Target: what do users think?
Heather Musorofiti: Fast easy convenient
Fallon A.: Blankly ignored by associate just awful customer service !
The David and Jason Show: They need more people to help. Their stock is pretty low. It’s horrible when they’re to find a game and they didn’t have any in stock looked around ask the person said they won’t even have any in stock for the next week. Walmart might be a little bit better.
John Smith: Consistently long lines for checkout. Despite having 14 registers, there’s only ever a few open so there’s a long wait to checkout. Doesnt seem to matter what time of day.
cheryl mill: Easy shopping
Rene Messier: Huge line with no cashiers. Just one person telling the next person in line when a self-checkout is open. Obviously customers can tell because there's nothing else to look at while we wait. Maybe the store should put in 12 self checkouts instead of four if they're not going to hire any cashiers
Doris Christelis: Customers PLEASE pay attention when your order is bring rung up. It is unfortunately common for the pricing to be wrong and you are not getting the advertised sale prices or the gift cards you are supposed to be getting with your order. This has happened multiple times to me. I have started taking photos of the gift card offers on display in the aisles to "prove" to the cashier that they owe me more. Unfortunately while they do give me the gift card they do not change the programming so the next customer will either be ripped off or will have to also "prove" they are right. This is nuts!
Samantha Kirby: Store is always very clean and organized. Good selection of clearance items too which is a plus.
Amanda Christine: Depends on the day.
RM Cerv: I like Target better than Walmart. I think their merchandise is of higher quality.
Ellen M. Goldsmith: Target had some of the clothes I was looking for. Unfortunately, they didn't have Wrangler Cargo Pants in my size. I will have to go online.
Caroline Mongeon Dadurian: I don’t know what happened to this store but it is completely disorganized with carts of boxes all over the place. There are some aisle that are completely blocked by unpacked boxes. I even found two juice bottles opened and halfway drank in a display. This store needs a major cleanup and reorganization.
Skip Matthew: This target is not organized at all other halloweens aren’t even out and set up yet ? All other targets has it up and set.. this target need to step up and get things done timely .It’d also mess all around the store carts / boxes//stuff all around things laying on floor people can trip over and fall.. surprisingly for this store I expect this in Boston but here ? smh 🤦‍♂️
Judy Kalman: Don’t bother. They are out of stock even if they send you an email saying your pick up is ready. Then you have to wait in line 15 minutes. Then you have to execute a return of the missing item so that you get credit on your credit card. Then you have to go to the aisle yourself in order to find the item. The item is not there. And then you walk out of the store having made a totally wasteful trip.
Christine Frye: Target is the Bees Kness 🐝
Pete Rylander: One register open on a Saturday afternoon. No carts inside at all and many aisles were total messes.
Susan Link: Friendly efficient staff who knew what they were doing!
Alcione Felix: Very rude staff. Terrible customer serviceI DO NOT RECOMMEND IT .
Wolf WhispererGaming: Walked into target after placing a pick up order. Got told it’ll be a half hour wait for someone to find a PAIR of knee high socks while 3 employees were standing around doing nothing. Went to go look for said socks in the sock aisle and asked if they had any in stock. I was told that I was in the sock aisle by the girl “stocking”. Obviously she had seen me looking for them in the area. Helped “look” and said I don’t see any when the site mentioned that there were some in stock. Not that you can tell where anything is because clothes were thrown all over the floor so that customers had to step over them. Nothing was in the right place. If you’re going to run a business make sure it doesn’t look like a hurricane ran through it, and maybe hire more helpful people.
Kevin Tucci Cree: Variety of products, easy to return and exchange, very organized and clean, fair prices, great customer service, and so many great things. I definitely recommend target.
weber liberato: On time , responsible and easy transportation.

Target: what do users think?
Michelle Baar-Daley: Associates are very friendly and helpful. Store is clean and very well organized! Very different experience from Target stores I’ve shopped previously.
