American Ballroom & Latin Dance studio: what do users think?
Ivette Arroyo: Had a great time with my grandchildren ☺️ Clean and safe! Hidden gem for toddlers to play indoors.
Brittany Delage: Awful experience
Skyler Acconcio: Copied from FB by another consumer and posted here for visibility, since they’ve turned off comments on their Facebook page and are not registered with the BBB:“I want to expand on our experience at ABL Dance in West Boylston last night. We had signed [redacted] up for what was described as a Beginner to Intermediate Rock n Roll Dance+Acro class. She’s got a year of tap and Ballet under her belt and she was super excited to do this.Upon meeting the teacher, she looked [redacted] up and down and said “yeah we’ll see how this goes”. At that point I should have left, I knew she had already judged [redacted] abilities all in that moment. They entered the dance studio and [redacted] was doing a great job watching her peers (who all appeared to have been training with this woman for years)and trying everything. 22 minutes into this class the instructor brings [redacted] out, and in front of her, tells me that [redacted] is too slow and she shouldn’t be in a dance class at all.[redacted] was doing her best. If you advertise a class as including beginners, you should expect all levels. I can’t believe we still live in a world where my child’s abilities were judged on sight and diagnosis alone, before she was even given a chance to perform.”
Erin Robitaille: The way this company treated a young girl with a disability is disturbing. No child should be kicked out of ANY class on their first day and made to feel how this instructor made her feel. Do not recommend.
Hailee Jacobson: A dance studio is where children come to gain confidence, build friendships and have fun. This is not the case here! This studio exhibited exclusion and discrimination at the lowest level. Don’t go!
Ashley Bonanno: They are completely awful for what they did to the poor girl Lucy! I would never take a child there or take a class there!

ILTA Dance Studio: what do users think?
William penha: It was really nice taking personal classes here. It a small studio and really friendly. I've had opportunities to practice and adjust lessons based on my availability.
Alexandra Jillson: We cannot say enough good things about ILTA Dance Studio! My now husband and I had private dance lessons with Ilana for our first dance of our wedding. She was flexible and kind and helped us learn our dance so quickly. We also were able to come in and practice as needed! Everyone loved our first dance and the entire thing went so smoothly the day of! We 100% recommend ILTA Dance Studio!
Alphan Ulusoy: I brought my 4yo sons for group lessons and they really enjoyed it. Our teacher was awesome and got along with all the kids really well.
Michelle Santos: We’ll…all started with our wedding. I finally convinced my husband that we needed a dance so from that I asked Ilana to help me (save me) and there we were. Jenya (our dance instructor) was a fairy…she made my husband dance with only 2 weeks of practice. Everyone couldn’t believe that my husband was dancing ( put up a show!) in our wedding. Ty Ilana…ty Jenya😍 😘
Nitza Avni: Ilta’s group and private dance lessons are great. My instructor Tamaz is a gifted ballroom teacher. He knows every technique to turn his students into accomplished dancers. He has an easy and very clear way of teaching the most complicated dance steps. If I think that a dance step is not within my reach, then with limitless patience and persistent guidance he makes it happen every single time. There is an enormous satisfaction in achieving the unimaginable and for that I am very grateful.
Larisa Golikova: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueIt feels like a family.
Anna Anderson: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueHave been with them since 2006. Love taking classes and now my two girls also take competitive ballroom dancing there.
Tatiana Ivanov: The best studio ever! The teachers created a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere for students of all ages and abilities. Your lessons will be tailored to your needs, whether you want to show some smooth moves at the next birthday party or to compete on a national level. No matter how stressed or tired I am, a lesson with Ilana or Tamaz will make it all better.
Hernando Barake: Positive:CommunicationExcellence in communicating to each partner how to lead, follow, and establish connection. Highly recommended!
Nayda Aurora Cuevas: My now 9 yr old son will be entering his third year at Iltas studio. We love the studio. Professional, caring and passionate about students and dancing, competitive if thats of interest. Has a nice community of parents that love all things ballroom. It provides my son with skill, good posture, rythmic movements, teaches importance of how one presents themselves.
Tatyana Rabin: I've been a student at this wonderful place for over 12 years. This studio and the teachers changed my life. It's not just the professionalism and patience that these teachers have for all of their students, but their love and want for their students to succeed, is what still amazes me. Every lesson makes me feel great. Always leave the studio in amazing mood.
