Barnes & Noble: what do users think?
Stephanie Charleson: It’s so new I love it.
Peter Swan: Ecstatic to have Barnes and Nobles back!! The store is smaller but very accessible with parts of the store labeled with genre. What I especially loved is the collectors editions and unique finds in the store. Will be visiting quite a bit!!
Brian Wong: The newest Barnes & Noble in Massachusetts is a great addition to Natick. This store replaces the one that was in Framingham in Shopper's World and upon first walking in -- it just smells fresh and new. The shelving is polished and most major sections are clearly labeled. As for navigating the store, it does have a bit of a maze-like quality where you have to weave in and out of sections in a relaxed zig-zag pattern to get to the back of the store which can be a bit unusual, but it does keep each section closed of which is cozy. The children's section is expansive and there is nice little LEGO table setup with some blocks for kids to play with surrounding by lots of titles (both board books and traditional paperback and hardcover versions of titles). There is also a little shelving section shaped like a train for kids (and their grownup) to sit on to read. The toy section is close by with lots of options for kids of varying ages. The lighting is bright and while I do prefer a bit more of a softer lighting -- everything is clearly visible. I think I'm just used to B&N stores where the ceiling lights are further away -- but all the lights are mounted about 15 feet above the average customer. Not a major deal. For those looking to sit and read, there are seating options spread throughout the store, but I found myself missing a concentrated section with more seating. There is no cafe in this store unlike the Framingham location -- but this could be because this plaza has a Starbucks already not too far away.Overall, this new store still remains a spot my family and I will keep coming to and we are just glad that B&N has returned to a spot within 15 minutes of our home.

More Than Words Books: what do users think?
Ryan S (RS): Went to drop off clothes to donate in the bin on Felton st. I was told the bins were full. I guess they don't want to accept additional donations?
Phoebe Foley: Our daughter worked at the store for many years. Sara learned a lot about sales, online shopping, as well other important skills there. I always enjoy shopping for old treasures there. Treasures such as, the original copies of the Beatrix Potter stories.
Cassidy Mannen: Used books for a good price, all good 😊
Ken Slough: Ebay store mtmyouth lacks integrity. Sold item that they didn't have, then cancelled my order stating I requested to cancel the order.
Sally Lahoud: Very nice collection of books. Everything is very well kept and organized. The staff is great and they play amazing music!
Jodi Rand: Wonderful assortment of books and very nice staff! Today reading one of the books from there, I found tucked between the pages a receipt for a cafe in Paris! My book has traveled and I love the romance of this 💜 I cherish the days I drop off books to donate and bring home more than I dropped off!
Maya Michele: I liked this bookstore. Great interior, quite an interesting assortment, there are different genres. I recommend you go, you will find something interesting for yourself.
Allyson Doran: MTW was very prompt and sweet with my ordering experience. They initially sent the wrong book, but an hour after bringing it to their attention, they emailed back and said they would be expediting the correct book for me! And I did not even have to return the original book. What great customer service.
Lauri-Jo Kotzen: Always bring my books here or in Boston. They support high school age kids who need mentorship to give students direction, self esteem and a sense of purpose. Great opportunity!
Luke Xu-Hill: Great little store front. Lots of fun used, great condition books. They are happy to find you a book if it's not on the shelves.
Bobby Guliani: Books for endangered species who can still read and have attention span of more than a few seconds :)
Kimberly Becker: Great resource online and even better if you live locally!
Mary D.: More Than Words, Inc is a wonderful non-profit organization that mentors and trains adolescents to work, while simultaneously offering them resume writing courses and work-readiness seminars. What is most important is the respect and high standards that youth are held to by the staff to progress through the program, as they work in the book donation warehouse in Waltham and the two More Than Words Book Stores in Waltham and Boston. It is my hope to pursuade the founder to open a branch in Worcester County. An exemplary non-profit!
Henry Ragin: Great values on books. Wide variety and terrific service. I recommend them highly.
Susan Fan: I just went there today, the Waltham location. Children's books are $1 each. They have a site on Amazon. They don't open on Mondays. The Felton Street is one-way. Park on the street. I think it's nice because it's run by young people.
Phyllis Goodman: Moving sale. All books $. 51
laura cahalane: I loved this store. Staff so helpful. Warm and relaxed atmosphere.
James Bacon: Really cool place with a great mission. Didn't even know the books were used until a staff told me. Spent a few hours reading for graduate school and having a coffee. Serve Starbucks coffee so you know what you're getting. They don't have a ton of workspace (3 small two-person tables, 6 lounge chairs, and some stools at a narrow bar up front) but it was enough and not much competition for space during a rainy Monday early afternoon. Really friendly staff (Alisa) too. Definitely plan to visit this place frequently.
Guenevere Vogel: Fantastic used bookstore that also serves the community's at-risk youth. The book collection there is carefully curated, which results in a great selection. If you're looking for suggestions, the staff is super helpful.I came in to find some books to stock my Little Free Library, and I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Alisa. She personally helped my husband and I choose a ton of books for our neighbors to enjoy. Her specialty is children's books, though - she has a masters in children's literature. As she helped us stock up on books for younger readers, I pulled her aside and asked if she could specifically suggest some kids' books that featured empowered girls and minorities, she just smiled and said that she had already been doing so.Awesome.
Tattoo Goddesz: The company has very good intentions of trying to help youth between the ages of 16 and 21 years old, who are in the system, homeless, or just need a job. I love how they are there teaching the youth about different parts of a job, the data and sales they bring in, and just the driffrent parts of a business and how it's run. I love how the books are all donated from people and how the business just runs off of donations people give. The café is a wonderful place, the food is tasty and the drinks are absolutely fabulous. I love the place.
Kaidy English: I ordered a book, paid the extra money for the express 2 day shipping, and just got told that it won't be shipped for another week. So, tomorrow, I will show up to my Kindergarten classroom empty handed. Thank you for the disappointment of 18 five year olds, More Than Words. I want my money back.