GOOD CITIZEN: The worst place been calling for over a hour no answers. My mother spent three hours yesterday trying to contact anyone there. I got a hold of human resources today and then they hung up on me and never answered again. Nothing good to say but fire the human resources lady who was on today they don't do their job waste of space money and time. Changing to only buy from Amazon now and destroy the world by going to Amazon. Thanks for helping the customer out target 🎯. Your being replaced by Amazon and your employees are making it happen by not assisting customers. By forever Target 🎯
Shelley Watson: Love that it's a one stop store.
Deb McCourt: Pleasant, clean, easy access. Good customer service. Clean bathrooms. Miss their snack bar but they do have STARBUCKS
Madmatt D: What a shame that this store doesn't have cashiers who will help you check out a full cart of food, clothing and toys. This has happened on last 3 visits to this location. Check yourself out while the staff putters around the store. Say something and get an attitude. I guess they don't need the sales but what a joke they are in regards to customer service. I do not recommend this store, go to Walmart.
Diane Mccamy: Fun.much more kinds of items than expected. 👍
Gary: Looking for hotwheels
W Gavazzi: Usually pretty good with plenty in stock at a good value. Open early and closes late really helps when days are busy.Clothes seem to go out of stock quicker here than other Targets but there are at least 3 others within 30 minutes that probably have the item in stock. The pharmacy recently changed hours or stopped giving vaccines on Sunday and didn't update the app so it was a wasted trip for myself and at least one other family that was trying to get shots.Lots of accessible parking on one side of the building but the closest doors are not automatic. The good offsets the not so good.
Josie Hylton: Staff are great!
Scott Fitzgerald: Do yourself a favor, use another Pharmacy. CVS/Target only employs one Pharmacist at a time, so scripts take no less that 20 minutes to wait for. Lousy customer service.
Karen Workman: Very friendly employees, pleasant and smiling
Tariq Ahmad: Excellent store with great options
Larry Gianakis: It is great to have a Target in the area. The store is always bright and clean and the selection of nuts, granola, and seltzer is really good.
Stephanie Nartowt: Quick service, short wait even though it is the holiday shopping season. I think it was a chance of luck!
Sara Burket: I was there today with my 2 yr old and 3 yr old to grab a few things. My 3 yr old had a major meltdown when we got to the self check out register. I wish I got the amazing woman's name, but one of the associates came over and she was so kind talking to my girls and giving them stickers and spoke to me with such grace. To you ma'am...thank you and Merry Christmas!!!
Cheryl Jacques: Target is my default store for just about everything. Clean, cheerful, well-lit store, excellent selection and price, great staff. Two big pluses: smooth carriages and the bathrooms are right at the entrance.
Jocelyn Porciello: I go to Target approx once a week. Love it here.
Christine Murray: Very helpful when I had an issue. The staff was friendly and didn't hesitate to help me
Daddy Nuttsac: employee by the name of “dustee” gave terrible service. Never coming back.
Amaral- Daly: Always love Target because they Always have something you need, no matter what you're looking for!
Francisco Rodriguez: Very rude lady at the self checkout today (10:50am). We got some articles that had different prices at the counter, when we told her that, she looked at us like we were thiefs or something (I was with my wife and my kid there). Bad experience.

Target: what do users think?
bradley sherwood: Lame
Stratos Bonos: Target has lost their way in White Walmart, who would’ve ever thought has the nearest cleanest most pristine stores whether it’s Westborough or Worcester. They look at thousand times neater cleaner, well signed and very well in stock in comparison to any target I have been shoe as of late Melberry empty Masi Westborough, empty Masi Worcester, empty messy and then all three stores not enough self check out so if you want to go with the whole, we’re not gonna use our registers and spend our payroll on a cashier thing. I suggest you open up enough self check out like Walmart has there’s nothing exceptional about you you used to sell innovative products there’s no difference in what you sell in Walmart just that you’re more expensive for what the experience of waiting in line longer , no bye-bye Target. We look forward to your liquidation sale.
