SEPHORA: what do users think?
Mircea “Marc” Bolohan: Apparently if you buy their products with cash the return policy does not apply to them 🤷‍♂️ Ulta I suppose will be my choice for presents for my Lady👩
Naquan C: Helpful staff, very friendly and knowledgeable
Stephen Kwok: Located in the Natick mall on the second floor. Staff was plentiful and helped out very fast. Very competent person which is not always the case now a days. Very pleased with this visit, was in and out fast!
Nereyda Ramos: Excelente muy amable todas trabajadores
Janine Rivera: Came in not familiar with any makeup as I don’t use it but I would like to. No one helped me I was so lost ended up grabbing things that did not match my skin tone as every employee I asked walked away so everyone gave me different products that did not match. Unbelievable first and last time at Sephora
Jess Proia: UPDATED REVIEW: I went back to Sephora in the Natick Mall a week later in an attempt to redeem this review and assumed the products I needed would be restocked. Unfortunately the foundation brush, concealer and bronzer that had been out of stock on my first visit, were still out of stock. They had a plethora of staff working, but I know this is an inventory issue. So whoever is ordering inventory, is not ordering products they are sold out of. Needless to say, I will never be going back and I will be recommending everyone to try Ulta in shopper's world or buy products at Macy's in the Naitck Mall. Both stores were fully stocked and had great customer service. They opened late. I went in looking for all new products and I had to ask three people before someone actually helped me and didn’t just point and say random words. They were also sold out of all the products I needed, foundation brush and concealers.
Rosiklay Medrado Baptista: Bom
Marlana Stone: I love Sephora and their selection this Sephora needed a little work, it was a bit messy and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed but not in a rude way, there was just alot to do and not enough ppl to help. Story of everywhere right now...
Joelisa Tomaszewski: Anna was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable so I'm satisfied with my purchase. The store looked unorganized though and could use some cleaning.
Geoffrey Marchant: My wife loves it. Happy wife happy life
Jade Perkins: the people who work here need acting lessons. try to make it less obvious when you're whispering about customers you assume are stealing.
Rory Kinney: great selection of everything. Shayla is amazing and so helpful!
Edeir Martins: Diversidade de produtos
Julio G. Garcia: Las personas que atienen allí son muy amables
Meg Haskell: I have been an Ulta shopper for a majority of my life because it's less intimidating, but I stopped into this Sephora today and was helped by Caitlin. They changed my opinion entirely and helped me find the perfect cream blush and bronzer, setting powder, and foundation for my wedding. They were funny, knowledgeable, and easy to shop with. I highly recommended visiting just for Caitlin!
Monica Eisenberg: I wish I got the name of the girl that helped me (she was blonde with glasses). I had no idea what I was going in for but I described my skin type to her and she was already on it. She had me walking out with an entirely new skin care routine! I’m so happy with my experience because I was originally overwhelmed trying to switch to a new brand after using Curology for 2 years, but coming into Sephora (my first time ever too) was by far the best decision. Also in regards to fellow commenters, I don’t think their staff is constantly at your side — I believe that they are all filling their roles as they should (their was staff in each section of the store) which makes sense as there is a lot of product. I’ll definitely be visiting again!
Carlos González: So, Sephora is an interesting place to find the beauty within me.
Nysaiah Medina: Shoutout to Kate for my entire makeover. I felt like a whole new person after taking care of all my Sephora needs with her.
Bea Hookway: Although this location sometimes feels understaffed (at least on the weekends), and it can be hard to get someone's attention to help you out with something, there's an employee here who I feel deserves recognition. Courtney couldn't have been better; she was incredibly helpful, color-matching me, helping me find a sample of something I wanted to try, checking the back inventory for something that said out of stock, but she was also incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I hope Sephora does everything they can to keep her as an employee, I will continue coming into the store just to see her, instead of my usual online ordering!
Silesia Si: Excellent
Miranda Cohen: always friendly and helpful, have yet to have a bad experience in this location

Ulta Beauty: what do users think?
Jane G: I booked a makeup tutorial because I needed tips for an upcoming special event, and I don't wear makeup. Stacy was a fantastic Makeup Artist, and she looked at my age, my skin condition and coloring, and she taught me so much. The finished makeup looked fresh and flattering. And she did not try to upsell a whole basket of products although I did buy several items to complete my kit. Now I have confidence to apply it myself on the special day. I recommend Stacy highly.
Alyssa Jini: Hate to leave a low review but I found the team over here is pretty rude over anywhere else I've been to. Upon checkout, I was asked for my number. I was trying to think of which phone number I use for my points and before I could enter what it was, lady was asking me for my number again.. i also made a few comments on the items I was purchasing with 0 feedback whatsoever. I honestly felt embarrassed to even continue to ask their opinion on the shade of CC creme I grabbed, so I didn't bother. Again sorry for the review but they seemed miserable today. They didn't want to acknowledge any comments or questions made nevermind have patience for those who are dyslexic.
Rapunzel Jamie Miller Eichel: Nice variety of make up companies to choose from.
Nichole Andre: Excellent customer service
Jonatan Lopes de Souza: Um lugar bom e barato
Jamie Eichelberger: Great variety of products. A little expensive and no samples to see if you have allergies
Daddy Mobens: Looks like they were robbed and vandalized, and the staff never even noticed. Tons of designer empty spaces to fill your imagination. If you sniff empty spaces you can get a hint of what use to be there long ago, it's a fun game to play with your family...guess the fading designer fragrance
Rapunzel Miller: Eye opening when one enters the store. Variety is excellent. Prices are a little on the higher side.
