Karl S.: It sells almost only natural and organic groceries; there's little overlap with conventional supermarkets (like Wegmans). That said, it does have the best produce, counter meat, and cheese of any supermarket in the area. But you won't want to pay the higher prices unless you only buy natural groceries. If you do, you have little choice; regular supermarkets don't have enough. It's also a very pleasant shopping experience. Their packaged chicken is not always fresh. I prefer the Framingham store, but this one's much closer to home.

Hiro Sugimoto: Your review and experience may depend on the day, time, and if they actually give a hoot to restock the empty shelves and take away items that have been expired for months. The hot bar has food overflowing from one container to the next, so vegan items aren’t able to be consumed when there’s other food sloppily mixed in. This Whole Foods has gone so far downhill pre-pandemic that at this point you should just make the trek elsewhere for better food options and less chance of finding moldy, expired food on shelves.

Unless you shop their sale items though, many of their prices are much higher than other 'mainstream' stores. If you have Amazon Prime, you can save 10% it looks like on your bill at checkout.Its located at the old Spags location for those that remember.

S S: Horrible customer service ever since Amazon purchased them !I travel to get whole roasted chickens and 98% of the time they are out. They no longer make their best seller of garlic roasted. I like the chicken Caesar wraps - again one of their best sellers and it’s been years since I have purchased these at the Welllesley Store because they are always out. So I got bounced around with each employee not really knowing that food schedule and unable to keep the schedule if they do have. Once again it’s seems like the customer doesn’t matter. Customer service is non existent- the person today simply started to whisper behind her cloth Covid mask. I felt ignored. It felt like typical millennial status below. I realize this might be asking too much as Amazon doesn’t really seem and certainly doesn’t display a service policy to be more helpful. This location has gone steadily downward.Good luck to us all - absolutely useless!

Jared Linder: Shocked this has such a high score. One of the worst Whole Foods I've been in.1. Parking lot is too small and used by residents for activities at the high school2. The vegetable section (which is the primary reason for going to Whole Foods) is tiny, always under stocked (and some cases basically empty of produce), and ironically there's always 2-3 employees stocking it making it difficult to navigate3. The dairy aisle is narrow, has a pole in the middle of it, and is a hot spot for people to congregate for some reason that after 6 years of living in this town I still can't figure out. Always fun trying to get what you need4. Check your receipt. I've been repeatedly charged for produce that wasn't what I purchased and it ended up being much more expensive5. Customers rarely help bag their own groceries so expect to wait longer to check outOn a positive note, the staff is very nice and appear to be hard workers.

Aisles are wide, and unless there's an upcoming holiday or storm, rarely feels crowded.Extremely clean, great produce, and workers are patiently helpful.The prepared foods section offers a dazzling number of choices, altho note that while the store doesn't close until 9 p.m. Mon. - Saturday, the hot bar & salad bar tend to be depleted perhaps earlier than some of the other Whole Food locations. So, for example, by 5 p.m. there may NOT be much worth buying in the serve yourself bars, and, few if any hot rotisserie chi chickens.Likewise, since the pandemic, staff shortages mean the in store coffee/tea bar is often closed --- altho there are plenty of chilled bottles & can substitutes, starting with a Whole Foods bottled water for just .59... At the front of the store, there are approx 3-4 aisle endcaps offering cold beverages.Indoor & outdoor seating & tables are plentiful, with store employees vigilant in keeping these spaces immaculate. Patrons are also good about tossing their trash/recyclables, too, so can't recall ever having to bus a table in order to use it. (DO wish they would set up the umbrellas outdoors!)All in all, this store is a pleasure to not only shop in, but also to take a few minutes, sit, and, grab a bite.F.y.i. - Little info wasn't aware of until just recently: SALE ITEMS are 10% less if customer is also an Amazon Prime member, with an additional 5% discount on ALL purchases bought with an Amazon credit card!So, download the Whole Foods app for use at the cash register to get the 10% discount, and, bring your Amazon credit card for the additional 5%.And, as with all area Whole Food stores, bring (or buy) store grocery bags & receive .05 for each re-use that saves resources!-- Most of cooler bags sold on site may be machine washed, too, then air or machine dried (latter with less or no heat dryer cycle).