Jessica Balcom: We absolutely love Ilta Dance Studio!! We went here for our wedding dance lessons. We wanted to learn something simple, but beautiful for our first dance. We booked one lesson with Tamaz and quickly decided to take more because we had such a wonderful time!! He is an amazing teacher and made everything feel easy and comfortable. Neither of us are dancers, but we absolutely loved learning our dance and did it perfectly at our wedding. We made memories to last a lifetime and will definitely be back to dance at this amazing studio :)
Ekaterina Sinitskaya: Great atmosphere
Ketevan Ivaneishvili (Katie): Love this place! Like the family ! Professional teachers !!!
Michael Conboy: I found Ilta by simply searching for dance studios in my area and Ilta was one of the most highly reviewed/rated. They also offered a free intro class, so I was sold on them from the beginning. My wife and I went to our first class and had Ilana as our initial instructor. She showed us the basic steps of the Foxtrot and Rhumba. We were there to learn some dancing for our first dance, so Ilana also listened to our song choices and advised us on what steps we could use for them. Before starting private classes for our first dance at the wedding, we took a 6-week intro to ballroom dancing with Jenya as our instructor. After the 6-week course, which was very reasonably priced, we started our private instruction, again with Jenya as our instructor. Jenya is fantastic. Not only is she a great dancer in her own right, but she’s also a patient and great dance teacher as well. We ended up taking 10 private classes with her and she helped us choreograph our whole song. If I had to do it again, or if I ever need dance instruction again, I will be sure to go to Jenya and Ilta. I also highly recommend asking Jenya to try to distract you during your practice sessions. Practicing home alone is easy; dancing in front of one person who is your instructor and knows everything you do wrong can be intimidating, but manageable; dancing in front of 100+ people at your wedding is terrifying and learning to focus on the dance and not the people watching you, I think, was a great help. Jenya is also hilarious with her distractions and includes clapping, talking to no one, commenting on phantom salads, and the occasional moonwalk (which got me).
Katherine Martinez: The are no words to describe how much I love this place! I was in a project in Boston and decided to take latin dance classes. Ilana and Jenya are the most amazing instructors I've had in my life. They are extremely dedicated to their students, caring and overall they are looking to make you successful at dancing. I was there for about 20 classes and now that I'm away from Boston I realize how much I miss them. Looking for the best dance studio in Boston? Look no further! ILTA is the place to learn and have fun!
Nina DeLoge: Excellence in every way!Beyond their evident love of dance, Tamaz and Ilana are gifted dancers and uniquely gifted teachers. Success in their commitment to impart and instill a love of dance in every student, however young or old, with whatever goals, is testament to their ever generous effort, talent and experience. The environment at ILTA is safe, nurturing and joyful and dance instruction is highly professional, always purposeful and so much fun! This is a studio that welcomes all to participate, through showcases, practices and parties, in a friendly, respectful, inclusive dance community.Tamaz is a wonderfully creative instructor. Encouraging, patient, considerate and constructive, he has a unique ability to assess and understand how and what I need to learn. Knowing that he expects my best effort and trusting in his confidence in me, each lesson leaves me inspired, eager to learn more, looking forward to the next!
simon shendelman: At ILTA studio I've learned a lot and still continue to improve my Ballroom skills, thanks to their wonderful and professional staff.Tamaz, Ilana & Jenya are absolutely the best in this field.I highly recommend to anyone who likes dancing.
Valerie Abelis: Incredible child and adult studio with one-of-a kind coaches! I've been dancing at ILTA for 8.5 years - having had the privilege of experiencing their private lessons, as well as their group classes-, and I can't imagine being anywhere else. Whether your goal is social dancing, preparing a number for a special event, or becoming a part of the competitive world, ILTA will provide you with exactly what you're looking for, and more. All of the teachers here adapt to their students' learning styles, while providing the highest possible level of coaching in a fun and engaging way. By choosing to become part of the welcoming and caring ILTA community, you are sure to form new friendships and to discover a love for dance!
Sarah Bernadette: We are so lucky to have found ILTA. Ilana has been teaching us and another couple in private lessons and we've grown by leaps and bounds in a short amount of time. Lessons are personalized, fun and the time flies by! We are really inspired to practice and continue to learn more and more. We highly recommend this studio!
