Jessica Bartlau: Both visits in to this location have been great! The shampoo bar I bought has become my new go to, and the people working there are fantastic! Today I was assisted by an attendant with lavender hair who was so patient and helpful in recommending products, and the attendant with the yellow in their hair and the fricking fabulous eye makeup absolutely made my day, they were so incredibly sweet, 10/10 would recommend
Dan: This place has a lot 9f cool bathbombs, the reason I came here is because my mom and sister have sensitive skin but want to use bathbombs and this place sells them. I think they have really cool looking ones here and I can't wait to try them. The people that work here were very helpful in showing me what I was looking for, I do wish they had some different kinds/interesting ones. I have seen ones called the last bathbomb and it is a toaster which is just so funny. It would be nice to see ones that are kinda like that.
Dara Levy: The worker with colored eyeshadow and hair was terrific! They immediately approached me when I entered the store and was looking at their gift boxes. After I told them I couldn't hear, she found an alternative way to communicate and assisted me with finding a perfect gift box for my friend within my budget. She showed me three options and gave wonderful suggestions. Very accommodating and friendly. I couldn't find a better worker to help me. Definitely will shop here again!
Sam Wilson: The staff were so sweet and so helpful, absolutely love the pair that was working Wednesday afternoon on 6/30! One person helped show me around to find products to help beat the heat and the other one that processed my price was so adorable and sweet, I loved her hair color and makeup...I love that this store doesn't follow outdated appearance protocols that would prohibit things like green hair, etc. Those things are so outdated. These employees seemed genuinely happy and not just "polite customer service voice/face" happy.

Jess Proia: UPDATED REVIEW: I went back to Sephora in the Natick Mall a week later in an attempt to redeem this review and assumed the products I needed would be restocked. Unfortunately the foundation brush, concealer and bronzer that had been out of stock on my first visit, were still out of stock. They had a plethora of staff working, but I know this is an inventory issue. So whoever is ordering inventory, is not ordering products they are sold out of. Needless to say, I will never be going back and I will be recommending everyone to try Ulta in shopper's world or buy products at Macy's in the Naitck Mall. Both stores were fully stocked and had great customer service.They opened late. I went in looking for all new products and I had to ask three people before someone actually helped me and didn’t just point and say random words. They were also sold out of all the products I needed, foundation brush and concealers.

Meg Haskell: I have been an Ulta shopper for a majority of my life because it's less intimidating, but I stopped into this Sephora today and was helped by Caitlin. They changed my opinion entirely and helped me find the perfect cream blush and bronzer, setting powder, and foundation for my wedding. They were funny, knowledgeable, and easy to shop with. I highly recommended visiting just for Caitlin!
Monica Eisenberg: I wish I got the name of the girl that helped me (she was blonde with glasses). I had no idea what I was going in for but I described my skin type to her and she was already on it. She had me walking out with an entirely new skin care routine! I’m so happy with my experience because I was originally overwhelmed trying to switch to a new brand after using Curology for 2 years, but coming into Sephora (my first time ever too) was by far the best decision. Also in regards to fellow commenters, I don’t think their staff is constantly at your side — I believe that they are all filling their roles as they should (their was staff in each section of the store) which makes sense as there is a lot of product. I’ll definitely be visiting again!

Bea Hookway: Although this location sometimes feels understaffed (at least on the weekends), and it can be hard to get someone's attention to help you out with something, there's an employee here who I feel deserves recognition. Courtney couldn't have been better; she was incredibly helpful, color-matching me, helping me find a sample of something I wanted to try, checking the back inventory for something that said out of stock, but she was also incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I hope Sephora does everything they can to keep her as an employee, I will continue coming into the store just to see her, instead of my usual online ordering!

Jane G: I booked a makeup tutorial because I needed tips for an upcoming special event, and I don't wear makeup. Stacy was a fantastic Makeup Artist, and she looked at my age, my skin condition and coloring, and she taught me so much. The finished makeup looked fresh and flattering. And she did not try to upsell a whole basket of products although I did buy several items to complete my kit. Now I have confidence to apply it myself on the special day. I recommend Stacy highly.
Alyssa Jini: Hate to leave a low review but I found the team over here is pretty rude over anywhere else I've been to. Upon checkout, I was asked for my number. I was trying to think of which phone number I use for my points and before I could enter what it was, lady was asking me for my number again.. i also made a few comments on the items I was purchasing with 0 feedback whatsoever. I honestly felt embarrassed to even continue to ask their opinion on the shade of CC creme I grabbed, so I didn't bother. Again sorry for the review but they seemed miserable today. They didn't want to acknowledge any comments or questions made nevermind have patience for those who are dyslexic.