Lynne Prodeus: First time in an Ulta. Was a bit overwhelming. Staff was helpful and found prices comparable
Alicia Smith: Ulta Hudson has the most incredible employees!! I went into the store a day before my sister’s wedding when the makeup artist fell through and they saved me!! Delia and Stacey were pure magic! They went over everything I needed to know to do her makeup myself, all the products I needed, techniques to use and were super patient with me as I took notes and asked questions. They gave me a crash course that truly saved the day! They reiterated how generous the return policy is which made me feel comfortable with all of our new products. We ended keeping most of them because Delia and Stacey have such good advice we loved everything! I will 100% recommend them to anyone in the future. Thank you Delia and Stacey for getting me out of a pinch. You both deserve raises for your incredible customer service!!
Elaine C: Love my new cut & color. Stacy was great and did a great job on my hair.
Kate Bailey: Literally the worst location for ulta. Horrible staff with no knowledge of makeup or customer service
Meg Taylor: Best customer service I have had in such a long time! Eduarda went above and beyond and helped with something I had misplaced at the store. She was also super helpful as I was looking for a new mascara to try. Delia was also excellent! This store is lucky to have such friendly hardworking employees!
lois delle chiaie: Everything and anything you could possibly ever need
Carmensita Mermejo: sold me a used lipstick like new, the seal was open, I went to pick it up from the pick up and the bag was closed with a tag, when I got home I saw that the lipstick was used in the store
Maddie Kelly: I had my hair done by Stacy at the salon and she was so knowledgeable and talented! She was also kind and made me feel at home. Thank you so much Stacy, I’ll definitely be coming back 3
Susan Shay: Love the staff at the Hudson location.
George Wilson: I went into the Ulta Store in Hudson,MA ready to buy makeup. I’ve used Origins for years and they no longer carry makeup. I needed everything but was unsure of what brand to buy. I was in the store for over 30 minutes and not one staff asked me if I needed assistance. I finally left empty handed. I will take my business elsewhere.
Zach Costa: I walked in there just to go to the bathroom and i was very surprised at how clean and nice the staff were. Im not into beauty products obv but i did find a mens section which was small but useful and i did eventually check out the store and bought a few things thanks to the great employees.
Gail Granfield: Good found the products we were looking for.
J Every: Great Ulta location. Good parking. Great employees. Huge selections. Maybe throw a bench or chair at the front... some of us need to sit and wait for their friends to finish shopping.

Ulta Beauty: what do users think?
Danielle Shuster: I went here with my sister yesterday and we were browsing the men’s cologne for a bday gift for her husband. There was an Ulta employee circling and essentially ‘stalking us’, staring at us the entire time, walking around us, making us feel deeply uncomfortable. I’ve worked in retail before, I know what this is. I suppose shopping with a purse that’s larger than your hand immediately equates you to being seen as a shop lifter. I wish I said something to this woman, but I’ve never felt so uncomfortable shopping somewhere.
Amber Martin: I’ve been getting my haircut by Margarita for almost a year now and she does an amazing job every time. I have straight hair and ask for layers and she cuts/blends them perfectly. Margarita is also very friendly and knows each of her clients and their hair expectations very well! Highly recommend.
Maria Babakhanova: This is my 3rd time at the store and I feel huge disrespect from one of the associates named Lucas. They have not granted me a discount on an item which was supposed to be on sale. More over they post their own hours, they can close at any time without notice. Once I came during an inclement wether conditions and they didn't let me in even though they were at the store for another hour or so. And they didn't post new hours online. It took me 40 minutes just to get there.
Umang Rastogi: Visited it around 6 PM on a Thursday. Wasn’t very crowded. Supportive staff and quick checkout.
Tammy R: Hated it wth is it doing in a 🎯....?
Jess Proia: This Ulta is great! The staff were extremely helpful, and even when they are short staffed, they are still pleasant and helpful! I have been to Sephora in the Natick Mall, and their staff are not helpful, and usually just staff standing around. The person who greeted me helped me find everything I was looking for. Even the woman at the cash register helped me pick out a last minute mascara I remembered I needed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
Brad Prestbo: Big box retail for cosmetics.
Your Afterlife: Amazing 🤩
instrumentalbytina: Friendly staff, great selection of makeup and skincare products but it's a little pricey. A beauty store without deodorant is a little odd but I know other Ulta locations have it. Thought all stores would merchandise the same way. Another update, I don't know when they restock their inventory but all the foundation that actually goes with my skin tone was out of stock. They only had it for either someone whose white as a ghost or black women. I don't have any of those complexions so finding foundation that fits me is already hard.
Rachel Yu: I just left this Ulta I was looking for a few things and left empty handed. What an absolute disaster this store is. Every single aisle is a mess. Nothing is in order, stuff is just thrown everywhere. Nothing is stocked. Perfume section is a mess and the shelves are visibly dirty and sticky. If I'm buying high end products I expect them to be from a clean and organized store. All the Truly products are quite pricy for example, and they were thrown onto a dirty shelf with no organization and 80% of the stock was MIA. It's just not a fun experience to shop there. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the employees are all very kind and helpful without being pushy or following you around. It's a shame none of them were on the floor organizing and cleaning.UPDATE: Recently found myself back at this location and it's somehow worse than ever even 5 months past my original review. I went in specifically to purchase some ELF products and test some fragrances. I would say 70% of the ELF display was completely cleared out. And that was the case for the majority of the cosmetics... where is your stock, Ulta??I walked over to the fragrances and no word of a lie EVERY SINGLE TESTER I picked up was completely empty. I informed the employee that most of their testers were empty and she simply said "yea, I know." How are customers supposed to try fragrances if none are available to test? Seriously this store needs a complete Overhaul.
Haley Thompson: Nancy was super helpful during a busy time with helping a friend of mine look for a lip gloss item that was not available on the shelf. She was very approachable and friendly and when it wasn’t in the spare drawer she even went to go check in the back. Thank you so much Nancy!