Ilya Bass: We've been taking dance lessons here for a few years and highly recommend this studio. They have wonderful teachers for kids of and adults of all ages. Latin, ballroom, American, International - all styles. Friendly atmosphere and very individualized approach to teaching.

Dance Republic: what do users think?
Health Enthusiast: Ramon gave us a 30min free lesson. His teachings are clear and organized. He gave us the prices $440/5 private couple lessons or 2x$170/10 group lessons. We are considering what is best.
Alex Kiperberg: Great place to learn dancing!
Spe K Mugakasana: Oh I miss dancing with Ramon,he was fantastic with making my 2 left feet move to rythm.I want to come back again but I dnt know the dynamics in this crazy world. Thanks you
Lawrence Wang: Beautiful studio with friendly people and amazing teachers! You’ll have a blast here!
Katie Pendred: You will not be disappointed with Dance Republic! I was initially drawn to DR’s Salsa and Bachata lessons, but quickly became a regular at all of the ballroom classes. They allow a fun and approachable way to becoming a dancer or continuing your practice. The teachers really do their best to pay individual attention to all dancers even in group classes; which you will not find anywhere else. Ramon Campos is an exceptionally talented instructor and he is always putting his students first. Within a short six months he had me feeling a huge sense of accomplishment, improvement, and confidence! The entire team instantly made me feel like a part of the ballroom family and for that I am forever grateful. Thank you! -Katie
Ethan Fener: Success!Needed help with the father/daughter dance at her wedding. Denis was fabulous! Don’t let his boyish face fool you. He choreographed something with an intro and finish that was achievable and looked great. My daughter lives in NY so we had only one session together. My wife was a stand-in so I learned how to lead in 4 lessons.During our one actual father/daughter lesson (a double), Denis did the most important thing: he taught her how to be led. Young people have no experience with connected dancing. He spent a while doing exercises so she learned to mirror his movements. That worked wonders. She easily learned the steps after that and we were cooking. Can’t wait to see the video.Oh yes, Olga and the other instructors are good. The studio is spacious and parking is easy. Their computer system has a mind of its own, but don’t sweat it.

ABL DanceSport Center: what do users think?
Riley Ventura: 👍
Elliot Castaneda: This place is discriminatory against kids with disabilities! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do NOT recommend!!!!
Dan Prue: If you don't look the part they want nothing to do with you, stay away from this place
Saniyya Moreno: They ridicule children instead of teaching, even if they have special needs. The responses to the reviews alone say enough about the mental stability and mindset of the staff at this place.
Tatti: Extremely professional. My daughter takes dance classes at ABL since 2018. She developed so many skills… Coach Olga is really good with kids (they listen and respect her a lot)
Chris Leal: BE AWARE OF THIS OWNER OLGA!!Don't trust this owner she owns a company in Tampa Florida called "The Airosphere" she's a lair and extremely money hungry!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!! YOU MAY READ MY REVIEW OF MY EXPERIENCE AS I REACH OUT TO OLGA WAS TOLD SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID AND SHE EXPECTS WE SHOULD PAY AFTER BEING IN HER PLACE FOR 10 MINUTES AND SEEING THROW UP IN ONE OF THE BOUNCE HOUSES I WAS TOLD BY HER STAFF THEY WOULD GET TO IT WHEN THEY CAN AND WALK AWAY?? I WANT A REFUND AND WANT TO LEAVE OLGA REFUSES.POOR BUSINESS OLGA.
Healthy Duct, LLC: Fun, friendly and great instruction . Reserve at a time because they sell out
Mili Whipple: We had a great experience celebrating my daughter's birthday party at ABL. The owners were very nice and tried to accommodate every request we had. In my opinion their price was very fair for what they offer.
Elif Asar: A place to learn ballroom dance, to practice, to attend ballroom social nights, to host parties, etc. You can purchase dance shoes and brushes. The staff is very friendly. There is social parties every Saturday with some showcases.
Vera Kacevich: Any good reviews on this website are made by the owner to get the reviews up. This owner is rude and makes her students nothing important. Any ‘acrobatic’ aspect of this studio consists of 5 minutes of fast cartwheels and useless conditioning. The choreography is poorly made and the music choice is horrible and does not match the genre. There is no real “team” and if you are on one it means you do a solo because there are no dancers on a team. When the teacher says contemporary, it means slow, ugly, movements. Do not waste your money on this overpriced garbage.
irina wertheim: Great ballroom dance instructors for new or experienced dancers. I tried various classes. The teachers are patient and positive, and make it very fun to dance. I was looking for the largest dance school in this area. The classes are very reasonably priced and allows me to attend at my own schedule, which is great!