Jonelle Garofoli: Is target is always very clean and easy to find items. It’s never overcrowded, and it is just a pleasant experience all around.
Rosangela Ramos: Excelente loja! Tem tudooo!
Abas Abas: I like this store especially the staffs as they very respectful to customers.
Priscilla Eastty: Target is okay, but I prefer to shop other stores with better prices and more variety.
Abbas Mardani: Nice and friendly staffs that never seen in other stores brands, keep continue your best.
Suha A: Love the ambience of target, the prices, the variety of products, the reliable customer service. Everything! What’s not to love!
Raj S: As with all other stores of target , this one was also very well organized and clean . Always love to check this store for any offers and discounted prices . They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc .There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall … not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside … Overall a good experience 👏👏👏👏
Scott Pierce: I ordered online for in store pickup. There was one person working, with 3 people ahead of me. After 10 minutes, nothing changed, so I changed my order to curbside pickup, and parked at curbside pickup, and my order was FINALLY brought out. Not a time saving system by any means.
Maria Goines: It’s terrible that I have to go to do my shopping. Then I have to ring myself out check myself out they had no cashiers horrible. Why must I pay full price and then work at targets for free?
Jacqueline: The Westborough Target needs managements attention! 70% of the time there are no carts inside. The wait for checkout is the longest I've ever seen at a Target. Can Target really not afford to hire people for checkout and to retrieve carts?? I love Target but I hate going here! Terrible.
G W: Friendly customer service and very clean
Mani Kandan: This is always my go to store. Neat and well maintained. Friendly staff. Great stuffs
John D: Good location but probably not the best run Target. I come here regularly after work and then instantly regret it because of the usual line 20-30 people deep waiting to use the self checkout. It takes 5 - 10 min but just annoying given there are 10 empty registers not being used. If I were this location I'd look into more self scanning registers -or consider flexing staff during peak hours to accommodate. I believe corporate Target has industrial engineers and if I were the manager here I'd probably see if they can help given they are the most qualified to give recommendations on queuing problems you are having at this store.
Taylor Dorsett: Weirdly dirty and empty shelves. Wouldnt recommend this target unless you have literally no other options.
John Woodburn: A very busy target that seems to be stocking all the time and there is a lot of carts of boxes throughout the aisles. Also, usually a wait to check out.
Rachel Carlson: Beware when purchasing. I bought a pair of jeans for $29.99 as a gift to someone getting out of the hospital. They do not fit. Well upon attempting to return them, I was made aware that when ringing in the sku for the return it pops up as “unticketed item” (tag looks normal, no sticker nor signage to indicate such a thing). The associate informed me that the associate who rang me out at the time of purchasing was supposed to inform me of this. No return, no store credit. Unacceptable.
Michelle Henault: The customer service department is honestly really rude. I wanted to return an ink cartridge that didn’t work, was told I have to return it to the other one 20 minutes down the road when that’s not the store policy, they just didn’t feel like dealing with it.They also made me feel like I was not believed when I explained that I bought the wrong cartridge for my printer and didn’t discover until I put it.She also made a yuck sound when she saw a little dust on it from my printer.Made me feel like a disgusting liar.
Ed Gould: Saw it has bathroom with mixed gender. I turned right around and left.
Casey Sperling: Previous review no longer valid, upped to 5 stars as location is fine now. Lots of parking, great to park at the super far back to get some extra walking in.

Target: what do users think?
