David, the sales rep was great!Take away the middle management and allow the sales people to create the relationship and deal or not deal! Even if they have to get approval from top management! The middle guy was the reason for not a 5 star and dealing with multiple people face to face was sort of obnoxious and de-valued the sales reps position!

hangoverab: I had been burned buy these guys before but thought of giving them a 2nd chance today and o man they set new lows of poor customers service. Due to their constant pushing I decide to stop by to get appraisal for my vehicle which they appraised for $10k. I sold same car to car max for $17.5k. Boch Honda west is run by bunch of conman and nothing more. Never ever again. What's the point of contacting you again if you guys are repeating same mistake and wasting my valuable time.

DIHONG LU: I made a 7am appointment with Boch Honda West online. The system is straightforward. A service advisor Garrett Hasanbasic checked in my car after asking a few questions. It only took a few minutes. Garrett also friendly offered me a ride home since it may take hours to fix my car AC system. But I chose to wait there. During the waiting, he came to me twice, first time to confirm that they had diagnosed the problem, and the second time when the repair was done. I am really impressed with their professional and friendly work. Great place to have cars serviced and the waiting room is clean.