Kato Wisniewski: Went to dance party twice.Music could have been better. Need a little help on dance music selections.A rumba wasn't a rumba.Cha cha didn't give flavor or Timing of cha cha. Felt a bit was off.Waltz was too fast, or some too slow.DJ played popular top hits music and called it out as if it's for each style of dance.I think if he do a little more research or buy music for ballroom dance it would be better.
Kristine Cobb: My husband and I have been taking ballroom dance lessons for several years. The instructors at ABL are all highly qualified. They are also extremely friendly and helpful. Great place!

Hamby Ballroom Dance Studio: what do users think?
Maryann Jacobs: My husband and I have been taking weekly private couples lessons with Suzanne for over two years, and have been thoroughly impressed. When we first took dance lessons over 25 years ago, we thought our instructor was great. But after working with Suzanne we see what a truly gifted teacher can offer. She quickly figures out what we are doing wrong and offers good suggestions on how to fix mistakes. She doesn't just teach the motions of a "step" but goes into the body position, balance and technique that make it exceptional. Suzanne is patient when we repeat mistakes or demonstrate "fish memory," and employs creative teaching techniques- when one approach doesn't resonate, she quickly changes tack to find one that does. She is very personable, professional and courteous, with a quick wit and sense of humor. We have a blast and laugh through each lesson. We highly recommend Suzanne Hamby to anyone wishing to begin learning ballroom dancing or improve dance technique.
Whitney: My husband and I recently completed a package of dance lessons at the Hamby Ballroom Dance Studio. We adored our instructor, Dick, who was patient, kind, and made us laugh, all of which helped us relax and learn the proper dance steps. Over the course of 1.5 months, we got enough of the American foxtrot down to make the first dance look successful.Thank you, Dick and Suzanne!

Star Dance School Brighton: what do users think?
Amy: My husband (Nick) and I highly recommend Star Dance School! We were looking somewhere to go for some dance date nights and to also get some tips for dancing at our wedding. We ended up signing up for the “Gold Wedding Package” (which is a great value) and had a blast working with Peter! Peter not only helped us out with our first dance song, but also worked with us on a final fun dance. We are not expert dancers yet we pulled off some jumps and spins like pros. Our guests were blown away! Nick and I had a great time learning new dance moves and felt so confident during our reception…. I love my husband’s dance moves, but he can be shy about them. Peter gave him some tips and Nick was on the dance floor most of the night! By choice!Post wedding, we are excited to take advantage of the group classes, and I am sure we will have a blast. Thank you, Peter!
Su Dong: Never thought my daughter would enjoy dancing this much. Thank you so much Peter for your patience and encouragement. Nothing like seeing a child with so much joy on the dance floor. Also the group dance class are lots of fun what a great way to make friends and kick off some calories. If you looking to become a pro you are off for a great start 👍
Thomas Martin: Friendly owners, nice practice space.
Paskan D: Like this studio a lot of good coaches and people
Janessa Dooley: The owner is very nice surprisingly i talked to him over the phone and i was wrong i bet that the money you pay is worth it i cant wait to have my daughter go to this school
Jaybabyboom Dooley: I called for ballet classes they only offer private classes and its expansive
Siddhartha Chowdhury: Great school and great teachers. Peter and Dakota rock it.

Arthur Murray Dance Studio of Cambridge: what do users think?
Michael Creedon: The teachers were very patient and supportive. We had fun at every lesson
Manasi Doshi: If you're looking for a neat, clean studio with friendly and professional instructors, this is your place. The dance program is catered to meet all types of student requirements - wedding dances to dance competitions with everything in between. I've been loving every thing about the studio: personal and group lessons, themed dance parties, and (the best part) the instructors. Rubin is fabulous! He introduced me to so many dances in a few short weeks while ensuring that I keep improving my technique. The instructors are all extremely skilled and great at what they do. All of my lessons with Christian, Lance, Dasha, Valerie, Dave, Mady have been excellent. And Natalie makes the whole experience perfect!