Patrícia Vargas Oficial: Loja maravilhosa
Lydia Tulinye: It has always been a hustle shopping at Sephora mostly because the stores are located in the mall and there is not enough space for everyone and the attendants don’t really give you much attention while purchasing for products, while at Ulta Beauty, I got what I needed with the help of this beautiful soul who guided me through shopping for the hair products that I needed and got more info on store, I was happy to make the Breast cancer donation with the Ulta Beauty Foundation, I love the place and will definitely make it my all time shopping place
Anna Simone: Had to post an update about my hair journey. My hair was fried when I came to see Margarita and was really afraid of getting more color put into it. But because she restored my hair back to health I felt confident about getting it colored and put more color in. She really cares about hair being healthy and looking fabulous!
Brenna Anderson: Stopped by the Natick store today to get some much-needed assistance with makeup for my sister’s wedding. Haley (Hailey? Hayley?) was THE BEST, and listened to all of my requests and helped me find great products at a reasonable cost! As someone who doesn’t wear makeup often, this was much appreciated! She was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed!
brian martin: In terms of having the product that you need, this store likely has it.My beef is with their insistence on getting your phone number. At checkout, the guy there ignored me when I wouldn't give my phone number and then stared down my daughter until she gave a number. When I asked why he pressured her, someone said the number was needed for returns, which is not true. If they were half respectful of someone's privacy, the store would be fine. But I'm a Karen on this.
Cristina Stan: Selection could be better in the store. I'd like to see more vegan options available.
D G: Their prices are high and their haircolor selection is pitiful. They might as well not even bother having any haircolor.
Tabi Dutra Sprague: Thank you Tatiana and Ulta for accommodating me in such short notice. Great service and was amazing to chat with Tatiana while she was working on my hair. ❣️
Julia P: Had the product I wanted to buy but unfortunately was questioned by a gentleman working because a perfume roller fell out of its box. Continued to stand over me while telling me where I can test scents. I knew exactly which one I wanted but proceeded to leave without purchase because of this worker.
Larissa Câmber: I just don’t give 5 stars because It’s always hard to find a worker to help me, they need to hire more people. The workers there are always happy to help but they are busy

SEPHORA inside JCPenney: what do users think?
Alexander Bernal: Very helpful!! To the community. Friendly, kind and loving
Daniel D. Dubrule: Clean, filled shelves, staff were available and helpful.
Dood Monkey: Lovely people amazing clothes for a person close to seven people tall
Alison Merritt: It was an okay day shopping was looking for a bra didn't have the size and any style or any company. Very disappointing
Maria Souza: Muy buenas ofertas
Nambians: Very helpful and friendly staff!
Ranjith Kumar Natarajan: Found everything that i need. Good prices and specials. Excellent customer service.
Angeliquc Smith: We had a terrible experience! One of the employees was extremely rude and unprofessional. After spending over $500, one would think a little courtesy was due. I'm just going to think twice about shopping there again.
FR: Only great department store we have left in Leominster, noticed prices are getting better and more sales. People need good prices, with all that is going on. Great selection of clothes and nice, clean place to shop. It will be nice when you open more registers in women’s area, have to walk around to find one available, same with dressing rooms. Only thing I wish is that your shoe prices were better, I find them to be high. Other than that, very happy you’re still there, I don’t like to shop online at all. I go to your beauty salon and the few hairdressers are great, but they need a receptionist at the front desk. A hairdresser should be able to do their customer’s hair, and not have to run to answer phones, or help customers buying beauty products. Miss the mall the way it used to be, sad about that, we need more good stores like yours, to shop in.
Anonymous Anonymous: Totally preposterous the store opens at 11:00am during a work week.No wonder the store has no customers always.Never stalked either with new merchandise. Matter of time before they closeLeominster JC Penny.
Rapunzel Miller: Great store. Bright open. A little expensive. However great sales. Staff was pleasant.
Tim Garrett: Daughter bought some hella expensive makeup and had a very pretty woman help us. What a sweetheart.
Delaliz Nieves rivera: I love it great customer service in the men's department especially from a cashier name Jeanette
Amanda G: The employees were super helpful and the store is clean and organized
Hazel Rathburn-LeClaire: Very good
Brenda Batchelor: It's ok
Jay: Very nice
Jocelyn Porciello: Some super cute clothes and ok deals. No in store coupons however and I feel like this makes it a 4 star instead of 5.
Mark Mitchell: Used to be a better value.
ÁNGEL GALLEGOS: Siempre hay descuentos. Personal deja comprar con calma y resuelven situaciones cuando se los necesita. El lugar es muy amplio.
Jose Ortega: Bueno precio y buena atenciones los empleados son bien

Ulta Beauty: what do users think?
Safa Hasan: A couple years ago me and my daughter decided to get our hair done at the salon in ulta. We both loved the service and the way our hair looked. Me and my daughter have gotten our hair done by almost all the former employees at this salon and we have loved the final result’s of our hair every time. Although after all those employees left things have started to go downhill. The new employee’s being hired are very unprofessional. My daughter has been getting dark brown highlights in her hair for about a year now. Every once in a while she goes back to the salon to get them toned after they fade. The lady who did my daughter’s hair was named Jenna. My daughter was in the salon from 5:00-9:30 she ended up getting her hair dyed lighter than it was when she came in. It looked damaged and blond when she clearly asked for it to be brown. My daughter had also asked her to curl her hair in beach waves afterwards. We paid for both the dying and the styling although after we told Jenna to dye it the right color she told us she would only re dye it and not style it even though we paid for both. I’m sad to say that this salon has completely lost 2 of their clients we will not be going back after this disaster.
Lynn: Just waited 20 mins for the “speedy” online pick up. Called. Then had the pleasure of waiting 10 more mins before someone came out. And by that time I was already walking in.
