Michael Legere: I am a former salesman and I have known countless others. Most of them are not great. Some are okay and just meet the bare minimum standards for sales people. Once in a blue moon, you meet an extraordinary one and most top notch sales people are great at selling but often lack the more rare and delicate qualities that go into AAA customer service. I met Patrick at the Shrewsbury store. I am a 100% disabled vet and I have very hard to satisy footwear requirements and I can be a demanding customer. Patrick is the epitome of a AAA salesperson. He is in the top 5% of sale people I have ever met with his product knowledge but his unrivaled customer service skills and straight to the point demeanor lifts him to the top 1% of the already rare 5% of people who are good at sales. I know that corporate will more often than not receive complaints. I wanted to do the opposite and let you know what an Amazing man and sales person Redwing has in Shrewsbury. He made the footwear search and insole fitting a breeze and he is a footwear encyclopedia.

Richard Danca: I didn't expect such good and attentive service in a place that is essentially a big warehouse full of thousands of sneakers. My salesman, Lucas, was extremely patient in helping me choose and fit the right pair of shoes. He had an excellent knowledge of the inventory and where things were and the right personality for dealing with customers. It was a pleasure to deal with him. It was also good that the prices, though not cheap, were discounted from what was on the tag.

Mike: Fun experience. Don't forget to have your feet sized by their high tech measuring apparatus. It's wild during sales. As "cheap" as you're going to get. Good place overall.

Ada Jones: I was in town for New Balance Infoor Nationals. I wanted to see what was different about the outlet than the New Balance store. I went here and was amazed because some NB locations doesnt look as quality as this location does, the service was friendly and quick. I normally do not find things I really want at the outlet only the regular NB store. I’m not sure if it does the same as premium outlet in Ohio -has different weekly deals but hopefully so. Yes I shall return for both stores next year when we come back

I went there looking for shoes for my wedding and the sales associate was cold, unwelcoming, snobby and made me feel like I'm not suited for her "high end store"I am a doctor and was very well dressed and extremely (although looks shouldn't affect how you treat customers). I tried not let her attitude ruin the Jimmy Choo experience for me but after trying on a couple of heels I was uncomfortable and left without buying anything. Will not be returning to that store again, or any other Jimmy Choo store for that matter.

Andrew Huang: Location:Note that the address of the store on Google Maps is correct, but the location of where it is on the map is incorrect. It is right between Bianca and Warby Parker. Google Maps shows it to the east of both stores and a few other stores instead as of May 6, 2023 so I have submitted a correction. Additionally, there is both a front and back entrance, so you can go in from the Route 9 side or from the rear parking lot.Selection:This is a fairly small store compared to the one in Watertown or the one on Newbury Street but it still had a decent selection of items. You may not find exactly what you're looking for here, but this store carries the latest generation and only the latest if that's what you're seeking.Staff:Rosie helped me trying to find the perfect pair of running shorts. She didn't ask what size I was but guessed the correct size when she brought out shorts for me to try so she knew how to judge based on just looking. This place has a very very large handicap-accessible fitting room. The shorts available weren't quite what I was looking for because I wanted something that had attributes of both the running and the training shorts she found for me. She explained they get the latest next-generation clothes and then pass on their styles to other stores like Watertown once the next iteration is released, so she looked up the previous generation and saw it may have exactly what I wanted from the description. She let me know they had it in stock in the next closest Nike store and gave me the product code to find it because she knew I wanted to try clothes in person first rather than purchasing online. She even made sure I should make sure to not pay more than the sale price she saw listed.What made Rosie a cut above the rest were her additional recommendations after figuring out my interests based on the clothes I was looking for. She recommended a locally owned store (not Nike) in case I still did not find what I wanted. Aware of my interest in running, she also let me know about a running group they have and explained the schedule and the routes to me as well.

They have tons of cool shirts and the best shoes ever (I got my Lebron 19’s there) Most of their clothing is in mens sizes but they still have a good selection of little kids shirts. Also if you see something that you like but it’s not in your size then just ask an employee and they will get you the size that fits you from the back of the store. Quick summary AMAZING Nike store.

First we got our feet checked and as I suspected my left foot and right foot had different probations. My left running shoe wore out much quicker than right! Second I got the right shoes!! 1080 or 860!! We were helped by many, including Ben (Penn alum!) And Calvin. Sorry I forgot the name of the gentleman who measured my feet. HE WAS THE BEST! Delay no more and go get your feet tested. NB got it right! Watch out Nike! You are boring now.

No other sneakers I've ever had had dye that ran like this. Pretty awful experience. $160.00 spent and they wouldn't give me one red cent back, just a discount on new sneakers.
Key Patterson: I went to this store to exchange a gift that was purchased online, that I had been told by text/talking to customer service that I couldn't do via telephone or in person. Since I've been a New Balance customer for 20+ years I highly doubted that I wouldn't be able to do the exchange in store with my packing slip in hand. Text/talking to customer services solution was for me to either keep the unwanted items or return them and have the purchase go back to my relatives credit card which I didn't want. When I walked into the store I was greeted warmly by Monty. I explained my situation and he was more than happy to help me. He helped me pick out new items in store and when all of the items were not in stock in the size I needed in his store he hopped online and ordered the correct size and had it delivered to my home. He also returned the items to a gift card and made the new purchases with the gift card just in case something went wrong with the shipping(which it did not the item arrived the next day!) So I wouldn't have another negative experience with talking/texting customer service. Monty went above and beyond in my humble opinion and he deserves a raise or at least employee of the month!

Jay Ess: As a 75-year-old guy, I certainly expected to be ignored when I went to this store to buy shoes for skateboarding. Instead, I received outstanding service from a young man named Princeton, who is so smart and professional.I was seeking flexible shoes; unlike my Nike running shoes, which flex only from front to back (not sideways) I wanted shoes that flex in all directions because when running shoes can't flex sideways they force the knee and ankle in directions they don't like by transferring the force to something other than the foot.I'm so happy with my new shoes I'm going back to buy a couple more pairs.The store was also impressive....very clean and meticulously organized.I can't wait to wear them to my next visit with my M.D.

BA StreetRider: Vans 379 in Nashua NH is a junk now unfortunately, i used to work there back in 2016 for 4 years and the store has complete changed. don't waste your time going there if you need new skate gear, clothes or skateboarding advice for your kids or yourselfit's unfortunate Vans preaches on skate culture when the employees don't even know what a 8.1 skate deck means and not one person even skates at the shop, so how can they give advice, when they can't even build a board? i recommend no one goes there for skateboard related products. staff in unknowledgeable, and will just try upselling you the whole way.i do recommend going to Snowboard Jonesin Manchester NH, best skate shop and staff in the southern NH area easily, they all skate and snowboard and can point you or your children in the right direction for this years skateboard season!

Meg Strum: We went in today just to take a look around and found that they actually had the pair of Vans my son had been wanting for his birthday. The associate, Cindy, was incredibly helpful. We got some socks that worked better with the shoe he was trying on, and she helped us find the right size for him, bringing out three different sizes just for him to try and explaining the best way to put them on (he's not used to slip-on). I will absolutely be back for my next pair of sneakers.