Larisa Gorbatova: Absolutely best choice for those who is fond of dancing! Very professional team and amazing atmosphere! I moved to Cambridge last November, and was looking for a dance school, where I could try various dance styles. Arthur Murray Cambridge had a lot of information on its website, unlike some of the other studios I tried, and Christian, one of the co-owners, responded very quickly to my request. In a week I became a student, and now it's kind of a second home to me as well as to some of my fellow students. The guys are doing fantastic job, not only teaching you how to dance, but also inspiring you to find your own way of dancing through life❤️
Tiffany Wong: Arthur Murray Cambridge is truly a gem of a studio. The staff is so professional and friendly and they really strive to make each lesson effective. My husband and I went originally to choreograph and learn our wedding dance but we've continued taking lessons over a year later! It's a great activity to do as a couple and I love feeling more comfortable with moving my body. Our instructor Lance is the BEST!! He knows everything. There are lots of group lessons as well so you can learn outside of your personal lessons. Mady is so fun, Ruben has so much flair and Dave breaks down topics so well. It's also such a joy to see Natalie's radiant personality at the desk every time I'm there! :)
Olaf Christensen: What a great place to be!When I entered the Arthur Murray Cambridge studio for the very first time I was just planning to take a few private dance lessons in preparation for our anniversary party. Needless to say, I got hooked immediately and haven’t stop dancing since. The instructors are fun, amazing and talented; always trying to accommodate my dancing skills and needs. Under Christian’s and Kia’s lead, they make this studio a unique, artistic but relaxed, yet vibrant place. I think that’s what attracts most of the students and makes socializing easy. You just want to be part of the team.In the beginning I was terrified to put myself out there, to dance in front of other people or to participate at any of the ( absolutely fun!) studio events, but the instructors helped me to feel comfortable, and build up my dancing self esteem. Now I can’t wait to dance my next solo and participate in bigger events like the Dance-O-Rama.Kudos to Natalie who always welcomes me with a smile, but most of all to my wonderful teachers! Rubin, you not only made me fall in love with Lindy Hop, but you also opened me up to a whole new world of dance! Lance, you add a special spark to every dance! My only regret is that I didn’t discover the Arthur Murray Cambridge Dance studio earlier!Isabella
Sumaiya Iqbal: Arthur Murray Dance studio at Cambridge is my happy place :)Starting to dance there was a part of my exploratory actions to find an activity and a place to be carefree, smile, perform, express myself, ... and love myself! And I found all of that in Arthur Murray Dance studio! My trainers, Rubin and Dave, are passionate, funny, caring, and above all, great dancers! But all the other staff are warm and welcoming. I highly, highly recommend Arthur Murray Dance studio at Cambridge!
Caroline Kerr: We started out taking lessons here for our wedding and stayed because it was a super fun community. The staff is all amazing and welcoming and it's a great place to learn to dance. They have social dance parties to practice your skills as well too!
Charlotte Slate: We had dance lessons before our wedding with Melissa and we can’t say enough about her. Melissa was so engaged, fun, PATIENT, and welcoming. She truly made us enjoy the whole process and helped us create the perfect and most fun dance for our wedding. Highly recommend taking lessons here!!
Anjanay Kumar: I've deeply enjoyed my time at Arthur Murray. The lessons are fantastic, but the larger offering of group, social variety, and skill classes are the real value proposition the studio offers. I went from being uncomfortable with partner dancing to able to hold my own in completely foreign dances based on my experiences over the course of 2 months at Arthur Murray, and I'm looking forward to the next two months and more.
Aimee Browne: I have had a wonderful experience at Arthur Murray of Cambridge. The community of dancers and teachers here are so kind and welcoming, it is a fan, relaxing and inspiring environment. The teachers listen to what you hope to achieve and tailor lessons to you specifically and work at a pace that is appropriate for you. I would highly recommend this studio if you're looking to learn!
Mia Tong: Arthur Murray looks nice from the outside but beware of constantly changing instructors and noisy surroundings. I got message reminders prior to lessons but an instructor contacted me via phone call to reschedule me and left a voicemail without confirming the new time. Then when I showed he waited ten minutes and feigned ignorance before letting me know that he left a message. It was a waste of my time as a customer and unprofessional behavior. The worst is that it was clear that it was prompted by a time that there was some tardiness on our side but to retaliate against the customer/client is not professional behavior and is rather rude and disrespectful. Overall it gave the sense of being uncoordinated because I was sent a message via IM which the instructor denied any knowledge of but was told in under 24 hrs via a voicemail of a different time and then told that the time that was confirmed via IM couldn't have possibly been scheduled, thus making it appear that it was my misunderstanding. Then we were condescended for missing the voicemail. It was unpleasant and bizarre, and meant to place blame on the customer/client.
