emma nancy: Every time I’ve been in there they treat me like I’m going to steal and it makes me very uncomfortable. I typically get 3-4 employees from the makeup section staring me down and following me but rarely ask if I need help. Even when I do buy something I still feel very judged. Sad but I just try to avoid it now if I can.
Marilyn MC: I went here to find a dress . Drove an hour and 17 mins. I loved walking thru this store . We used to have one in my hometown but they closed it . I didn’t find what I was looking for but I found my dress at another store in the same mall.
Andy Pham: I had a great experience working with Patricio from the Indochino inside the Nordstrom. He was very thorough with me and my groomsmen’s suit alteration and the suit came out great! He’s very friendly and has great charisma and I highly recommend having him do your alterations. Make sure to request him and not depend on the Indochino website to assign him to you.

Sara Pacheco: This is my third bad experience at the Natick Store. Especially at the shoe department. Unfortunately I did not get this ladies name but I spoke to Matt - supposely the dept manager and reported to him. I arrived at the counter to make a return and asked this lady if someone was available to help me, she rudely replied that I had to wait for someone to become available to “help” me. I understand they are busy but the way you interact with a customer can make a difference. Her tone annd attitude were not polite. Again, I will continue to shop online but will refuse to step foot at the Natick store.
I “Ariana” M: Older women with glasses at Chanel counter, with accent and dark hair didn’t want to help me. I don’t know why they have all the old women working there at cosmetics. They have no idea about makeup or trends with makeup. It’s a ghost town for sure…
Bill: This is an update to an old 1 star review. I had a negative experience a few years back. I walked in yesterday on my way into the mall not planning to shop at Nordstrom. I was approached by Amanda and an hour later I had the clothes I needed for my daughters wedding. Amanda was really great and restored my faith in Nordstrom. Knowledgeable, engaged and confidant. She even took pictures so I could text them to my wife and daughters for approval. Great experience! Thank you Amanda.

Nataliia Ost: 1 year later and rating dropped below 0. This ghost town needs to be closed down or serious training with all careless employees needs to take place. I approached one of the lazy Willeys resting on the counter with a simple request to order a product for me, please forgive me my intention get you a commission (use to work in retail, trying to be empathetic) and was smacked with "it is not available for order" while you can clearly see on the screen of the working phone that this item ready to be loved and sprayed. Ending up ordering from a different retailer($360)... The vibe of this place is generally wacky and unpleasant, spending money is fun, but definitely not here

Jordan Rich: The middle aged RBF brunette woman with circular glasses working at the Nars booth is insanely unfriendly and unlikeable. Not helpful when it comes to Nars makeup or proper sanitary measures. The attitude she gave me when I questioned applying a tester lipstick was INSANE especially given that, you know, we all went through a pandemic. The rest of the women working the makeup floor were kind and knowledgeable though when I spoke with them. Not sure what the Nars associate’s problem is but I’ll steer clear of her next time.

Phil W.: I didn’t find a place on the Macy’s website to put this, so I’ll put it on a Google review. I just wanted to bring attention to an older gentleman named Jim that works on the second floor in the men’s department next to the Last Act section. I went there on Father’s Day, and I have never seen anyone so attentive to detail and customer service as Jim. When people handed him shirts that they had just try it on, he would button every button and fold it as if it came new in the package and gingerly, put them into the bags, so that when customers got them home, the clothes would still look as wonderful as they did in the store. He was very attentive to helping us find prices and ran over to the other side of the men’s department to help find the correct prices for us so that we would have a good shopping experience. I only hope that the rest of the employees are as nice as Jim!

We were waiting and 2 woman asked if we were in line and we said yes and they stood behind us. Well then the man checking people out looked at us then to the people behind us and took them to another register skipping us completely. We walked behind them and the man made a joke about running away. This was not funny to us as it was obvious he purposefully skipped over us.

Finally opened yesterday and it smelled so different. Went today to exchange it wouldn’t honor the exchange. Was past 60 days and OPENED. How would I be able to tell if it was wrong if I didn’t open it and smell it?? Refused an exchange. Customer service is terrible. Refuse to buy from NM again. Will go elsewhere after buying my perfume there for last 5 years.

Kelly Farrell: I decided to treat myself and go looking for an engagement photo outfit here. Was probably there over an hour and only one associate spoke to me the whole time. She nicely got me a fitting room, but once I got out there were exactly 0 people asking about the experience. I found a shirt and pants I loved but needed the pants in a smaller size. So I went hunting and found two associates standing at an abandoned register, not engaging with any of the other customers. I asked and they said "what we have is out". No problem, I just wanted to check bc the sale area was not very well organized and it was entirely conceivable there was another pair floating around on a different rack. The associate said "nope that's our only one." No mention of ordering or alterations, or suggestions for something similar, or even a "sorry, it stinks when that happens." Meanwhile the person in the fitting room next door to me had an associate checking on her every few minutes. Not a single knock on the door for me the entire time. It might be because I'm young and look it, but given experiences I've had in other stores, I'd be willing to bet at least part of it is that I'm visibly queer and shop in both the men's and women's sections of the store. Maybe it wasn't, I won't pretend to know for sure. I was also considering shopping there for my wedding dress in a few months but never mind.

