Zackary King: This afternoon I experienced immense prejudice as I had been scowering through the Gap in Natick mall. It is an unfortunate set of events that both me as well as family of mine, had to experience such blatant racism. Management especially, directing staff to hone in on minorities who were looking through Kanye West new collaboration alongside the gap. Upsetting to say the least. As a high affluent individual, it is extremely aggravating yet displays individuals deep prejudice of colored peoples.

Alexandra Connor: I dropped my pants off for alterations, and they lost them. Under 60 days, definitely not donated yet. I go in twice to try to get them back, they find it in their alterations records the first time, will call me back. Never did, so I come in a second time and they say they cannot reimburse me for my loss because I don't have the original alterations slip. Trying to give me a run around so they can avoid accountability for losing my pants. Terrible service, out $40.

G A: What kind of retail clothing store would not accept in store returns in 2023? The answer is Uniqlo. Why did they do this and how is it beneficial to anyone? I’m not sure. One thing I’m sure about is that I’ll definitely avoid buying clothes from them in the future because of this stupidity.
Shujuan Liu: UNIQLO is really bad. The return policy is awful. I don’t plan to buy anything from UNIQLO going forward. I spent the entire afternoon and visited both UNIQLO Natick and UNIQLO Chestnut Hill two stores and can’t return the stuff I bought 5 days ago. Their service is terrible.

C pick: The return policy is awful. Getting out of a pandemic and with the gas prices... still Uniqlo only allows returns at the store you purchased from. Remember that so you aren't driving around all over the place to return a t shirt. Plus they charge for a paper bag. Plus their t shirts shrink and shrink and shrink. On adults and kids. I know my kids aren't growing that fast but the Uniqlo keep getting smaller and smaller. They have completely lost a customer in me. I will buy from stores with a better return policy. Uniqlo doesn't care about customers at all! Terrible!

Tyler Wills: We went here to this Burlington Coat Factory, Saturday, June-24th-23. We were heading back from dropping my sister off at the airport. We like shopping at different Burlington Coat Factory's , we thought that this store would've been much cleaner, and organized. By far it was super trashed and beyond messy and very unorganized. It made it extremely difficult to find anything nor look around. I'd thought for " Upscale " area this store would've been a lot cleaner and nicer.The one's were I live are not bad. This was the one of " Messiest and unorganized by far. Very disappointing 😞 we were all looking forward to going there, big bust , and quite a disappointed.

Kinyana Watson: I use to shop at this store all the time. They had a helped wanted sign up and I talked to the manager about my child working there and explained she had social anxiety but wanted to work. She told me to bring her in. My daughter was hired and worked for about a week. She was never properly trained just told what to do then the person left. After that week she kept calling to get her schedule and they told her they don't have any shifts available they will call her when something becomes available and was very rude about it my daughter had the lady on speaker I almost wanted to put her in her place. Two months later still no call but they have hired new people. I'm disappointed in them bc I thought they weren't allowed to discriminate against people with disabilities. I ended up getting her a job working with me doing data entry so she will be ok but that was a bad experience for her and almost made her give up on working in public to overcome her social anxiety.

fiona sc: A very rude older man approached me and my friends and while one of us was politely trying on a jacket and he then told my friend that he was “too small” for the clothes and because of this we needed to leave immediately. I really don’t think that’s a respectable reason to kick people out of a store, especially because we were not being disrespectful whatsoever. I’ve never met such a rude worker at this mall, he acted like he was running a museum and we were little kids touching the exhibits.

I had ordered in a 42, thought it looked fine. I went in for my fitting and the Tailor came out and started to fit me and said I think a 40 might be better. They both went the extra mile , found the 40 and fitted me. It went from looking good to looking great. Thank you!

Tiffany Williams: I would give this place zero stars if I could. I witnessed several incidents with the workers in just a few minutes of being there, one that stuck with me. This one lady, who seemed to be in charge, (didn't catch her name, but she looked to be short with dark hair) was speaking to another associate. The associate was holding up an item of clothing that looked to be about an XL, or even a large asking where the item went in the store. Before she gave an answer, she made the rudest comment about the size of the skirt by exclaiming, "That's for a big girl" and proceeded to start laughing. I was so uncomfortable after this that I ended up not buying anything, because I didn't want to be judged by my weight. As I was leaving, the woman at the register gave me a dirty look while saying to "have a good one" yet in a very passive aggressive tone. They seem to follow you around the store as if watching you, almost trying to force customers into buying something instead of asking if anyone needs help. They asked me if I needed a fitting room THREE times! It's annoying when you want to shop in peace and you feel yourself being watched. I also witnessed one of the poor young girls tearing up after getting yelled at by one of the managers! It seems like a very unprofessional environment for these young adults, making just minimum wage. The younger employees were incredibly sweet, and I didn't feel pressured or offended by them at all. The management in this store to the other workers and the customers, just from being in there a few minutes, seemed to be rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, overworking and judgmental. Will not be returning to this store ever again. I hope the management at this location is SERIOUSLY looked into.

Ahmed Siddiqui: Specifically came in for dress shirts. The female worker guided me and helped me out great. The option for suits and dress shirts was quite lacking. The dress shirts quality was nice. The suits aren't wool so not the best store for a quick suit jacket grab. For normal men's clothing it was nice they had a good selection of clothing.

La unica vez que vi esa tienda limpia y organizada fue cuando fui a la tienda y estaban los de Corporate estaba perfecta me quede asombrada pero al otro dia estaba la tienda irreconocible un reguero otra vez. Burlington es una de las pocas tiendas de ropa y zapatos que nos quedan en esta area y asi no se puede comprar tienen que hacer algo Definitivamente.

Tyler Wills: We went to this Burlington Coat Factory on March 29th,23 as a family this , I would give an approximate rating of 3- 4 stars on average. This used to be the former BJ's Wholesale Club of Westboro, and then they moved to Northbough Crossing. I would have thought for a more upscaled store, the Men's bathrooms would've been much cleaner . The bathrooms in our Worcester Burlington were immaculate extremely clean !This Burlington Coat has a lot of empty wasted space , and it could be used . Atlease 30 plus percent of the back of the store is not occupied with inventory or stuff on their shelves. We did get a few unique things here on our travels here. I do like shopping at Burlington stores . It's a huge store, so there's really no good reason why that therefore they " NOT " using the entire store. I've been to this location in the past a few times in the past & we'd liked it.
josefina nunez: Messy store, beauty section have things out of place which makes it difficult to find what you need. Uff and the one on Worcester is worse and now that they are merging stores will be worse.. I use to love to shop at Burlington but now not so much.

Cher by Photography: Much smaller footprint at the store now, but still amazing prices. I am on a tight budget for a renovation, which left less than $40 for bathroom accessories. Burlington made it happen for me, under budget so I could take the kids out for dinner with the money I saved.

I had a job interview the next day, and was desperate for a suit. Despite it being an hour until the store closed, Dan, who I think is the store manager, went above and beyond to help me select an outfit for the next day. He chose countless combinations of camis, blouses suit jackets and pants to try on, gave me frank and honest advice about how they looked, and worked within my budget. I used some of my rewards in combination with the friends-and-family sale to walk away with everything almost 70% off. A stunning necklace topped off the ensemble. Thanks Dan!
larissa greene: I wish they would remodel this banana republic to their newer concept. Love their clothes and own lots, but I am never inspired by the displays here. I always go in when in the mood for a new outfit but leave empty handed.