Amanda Galeno: I had the most magical experience at this studio on a Friday night. I had been at the restaurant next door for what was supposed to be a first date...The gentleman did not show up. As I returned to my car a bit bummed and embarrassed, I looked up and saw the Arthur Murray studio.Inside were stunning chandeliers and people dancing beautifully. I decided to go in and check it out. I'm so glad I did. I was greeted by a welcoming, diverse, and extremely talented staff. When I explained what had happened they were able to create a lesson for me and I was on the dance floor smiling and twirling within 10 minutes. It was the perfect balance of fun and technique. They turned what could have been a depressing evening into a night of pure joy. I will definitely be returning to this studio.
Jane Smith: The first time I went I almost left because I was so nervous but I am very happy that I stayed. I was first greeted by Kat who is super nice. She introduced me to Christian who sat with me and asked me about why I was interested in dancing and explained my first lesson and then he introduced me to my instructor Tom. I have been going for a few weeks and now work with Lance. I didn’t think I would like having two instructors but I do like the different variety of teaching. When I am dancing I feel like a different person. I never thought I would be comfortable enough to stick with it. Everyone there is so patient and encouraging. I am so happy that I didn’t turn and leave and can’t wait to learn more!
Ada F.: Fun time with friendly and supportive everyone.
Raina Searles: Love taking dance classes here with my husband! We’ve been able to learn all the basics of dance and start advancing our skills.
Rachel Carron: I loved taking dance lessons here! Mac was a great and attentive dance teacher and kept things light and fun. We will be back for more lessons and social classes! The studio is awesome and attainable with offerings of free classes/events through Nift
Adam Kalai: Fun, friendly and skilled teachers. Helped me overcome my fear of dancing. Thanks!
Sam Naseef: We couldn't recommend Arthur Murray more highly! We wanted to prepare for our first wedding dance, and needed something to do while we were stuck inside over quarantine winter, so we turned to Arthur Murray and their virtual dance class offerings. Everyone we interacted with at Artur Murray was extremely talented, very helpful, and excited to help us in whatever way they could. We learned multiple dances that went along with our song, plus some other dances for quicker songs. The coaches also gave us a framework for the choreography so that we could have something to work from that made the dance look and feel great, and didn't require memorizing exactly what to do step by step for the entire song.It felt as though everyone at Arthur Murray was personally invested in making our first dance exactly what we wanted it to be.
Rose Iorillo: I've walked by this studio every day for the past couple of years, and finally had the chance to check it out after being gifted a couple of free lessons. I had SO MUCH FUN! My instructor was super outgoing and we laughed a lot, but he also was a very clear teacher. I have years of dance experience that for the most part was social dancing, so he really focused on the technique without making me feel overwhelmed. The lessons aren't cheap, and this is definitely a more professional focus as opposed to dancing casually, but as I mentioned, it's a lot of fun. Would recommend for someone interested in leveling up and/or showcasing a lot of different styles of dance.
An Phan: The studio is spacious, well kept, the air is clean with room filters, masks are mandated, hand sanitizers abound, attendance is limited to comply with Covid 19 regulations. The instructors Alex and Dan are highly qualified, energetic, friendly and flexible to students' schedule. I love coming to AM Dance studio in Cambridge for the energy of the place and the incredible learning experience from both individual instructions with extra added teachers and from useful group classes.
William Rowell: Great staff and studio

Cal Mitchell: Can’t imagine a better salsa studio.Great instructors, slightly too crowded dance floor, and excellent community of people.
Stacey Gravel: We took the beginner class and it was a great introduction to salsa. They teach you a lot in six weeks but we were able to stop and ask questions when needed.
saumia santana: They team is super talented and do a great job teaching. Need more bachata though 😉

Dance Fever Studio: what do users think?
Laura Bandila Goldberger: This is a welcoming and inspiring place for all who love to dance. I confidently recommend it.
Davide Cis: Positive:ProfessionalismMy child has danced here for the last three years and loved every moment. Teachers are patient and skilled. A fantastic dance studio overall with a great group of supportive dance students.