Rachel Harrison: Well kept store and very helpful employees
Sandy Pochapin: Very helpful Associates and the store manager was very pleasant as well.
Tammy Arnold: The lady in the skin care section was knowledgeable and informative
ghazala niks: So good 😊😊😊
Stacey McCurley: I love Ulta in Northboro MA because they carry all my favorite brands. They also have an APP and they load coupons on it every week. They also give full size Birthday gifts. I won’t shop at Sephora anymore because they don’t offer coupons and the Birthday gift is always tiny and disappointing.
Rouba Shammas: All I can say right now is that their customer service is outstanding , I walked to exchange an item a friend had given , it was wrong color, a woman showed exactly what color I needed, then at the register 2 people collaborated to do the exchange, such a good experience , I highly recommend this place. Thank ladies for your help 🙏🙏♥️
luis santamaria: Staff very friendly and helpful
Liza Carrion: Horrible Customer Service.
Rachel Arthur: They have the Mac products I was looking for plus the staff is courteous. I recommend this store.
Krystal Vasquez: Horrible location! Rude and ignorant redheaded manager. Chanel boutique guy is clueless and couldn’t color match me at all. Everyone seems so unpleasant and I certainly will be bringing my business elsewhere.
Matteo R: I have no idea
Nancy Harris: Been having my hair done for 8 years with the same woman, Crystal. She is the best stylist and colorist I've ever gone to. Every time I get my hair done I get compliments...she has kept my hair color looking so natural despite all the gray underneath...thank you Crystal!!!
Stacy D: Shout out to Crystal! Great job on my daughters prom makeup! She wanted a natural look and that’s what Crystal did! Thank you so much! Also thank you to the kid who helped on the floor. Don’t remember his name but he was great!
AV 2021: Horrible salon service. Went for a blowout and the stylist was clearly amateur. She was doing it so quick..not enough heat.. not organized at all. By end of it, I had hair that I could have set myself without a stylist, it was no where close to a blowout. When asked to fix, all she did is put some hairspray which obviously didn’t do anything. Complete waste of time and money. Not going again!
Kanimozhi Murugan: Great salon services! Excellent customer service.
Terri LeComte: Great haircut and lots of products. Good value for the salon, but the products are pretty expensive. Overall a positive experience!
Liz Langhill: workers were really really nice!
Heather LaJeunesse: Every time I go into this Ulta location every single person working there is always incredibly helpful. They don't just try to sell you the most expensive thing they actually listen to what you want and give you what you need.
Karina Jouravleva: I like this shop. People are very friendly and are always eager to help. Selection of makeup, skin care, hair and bath products is huge. I always found in stock what I was looking for. I have been going here for years, but I tried their beauty services yesterday for the first time. I booked a haircut with Samantha. Online booking is super easy and convenient and I got an appointment for the next day. Samantha was awesome and I love my new hair!

SEPHORA: what do users think?
lale atamer: Very helpful staff
bethany willow: i absolutely love this sephora!! the staff are so kind and helpful. ive been going here for about a year and it’s my absolute favorite makeup store!!
Leo Interiano: they were very helpful and kind good business.
Maggie Odessa: love this place
Patricia Coz: Tons of selection, but none of the old classics, except for Chanel. No Guerlain, Michael Kors, etc. But I'm sure younger women love it, as the store was packed
Ms 333: Sometimes I spend hundreds and still look greasy with a lazy eye
Sheri Degre: Customer service was beyond what I expected
Savana Grace: Alex was super helpful and friendly! It was such a great experience rebuilding my entire makeup routine. If I could give them a raise myself I would :)
Amanda: I went to this location yesterday and looked around for a product that said it was in stock on the website. When I didn’t find it myself, I asked one of the ladies there if she knew where I could find it. She gave me such a disgusted face and brushed me off saying she’s never heard of it before (which is fair because it’s a newer product that Sephora has just started to carry) but when I mentioned that the website said it was in stock so that was the only reason I was asking, she seemed more annoyed and begrudgingly asked me to see a picture. When I showed her the picture, she continued to rudely respond that she’s never seen it in her life and it was clear she had no intentions of helping in the slightest. I was so taken back by her attitude that I walked out. It’s been such a long time since I’ve encountered someone so miserable and vile in a Sephora and I hope they do better.
Brooke Elliott: The staff are always so friendly and very helpful with recommendations and helping me find the right products!
Lily Eccleston: just left and had to write a review!! not sure if they will ever see this but i just had the most pleasant experience!! i was cashed out by two wonderful people, and i wish i got their names but one of them had blonde and blue/purple hair, and the other person who helped had dark brunette hair and they were both so lovely!!! i always have good experiences in this sephora but they were so kind and so lovely i just had to pay some recognition to them!!!
Lee Lee: Kelly was a huge help!!
Jamie L-cott: Expensive but worth it
Wurood Mandawi: This place is smaller than the other Sephora stores I have been to, but you can still find most things. I went on a weekend before store closing and there was a small line. In general Sephora's rewards program is great. I like their free birthday gifts
Jasmine: love the service here ❤️
parimala udhayakumar: Good and beautiful outlet.Multi branded make over for women.
Sandrita Mercado: There always out of stock of the item I go for. Customer service has improved a lot.
Misty 919: Not the cleanest store. Went in there half hour after opening and pretty dirty. Also no one new what they were doing. Ended up with a glitter liner that I wasnt looking for and didn't ask for. Won't be going there again.
Georgia Johnson: The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Tara. She proceeded to spend over an hour with me, one-on-one, helping me find the perfect products for my DIY wedding makeup. She taught me tips and tricks, suggested alternatives, and was just so kind, helpful and lovely throughout the whole process. Tara was so informative and fun to work with. I know so much more now, thanks to her. I cannot thank her enough! All the ladies here were so friendly. Love this location, and I will be back soon!