May P: Very poorly managed store. Supervisors get bonuses to keep hours low so they are constantly understaffed, and when workers fail to keep up with quotas due to how understaffed they are, they get berated for the situation their own supervisors created. Piles of product get stuck in the back, inaccessible, because there's never enough people to push it out onto the floor. The blame then gets shifted onto order fulfillment when they can't find products that they literally can't access because they are stuck on pallets in the back. This causes problems for customers when ordering online especially, as products will be listed as in-stock online even if they are stuck in the back, where workers literally physically cannot reach them. As such, many online orders cannot be fulfilled properly and you're never guaranteed to get the item you ordered. Their customers and their workers deserve better than this, and the management should be replaced with people who actually know how to run a store.EDIT 6/27/23: Instead of doing anything productive about this, Target has now decided to RAISE the order limit to 10 instead of 8 items, and expects its staff to fill these orders in the same amount of time, which was often not even enough for their 8-item limit, due to all of the above problems. So, yeah. Don't spend your money here.
Hannah Jo: This target is hit or miss. Sometimes it is really stocked and other times it’s a mess. I recommended going in the middle of the week to avoid the crowds.
Matthew George: Decent place
Alex: Lucky to see more than 1 cashier in a target nowadays. Terrible experiences.
Carrie-Ann Everett: Omg worst target I've ever been to. Barely anything on the shelves. Nothing in its spot. Literal garbage all over the front of the building and parking lot. No registers open. Huge line at the self check out. If I wanted to shop like I was in Walmart, I would have gone to Walmart. Very sad to see Target go downhill like this.
Eneida Mercado: I've witnessed this location go from a great store to sadly a dump. The store was such a mess, but I'm not sure if it is because of a lack of staff or poor management. I quickly ran in for shampoo & quickly ran out
Sarah Loizeaux: My favorite store! Always can find what I need there. And the staff are super friendly!
Michele Crimmin-Laun: Parle vous Target?Oui!!Love, love, love Target AND their drive up service! Constantly and consistently fantastic!!
Joyce Chambers: I’ve never seen a messier store than the one at Lincoln plaza Worcester Ma.
Angel Crow: I want to thank the Target staff for helping me yesterday. I am autistic and felt I was being mistreated by the blonde pharmacist who works for CVS. I tried to advocate for myself and let that person know how they were treating me was causing me to be overwhelmed and that it wasn't okay. I tried to remain calm but grew increasingly upset until I had an actual meltdown. I was unable to get myself out of the store without help from target staff. They listened to me with kindness and compassion, got me water, kleenex, and even took me out another entrance so I didn't have to face the registers. I want to thank them for listening and treating me with dignity and respect.
emily begonis: This store is a disaster. All the clothing departments are a mess and so depleted all the time. They need more staff to keep up with organizing and stocking shelves. Nothing is where it should be
Mr Febus: Well as been a couple of years that I haven't been to Target for being there after a couple years I could say that Target has upgraded into a large waves and waves that I couldn't never imagined the quality of the products is amazing very clean very organized and on top of that a lot of good deals I do recommend Target for good special deals as everything else that you Mead and look for
Reel Men Review Josh and chris: Was sold a used Apple Watch as a brand new item found out it was a return just put back in the shelf and sold as new
Luis Vigo: que chévere esta tienda 🛒 & la del al lado....🎼😁🌨️🌞
Jeffrey Polidor: Regularly has lines 30+ people long. Waits to check out are bad every day of the week. Stock is always low.
Michelle: There were many employees working on organizing items around the store, however during my past two visits items were placed on random shelves all over the store. It was a total mess.
Jim Farley: This place is a ____show for pickup. I'm currently in line with the customers making returns. I'll never visit this location again.
T Elliott: Sadly the do not have registers that have staff. I went over to the service desk so as not to have to wait in a unbelievable long line to purchase a few gift cards. Was told they couldn't be purchased at the self checkout. Certainly disappointing at best...
mary beams: Went shopping Christmas eve, all registers were open. Found every thing I was looking for no problem, wasn't that crowded and cashiers were quick to ring up items and bag them. Almost better then rest of the shopping days. Returned a item there were even extra help at that counter. If your really in a rush and there are long lines you can checkout In the electronic dept. Great experience.
