Mark Hopkins: We were there to pick up an on-line order. Waited about 15 minutes after first contact with the staff. Communication about the status and location of our pickup were unclear, at best. This is not a well defined process.
Tyler Tarot: This place put a charge on my credit card. I’m all the way out in Las Vegas. Never even heard of this place and never made any purchases here. Based off other reviews, I’m not the only one this happened to. Reported them to the credit card company.
Nathan Murray: Was in line next for check out and was bypassed even though I was there waiting before even anyone else had showed up in line. The longer line got more attention than I did and I placed my purchases back on the shelves and left felt really small.
Mike Dale: Ludicrously expensive (the item I got I could get six of from Amazon for the same price) and repetitive showroom (saw the same item in three different places). Fills a niche? Don't know how it will continue to exist.

Rockstar: My card was allowed to be processed at this store for an amount totaling near 500$ that is completely fraudulent. I was no where near this store for this transaction to have occurred and for employees to have not even validated a card and ID on such a purchase is outrageous, I live in Nevada. Do better, things happening like this really hurt people.

Janna: We went here for the newly advertised Cricut selection. Don’t bother unless you only need a machine which even then it was pretty skim picking. Barely any vinyl and it was all sample like sizes. They do not have any accessories whatsoever. I believe organizationally that cricut is super helpful but you should go to hobby lobby down the street to get it and any accessories you need.

Both these folks were super helpful. The Container Store in Framingham shines brightly at a time where true customer service seems to be missing at many retail outlets I have visited lately.

Jim Willoughby: Tough one. $5,000 for two doors. Took several attempts for the HD contractor to get accurate measurements, took several attempts for HD to order the doors due to questions about the measurements. Turns out I was told they were standard doors. We added a storm door and after the doors were finally installed, we started getting water in between the doors and inside the house. The contractor came out and stated that they were going to caulk.This happened several times. More and more caulking which looks embarrassing from a license contractor and certainly as a home owner standpoint. HD sent their contractors project manager, who pointed the blame at our siding... which again is very odd as we didn't have any issues with water or a hot mess on the exterior of the house prior to the installation.We have contacted HD as they are only offering a $500 discount!? We were told that we would continue to have to caulk the entry way moving forward by the dept manager and they have never had a single problem like this in the "14 years" she has been at HD. LOL. I'm sure.We have zero problems paying contractors to provide goods and services, but fully expect professionalism and that the contractors finish product would be something they would be happy with on their own house. As it stands, $5,000 for two doors, and a soupy looking mess of caulking and doors that are hard to close and have had issues from day 1.

I had to walk down the lumber Isle and carry each piece down the entire isle, there was not enough room for a cart or carriage, you have to move thing out of your way just to walk to the lumber. I am surprised the fire Department does not shut it down for Isles unsafe and no egress. I attached a picture. I spoke to two employees about this and they say they now and they complained about it also. And they seamed frustrated that management was not listening to them. And the bins are empty is that because they can no get to them to fill them?

I was told that I needed to purchase a straight razor and cut sheet rock myself because the employees were geting injured. Arent they supposed to be trained to assists the customers?It was like pulling teeth to get help loading the sheet rock on the pallot and I had to assist with the lifting. Very poor service

Mark Schneider: The experience at the store with the design folks was great. The delivery was fine. The installation was good until we realized it wasn’t. The closet was installed wrong. The opposing walls though not identical were supposed to have the height of the drawers, shelves and hanging be the same. Unfortunately, the installers did not follow the design and the closet is not aligned. We reported the error and have been waiting for the issue to be rectified. Sadly, the initial response to our problem was - nothing. After calling 3 days later they finally seemed to get moving on the problem. Of course they can’t fix it until after our move this weekend which leaves us without a finished closet to put all of our clothing. The point of building this beautiful and large closet in advance was to have a place to put everything when we moved in. Alas, that’s not going to happen. We’re very, very disappointed.
David Chea: There's so much containers in there store that I have no idea what I need. So I decided to start small and get a display case for my anime figures and a carry box for my tool kits when working on model kits. I think the prices are hit or miss. Some items I felt were too expensive. The staff were very helpful, they made rounds to check in on customers, some were revisited a bit much. Definitely coming back once I measure my room and personal items. Would like to show it to staff and see if I can get ideas on how to organize it better with shelving and such.

Tam was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process: the initial discussion, design, ordering, and installation. The contractor who did the installation (Mike) was also very efficient and professional. The turnaround is very quick (~5 weeks) and the quality of the final product is great.