Deb G: Helpful & friendly
Yvonne Raia: Nice store with friendly, diverse staff.

SEPHORA inside JCPenney: what do users think?
Marissa: I went there today and most of the shelves were completely empty. There were no employees in sight and so I left. What a waste!
Rebecca Sparrow: This place is NEVERRRRRRR stocked. Everything is empty. I figured maybe it was a fluke at first but have stopped in over the last 6 months when I’m at the mall and it’s the exact same, never any products on the shelf. The customer service isn’t superior by any means either, helping customers seems to be the last priority for this store. Won’t be back……
Brianna Lowe: Unfortunately, this Sephora does not deserve even one star. I was in the store last night looking around. I noticed two of the employees personally shopping together for themselves and did not pay any attention to anyone. Although, a complete different employee was kind enough to help me find a particular product and as I wanted to check out she said that she could not check me out and that one of the other employees would do that for me. I was immediately confused to why this employee could not check me out herself but I patiently waited for 10 minutes while the two other employees were still shopping for themselves. I then gave up waiting and put the products back on the shelves and was about to head out the door. The two employees noticed and finally came over to me as I was heading out and asked if I was all set. I did let those two employees know that I was not all set and I have been waiting a while to be checked out and that I was leaving. The employee looked at me, laughed, and said okay as she gave me a thumbs up. Never have I ever been treated so poorly in a store before. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.
Karisa Nevalsky: Unfortunately when managers swapped over recently you can tell the employees are no longer driven to love their job like they did before. She seems to be creating a hostile environment that none of the employees are satisfied in. I hope that this can be resolved quickly as I frequent this store often and would hate to take my business elsewhere.
Carl Abrams: Good people
Elsie Mpere: No one had time for us when we go there and needed help choosing stuff.
Johanna Anziani: I should read the reviews before i go there, the services is horrible
Hannah Ricker: Employee followed me around the store while I shopped, not asking if I needed help just looking over my shoulder and standing behind me. This made me very uncomfortable and I ended up leaving because that is not acceptable customer service.
Kirsty O'Grady: I had a very rude costumer experience with a blonde employee at check out the other day. She was very disrespectful and unhelpful.
Donna Jachowicz: Rude staff and out of a lot of the products.
Gina Joubert: I actually went their today because I won a gift certificate for the best sales at my work. I went to pay. The blonde girl that cashed me out definitely had an attitude. Not friendly, didn't ask if I needed anything else, so I waited to see if she was going to say thank you. Nope, so I said thank you. Then I told her she needed some customer service classes. I've been a professional business women my whole career. I always greet my customer, ask them their needs and wants and when my service is finished, I say Thank you so much with a smile. It's not that hard. I will go to Ulta from now on...
Vicky Turek: Wow has this store changed! Its so clean, stocked and the Sephora consultants are super helpful. The new Manager informed me I can shop with my JCPenney credit card in Sephora. This is my go to Sephora now!
The review guy: Worst service I have ever had. The lady was very rude and had attitude. Idk if it's because I was a male or what but I will never go back to there stores for my fragrance.

Ulta Beauty: what do users think?
Kia Jeffery: Good size store with plenty of products in stock! Nice and friendly staff.
Barbara Eggerton: Everyone is so nice at this Ulta! I went there today because I've been trying to find a skincare product to help my wrinkles but retinols irritate my skin. An employee named Teah was very friendly and informative and helped me find the right product that's affordable too!
Suzanne Smith: Great choices but it is stimulus overload! Need an employee to help you out. Trying to find a new product is painful. Manager seemed very annoyed
Felicity Ekeh: Elvia and Nicole were AMAZING AMAZING I literally did not know what I was doing and they made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed to be confused. If they ever were to stop working here I would literally cry. As a dark skin girl finding my way into the makeup world I felt confident and happy shopping.Well done ulta for having them they are gems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
C H A N E L. g: Went to Ulta this afternoon having a hard time looking for a certain product and a super nice associate named Elvia, took her time and patience to help me! She was so positive and nice to me trying to look for the product I was looking for! Awsome, sweet customer service is what made me smile the whole entire day! Thank you!
Ann Capone: Prices are high but TJ max is better
Amy C: I just came to the store 10 minutes before they closed because I thought they closed at nine. The three girls at the front were so nice and insisted that I could still go shopping even though I felt horrible about it being ten minutes to closing time. They could've easily told me that they closed in 10 minutes and basically rushed me out of the store but they didn't, so I wanted to be sure to leave a review. Be back soon!! :) :)
Will Lombardo: Staff were incredibly foul to me and other customers in the store. Mean girl energy whispering and making fun of guests. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. Witnessed an interview going on where staff were incredibly unprofessional towards the girl getting interviewed. Defiantly recommended northborough location with nicer staff and over all better quality. And way cleaner/stocked
Heather Current: Absolutely horrible customer service, extremely rude…if I were you I would honestly go to the northborough one that like 10 minutes away with way better service and products. Really upset.
Lauriann Tambone: Many girls standing around. Would love to be approached. Great store no direction. Not great customer service
Natalie Guzman: Makeup heaven
Kastine Newton: The lady who helped me today with the Bobby brown products was amazing! She made sure I had the right shades and showed me the best ways to use the products!
Kev Cool: Ah that which you seek shall be granted here. A subtle new scent caught by a passer-by. Your otherwise unremarkable eyes catch the notice of another because they now pop and glimmer with your purchase of that amazing color pallet and mascara. Unsightly blemishes and imperfections vanish and are replaced by a patina of impossibly fine porcelain. You look beautiful now. He'll be sorry his eyes ever strayed. She'll wonder why she is feigning a conversation on her phone while you engage in jovial laughter with the subject of your (and her) attraction. All can be achieved here. Open your wallet and throw caution to the wind. Your new found popularity will thank you.