James Joyce: Target has no clue what their current store inventory is. Don't try to order anything online because it will tell you they have the item in stock and then after you place the order you'll get an email in about an hour telling you they had to cancel your order because the item isn't in stock. Had this happen numerous times a multiple store locations. Very disorganized and makes shopping online a waste of time with Target.
Aly Eve Remmos: It used to be fine, but today I just went in and they've blocked off the entire entrance where you can easily get to everything. I use a walker and I had to walk probably an extra 1000 steps and maneuver through aisles blocked by merchandise. Totally inaccessible and unfair. Shoplifters ruin my independence in living apparently.

Target: what do users think?
Douglas Hoffmann: Really like that targetEveryone is helpful, pleasant, and kind easy check out hardly ever wait.
Jaiprakash Punna: It is always a pleasure to shop at Target and at Malborough, MA
Kelly Marion: Store employees do not put costumers first. They don’t stop to make sure you pass before they just plow through with their rolling carts. I’ve had to dodge many workers even though I was in a specific walking path first. Just now on 1/21 as I was walking out after paying, a girl with long blonde hair always in a pony tail. Pulled a cart out literally as I was walking through and ran over the back of my foot. No apologies or anything. Employees are literally oblivious to costumers.
Heidi Borella: I just stopped in to the Target in Marlboro and worked on the self checkout line. Something would not work and Andrea who is working that station today was so nice! She is a great example of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks Andrea, keep up the good work!
ABC DSL: ladies bathroom stalls do not close or lock properly. Not a single one of them. sad!
jon quinn: Decent Target with 4 Self Checkouts
Alyssa K: Love this target! It’s my go-to since it’s close by. All of the workers are very friendly especially JP, he goes above and beyond to help the customers! Don’t sleep on this target 😊
blivets: If you're an expecting parent don't buy stuff here. They don't have prices listed for any of the car seats and half online you have to put in your cart to even get an idea. They set you up to stumble
sp: Lenny at self checkout basically stopped a brewing toddler tantrum and he’s the hero of today. Didn’t interact with anyone else really but if they’re all like him with exhausted and overwhelmed customers, then they’re all pretty amazing.
Bernard Office: Prices on items constantly wrong, ad sales are not reflected in store. Over the past year i have seen tons of “sales” in ads in the app and when you go in store none of it is on sale, though this is a corporate issue.
Victor Holbrook: Seemed lacking in employees
Kely H: Awful guest service, they have no idea what they’re doing and refused to let me exchange or get store credit for formula that was gifted to me by a family member even though we had the gift receipt. The money was put back onto their card and we couldn’t get the formula we actually needed. Never coming back here, target on rt 20 in marlborough actually knows what they’re doing.
Nessa Taylor: I worked at Target for 4 years while I was in high school and college so I’m pretty familiar with Target’s standards for team members, and this store is seriously falling short.Nobody was in electronics over the course of the hour I was in the store. I checked back multiple times and it remained empty. I was cut off by a tm with a restock cart and he just stood there until I moved out of his way instead of moving out of mine (aren’t these carts supposed to remain in the main aisle ways anyway?). I have no problem moving out of the way bc I understand it’s easier to restock with it in the aisle, but the fact that he just stood there staring at me without saying a word was what was irritating.Got to checkout and they had three lanes open plus self checkout. I had to go through a lane bc I had a locked item. One cashier stood there just talking to another employee (which didn’t really bother me at first). The the other cashier literally looked right at me and then walked away, and looked at the first cashier and pointed to me. She finished her conversation with the other employee then also looked right at me and walked away. So 2 lanes with lights on and both employees just walked away to do whatever. The lanes also don’t allow you to see the screens anymore so you can’t see what’s being rang up or how much anything costs. You also can’t see a total as you go. You have to ask for the total at the end or wait for the employee to tell you what it is.The ONLY reason I’m giving this store 3 stars instead of 1 is that the third cashier, wearing the name tag Lenny, redeemed the store. Says he’s been here for about 18 years and I can see why. He’s pleasant, he smiles, he chatted with me while he rang up my items. I hope this location realizes that this man is carrying the customer service of this store.
