Westford Regency Inn and Conference Center: what do users think?
IRENE WANAMBISI: Imma be honest here, the service is awful, u have to pay for every single thing, you have to basically doordash everything. Only thing u get when u book the room is a bed. Even the TV u have to spend extra money to get a show or movie that you like. Just go if ur willing to spend money every day. But it's just not worth it. Room service is awful. We were there for 5 days and no one showed up to take out the trash. It's just awful.
Tom g: Clean and nice place. Maid doesn't come through to prep room every day. No complaints... Still use big physical keys for the room. Needs minor updatingFood & drinks: Restaurant opened only 3 days a week
b 13: So I love location but had a family with kids running up and down hallways till 2 am ! Had front desk come to knock on the door three time 9 pm 11 pm and 12 if I lived closer would went home ! Got no sleep and my son didn’t sleep at all either and pool was closed ! Was told I get a complimentary room on another date now the manager who promised me that no longer works there wish someone would reach out and make it right
C Rubs: Went for Mother's Day brunch. 1:30 reservation for 14. Food was not replenished as we were told it would be. IIt seemed that they were overwhelmed and could not keep up. $35 a person flet ripped off. Will not return
Robert Farrington: Was disappointed that the pool was closed. Restaurant service was good.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
John Parmelee: Don’t stay here. Overall, this place catfishes using images and is not what it seems. The pool hasn’t been open in 2 months and the place still uses metal keys. Claims to be renovated but is definitely haunted and old. Paint is peeling in the hallways, rooms look old, barely and water pressure, etc. breakfast isn’t even free. Almost 300 dollars for a one night stay at a terrible hotel, will not be coming here any time soon
John Stamatopoulos: Have been going here for years for either Easter and Mother's day brunch until COVID. Went this year for Mother's day brunch. The most horrible experience ever. Will not be returning. Too many issues to list here.Service: 1/5 …More
Zachary Dalton: Staff 4/5:Staff was friendly, helpful and patient with all sorts of guests.Rooms 3/5:The carpets FELT dirty. I'd bet they hadnt been steam cleaned in years.Wish there was an extra blanket in the room as it got cold and I had to sleep on the couch.** reserved a 2 bed room and was given a 1 bed king for 2 adults**Location 4/5:Solid area right off the highway. Super close to shopping, coffee and restaurants. This felt like a solid area of safety despite it being off the highway. Loved that there was a bar inside.Price 3/5:Just an average price for the services provided.Nothing over the top. Middle of the road value.14/20= about 3 stars.Rooms: Fine rooms.NEED to clean the carpets... more than vacuuming.Nearby activities: Loads close by. Sports arena, local parks, shopping etc.Safety: Fairly safe.A few guests seemed intoxicated but the staff handled them well.Walkability: Not a walkable area.Food & drinks: There was breakfast provided I believe. The hotel bar is outrageously priced.$12 for a jack and coke... legit a joke.

Sconsigliato.
Toby Huang: rather dated infrastructure, not very sound proof. it serves as a great conference venue.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Bob: As always, nice clean room. Our reservation ready and as ordered. The staff is polite and eager to please. Definitely an excellent choice for staying overnight.Rooms: Clean. Quiet. Attractive.

Fred Phillips: Well I didn't stand here for the past 15 years whenever I come up to corporate in they're usually comfortable rooms that are quiet I don't hear the neighbors a lot but they built so many other hotels in the area recently that they have much better location and relationship to food and other shopping. I don't know when the last time I saw the pool working here was and you definitely wouldn't want to steal the towels toilet paper or Kleenex I'll tell you that. But I did have a problem with the heel ripping off one of my shoes and one of the maintenance men was very nice and helped me fix it with some gorilla glue.

