Ted McMichael: This is a small Dunkin Donut franchise sharing space with other stores. But in spite of its size, it is just as adequate as its bigger franchise outlets. Unfortunately as I've experienced too often recently, when I go to the Dunkin website to review my experience there, neither the survey code nor the store number are recognized as valid. As a frequent reviewer, this increasing circumstance it getting more and more frustrating.

Jackson Gold: Everytime I go it’s the same 4 workers. Though they are overly nice and professional I can’t help but feel bad. They always seem stressed. M F (Shipwreckshark): Super nasty when you attempt to order non dairy products now they claim it can cause allergies. Im lactose intolerant hence the need for non dairy products. They laugh on the phone when you try to call and hang up instead of answering. Gotten a frozen oat milk coffee for over a year and all of a sudden non dairy products are an issue for them. Don't advertise non-dairy if you cant provide it, also rude to laugh at customers who genuinely cannot have milk. Ill find a new coffee place that doesnt insist on milk only products.Dietary restrictions: They refuse to serve non dairy products becauseother people are supposedly allergic to non dairy.
Tom Merchant: Incredibly slow and the employees seemed indifferent to the line and delays. They laughed and joked and had zero sense of urgency. I will never grace this location again
Michael Williams: 3.7 rating and will continue to drop. Let's face it none of you corporations care about your customers anymore, it's flat-out obvious. Stop charging me for things I don't get in my order that I'm supposed to get. Also, I should not have to ask for a receipt every time I buy something. Between lazy employees and careless corporations, most of you places that have been around for a while or about to disappear completely. As if your food is worth it anyway, which makes it easier to walk away.
Marcos Miranda: The staff that works at this location is excellent. My orders are always correct and delivered in a timely manner. Even when I had issues with my mobile order, they worked to make things right. I can’t praise them enough.

She asked me if my two drinks were all I wanted three times though. The fact that she would have rather argued than help me get the right drink is very telling of customer service.

Ty Lee: Have been waiting 10 minutes, still haven't gotten the food. Ordered avocado toast and the dude put avocado on the bread before he toasted it just to toast it with the avocado on it. Nobody wants warm avocado. Heard one of the women saying we look irritated that it's taking so long when you go to any other Dunkin's and it's done in way less time. Get better staff or train them better. This is horrendous, and I really ever rate anything less than 4 stars.

Annie Hannaway: Honestly maybe 1 out of 10 times is my coffee ever right here… I order an iced latte most of the time and I swear it’s just a glass of iced milk without the espresso/coffee. Most of the staff is nice and friendly but some of them just don’t know what they are doing. A cup of ice and milk is not work $5-6 + tip. Better off going across the street to the one at the Walmart.

Michael Fredette: I rarely give places the minimum because I am in customer service and have been in food service but this dunkins is awful. Burnt coffee, every sandwich they make is dry and on burnt bread. No matter what you try to order. Something in your meal will be bitter or burnt or just plain wrong. Don't stop here. Stop supporting this location, it is not a dunkins as we all expect it. This location should stop opening and save everyone the aggravation.

Heather Pierce: Not at all surprised by the negative reviews here! This Dunkin' is extremely slow every time, even when you can clearly see that they aren't understaffed at all! Employees are always running around behind the counter appearing busy, but still somehow not getting anything done, anything you order takes forever! Many times I have only ordered one cup of coffee & have had to wait nearly 10 mins! Unacceptable...they must come up with a better way to service customers, or they'll certainly lose business here! I preferred when it was Starbucks, the coffee was always made fresh, workers were right on it, no matter when you stopped by & everything was just all around so much better! There was also an employee named Emma who was fantastic, who I'm sad to see is no longer working there. You always notice a huge group or customers standing around waiting for their orders, getting aggravated with the ridiculous wait times! Dunkin', please try to do better than this! You are located in a very busy hospital, many of us are really in need of faster service, because we stop by as we're leaving the hospital, or at times are purchasing items for patients, and would really prefer more effort & better, higher quality service! It should not take more than a few minutes for a cup of coffee or one pastry!! I'm very surprised that you are still in business truthfully & haven't been shut down yet. Maybe try hiring new employees, or retraining current ones to move a little faster, so that the lines can go quickly for all?? I know some have large orders, but you can't tell me that 10+ mins is normal or appropriate for one coffee or one donut/muffin, etc. You literally just have to pour the coffee & toss the pastry in a bag!