Morgan Laskey: Love this location. I’m a professional organizer (Morganize It Solutions) and do a lot of orders here. Customer service is amazing and they are so helpful. Allison K was absolutely wonderful to make things right when they didn’t have what I ordered and Pras was THE MAN fitting a huge pick up order all in my car so I didn’t have to make a second trip!!! Kudos to both of them!!!!
Gina Stenhouse: This is literally the best Container Store. Exceptional customer service and should be a model for other stores. I am pregnant and I had a dedicated staff member assist me in my selections and carry them out to my car. I called another day to figure out which product I saw on display in the store and another staff member went to see what it was and provided me with the sku so I could order it. I have now spoke to 3 separate individuals on 3 separate occasions and each time I am blown away with their willingness to go above and beyond.
antoinette rodney-celestine: Not sure what to make of my visit yesterday afternoon. I recently purchased a new house and was looking for things to organize my place. I had purchased something online for in store pick up so I decided to check out in person what else was available in store while I was there. I was greeted by several staff members throughout my visit asking if I needed help. That was great. But, there was one employee that asked me if I needed help and I said, no. Later on while I continued to go through the aisles she approached me again after I passed by her chatting with one of her co-workers in one the aisles. She said, Do you need any help with anything? I said, no. And then I wondered why she was asking me again. So, I said, "You asked me that already." And then she said, "Yes, but you have been here for a while." I responded, "Yes, I am going down each aisle." I continued shopping but that interaction disturbed me. I didn't know there was a time limit on shopping at the container store. What makes this interaction strange to me, is that after she asked me the first time whether I needed help and I said, no. She saw me multiple times while I was going down the aisles. If I wanted help we both knew that she was within close distance of me. It seemed like she was suspicious of me because I was taking my time going through the aisles. Not a welcoming experience.

Unfortunately, I've been SO dissatisfied with service ...Staff not skilled, they are don't even know how to use a computer!!Well, I won't go there anymore.

While trying to organize the mess that is my shoe closet, I ran to the Chestnut Hill location... only to find there were no more shoe organizers (the specific ones I was searching for) on the shelves... but the team did not stop until they searched high and low in the stock room! Called store and switched to pickup...store customer service stated online was a separate division of Home Depot and my issue was not uncommon (Home Depot...Fix this)....but, it gets better...the customer service folks arranged for two folks to help me get and load my order because of the issue. I'm then told some of my order was too big to bring down the aisle during business hours...what? You sell it, I can grab it off the shelf myself, but it is too big to help me get it! I went to CS and cancelled the order and was assured it would be taken care of. CS then sends me an email two weeks later to come in and sign to get my money back! Really? I already wasted 2 hours waiting in the store.Went elsewhere and a pallet and a half of concrete and lots of lumber purchased and loaded in 15 min.
Hunter Holmes: Mike in hardware was a great help today. Home depot is a huge store it can even be intimidating at times. I was trying to locate 0.7 millimeter by 8 millimeter screw. I got to the section by myself okay, but left to my own devices I would have given up. There are a lot of tiny tiny screws at the Home Depot. Then I saw Mike and asked him if he knew anything about the small measurements what they meant and the misleading ( for me anyway) packaging descriptions. Well you could tell right away Mike took pride in his work and really understood how frustrating it can be for the average person. He showed me all the closest sizes .We were eyeballing it by a picture on my phone. I really was ready to give up so I'm glad Mike was there. He was sincere and taught me a few things too. He obviously enjoys his work and likes helping people. If it were my store he's the kind of guy I'd be looking to hire, and for every department. Kind caring and knowledgeable! Home Depot has a lot of good guys and even few great guys. Thanks Mike! Hunter

EnjoyLife Steve: Marva was EXCEPTIONAL!! I went into Hope Depot specifically looking for an old-style incandescent 3-way bulb. She happened to be working in the light bulb department when I went to it and immediately asked if she could help me find something. When I told her what I came into the store for, she knew that type of bulb was being closed out, so it was on an end cap at aisle 30. She also knew they were placed up high, so she happily volunteered to lug the tall rolling safety stairs that she was using when I first approached her all the way over to aisle 30 to help me get a close-out priced light bulb!! After all her kind service, although I only needed one pack, she sold me on buying two, so I did!! She also helped two other people in the process - one on her way while rolling the stairs over to 30 and another customer immediately after climbing down from getting my light bulbs!! Marva gives knowledgeable service with a friendly smile at a level rarely seen!! She truly is a real Home Depot KEEPER!!