kathy mackintosh: The people manning the front desk were very nice and professional. I gave a low rating because of breakfast. See rant below.Rooms: Very clean, plenty of towels and pillowsSafety: Well lit spacious parking lotFood & drinks: I actually am unhappy about the breakfast at this location. First of all, it ended at 9:00 on a Sunday morning. Every other hotel, including Holiday Inn Express, has breakfast until 10:00. But fine, they told me the night before. What I did not expect was for there to be hardly anything to eat at 8:40am. There was a pan of scrambled eggs and 2 single sausage links on the hot side. Pancake machine was broken. There were 3 empty, what smelled like cinnamon, Danish containers on the counter. There was plenty of breads/bagels. I saw the person 3 people ahead of me get the last piece of fruit. There was no cranberry juice or coffee. There were two (2) Empty Coffee dispensers. I mean, come on! My party was not the last party that came in to get breakfast. I realize that the hotel was completely booked (I got the last room) and that people were coming down late (I bet most of us were in the gillette parking lot until after 2:00 in the morning) but if you advertise having breakfast, there should have been enough breakfast available until the posted hour. At the very least, there should have been coffee.Upon reading other reviews, this Pancake machine has been broken for over a year. Why would it even be sitting on the counter? If it wasn't there, perhaps there would be room for more coffee dispensers. Just a thought.

Holiday Inn & Suites Marlborough, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Anonymous Anonymous: Felt like was staying add a consecration camp in for immigrants. Noisy children yelling, people talking loud. Think people are living at the hotel mostly loud obnoxious entitled African decent people.Felt like I was staying in the ghettos of Harlem NYC. Never will stay here again. Especially paying for one night over $170.00.
Patty Knight: The whole experience was amazingRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Rachel Johnson: Unfortunately, this hotel did not have hot water throughout our one night stay. The person at the front desk was very rude. He kept saying he was just the messenger. We were not given a refund or discount or credit for our stay. By the time we arrived, it was 10:30pm and not enough time to find a different hotel.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Maverick Zalewski: Honestly lit as hell was not expecting the interior decor to be lit, krunk, and turnt but it most certainly was
Shaundra Miles: The stars are only for location and convenience. This hotel is just awful. I’ll start with the positives: The location is amazing. Just minutes away from multiple food and shopping establishments. It is a very peaceful and serene area. The pool at the hotel was very clean and the water was warm. That aside, the room and staff are reasons why I will never return. When I arrived the first room was filthy. The “living room” carpet had a large sticky spot on it. I noticed it because I was walking around and my sneaker got stuck. The bathroom was never cleaned properly. There was hair all over the toilet, walls and ceiling! Yes, the ceiling. There was also mildew in the tub and the calking was peeling. I called down to the front desk and was moved to a different room. The second room, while slightly better, was still disappointing. The furniture was scratched. The headboard was scratched so badly it looked like someone or something was trying to escape. The tub was peeling all over. And my favorite part is that upon booking, the room description said it had a “full kitchen” but all I got was a bunch of empty cabinets, a large counter space with a tiny sink and a mini fridge. I booked this room for 5 days and had no utensils whatsoever! When I called down to the front desk to inquire about plates, forks and cups I was told “yeah we have some but you’ll have to come get it yourself” *click*. I thought to myself, maybe they’re busy right now, so I went to the lobby to get them. I get there only to be given paper plates, plastic forks, knives, spoons and styrofoam bowls! Are you kidding me!? $900 and that’s what I get? The young guy at the front opened a door and I saw actual ceramic plates and he says “nah, those ain’t for upstairs”, chuckled and closed the door. When I say I am appalled and in disbelief. I would expect this from a motel 6 or something. When I asked why there were empty cabinets I was told “customers always get confused. It’s a “kitchen-like setup” not an actual kitchen.” So I ask, what is the point? If I had the energy I would’ve tried to get a refund and find a different hotel, but it was my birthday and based on the experience I was having, I knew I wouldn’t get anywhere. With that being said, the pictures will speak for themselves.

Christian Mario: I would rate it higher because it was a nice room, but we booked the room directly on their website and they couldn't "find it" when we tried to check in. We had the confirmation number and everything and yet we sat in the lobby for TWO HOURS before they ended up just booking us for an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ROOM just to get us in. Luckily we got a refund for the first room right away and Jonathan at the front desk was a great help during the entire process. It's just a shame the website, customer support, and I.T. support were all useless. Oh well.If you are able to check-in, you'll find it's a nice place to stay. Otherwise you're probably wasting your time (at the front desk while people wait in line behind you just trying to pay for a snack).
Jennifer Norford Cooper: Really bad hotel, if you like your room clean, don't come here, we requested room services 3 times, and they didn't clean the room. Overall it worked for my needs.

