McKenna Dome: Sam was the BEST driver during our stay in Boston. We were there on a work trip with customers and everyone commented on how great he was. He was on time for every pick up, helped us load and unload our luggage, and even got out to open doors for us at our destination. He was also flexible with some time changes. If y’all have an employee of the month, Sam should be at the top of the list!!

Darius Corcoran: I've used the services twice once for a transfer to and from a train station just a month ago and many years before that in 2018 to see the Nutcracker at Rosecliff in Newport. Both times we've had great chauffeurs very professional and knowledgeable on how the various equipment worked especially in the limousine we rented for the ballet. Maude: Sharing a pretty bad experience on my wedding day. Warning to brides and grooms - the back windows regretfully do not roll down in the classic Rolls- Royce. Our photographer couldn’t capture the back seat shot and certain photos we were hoping to capture which was pretty disappointing. In addition to the experience, it was also one of the main reasons we went with the classic Rolls- Royce. The worst part was the driver was aware the windows didn’t roll down and didn’t inform us until the photographer asked him to roll down the window. We could have made the most of it if one window was working but BOTH weren’t working. It is a luxury rental at a premium so there is an expectation that everything is working. This is also not listed on their website and we were not informed during booking or day of. We would have gone with a different option if we knew the vehicle was not fully operational. When we reached out to share this information, they first told my wedding planner they couldn't do anything about it. When I called, they offered for us to come back and take pictures with the car. For me to pay for hair and makeup all over again, clean my dress and buy flights (all our of pocket expenses) to take pictures with the car made no sense. It was an offer that wasn’t helpful and dismissive. I had to follow up a number of times and send emails for them to get back to me for some type of resolution and make my case to even get something back which wasn’t much at all. It was a pretty disappointing experience.** Adding further context to Le Limo's response -I shared that I was not happy with the $175 refund when I paid over $1500 for the rental. Back seat wedding photo is actually very common. I would hope a rental company for weddings would know this. Classic or not you should have communicated this as the driver was aware and it took several follow up calls and emails to get some type result.

Owen Nizolek: Me and my friends had a great experience with Le Limo. We rented a 24-passenger party bus to take us from Boston to Fairlee, Vermont for a formal. The administration was very easy to deal with; we communicated effectively and quickly over the phone and arranged a payment with no issues. The driver, Eric, was friendly, arrived 30 minutes early, called in advance, and had no problems making multiple stops along the route. The bus was clean and provided a great atmosphere for my friends and I. There was a full bar with glasses and ice, led lights and speakers to help provide a fun experience for everyone aboard. Laura Perry: We tried Knight's Limousine for the first time to get us to and from Boston Logan International Airport. We normally would have driven ourselves (90+ minutes each way) and paid to park, but decided it might be worth trying this service instead. It was so worth it. The drivers were friendly and accommodating. Both commutes were in there middle of the night, and they respected our desired level of interaction. They dropped us off right at our terminal and picked us up nearby, making sure we knew exactly where to find them. Bonus points for getting us through all the Boston construction madness in one piece and on time. I highly recommend this service.

Jay Roy USA: We’ve used First Choice many times to get to the airport. Great staff and good vehicles. The prices have gone up though so I don’t see the value anymore unless there’s a couple of us.

I called First class to see if there was any availability and told them about what happened with the other company. I was told I would get a call back inntwi minutes twice. No return call and when I tried to call back it went voicemail .Update: did get a call back from a member of the company. They did apologize and that they would follow up with the individual.