Delia and Stacey were pure magic! They went over everything I needed to know to do her makeup myself, all the products I needed, techniques to use and were super patient with me as I took notes and asked questions. They gave me a crash course that truly saved the day! They reiterated how generous the return policy is which made me feel comfortable with all of our new products. We ended keeping most of them because Delia and Stacey have such good advice we loved everything! I will 100% recommend them to anyone in the future. Thank you Delia and Stacey for getting me out of a pinch. You both deserve raises for your incredible customer service!!

FR: Only great department store we have left in Leominster, noticed prices are getting better and more sales. People need good prices, with all that is going on. Great selection of clothes and nice, clean place to shop. It will be nice when you open more registers in women’s area, have to walk around to find one available, same with dressing rooms. Only thing I wish is that your shoe prices were better, I find them to be high. Other than that, very happy you’re still there, I don’t like to shop online at all. I go to your beauty salon and the few hairdressers are great, but they need a receptionist at the front desk. A hairdresser should be able to do their customer’s hair, and not have to run to answer phones, or help customers buying beauty products. Miss the mall the way it used to be, sad about that, we need more good stores like yours, to shop in.

Danielle Shuster: I went here with my sister yesterday and we were browsing the men’s cologne for a bday gift for her husband. There was an Ulta employee circling and essentially ‘stalking us’, staring at us the entire time, walking around us, making us feel deeply uncomfortable. I’ve worked in retail before, I know what this is. I suppose shopping with a purse that’s larger than your hand immediately equates you to being seen as a shop lifter. I wish I said something to this woman, but I’ve never felt so uncomfortable shopping somewhere.
Amber Martin: I’ve been getting my haircut by Margarita for almost a year now and she does an amazing job every time. I have straight hair and ask for layers and she cuts/blends them perfectly. Margarita is also very friendly and knows each of her clients and their hair expectations very well! Highly recommend.
Maria Babakhanova: This is my 3rd time at the store and I feel huge disrespect from one of the associates named Lucas.They have not granted me a discount on an item which was supposed to be on sale. More over they post their own hours, they can close at any time without notice. Once I came during an inclement wether conditions and they didn't let me in even though they were at the store for another hour or so. And they didn't post new hours online. It took me 40 minutes just to get there.

I have been to Sephora in the Natick Mall, and their staff are not helpful, and usually just staff standing around. The person who greeted me helped me find everything I was looking for. Even the woman at the cash register helped me pick out a last minute mascara I remembered I needed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

instrumentalbytina: Friendly staff, great selection of makeup and skincare products but it's a little pricey. A beauty store without deodorant is a little odd but I know other Ulta locations have it. Thought all stores would merchandise the same way. Another update, I don't know when they restock their inventory but all the foundation that actually goes with my skin tone was out of stock. They only had it for either someone whose white as a ghost or black women. I don't have any of those complexions so finding foundation that fits me is already hard.
Rachel Yu: I just left this Ulta I was looking for a few things and left empty handed. What an absolute disaster this store is. Every single aisle is a mess. Nothing is in order, stuff is just thrown everywhere. Nothing is stocked. Perfume section is a mess and the shelves are visibly dirty and sticky. If I'm buying high end products I expect them to be from a clean and organized store. All the Truly products are quite pricy for example, and they were thrown onto a dirty shelf with no organization and 80% of the stock was MIA. It's just not a fun experience to shop there. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the employees are all very kind and helpful without being pushy or following you around. It's a shame none of them were on the floor organizing and cleaning.UPDATE: Recently found myself back at this location and it's somehow worse than ever even 5 months past my original review. I went in specifically to purchase some ELF products and test some fragrances. I would say 70% of the ELF display was completely cleared out. And that was the case for the majority of the cosmetics... where is your stock, Ulta??I walked over to the fragrances and no word of a lie EVERY SINGLE TESTER I picked up was completely empty. I informed the employee that most of their testers were empty and she simply said "yea, I know." How are customers supposed to try fragrances if none are available to test? Seriously this store needs a complete Overhaul.