Nicole Spigarolo: The customer service is nonexistent. They have very little staff and the staff that is here is dismissive and rude. I understand that because they are understaffed every person is busy but when they offered to get a size for me they then said “it’s on the t-stand at the front go get it.” I heard they may be closing soon and with service like this it is not surprising. The dresses I was able to try on were in rough shape as well and I would have had to order one to receive it in an acceptable state.

Larissa Khouw: I had a very unfortunate experience at Neiman Marcus in Natick. In addition to having a confirmed appointment with a personal shopper (who did not show up), the customer service was terrible*, much of the merchandise was damaged and the fitting rooms in formal gown area were in total disrepair. Gowns were damaged (pulled beads, stains, etc.). The store may be closing next year, but service and product should be held to the highest standard. A truly terrible experience. The one star is only because the lovely tailor, who has worked there for over 10 years, was professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. I am not one to publicly post about an experience like this but the NM store and website leave no opportunity to reach out to management to share complaint or customer service feedback. This might have been the worst shopping experience I have had anywhere (*I am not posting the details here - they are more suitable for store management to learn and make improvements).

Karina Perozin: Always so messy, you can never find anything. And this is the only store where the fitting rooms are full of clothes and is always closed.
Diego Rojas: I hope that Zara realizes that customer service still matters in 2023 and invest a little bit more in training their employees. The guy at the register was not helpful and straight up rude. He threw the merchandise at the table when I told them that I didn’t need a bag and was constantly talking with his coworker even though I was asking questions.

I come here all the time and am never impressed, but today, a middle-aged blonde woman (seemed to be a boss of some sort) was giving attitude to every single customer coming in over a new scanning system that they decided to debut today - with what seems like no plan ahead of implementing the new system. It was an absolute mess and instead of being apologetic, she was very rude. Do better Zara!

Patrick McKenna: This is the first time I have been to this Zara. Normally I go the one downtown in Boston as it is closer. That being said while the selection seemed to be decent, the line was the whole way to the door to checkout. Not to mention when I asked to try something on, the employee rudely stated that they were closed and you will need to make an educated guess. There were people just trying stuff on all over the store!!!!I’ve realized it’s pretty normal for the line to checkout at Zara to be super long and slow, I never expected the dressing room of a clothing store to be closed!! I was shocked and speechless. I won’t be coming back as I’ll stick with the one downtown.The only plus is that it’s in the mall on the second floor near Nordstrom. It was really easy to park under Nordstrom and take the elevator up.

There was no organization whatsoever and there were piles of clothes cluttering the aisles, there really is no excuse for this and I don’t understand how any manager could let it get this bad. The whole crew needs an intervention ASAP!

Fino Caraco: Went there looking for a specific perfume for my wife. I found it but paid a premium price for it. But that is Nordstrom... The store is super clean and organized. The retail staff was very professional and friendly.

Jeremy Schrager: Very solid Nordstrom in the suburbs; facility is clean and fairly organized, though I've noticed their inventory levels of late seem fairly light. Additionally the men's section sometimes is inundated and guests are left to wander.That being said I just had a 5/5 experience with Courtney (though I hope I am spelling her name correctly). She was extremely helpful, thoughtful and courteous. It's rare to find an employee who so swiftly able to try and figure things out to help a guest. Awesome work Courtney!

Kaylin Smith: I do not recommend shopping here or ordering online for pickup. I ordered a wallet for my father today which said it would be ready for pickup by the end of the day. When I go to pick up my order the 5 employees at the pick-up desk said that even though online stated my order would be ready by the end of the day, it doesn’t guarantee I would be able to pick it up today. Which makes completely no sense and is false advertisement. I then ask if I would be able to ship it to my house instead because I would rather not deal with this chaos again. They said that they wouldn’t be able to do that in stores and I would have to call customer service to switch it when my order is ready. I don’t understand why the 5 employees all standing there twiddling their thumbs couldn’t take down my address and change it themselves, instead they chose to be lazy. Due to this lack of customer service, I decided to go down to the men wallet section and try to find the wallet to purchase myself. To my surprise I was disappointed by the lack of organization the wallet shelf was in. All the wallets looked like they have been ransacked. The boxes either didn’t have a top or had the wrong wallet in a different box showing a different price. For Nordstrom to be considered a luxury department store I would expect better organization and quality. Instead TJ Maxx seems to have mastered the skill of organization and customer service better than Nordstrom. For spending over $100 on a wallet I would expect nice packaging with correct price labels. I honestly was just so disappointed by this experience that I hope to never give my business to this store again. I will be ordering a wallet on Amazon.
RM Cerv: It is a smaller Nordstrom so does not have the selection some of the stores have, but is usually sufficient for my purposes. The cosmetics dept. is generous with samples. They have a good selection of Free People and Halogen clothing

Kirill Izotov: Outstanding! I was shopping for a new men's suite, and Ken, from that department was extremely professional and helpful. He found what I was looking for in no time, and 20 minutes later I completed the purchase of the suite, three shirts and two ties. It was a great experience as I do not like spending a lot of time shopping.