Bryan Stipek: Review Part 2:Chris was our 25-passenger party bus driver. We had already been dropped off by our limo at the venue to take photos with our photographer before this service was to start so most of the experience in this review is second-hand from our guests. As previously discussed with First Choice Limo, all our shuttle times was both in our contract and on our wedding website for our guests knowledge. The shuttle was to make two trips for drop-off to cocktail hour and reception, leaving the hotel at 4:30pm & 5:00pm to be dropped off at 4:45pm & 5:15pm at Harrington Farm. The shuttle was to make five trips (4 advertised on our website & the 5th specifically for the bridal only) for pickup from the venue to drop off at the hotel, leaving Harrington Farm at 8:15, 8:45, 9:15, 9:45 & the last one for the bridal party at 10:15pm, dropping off at the hotel at 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, & 10:30pm.Our guests told us that the first shuttle arrived at the hotel for pick up on time at 4:30, however, the second shuttle did not arrive on time for the 5pm pickup. Many guests missed the cocktail hour (5-6pm) altogether including the father of the bride, the parents & sister of the groom, & a bridal party kid. We're not sure what the driver was doing as this is a large gap in time. We were lucky the guests of honor arrived in time for the parent dances. Although the majority of the feedback for the guests ride back to the hotel at the end of the night was that the music was fun and enjoyable, we were also told that he drove fast (probably because he was behind schedule) and recklessly as our guests slide across the limo-like seats often. We were enjoying dancing at our reception so we are not sure when the first shuttle at the end of the night arrived; however, we do know that by the close of the reception at 9:45 (the last advertised bus for guests), there was no bus waiting for pickup. Chris didn't leave with the last guests until 10:20pm.Then, it was our first-hand experience at the end of the night when we were expected to catch the shuttle ride back to our hotel. Knowing the last guest shuttle was behind schedule, we knew a round trip was about 30 min so were expecting to be picked up at 10:50pm (instead of originally scheduled 10:15pm); however, we were not picked up until after 11pm. Again, we're not quite sure what the driver was doing as the distance between the hotel and venue was only 15 min. We felt bad for the venue because the workers had to stay until we left and we were supposed to have been gone 45 minutes prior to pick up. Once picked up, Chris smelt like straight cigarette smoke. It was very potent and off-putting. We could only assume the reason he was behind schedule all day and all night was because he took smoke breaks. Through personal experience, we can agree with our guests that Chris drove fast and recklessly for our ride back as well; however, we did enjoy the music. By the time we arrived at the hotel, it was after 11:30pm and after checking into our room and changing out of our wedding dress/suit, we had missed 1.5hrs of our after party and the bar had already closed. Needless to say, it wasn't the way we intended to spend our time at our after-party. Overall, terrible experience with the shuttle service and Chris.All in all, I would still recommend First Choice Limo as a company. However, I would definitely suggest asking who your driver will be as I would not recommend Chris & confirming what vehicle will arrive.
Amanda Stipek: Review Part 1:We used First Choice Limo for our wedding day. We got married at our church in Maynard, MA and our reception was at Harrington Farm in Princeton, MA. We utilized their services for a limo for the wedding party to get from the getting ready location to the church and again from the church to the reception. We also utilized their services for a guest shuttle from the hotel to the reception for cocktail hour and after the reception back to the hotel.First Choice Limo was quick to reply to my initial inquiry via The Knot and any additional queries I had after booking up until the big day. Anyone I spoke to over the phone was very friendly. They worked with us for the services we were looking for and worked with our budget as we were inquiring about two different services. We were happy we could find a company that allowed us to get both a limo and shuttle to transport guests for a reasonable price. It was hard to find a company that allowed a guest shuttle to be used for the beginning of cocktail hour and post-reception transportation back to the hotel without charging us an arm and a leg for the entire duration from the start of first pick up, even though we didn't need services during the actual reception. We were super thankful that First Choice Limo allowed a 4-hour shuttle service to be split 2 hours for cocktail hour drop off and 2 hours for hotel drop off as paying for 6-7 hours would have been unnecessary money spent while the driver sat and waited for the reception to end.In our contract, we had a 16-passenger Lincoln Navigator and an older Cadillac Escalade arrived. Not a big deal to us because we got from point A to point B with no issues, but it not the vehicle we had purchased. Phil was our limo driver. He was dressed professionally, in a suit, and was very polite. The limo was clean, had celebratory champagne, water, soda, and red carpet service. Phil knew back roads from our church to the reception venue as our wedding was a Friday afternoon and we knew there would be rush hour traffic on Route 2 during that time. We arrived on schedule to the reception and the ride was pleasant. Overall, great experience with the limo service and Phil!

Andrea Tavares: Buyer Beware! Would not recommend. Was quoted a price for a 16 passenger Lincoln Navigator and an older Cadillac Escalade showed up. Email confirmation was confusing and listed both vehicles. The escalade had the rear bumper falling off, noticeable dents along the doors and side. Inside, red duct tape was on several of the heat vents, dirty throw carpets covered the advertised "hardwood floors", the interior was extremely dirty (sand/glitter/crumbs all over seats) and was in overall very poor condition.Additionally, the following items did not work but were advertised on the company's website for being included: screens TV/DVD, stereo system, iPod dock was no where to be found, at least half of the fiber optic lights, strobe lights, external strobes, built-in fireplace, and privacy screen. Additionally, none of the power outlets worked.The trip began and a wall screen encasement fell off the wall, exposing ducts and wires. The driver stopped and tried to fix it but kept falling. We, the passengers, duct taped it to the window. A little while later, a second encasement fell and hit a passenger on the head, again duct taped to window but both fell several more times during the trip. The driver stopped for gas and snacks on the way (we did not ask him to) and on the way home was swerving all over the highway.Contact was made with the company on 9/1 to report these issues and a small refund of $325 was given (total bill was $1,860). We believe they knowingly sent a vehicle not fit for the road and put our safety in danger. Their website picture and description of the escalade vehicle is false advertising since it looks nothing like it and has none of the features listed. They also bait and switched when a price for a different vehicle (navigator) was quoted and appeared on the confirmation email but sent an obvious lesser limo in it's place.
Isabella Richard: Hired limo for a four hour block for wedding on 6/18 first three hours of service were perfect. Driver showed up on time and was very attentive. We had a scheduled pick up time at the end of the night and no one showed up. Called drivers personal number numerous times no answer and called main business line who finally got a hold of him 50 minutes after scheduled pickup. It was raining and cold we Uber’d home.Company did refund money for last hour no questions asked just wasn’t the best way to end our wedding. Adam Myers: Overall this is a great service. On time, clean, helpful and professional. They know what they’re doing and do it in a safe manor. My only ding would be on a pick up from Logan very late at night. We were down about quarter to a half mile from where the driver parked. When I told him where I was he sad it would be easier for us to find him. Normally that’s fine but with luggage, kids and their luggage and my wife and her luggage it was a tough journey. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. By no means does this influence my trust in them. If they say they’ll be there at 5:00 they are early. Every time. Thank you for that. If I could give 4 1/2 stars that would be more accurate.
