R F: So Five Guys is usually hit or miss for me and it depends on the location. Natick Five Guys is the best Five Guys I've ever had. I ordered online for pickup, it was ready at the time I was quoted (during lunch rush). The staff was extremely friendly and my burger was amazing. Definitely my favorite location in the Boston area, possibly period.

Nicole Anuszczyk: We got to experience the apparently just-reopened Framingham store after a week’s renovation (amazing job done) and it was wonderful. My wife and I have been visiting Five Guys for years, from California to Massachusetts (our two home states) and this was probably one of the best meals we’ve ever had. It may be a bit better because of how extra shiny and new everything was, from the lighting wires and HVAC to the window frames, the kitchen, and oh my god, the fryer was so extra clean you could taste the peanut oil sparkling in every bite of the perfectly crispy fries. This is something you notice, especially, when you’ve had fries from a perhaps not newly cleaned fryer: they’ll be a bit limp. These were just excellent. Our cheeseburger was delicious. And the soda machines were just so pretty. Keep those flavors filled, team! That’s the reason corporate went with the freestyles, all that variety. We saw folks training, team building, and keeping their shiny new slate all shiny and new, down to details on chairs and tiles. Their grilled cheese sandwiches are to die for, and their fries are delectable, fried in a peanut oil. Their shakes are incredible with several options to choose from to satisfy your craving! Having said all this, you will be paying for the quality you get. Before gratuity and tax, it cost $58 for 4 LCs, 1 LBC, 2 shakes and a Little Fry. But that was enough to satisfy a family of 3! Considering the price of Five Guys, we go about once a month as a treat to ourselves.Kid-friendliness: Open dining experience with a comfortable atmosphere. I walked in and heard "Party in the USA" blasting over the speakers, and I couldn't help but start dancing a little in line. It was like I was at a burger rave.When I finally got to the counter, the guy taking my order was cracking jokes left and right. He asked me if I wanted "fries with that shake" and I almost spat out my drink. It was like he was a burger stand-up comedian.I ordered the classic burger with all the toppings, and when I say "all the toppings," I mean it. They piled on so much lettuce, tomato, and onion that it looked like a salad on top of my burger. But hey, I'm not complaining. The more veggies, the better, right?And don't even get me started on the fries. They were like little sticks of gold, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I didn't think I could eat them all, but before I knew it, the entire bag was empty. It was like they were hypnotizing me with their deliciousness.The restaurant itself was also a riot. There were bags of peanuts everywhere, and customers were cracking them open and tossing the shells on the ground like it was a peanut party. I even saw a guy juggling the bags of peanuts like they were circus balls.Overall, I highly recommend Five Guys for a hilarious and tasty burger experience. Just be prepared to dance, laugh, and eat your weight in fries.