Shirley McDonald: I always love this Target location. The self checkout line maybe long but the wait is faster than you think. I tried drive thru pick up for the first time and I can't believe how quick someone came out with my order.
David Resnik: Clean store, well-lit, ample inventory, reasonable prices - what else do you need?
K Frances (DrKF): Drive up to a numbered space. Type in the space number. The person comes out with all of my groceries - and puts them in the trunk!!! No kidding, I drove away feeling as though I was stealing something! What an easy process. Definitely recommend the Drive Up pickup process. Why get out of the car? Marlborough, MA where it is 16° out.
Tara Aho: Went to buy a Covid at home test here today, that says in stock online and on the app. When I asked customer service if I could purchase a test they said no to protect staff they are only letting customers buy them online as pick up. I told the customer service staff that the app and online wasn’t allowing me to pick that option, and they said there was a glitch in the system that they were trying to fix. So they have at home Covid tests in their possession, but are withholding customers from buying them in the store because they MIGHT be sick?!!?! And they don’t want “sick” people in the store?! Obviously people should quarantine if they have Covid, but who are they to decide that people that are buying tests must be sick? That’s so crazy to me! I could be buying it for my grandmother or uncle or anyone!
Ian Winiarski: I couldn’t find socks or jeans.
Patti Spaulding: Because it's clean and store clerks are friendly.
Katrina Freitas: Eric and the girl with brown hair and the round glasses (I wish I grabbed her name). These two target employees gave perfect customer service today!!! They made me so happy. I was driving all over the place trying to find a specific piece of furniture. And I was starting to get stressed about it. The girl at the customer service counter was so helpful because she listened to my situation and helped me figure out how to get the futon into my tiny sedan. Then Eric was so patient and helpful because he took the time to help me roll the futon out to my car and he even took the time to fit it in the trunk!!! Such professional service. I wish I could have tipped him. Im so happy and these two employees really made my day. They went above and beyond and I hope their manager acknowledges the perfect service they provided today (11/9/21).
Alexander Colon: Excellent service

Sean Griffin: So much better than the Burlington store.
jon quinn: Big Target right off Rt's 93/95, there's 2 separate self checkout areas.
Wes Beattie: The website doesn't tell you how long an online order is going to take. Also if you pay by gift card and cancel the online order because it's taking 6 hours your money on the gift card isn't reimbursed immediately.
J Garrett: Target has interesting selections, you probably can't do all your grocery shopping here, but I love what they have.
RM Cerv: The Target in East Marlborough is large with a full grocery section. They also carry clothing, furniture, home goods, etc,
Silas Mateus Snapshot: Dirty, merchandise everywhere disorganized, looks like a third world store
Clara Q: Love Target! My time is so limited and they make things so much easier for me by offering the order ahead feature (with a faster turn around than the other retailers) and price matching. Appreciate their “find in nearby” feature that helps you not waste your time trying to find items.Received a late school supply list and my peculiar student was adamant about a specific brand. It was listed as “available” but did not allow for purchasing ahead. We looked in the location listed, was not there. Came across an incredible employee, Jon B, who asked for product ID and went to their stockroom to find the item we needed. After a good five minutes, he came back with the items. We figured we would give it a try with another hard to find item listed, Jon B with a GREAT attitude, went again. Saved our night!!!
Jonathan Zhou: Smelly restroom. Rude Starbucks girls - the black one doesn't even bother to say how can i help you. the white one doesn't bother to call the name for the drink or even give it directly to me while I am standing right there. Really. well, maybe I shouldn't care since this is Woburn.
Marcio Werneck: Ótimo
Max Durand-Morris: Convenient location
Paw Pol Bos: Good as a source of paper towels and tissues. I didn’t try the food or produce yet.