Diana Weldon: Crowded but the line moved really fast.
Haleyann 04: Pretty rude staff. One person that was walking around to help people was nice and helped me find a product but got to the register and cashier names Teah was quite rude, handed her cash and she tossed my change on to the counter didn’t even try to hand it to me.
Genesis Berrios: Marina did my makeup and she was so sweet, kind, attentive, and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! I’m coming back for a makeup lesson with her! Thank you for making me feel beautiful Marina!
Gianna Hansing: I’ve been going to this Ulta for years. They have never once greeted me, have never asked if I need any help, and when I ask they seem annoyed. I completely understand that working in retail can be overwhelming, but even when it’s empty I can’t get a hi back when I walk in.
Joseph Fernandes: Very nice staff and environment, J’Lynn was especially helpful and found everything I was looking for
Wurood Mandawi: I prefer Sephora to this place for high-end makeup. But Ulta to any drugstore makeup
C: To the women in the salon who helped me out on Friday night, thank you! You noticed I was searching for a product, and although you were busy cutting hair, offered to help me. You found an employee to help me, and recommended a product. I purchased said product, and I love it! The store needs more people like her!
Lee Lee: Thank you Jada!!!

SEPHORA Burlington Mall: what do users think?
Antonia Gianitsopoulos: I have never written a bad review for anything before, but today I was browsing the store and this employee had asked a girl behind me if she had any questions. I thought this employee was talking to me so I replied politely with no thank you! The worker decided to then so rudely say “I was not talking to you.” Blonde girl curled hair late 20 early 30. I was like haha she was right behind me same thing!” Politely still!! She scoffed at me and walked away. Never had a rude experience before like this in public. Even my friend felt uncomfortable and we both put our things back and left :/.
Zully Jung: The staff is really friendly, I love Sephora.
Sammy Centeno: Store 0334-Burlington, MA.The ONLY reason why I am giving a 1 star is because I cannot give any lower. The door greeter asked what we needed and proceeded to go on her walkie talkie and say that a customer was heading towards a certain direction and needed help. Almost 15 minutes later, not a single person showed up to help us, nor even acknowledge us. Not to mention as we’re walking, I see the employees acknowledge the females in the store and offer help. But when it came to my boyfriend and I, we did not get a “hello” nor a “hi”. We did not get a “can I help you find anything?” Or “do you need help?”. My boyfriend left the store and I stayed behind to speak to someone. Only after another 10 minutes was I able to speak to someone…who was the door greeter who greeted us when we walked in. The same one who told us she could not leave her post to help us because she had to stand at the door. Yet she did. To the other side of the store by the registers to help another customer. Have never really been to Sephora, and sure will not be going back.
Claudia Manrique: Me fascina este lugar ,magnífica atención
Danielle Buccacio: There was a sale on the Gucci flora for rollerball and a mascara that was marked down to $38 I guess they forgot to take the sale down and they were arguing with us that it was $58 at the end of the day I spend so much money there it's ridiculous but yeah clearly tried to put us down and be little us in front of the whole entire store esp One of the gentleman and the woman cashier with the glasses
Lindsey Stepanishen: This store location is terrible. My friend and I were not greeted, we were followed as if we were going to steal stuff, when asking the employee for help they breezed through our questions and we could sense they didn’t want to help us find a product. Not to mention the store is FILTHY. The trash was overflowing, tissues, makeup pads, mascara brushes strewn across the floor. Their store is NOT stocked whatsoever, when I reached down to open the drawer the employee rushed over from the front and kicked it closed on my hand then proceeded to yell at me for opening it. I’m sorry …. If you are completely against people opening the drawer because it’s “store policy” then lock the drawer geniuses! overall embarrassment for the whole Sephora brand and business and even more of an embarrassment to call this the second largest/most foot traffic compared to the original prudential flagship store. DO BETTER SEPHORA!
El Avagyan: I was buying rare beauty blush, they had one left so I opened the box to see the color . The associate told me I cant open the bottle I said that’s ok I’m pretty sure this is the color that I want. I had the blush in my hand I went to find my friend to go pay for the blush after. Another associate who turns out was the manager of the store comes up to me takes the blush from my hand and tells me that she cant sell it to me because it was opened. Her name is Donna I believe. I tell her I opened the box only and not the bottle and I am buying it. She said no It’s our policy I don’t make the policy I can’t sell this to you. Me and my friend were shocked. It was the last one left. Seems very ridiculous. I already had the item in my possession. I understand if I opened it then put it back on the shelf and someone else took it, but I OPENED IT, I AM BUYING IT !!! Extremely rude. The first girl was nice. I don’t know her name but she had pink hair and bold makeup. I even called Sephore customer service and they told me they do have a policy about opened products but they should have let me buy the item if it was already in my possession. Will never shop there again ! Hire nicer stuff. We had a feeling that we were discriminated honestly. I’m not American and I usually shop online, the manager was your typical white American woman.
Mei: Everyone was so kind, and there was quite a bit of a crowd, so I really appreciate that! There are tons of try-before-you-buy options and overall very customer-oriented and friendly. I have no complaints!
jessie: When I went inside the store, I expected things to be fine, but they were not. Few employees were kind to me, greeting me and my friend as we entered, and as me and her began looking around, we were haunted by the presence of these two men. We could not shake the feeling that they were watching us, it turns out they were. We were minding our business, just looking around for the fun of it, and one of the men, who I take to be a security guard, openly described the clothing me and my friend were wearing. We assumed they thought we were stealing, which is ridiculous since we were not acting suspicious or implying that we were doing such a thing. We were only looking around, they took the fun out of our day and replaced it with fear, and I will be thinking about this encounter for a while. Two underage girls should not have to question their safety in Sephora, and I do think they need to do a better job and not target people the second they walk in the store. I understand their vigilance, but it was very unnecessary especially due to the fact they followed us around, not being sly at all. I would have appreciated it if they were straightforward and admitted that it was a common misunderstanding, they had no need to scare us.