Lydia Tulinye: It has always been a hustle shopping at Sephora mostly because the stores are located in the mall and there is not enough space for everyone and the attendants don’t really give you much attention while purchasing for products, while at Ulta Beauty, I got what I needed with the help of this beautiful soul who guided me through shopping for the hair products that I needed and got more info on store, I was happy to make the Breast cancer donation with the Ulta Beauty Foundation, I love the place and will definitely make it my all time shopping place

But because she restored my hair back to health I felt confident about getting it colored and put more color in. She really cares about hair being healthy and looking fabulous!

brian martin: In terms of having the product that you need, this store likely has it.My beef is with their insistence on getting your phone number. At checkout, the guy there ignored me when I wouldn't give my phone number and then stared down my daughter until she gave a number. When I asked why he pressured her, someone said the number was needed for returns, which is not true. If they were half respectful of someone's privacy, the store would be fine. But I'm a Karen on this.

I figured maybe it was a fluke at first but have stopped in over the last 6 months when I’m at the mall and it’s the exact same, never any products on the shelf. The customer service isn’t superior by any means either, helping customers seems to be the last priority for this store. Won’t be back……
Brianna Lowe: Unfortunately, this Sephora does not deserve even one star. I was in the store last night looking around. I noticed two of the employees personally shopping together for themselves and did not pay any attention to anyone. Although, a complete different employee was kind enough to help me find a particular product and as I wanted to check out she said that she could not check me out and that one of the other employees would do that for me. I was immediately confused to why this employee could not check me out herself but I patiently waited for 10 minutes while the two other employees were still shopping for themselves. I then gave up waiting and put the products back on the shelves and was about to head out the door. The two employees noticed and finally came over to me as I was heading out and asked if I was all set. I did let those two employees know that I was not all set and I have been waiting a while to be checked out and that I was leaving. The employee looked at me, laughed, and said okay as she gave me a thumbs up. Never have I ever been treated so poorly in a store before. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

She seems to be creating a hostile environment that none of the employees are satisfied in. I hope that this can be resolved quickly as I frequent this store often and would hate to take my business elsewhere.

Not friendly, didn't ask if I needed anything else, so I waited to see if she was going to say thank you. Nope, so I said thank you. Then I told her she needed some customer service classes. I've been a professional business women my whole career. I always greet my customer, ask them their needs and wants and when my service is finished, I say Thank you so much with a smile. It's not that hard. I will go to Ulta from now on...
Vicky Turek: Wow has this store changed! Its so clean, stocked and the Sephora consultants are super helpful. The new Manager informed me I can shop with my JCPenney credit card in Sephora. This is my go to Sephora now!
The review guy: Worst service I have ever had. The lady was very rude and had attitude. Idk if it's because I was a male or what but I will never go back to there stores for my fragrance.

Safa Hasan: A couple years ago me and my daughter decided to get our hair done at the salon in ulta. We both loved the service and the way our hair looked. Me and my daughter have gotten our hair done by almost all the former employees at this salon and we have loved the final result’s of our hair every time. Although after all those employees left things have started to go downhill. The new employee’s being hired are very unprofessional. My daughter has been getting dark brown highlights in her hair for about a year now. Every once in a while she goes back to the salon to get them toned after they fade. The lady who did my daughter’s hair was named Jenna. My daughter was in the salon from 5:00-9:30 she ended up getting her hair dyed lighter than it was when she came in. It looked damaged and blond when she clearly asked for it to be brown. My daughter had also asked her to curl her hair in beach waves afterwards. We paid for both the dying and the styling although after we told Jenna to dye it the right color she told us she would only re dye it and not style it even though we paid for both. I’m sad to say that this salon has completely lost 2 of their clients we will not be going back after this disaster.
Lynn: Just waited 20 mins for the “speedy” online pick up. Called. Then had the pleasure of waiting 10 more mins before someone came out. And by that time I was already walking in.

Stacey McCurley: I love Ulta in Northboro MA because they carry all my favorite brands. They also have an APP and they load coupons on it every week. They also give full size Birthday gifts. I won’t shop at Sephora anymore because they don’t offer coupons and the Birthday gift is always tiny and disappointing.
Rouba Shammas: All I can say right now is that their customer service is outstanding , I walked to exchange an item a friend had given , it was wrong color, a woman showed exactly what color I needed, then at the register 2 people collaborated to do the exchange, such a good experience , I highly recommend this place. AV 2021: Horrible salon service. Went for a blowout and the stylist was clearly amateur. She was doing it so quick..not enough heat.. not organized at all. By end of it, I had hair that I could have set myself without a stylist, it was no where close to a blowout. When asked to fix, all she did is put some hairspray which obviously didn’t do anything. Complete waste of time and money. Not going again!

I always found in stock what I was looking for. I have been going here for years, but I tried their beauty services yesterday for the first time. I booked a haircut with Samantha. Online booking is super easy and convenient and I got an appointment for the next day. Samantha was awesome and I love my new hair!