Target: what do users think?
Bruce Starr: Target consistently offers a great selection of the brands and products we need. I also appreciate their consistently principled stances in support of marginalized communities. They will always be our go-to retailer for household goods and supplies.
EMILY BULGER: Target always is clean and organized.
Kasey Chickering: What’s the point of having a phone if your never gonna answer it? Every-time I call I have to call every possible extension and only once in a blue moon someone will answer and when someone does answer they transfer me to another number where no one answers.
Gabe Neale: How the heck do you not sell android cases and screen protectors i get i could have looked it up but seriously
Ron Nourse: Clean easy to shop
Alex: This store needs to add cashiers. The lines are huge.
Jon O'neil: 2/6/23- around 8pm. I was at target with my girlfriend and my 2 sisters just browsing around when one of us needed simple assistance with a question. We had approached Christian (She/They?) and was met with perhaps the most unfriendliest expression I had ever seen. After asking a question all they did was stare at us with it's rude look and wouldn't answer us. I thought at first they did not hear us so at the repeat of our question she just sighed very loudly and totally ignored us. Now I know that she heard us but still would not talk to us. There was nothing that warranted such a response, none of us were rude or disrespectful in any way, (most of us are in our early 20's and work retail so I understand its a bogus job. But why work with retail customers if you're just going to disregard every friendly attempt of assistance). Once again we repeat the question as passive as we could, maybe she had a disability so we were gentle with our tone, but she literally rolled her eyes and scoffed at us! After being scoffed at for asking just a simple question this employee just walked away without helping us one bit or saying anything except sighing or scoffing. Now I normally chalk this up to being one bad apple in a bunch but I don't think I will ever go to Millbury Target ever again. EVER! This particular apple is so rotten I would not recommend anyone to shop here. Probably my all time worst retail experience with a person under 30, normally they understand we are all trying to survive in such a tough time but Christian really just does not care about the Target name or her job. Not the Target standard I know! I would rate this zero stars if I could. I was not treated like a Guest but rather an pest.
Barbara Burrowes: Very fast for one item we needed also bit crowded today in this town outside
Matthew Ranalli: Clean and well lit
Tamara Simoncelis: Ótimo atendimento, qualidade nos produtos e preços baixos.
Priscilla Curving: As always, the team members smile, the Greek when we come in and say, have a good day as we leave
Laura: I had a bad experience when checking out by the cashier and management wasn't helpful at all.
Brittney M: Oh how we all love target. Haha. This location is pretty neat and things that I look for are usually always stocked. I like how they have a quick self checkout to make things a little easier. I usually always find what I am looking for while at this location and the staff are always friendly.
beverly gaylord: Had a lot of returns yesterday Target was the easiest. Thank you!
M S: You can have this store. So sick and tired of ordering online and them cancelling my order because they dont have the stuff. Target can @@@@ off
Trina Leboeuf: Need more cashiers and everytime I go there is never any bread
Rose Santillo: Very disappointing that they no longer have people checking you out and you have to use the self scan register which doesn't always work well and then when you ask for help they're rude.
Jace Killjoy: Very well stocked Target. The staff is always incredibly friendly here.
purrsian18: I was shocked at the disarray and general neglect my regular store displayed…I planned a special trip to stock up on gluten free convenience items (I have celiac disease, a recognized disability, and must follow a gluten free diet, it’s no stupid fad here!) and I was so disappointed at the minimal offerings, poorly interspersed amongst random foods.I understand times are tough, but when the neighborhood convenience store does a better job with allergies, there’s clearly an issue
Kassandra Jermyn: My husband and I were picking up a couple things and I saw a book labeled 30% off cover price. There was a sticker on the cover that said 20$ so I thought it was a great deal. However, it kept ringing up as 29$ so we called someone over. The employee who came over was incredibly rude, didn't make eye contact with us and asked us if we could do basic math because 30% off 29$ was 20$. I ignored the comment because I have worked in customer service and know how hard it can be. Then I explained how I mistakenly thought that it might come off the sticker price. She said "obviously not" and so I tried to nicely say I would no longer like to purchase said book, to which she responded by picking it up and tossing it across the check out lane and walking away. Even some other employees were looking at the scene in shock. She almost hit another customer with her throw. Definitely not the ideal customer service.
deanne jacobson: Extremely unprofessional front end manager. They need to stop marking things clearance if they are not going to honor their prices.