Ewa: I was followed around by a worker and guard and they assumed my friend and I were stealing. The guard described our appearance and got the worker. We did not take anything. We did not do anything to imply we were stealing. The whole situation left me very uncomfortable. To have two older men follow and watch me in a store that I planned on purchasing from made me very upset. My stomach was in knots, and I was on the verge of tears. I don’t know if it was my age or my race but the behavior from those two older men who were employees was unbelievable. Employees are meant to help. Not send tears to two teenage girls.
Katie Doyle: Employees here are so rude and unhelpful. This is why everyone prefers to order online.
Maria Velazquez: Horrible experience multiple (3) times. Employees and managers are rude and unkind. The store is not stocked with items. The line is always long. The managers are in a power trip and they think you can be yelled at. Poor customer service. Very dissatisfied. I see the employees behavior and I can tell they have AWFUL management at that store. Their attitude, the store appearance, the way they communicate with people, their lack of customer service oriented behavior, it’s all the reflection of HORRIBLE management. Sephora CORPORATE or store OWNER, please FIX your management!!!I rather drive to Boston or Natick for a way better experience!
Jack “Eggbased” Davin: As a member of the male population I am infrequently witnessed in a Sephora while unaccompanied. This was absolutely not an obstacle to my receipt of expert service.I now have a full face routine using Kiehl's products and am very happy, both with my purchases and with the education I received about skincare.
SK: The only reason this place gets two stars because I was able to pick up my online product quickly. The people work there seem like annoyed when I ask for help. Smile little bit so customers can come back to your store. Also instead of walking away, you can ask customers if they needed help. Uhhh never go back here again!
Sunamita Sthéfani: Great place to buy makeup
Andi: Nice store, Ana (employee) very patient and friendly helping me with credit card application
Patricia: When I was there and looking for help I didn't get much and when I did receive help you could feel their annoyance with me. I felt like a burden at a place I have dropped over 7000.00 at Sephora over the past year or two. I'm only speaking in the one at the Burlington mall in Burlington Massachusetts. I absolutely love the girls at the pheasant lane mall Sephora! I'm not impressed with their idea of help , the ppl at the register's weren't much different. It's like they wanted to rush you (which she did) and treated my ?s like some annoying bug it was one word replies no emphasis on details or explanation no anything and no bedside manner either! Not going back there and neither will my girls (i have 3 teen daughter's ) and my best friend won't be returning either. I'd rather spend the extra gas money to go somewhere else ( further away) that's how upset I am with that particular store.
Melissa Gianatasio: Waited while 2 customers were looking at beauty tools, when they left I went to get what I was shopping for only for a sephora employee to walk in front of me and stand there looking for something for the two other customers. Staff is incredibly rude
Florida Addy: Only reason why they're getting a five star from me is because of Nathan. He was so kind, extremely patient and very helpful. He took his time to help me and my sisters find the perfect products for each of our complexions. I really appreciated him and will be returning only because of him. Some of the other employees could really use a lesson in customer service from him.
Sevan Lohnes: I can’t say enough about how nice , patient and knowledgeable Toni is in the Burlington location. I’ve been there so many times and no one has helped me to the level of her expertise. She helped me out with my skin care as well as my 2 daughters (11 year old and 14 year old ) she was so patient with my little one because she asks so many questions and gets overwhelmed very quickly but Toni took her time and explained everything to her. I am very happy with the products she recommended and me and my girls have already seen a change in our skin to the better in such a shot time. I highly recommend Toni. She will listen to your concerns and get you the results you need.
Shannah Lim: Felt that the employees were more eager to help other customers when helping me out. There was this one employee who didn’t speak to me in a very respectful way. I eventually got the product I needed but it didn’t feel like a good experience. Do I have to look like I already know everything about makeup to shop there? We all gotta start somewhere :(

SEPHORA Chestnut Hill: what do users think?
Hershey !!: Great Service, Staff are always willing to assist you. Overall a 5 star experience
Tatiana Joyce: I booked a 60 min full face beauty service/make-up appointment 6 days in advance and got a call the morning of my appointment that their make-up artist called out sick. I completely understand that this staff member needed to take care of themselves and have no ill-will towards the staff, however the Sephora policy on staff cancellations is TRASH. They cancelled my appointment and just told me the two other stores that had some availability today (both being inconvenient locations for me). The staff could neither offer to assist me in re-booking or offer any kind of store discount. Their cancellation policy is: "appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00". They called me only 5 hours before my appointment and cancelled but if I was 15 minutes late I would've been charged. This was incredibly inconvenient and I think people should be aware that this could happen to them and throw off party-day plans.
Gedi Beats: Horrible experience my moms birthday present was stolen by Ubereats driver which Sephora uses for same day deliveries! At least I got a full refund smh
Sara Pettersson: Came to Sephora to pick up a new bare minerals powder. On my way to the register I was looking at the moisturizers when one of the store associates came up to me and asked if I needed help. I let her know that I did not need help and she continues to let me know with the exact words “in your condition I’d be looking at which brands you should use” referring to me being 9 months pregnant. I told her I’m aware what I should be looking for as I’ve had the conversation with my providers and she said “that’s good and all but we’re trained on these products”. Just completely unsolicited comments when I said I didn’t need any help and rude remarks! A few minutes later she came up to me and said that the brand I was looking at is in fact ok to use when you’re “in my condition”. Horrible experience and made me feel so uncomfortable. If I wanted help with pregnancy safe skincare I would have asked, and describing it as “in your condition” was so distasteful.