Patricia Somera: I have been a student at Dance Fever for a few years now and I would like to say I am very glad I found this place to continue my passion for dancing. The staff is very accommodating and encouraging to their students while also bringing out the best dancer in each of them. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who loves dancing whether it's recreational or competitive. What I also like is how they offer dance classes for all ages so anyone at any age can learn ballroom dancing. I am currently an undergraduate student and despite being extremely busy with school on my weekdays, dance classes at Dance Fever is good time to spend away from home and school. Thank you Dance Fever for helping me continue what I love doing.
Emily Packer: Positive:Professionalism,Quality
Anastasia Koretsky: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value
Irina Sydorchenko: I highly recommend this studio! Very welcoming and friendly staff. They really bring out the best in the kids and push them to their full potential!
Rena Branover: I have been at Dance Fever for almost ten years now, and I would 100% recommend. Dance Fever is a very friendly, welcoming, and enjoyable place for children and adults. There are a numerous amount of teachers that are all very devoted, dedicated, and passionate about their students and teaching. They offer private classes, technique classes, and practice nights for all ages as well. Dance Fever has ballroom and latin dancing. Dance Fever also lets everyone who is interested take part in the competitions that the studio attends. Overall, Dance Fever is a wonderful environment with an amazing staff and amazing students and would definitely be worth your money.
Rachel Gamburg: Dance Fever Studio is definitely the best studio I have ever been to. The teachers care about each and every student individually and they really focus on how to make every one a great dancer. From young kids to adults, there are so many different communities that make it feel like another home. Because of this studio, I was able to be nationally ranked. The support, the inclusive environment, and the high level teachers have made this studio the best studio ever.
Sarah Seltser: Great Studio. I’ve been going here for a really long time and have never been disappointed. Great Teachers, Lots of space, nice employees and FUN FOR KIDS!! If your looking for a ballroom dance studio this is the place to go. Never been anywhere better. I saved the best for last... Really recommend Sergi and Sveta good dancers and professionals
Алена Аблицова: Very good dance studio!
Aleksandr Kalenyuk: 👍👍👍👍
Sonya Dolghii: Amazing studio with lots of space, hardworking teachers, and warm atmosphere!!
Marina Baklanova: My son has been talking ballroom dance classes there for almost a year now. We are blown away with their approach: they demand a lot, but at the same time they manage to keep it fun for the kids! Amazing experience!
Francis Butler: Our experience with Dance Fever began in Santa Barbara, not Boston, but it reflects on the business practices in both places. After we posted an accurate review for the Montecito (Santa Barbara) branch, Emil Ioukhnikov, an owner of the franchise, called and threatened to contact his lawyer if we did not remove it. Sleaze permeates the organization at both ends of the country! Here is our review of the Montecito branch:Dance Fever, a franchise of a company in Boston, opened in Santa Barbara in the summer of 2014. It is run by Anastasia Banderovskaia and Vasily Golovin.Unfortunately, Anastasia and Vasily’s unquestionable ability as dancers and teachers is completely undermined by their desire to make a fast buck and business practices that can hardly be called honest. In dealing with Dance Fever Santa Barbara, our family has experienced:1) Sudden, unannounced price increases2) Announcement of a nearly threefold price increase for children’s participation in acompetition a few hours before the registration closed—at a point where it is very hard to back out without upsetting the children.3) Encouragement of cash payments (with no receipts given for cash payments).4) Group children’s lessons with children of multiple experience levels and a wide age range (sometimes contradicting information on Dance Fever’s website or fliers), which make the lessons largely useless and a waste of customers’ money.5) Anastasia and Vasily ignoring the rules posted on their own site, and then changing the posted rules to bring them into line with their new practices.6) Anastasia and Vasily expelling our children from private lessons without an explanation in the middle of prepaid package of private lessons.7) Anastasia and Vasily posting videos of our minor children on the internet without our knowledge or consent. If you want to try Dance Fever Santa Barbara, be prepared for you and your children to experience deception, stress, and unpleasant situations. After that, Anastasia and Vasily may tell the other parents what terrible people you are.
sky fly: I've been going to Dance Fever for years, this is the best studio in the area. Teachers are fantastic and love to teach, students of all ages and skill levels, and everyone there is super friendly. All-around best community I've ever been a part of. Mostly Russians but anyone is welcome. It's got 5 spacious well-lit ballrooms, and sometimes it even gets crowded from all the lessons and groups and practicing visitors coming and going. Just about always open to come in and practice, and there's plenty of professional and youth teachers to go around.