Target: what do users think?
A Bousi: Nice selection of clothes. Albeit not that cheap. Of course there’s a Starbucks. Nicely stocked. Clean store. Lovely people working there. Always fun to walk through here.
Stanley Olsen: Staff is sometimes not plentiful enough but overall its a great store with everything I need.
Pauline Benninga: This Target is good in a pinch, but it's basically an upscale Walgreens attached to a neighborhood market. There's never enough staff and the line for self-checkout often runs long. At least at Walgreen's that one dude who works as stockboy, photo developer, case unlocker, and cashier prioritizes the register. Like, what is happening at this small Target? I don't know. Also, it's always dark in there. If you need a last-minute humidifier or some face lotion or something, then yeah, go to this Target. Otherwise spend the extra ten minutes to go to the one in Woburn and protect your soul.
Chris K: I don’t think this store has ever been fully stocked….
Nancy Kidder: A female worker named Perseus provided me excellent customer care. I was looking for s'more ingredients and she found them all!
jake h: Don’t come here for tote boxes because according to the employee others take extra lids so many of the totes don’t have lids.
Sarah Paydavosi: I think target is an awesome store it has every single thing I like. I like target because target just has every single toy. And I also like the clothes me and my sister like it well my sister likes it better but I also like the ice creams. those are all the reasons that I like target
Raquel S: I love me a good Target run however, I avoid this location as much as possible. The store itself is small and there aren’t that many options like for example the one in Woburn.
Matthew Ainge: Is it the biggest target....no. However, from my visits, the range of items on offer covered what I needed. The food on offer was of a decent quality, as were some of the toiletries I picked up did the job.My only criticism is that there were alot of empty shelves (this was likely due to the blizzard that week), and some of the areas looked a bit tired, needing a bit of a deep clean.
Corrina Goffredo: Just moved to the area and googled closest Target near me this one popped up and I went to it and as soon as I walked in I noticed how tiny this Target is. I saw someone below say they should change it to an express Target and I completely agree. Maybe good for your basics but nothing else. Very minimal selection , I never seen a Target like this one. I wouldn’t go to this Target again I would rather save the trip to go to a regular sized one.
Sanjith Krishnan: Decent
Kristine Garcia: Never walked into a target that looked like zoo animals just left! Dirty, clothing all on the floor, shelves not properly stocked. I understand this is a busy location but there is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness!
Denise McClanahan: Stopped on my way home from work for a few items. Was extremely satisfied with store presentation. The store was exceptionally clean and as you can see very organized. All in all, I will definitely do more shopping here!
Hershey !!: tiny, but really good in fact!
David McLaughlin Jr: Small but well organized. Also, it’s very clean.
David Ross: The shelf’s are very empty. Have the basics but vey slim choices.
Usha Krishnan: This target is really bad. They don't have as much selection of items as the large one and the checkout lanes are arranged so inconveniently
Grace Fu: It is new and clean, but the hair dryers are all sold out.
sean thompson: Small target, selection arches. Shelf availability was sparse with many items not available
MARK MORRIS (AmericanIrish00): SEVEN Targets within 7.5 miles of my house. Looking to by a blender TODAY. Target.com, to check inventory availability, ALL tell me I can ship it to store for pickup by June 12th- SIX days from today.I hate Amazon with a passion , but this is the reason mainstream retailers are losing business to them.
Ken Risher: One of the newest and cleanest Target stores around. One stop shopping!!