Carlos Linera: Emily was very helpful! I needed to buy make up for my 16 year old and the the heck do I know about make up? Lol thanks Emily!
Jam: It 's the first time I 've been here and I won 't come back here anymore . Very poor customer service . The most offensive thing is the girls who were standing at the checkout talk witht you to depend on your clothes. She didn't even want to put in a package the goods that I bought a few pieces, and I asked for it for gifts, but they didn't pack it for me anyway!!!Natik mall Sephora store is better and amazing staff !
Emily Dennis: The helpful staff quickly helped me understand the brands and colors. In general, I am satisfied with the store and of course I will return to refill my cosmetic bag.
Alex Z: Picked up something that was left for me at counter, when called to find if the store dad it. The wait was a bit long with 2 different people getting serviced at the check out counters, when I walked in & 1 in front of me - maybe about 5 minutes. The girl at checkout asked about health worker - didn't even think about it & I was able to get an unexpected discount for the purchase. The checkout counters were so close, that I had to ask the checkout girl to repeat question she asked me, because the conversation at the other counter was interfering and making it almost impossible to hear lesson speaking to me. 🙂
Christina “Tina”: The Chestnuthill location is NEVER crowded and they almost always have what you are looking for. A Fenty fan myself (heyyyyyy RiRi) they are quick to show me new additions to the line, and how to do some of the trickier applications.Pre COVID, Laura was FANTASTIC for event makeup and I HIGHLY reccomend her when you have a big night out.
Lauren Lane: Silvana was so helpful with my lashes!
Sharon Sewall-Lindsay: Frequent the store for myself and gifts. Can’t seem find a foundation that doesn’t irritate my skin or flake off. I purchased a few different kinds. I didn’t return them as I didn’t blame the associate that assisted me, it was my decision to purchase them. I asked the associate standing by the door tonight for assistance and she refused to help me. She stated she would send another artist over and never did. She stood at the register and watched me walk out without making a purchase. Doubt I will go back.
Kerry Clancy: Because of Maritza!!
Laila Kassis: I would like the makeup artists to be available and allowed to assist me in learning how to use and apply the products I’d like to purchase and work with me to apply them so that I can feel good that I’m getting the right shades and color tones. When I asked for help I was told no, the associate would only be able to apply one item and I could pick if it should be a contour stick, a highlighter or a foundation - not all three and not the eye shadow I wanted to try. I said “well I’m looking to purchase 8 or 9 items and spend $200-300. I have never done contouring and I’d like the associate to show me how to do it and to make sure I’m getting colors that look nice on my skin.” The answer from the manager was that I need to book an appointment and pay for that service. I said again, “How can I spend $200-300 on makeup if I’m not sure how to apply it and whether the colors are right? I’ve never been refused help at a makeup store or counter...” I was angry and almost left the store. But Silvana was very nice and said she’d do her best to help me. In the end she helped me with the foundation, dark contour, a couple different types of highlighters to see what works best for me and a blush. I ended up buying 7 items for $220. I’m not sure if I’ll be back to a Sephora again given the treatment I received and the new philosophy about NOT helping customers. Everything I purchased I can get from the department store makeup counter or online. If I return, the only reason will be that Silvana was so helpful. As a company you can choose to offer added services like full makeup for a fee. But that doesn’t mean you should refuse to help customers apply the makeup products they would like to purchase, especially if they ask for it and say they haven’t used these types of products or these techniques before and need to learn and/or test the colors with the opinion of a professional. That is the only reason to come to the store in the first place, otherwise can just purchase online. Your approach makes customers feel like scum frankly. You should treat customers with respect, believe them when they say they need help with new products, and actually help them rather than make them feel like you think they are trying to get a paid service for free.
Eleanor Friedman: Always love Sephora
Catherine Conti: Love the Anastasia rep. Great personality and suggestions of product
Abigail M.: The staff were all very helpful and attentive. They were all very knowledgeable about each brand and helped me find my perfect concealer shade.
L B: instead of helping me they decided to just stare me down instead and when I would approach them about something they just seemed to all disappear
Dally Ramos: I love this Sephora!
Nina Shah: awesome
Nechama Shimanovich: As soon as I walked in a worker came to me and asked if I needed anything .I replied that I'm just going to look around because I didn't come for anything specific. the worker then said well have fun just looking around -very sarcasticly and responded to me with a few rude comments to which I just walked right out of the store.I will never be going back to this sephora again.
Rated by Hanna: During the past year I've had the amazing opportunity to take advantage of their FREE "Beauty Classes/Workshops", which I believe they began piloting since I was the only person there for the very first Skincare 101 class. Anyway I don't think every location has this feature, but just go on the Sephora website to check what they are offering and to reserve a spot.Example of some classes: Skincare 101, Contour & Highlight, Brow Shaping, Correct & Conceal, Nighttime/Daytime Smoky EyeThe classes are typically on Sundays at 9:30AM before the store officially opens at 12PM and it usually finishes early so you have the rest of the time as "private shopping" time and to ask any additional questions. The classes are usually limited to 10-15 people so you can get more 1:1 attention. At the start of most classes they will do a color IQ on you to find the correct match in foundation. They really do a great job breaking down the steps so that anyone at any skill level can follow along. They also provide a clipboard with a diagram and overview of all the steps. The class is set up so that we watch the Artist with instruction do the live Demo on one of the Sephora cast members. Then we apply the same technique on ourselves at the work stations that they have set up for us. They provide all of the tools that we need (brushes, eye shadow, lip product etc...) and the facilitators will walk around to check and help everyone. The experience in the beauty classes has really impressed me and convinced me to update my review from a 4 to 5 star for the personalized experience.