Ricardo Rosim: One star to my latest experience.When I checked up for curbside pick-up, no one showed up. When I came in the store, the customer service guy asked me to drive to the side of the store and someone was going to help me load the car (someone could have called me to tell me to do that).When I found the products I had purchased, there was another employee sitting on them on the phone. I suppose he should be there to help clients. He just stood up and walked away, laughing on the phone. No one else to help. Simply the wort service I had with Home Depot. Awful service

Cynthia Teng: Always our go-to place for any garden, home improvement projects, and particularly this one in Shrewsbury even it’s a bit further. Staff are always helpful except when we came in today. I was asking for some gardening tool to staff member Donna, who reacted with a frowned, disguised look and “I don’t understand what you are talking about.” My husband helped by repeating the term again. Donna skipped me (despite the fact that I was standing right there) and started assisting him and even went for the extra miles to look up similar products and to check with him on if those are what he’s looking for, leaving me completely on the side. I’m not sure when and what factors (the fact that I’m Asian, female?) made me invisible to her, but it was clear that I was not counted towards the type of “preferred” customer that she is willing to assist. Very disappointed and be warned.
Mike Dasani: Our recent experience at The Homedepot wasn't a pleasant one for my wife and I. We were stopping by to pick-up some things from the gardening section and my wife tried to ask one of the employees if they had something in stock to which the employee( Donna) rudely responded "What?" My wife repeated what she said the the employee responded "I can't understand what you are saying" . I then spoke up restating what my wife said. From that point on the employee intentionally ignored my wife completely and would only talk to me.

MICHEL SHCIARRA: Made a purchase in order to save 10% with a coupon, delivery incruded.To get overcharged over $200.00 in delivery alone, when i called tgey say, no charge for delivery 🤔, went there in person, spoke with a lady that confirmed my issue, called the 800#, hiding delivery charges were into the sale, plus store delivery and never got my 10% discount. Items come delivered with price tag on it, that I paid $10. More each. Bad experience.One unfinished kitchen cabinet was delivered with a little honda, $109. Charge for delivery, when i started to paint the cabinet, i noticed the right front pabel has a crack on it, most likely from loading or unloading the unit. Pic incl.

Felipe L: Bad experience during self checkout. Was not allowed to “self checkout” by an employee named “Jorge” at 12:17pm. When I asked if there is no longer a self checkout. His response was “I guess not” he then proceeded to scan my items. Not sure why but he seemed visibly upset, maybe Home Depot should think about making sure customer service oriented people work the checkout area. Also if it is a self checkout then I should be able to check myself out.
Ron Cicotte: This is my regular store. They seem to see me coming and roll out the red carpet. It seems like I've spent half of my life here since I moved to Nashua in 2007. This time I had a pinhole leak in a spray hose for the kitchen sink. I had a brand new replacement hose that had been sitting in my workshop in the basement for several years. But when I removed the leaking hose in the kitchen and compared it to the replacement I found that it had a brass tube that fit into the quick-release valve connecting it to the faucet assembly. Whereas the replacement had a 3/8" female coupling on the end of the spray hose. So I was looking for a short brass tube fitting with a 3/8" threaded base that would fit into the replacement spray hose to connect it to the quick-release valve.When I got to the store it was very busy. I found the assistant in the plumbing department where the fittings are but he was busy with another customer so I waited for a few minutes until there was a break in his conversation with the other customer. When I showed him the old and new hose couplings he directed me to bay 5 and said he'd be there in a few minutes. So I did as directed and looked high and low while I waited for the assistant. About 10 minutes later he showed up and found the piece I was looking for in about 10 seconds. When I got home I added some teflon tape and threaded the new brass piece into the spray hose assembly and installed it in the sink and connected it to the quick-release valve. Then I turned on the hot and cold water and tested the new sprayer and voila! All is right with the world once more thanks to the knowledgeable people at the Home Depot at my favorite store on Coliseum Ave. in Nashua. 👏👏👏

tim Pelletier: I had a 5 gallon bucket of paint and I opened the seal not realizing you can't do that if you need to return it or to tint it the woman that runs the paint department came over and said she can tint it but that I would have to stir it with a drill wich I was fine with because otherwise I'd have 5 gallons of paint I can't use she helped so much and saved me 165 dollars excellent worker I thank her so much for this
