!!!!I could have filled my cart with stuff I wanted to buy but I was not paying these outrageous priced for donated items and supporting this GREED!
Tammy Mitchell: Not thrift store prices, this is price gouging on donated items. Anyone on a low income simply cannot afford these crazy prices! $8.99 for a tank top? Shorts $12.99? Shoes $20? The dresses are ridiculously over priced. You have to really dig hard here to find a bargain. The Bathroom was Disgusting 🤮
CC: Lots to choose from. Alot of vintage housewares to old furniture. Shoes, sheets and clothing for the whole family. Prices vary from $4.49 to $13.49 for men's pants and women's shirts.
belmont nurseryschool: Most over priced Savers store I have ever been too. Double the price on toys, sweatshirts and t-shirts compared to other Savers stores.
Deb Lindsey: LOVE Savers it our go to place for everything. We make donations regularly to keep clutter down, help out others and reduce items going into the landfill. As a teacher, I keep stock of kids clothes just in case, pick up tons of books & craft items. It's a super place to get cheap crazy dress up outfits for silly holidays and onesies pajamas for teachers on PJ days too!
Adam: The prices are out of control.
Gee P: Fully stocked
keith fisher: I had recently had went here and this store sells very dirty merchandise. You would think at a donation center they would separate the trash instead of trying to resell. I would probably call the board of health before returning to this store.
Rosario Peña Reinoso: Muy bueno la comida es buena y las atenciones excelente
Tyrell S. Laney,Sr: It use to be my favorite place to shop but, they're getting a little pricey to be selling 2nd hand-donated items like they are a regular department clothing store, the clothing sections are always unorganized. The management isn't great neither
christine K.: You may have a good item.
Sash Noland: Organized and cheap. Great options. Some things are barely cheaper than normal priced brand new, just keep your eye out for that.
Mary Ellen Wessels: Easy to find, clean and lots of stock. All self check now and no fitting rooms. Still lots to choose from.
Cameron Carey: Went looking for a few books, found 7 of the ones on my very long list!
Silvia Torres: I am so happy with savers, they have hand sanitizer at the main entrance, product is nicely organize for easy shopping. Thank you for following protocol. I feel safe shopping here.
joan hamel: This is the first time I came and didn't find anything. A lot of items have tears in them. There comes a time when clothes are no longer sellable. More like a junk store now.
