emma nancy: Every time I’ve been in there they treat me like I’m going to steal and it makes me very uncomfortable. I typically get 3-4 employees from the makeup section staring me down and following me but rarely ask if I need help. Even when I do buy something I still feel very judged. Sad but I just try to avoid it now if I can.
Marilyn MC: I went here to find a dress . Drove an hour and 17 mins. I loved walking thru this store . We used to have one in my hometown but they closed it . I didn’t find what I was looking for but I found my dress at another store in the same mall.
Andy Pham: I had a great experience working with Patricio from the Indochino inside the Nordstrom. He was very thorough with me and my groomsmen’s suit alteration and the suit came out great! He’s very friendly and has great charisma and I highly recommend having him do your alterations. Make sure to request him and not depend on the Indochino website to assign him to you.

Sara Pacheco: This is my third bad experience at the Natick Store. Especially at the shoe department. Unfortunately I did not get this ladies name but I spoke to Matt - supposely the dept manager and reported to him. I arrived at the counter to make a return and asked this lady if someone was available to help me, she rudely replied that I had to wait for someone to become available to “help” me. I understand they are busy but the way you interact with a customer can make a difference. Her tone annd attitude were not polite. Again, I will continue to shop online but will refuse to step foot at the Natick store.

Bill: This is an update to an old 1 star review. I had a negative experience a few years back. I walked in yesterday on my way into the mall not planning to shop at Nordstrom. I was approached by Amanda and an hour later I had the clothes I needed for my daughters wedding. Amanda was really great and restored my faith in Nordstrom. Knowledgeable, engaged and confidant. She even took pictures so I could text them to my wife and daughters for approval. Great experience! Thank you Amanda.

Nataliia Ost: 1 year later and rating dropped below 0. This ghost town needs to be closed down or serious training with all careless employees needs to take place. I approached one of the lazy Willeys resting on the counter with a simple request to order a product for me, please forgive me my intention get you a commission (use to work in retail, trying to be empathetic) and was smacked with "it is not available for order" while you can clearly see on the screen of the working phone that this item ready to be loved and sprayed. Ending up ordering from a different retailer($360)... The vibe of this place is generally wacky and unpleasant, spending money is fun, but definitely not here

Jordan Rich: The middle aged RBF brunette woman with circular glasses working at the Nars booth is insanely unfriendly and unlikeable. Not helpful when it comes to Nars makeup or proper sanitary measures. The attitude she gave me when I questioned applying a tester lipstick was INSANE especially given that, you know, we all went through a pandemic. The rest of the women working the makeup floor were kind and knowledgeable though when I spoke with them. Not sure what the Nars associate’s problem is but I’ll steer clear of her next time.

Phil W.: I didn’t find a place on the Macy’s website to put this, so I’ll put it on a Google review. I just wanted to bring attention to an older gentleman named Jim that works on the second floor in the men’s department next to the Last Act section. I went there on Father’s Day, and I have never seen anyone so attentive to detail and customer service as Jim. When people handed him shirts that they had just try it on, he would button every button and fold it as if it came new in the package and gingerly, put them into the bags, so that when customers got them home, the clothes would still look as wonderful as they did in the store. He was very attentive to helping us find prices and ran over to the other side of the men’s department to help find the correct prices for us so that we would have a good shopping experience. I only hope that the rest of the employees are as nice as Jim!

You can order online and pick up here to save shipping for some items. The products are not organized too well so expect to find someone to ask for help.

It’s so bad you could call it the Syrian Civil War of shoe stores. Stuff was all over the place, the shoes I wanted weren’t there, and above all, th the store manager was being rude to customers and especially her employees. I was very disappointed with my experience and will be shopping at Foot Locker from here on.

Diego Suazo: I’m not one to write a review, but this needs to be addressed. So I really support this local finish line store, all tho earlier today I was in to purchase a pair of shoes for my fiancé. Her birthday was today, and she has been dying to get a new pair of air forces. I finally got payed today, so right after work, I raced 45 minutes to the mall to buy this part of her gift. I arrive 15 minutes before closing and head straight in, I’m stopped at the front entrance by a short lil fella with glasses, not even wearing a finishin line shirt named Steven. He asks what I’m looking for, and I told him exactly size 7 air forces. He proceeds to tell me, yes they have them but I can come back tomorrow and buy them at a reasonable time.With the amount of money I spend here, I really don’t appreciate this employees response to the situation. Hopefully this isn’t how all employees are trained.
Lanvy Tran: I used to love shopping at Finish Line at Solomon pond mall. The staffs before were nice and very helpful, but just a few days ago when I went again, the staff didn’t even greet us or even acknowledge us. They were all clustered behind the cash register talking to each other and on their phones, and spinning their basketballs. I felt very awkward to go up and ask them if I could try the shoes on or if they could help me find the shoe size because I thought they were helping others, but they were just talking amongst themselves. And when I asked them to find my size they threw the shoes that were on display and they were leaning on the shoe box WITH THE SHOES THAT I WAS PURCHASING INSIDE while on their phones. I HATE it when others mistreat my things like that. Not only that but they gave themselves a 9/10 rating for customer service when checking me out before I could even read it and rate them myself. I only give them a 1/5 stars because they did get me my shoes, even though they didn’t try hard enough to get the style I know because the shoe was on display and they told me they don’t have anymore of the size. I don’t know if it’s because if it’s due to covid but another coworker got me a different style and gave me the displayed shoe???

He was a little upset because they wouldn't honor a coupon he got from another Finish Line, nor would they price match the price at the Foot Locker, but since Foot Locker didn't have his size and he didn't want to wait to order online. But because of their lack of cooperation and customer service, it won't be my first choice for the future.

My kids were very excited about their news sneakers.
Stephen Venezia: I went into this location yesterday, ready and willing to buy a pair of shoes. It was a slow day and they had no one in the store. The associate in the front was texting on his phone, looked up at me, didn't say a word and continued to be on his phone. The manager at the register said hi to me and that was it. I was clearly looking at the wall of shoes but no one approached me, I plan on taking my money elsewhere-where someone will actually go out of there way to grab me a size.