Alexander Canaday: Stayed here on way to Moving to Boston with a Penske truck and trailer. Hotel staff really helpful and very nice and personable. Little outdated but very clean and very quiet.
Stephanie Hudson: I've been to the Boston area quite a few times for work but this is by far my favorite hotel. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, staff is very friendly, room was clean, and price is fair. The area has plenty of great restaurants and boutique-style shops.Today is National Popcorn Day so the manager created signs and put baskets in the lobby filled with popcorn treats. What a wonderful gesture that made being away from home feel special.
Mansi Rathi: Nice and clean rooms, staff members were cooperative and available when required.. free breakfast.. restaurants options available nearby to dine in or delivery.. located in old historic town so not much crowded or active at night..
Dale Wynn: I recently posted a bad review by mistake as DaleS.I am attempting to rectify it. I was traveling with a group of 4 senior ladies. This hotel was very safe and although the location was 45 minutes from Boston, it was our best decision. The room and facility was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was great and the staff exceptional. Everyone was friendly, especially the lady preparing breakfast. She asked if we wanted a special order every morning. She even baked cookies at home and gave them to us! I highly recommend this hotel. I apologize for the previous review as it was for another hotel in one of the other New England States during our visit.
Warren Pratt: Great king bed room. Not a cookie cutter hotel. Charming place to stay.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Rebecca Byers: This is as cozy, nice and clean as you're going to get for a chain hotel at this price point! It's my third stay here and the quality has been consistent. Great breakfast options and friendly staff, too. My favorite place to stay while in the area.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Alon: I am currently staying at the hotel and the staff is less than helpful. The rooms have a strong smell of mildew... It's an old hotel and I'm guessing the carpeting is original. It's a pet friendly hotel and dogs shed, but they clearly don't clean the rooms. The initial room I was in was covered in dog hair! It's dated and could use a refresh. Bring your own pillow...the ones here, like the carpets, are likely original!

Front desk is totally unprofessionalShe was rude and charged my card 3 times seems like she didn’t know what she was doing while there was another person just standing there talking to her2. The place is disgusting I checked in at 11pm yesterday and they were knocking at the door it was time to check out I paid $200 a night3. While I check out I ask why was I charged 3 x the guy explained but didn’t seem like he enjoy his job ☹️ I asked to speak to the manager to see if she could explain the charges and to tell her about the experienced I had and she seemed like she was I the daze she would talk like a robot and stare. Please do not give this place your money you will regret it!

Anne Leonard: Disgusting room and rude staffRooms: Ugh not clean at allSafety: Looks like a lot of drug use is going on here
Sean Brennan: Please trust me and spend whatever you must (and I know it's already expensive) to get yourself a better hotel room somewhere else. We paid $197 for this hotel for one night, and that is an absolutely ridiculous, obscene price for what you get. I wouldn't pay more than 120 for this place. In fact, we were just in Chicago for three nights in a gorgeous hotel by the river for $155 a night. How on earth they could charge so much for so little in this place is a mystery. Really needs a lot of time and money to make it halfway decent again. It was filthy, had living and dead bugs, a window wouldn't lock shut, and it just looked dingy in a very unnerving way. I always read reviews before I book hotels, so I was honestly shocked at how bad this place was. The so-called transitional housing situation wasn't an issue at all. The people were very nice, as were all the staff. But the place is absolutely aching for better housekeeping standards and needs much more money spent on fixing it up.