Barnes & Noble: what do users think?
Mirinda DeCarolis: Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say for improvement would be more places for people to sit and look over their book selection Barnes and nobles here in leominster used to have more places for people to sit but now I believe there's only three chairs in the whole store. My hunch is that they don't want customers hanging out for long periods of time or sitting there to read an entire book and not purchasing.
Chrissy: Love them! Good place to sit and Chill, have a Good cup of Tea and Just read and relax!!
Terry Cylkowski: Dying
Karen Brennan: Great place . Very helpful people .
IamQuickSilver: Has a lot of books, but missing some I was looking for. Personally I am a manga reader and they were missing quite a few of the middle books I was looking at.

Brenda Wilder: Love having a book in my hand, and Barnes and Noble always has the perfect selection.
Ricci Avella: Always love the variety of books and availability of staff to assist when needing help in finding a certain book or item.
Rae Price: I went directly to customer service to locate what I was looking for--not a specific title, but a specific subject. One of the reps went online for a bit, but I didn't want to order. We went to the Business section and perused authors and subjects for a couple of minutes. Then she showed me a book that was perfect in every way. She was pleasant and eager to help and found something that I may never have come upon had I not asked for assistance.I was very pleased with the entire experience.
K: Smaller Barnes and noble but it is nice and quiet in here and not too busy. The cafe is nice and clean and it makes it easy to relax and check out some books. Nice sized parking lot here and a few stores around that make it really convenient to stop at. This store had less selection than some of the ones in larger cities but it still had a good selection and was a nice visit.
susan Dusoe: Awesome cafeteria, clean, and courteous staff
James Hale: For a book store you can not ask for more. Good service and resourceful.
chris griffin: In house starbucks, store is clean, friendly staff, and a small play area in the kids section. Makes for a nice place to bring the kids, grab a coffee and find a great book. 👍
Scott Bizzno: Always like going to Barnes and Noble. Quiet and pleasant. Bought a few books
