She didn’t offer me any assistance or anything else other than “I don’t know”. Very poor customer service.

I have avoided patronizing WalMart for about 8 years due to a near total lack of customer service: refusal to accept returns even with a receipt, pharmacist shouting embarrassing details about my prescriptions, associates unwilling to interrupt private conversations to provide help. This store had been a mess. It's only redeeming factor was its location, 6 blocks from my house. This trip, however, was different! An associate actually helped. I hope this signals a change and is not an isolated incident. It has not been pleasant going to a store where the employees wear sad, angry expressions and provide little to no help.

The Great Value vegetable lasagna is amazing, you have to try it, it's in the frozen entrée section with the regular lasagna. I also like that they don't check your receipt on the way out the door when you self check out like your automatically a thief. Some other Walmarts do that.

Guess there aren't any gardeners in management.WalMart left 2 bags in the hallway of my apartment building, but there's no one in the building with the name that's on the tag. There's also no address on the tag, so I don't where it was supposed to be delivered. I called customer service at Jungle Road in Leominster 3 times, and each time, it rang about 20 times and then disconnected. So I called pick-up & delivery about 3 times, and again it rang about 20 times and then disconnected. If you're not going to answer your frickin' phones, then don't provide a frickin phone number. Within a couple hours, one of the bags disappeared. Nice going WalMart.

Mass Engineer: A spacious Walmart serving South Leominster, Sterling, Lancaster and surrounding towns. The hair salon is closed, the great stylist that was there moved to Lunenburg Crossing, next to Lunenburg Walmart; my wife won't go to any one else for a haircut. Some food prices are better than the local value-oriented supermarket we buy most of our groceries from.

Pecham: Walmart deserves a 1 star rating. The service provided by the employees was poor. The atmosphere was unpleasant. The employees looked miserable. As for parking, there was plenty of free parking. Regarding wheelchair accessibility, there was wheelchair accessibility at this location.I would not recommend this location to anyone. The service was terrible.If you are looking for a better shopping experience, I would recommend going to a different store.

Opughku: Shoutout to James from the Walmart in leominster. A couple of friends of mine were at Texas Roadhouse and we wanted to get cowboy hats, we were in a rush so we didn’t lose our reservation. We ran in around 7:30 he was the first guy we saw and we asked were any cowboy hats. He realized we were in a rush and stopped what we were doing and gave us some quick and easy directions.

Mass Engineer: One advantage Walmart has over Amazon is with Walmart you can place an online order that combines in-store pickup and home delivery, e.g. you can place an order online for $25 of stuff to pick up in the store plus $10 that's online only and it will qualify for free shipping over $35. This Lunenburg store and the south Leominster store stock some different things, e.g. water softener salt used to be in Lunenburg but lately is only in Leominster. Lunenburg has a smaller food section with no fresh vegetables (only frozen or canned); Leominster has a full supermarket.

They actually marked an x on two of my hub caps with a permanent marker. I had some issues with customer service as well. However, the teams coach was very empathic and noticed the issues and corrected them. I was completely satisfied with my service offered by the coach on duty despite the lack of professionalism by the team.

Vibol Lee: In my experience, the customer service at this Walmart was noticeably lacking in training, knowledge, and basic courtesy. During an attempted return of a pair of wifi mesh routers, I was wrongfully accused of swapping out a used pair due to mismatching serial numbers on the box and the routers. It's important to note that they aren't supposed to match. Despite my attempts to guide them towards checking the sub-serial numbers on the box, my advice was dismissed. Rather than providing assistance, they chose to further entrench themselves in their error and, regrettably, began to insinuate that I was being dishonest. They showed no willingness to cross-verify the serial numbers within their system.My issue was resolved when I decided to return the routers at a different Walmart branch, where the staff demonstrated their professionalism and competency. This experience has taught me to avoid purchasing electronics from this particular Walmart. Their lack of adept customer service only magnifies any issues you might encounter. I recommend considering other retail outlets such as Best Buy or Amazon for a more reliable shopping experience.