Ryan Gosselin: Overcharged, and we didnt even stay the whole night due to the terrible conditon this hotel is in. All the hallways smell terrible and the rooms were not clean. Stains on the bed, walls etc. Dried blood in the tub. Front desk lady was extremely rude as well. How they are in business is beyond me. Stay away at all costs.
Tommie Dunn Concrete: Staff was friendly and helpfulRooms: Where properly clean and stockedSafety: No one was loitering around the property witch made me even saferFood & drinks: Plenty of food and drinks for the familyNoteworthy details: There was always someone there to answer any questions that you may have had
William Brissette: Deplorable. The sheets were stained, covered in black specks, stains all over the carpets and chairs and the halls and rooms reeked of some mix of cigarette and sweat. I couldn’t stay longer or I’m sure more things would have come to light. The staff was helpful with my cancellation and honest about the overall condition of the building.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5 …More
Ramon Parchment: Do not go there!!My mom's experience at the Quality Inn fell below my expectations. My mom's stay was marred by several issues that made for an uncomfortable and unsafe visit.Firstly, the presence of homeless individuals outside the lobby entrance was a cause for concern. Not only was it an unwelcoming sight, but it also posed a potential safety hazard.Furthermore, my double queen room could have been better. It was not clean and lacked proper maintenance, leaving a less-than-desirable odor in the air. The towels provided were also dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The most concerning aspect of my stay occurred in the bathroom. The shower rod was not properly secured, and unfortunately, it fell and hit my aunt, resulting in a distressing incident. Despite reporting the matter to the management, they did not provide any incident report or seem to take it seriously.Overall, I would not recommend staying at the Quality Inn, especially if it is the only option available. In such a case, it may be better to sleep in your car or consider rescheduling your trip. The issues I encountered during my stay made for a disappointing and even dangerous experience.
Barbara Loux: There was a rodent trap right near head of bed, the pillows were dirty, there were bugs in the bread at breakfast, they kept my 50.00 incidental fee and kept insisting they returned it. When I called to work this out, they fought with me and then hung up on me. I do not recommend this hotel!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Charles Lewis: This place is a DUMP....LITERALLY. There was trash dumped in the grass around the landscaping that was visible. The furniture in the rooms were not only old..but some had stains all over them. Im talking ripped upholstery...holes in the walls...stains on the blankets. I had a room with a double bed and one of the beds appeared to be recently slept in. The other bed was ok... I guess. Walking in the front lobby you will be thinking..ok...not bad. But after you get your room key it's like walking into the "upside down" on stranger things. As a black traveler...im used to being given a less than optimal room intially..so my wife are always prepared to ask for a better room. So we did. The second room was worse. It was 10 pm...we stayed. Made the best of it. But if you can avoid IT. Don't STAy HERe. I paid over 100 bucks for this nightmare of a room. It should be illegal for them to charge that much. If this room were 50 bucks...I would have saved my thumb strength and said "you get what you pay for"...but for 100!? Nah
Glenn Gravlin: I was personally very disappointed in my experience. The staff were not helpful. I was argued with and disrespected. My room was cold and dirty. SpringHill Suites by Marriott Devens Common Center: what do users think?
Matt Williams: We stayed in June, 2023. I thought the reviews about thin walls were overly sensitive people but I was wrong. Normally I don't mind some muffled noise from other rooms but the walls are so thin here we could hear full conversations happening at normal speaking levels in the rooms to either side of us, and every step the people in the room above us took was like thunder in our room. Wondering when your neighbor is taking a shower? You'll hear that too!Otherwise the rooms and hotel overall were nice and clean, parking was easy, and there were a couple decent restaurants nearby. Location couldn't be better if you are in town for an event at Rogers field - you can walk there in less than 10 minutes.
Michael LeBlanc: We stayed a few nights in June of 2023. It was a very comfortable stay and a nice location for what we were doing in the area. Our room was nice and quiet so that was a big plus. Breakfast was buffet style and had a variety of offerings. Would stay here again.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Alejandro Romero: Good space in the lobby to hangout and the rooms are nice and comfy. Everything is pretty far but there's a nice restaurant right next to hereRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Purplelocs S: This facility is very nice. My room was clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and professional.Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, so you hear every door open and close. Then I had grown men outside in the parking lot drinking and playing bean bags on a wooden platform. The constant banging of the bags went on for 3.5 hours. The hotel management offered me ear plugs. My noise cancelling ear buds didn't help.My final opinion, STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Sky Weigel: This hotel might as well as a motel 6 sign on the front. Can hear clearly every word, snore, tv show from the rooms next door. If you hope to leave well rested forget it. Did not eat breakfast, didnt look good.Extremely let down by how thin the walls are.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Alice Gorski: Nice, clean hotel with convenient location and plenty of parking. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jackie C: Great stay, good location. Friendly staff (front desk, house keeping, breakfast staff) from check in to ck out, they all made our stay a good one. Breakfast choices were fabulous, the souffle, breakfast sandwiches, eggs, muffins, toast etc) The "breakfast ladies" were amazing!!! Even if you were not a morning person & you went to breakfast, they always greeted you with a smile, a cheery hello & food conversation. We did have a couple of incidents over the weekends with kids running up & down the hallways, the stairwell & being in the gym without their parents. The front desk staff did intervene & handled the situation well. I would stay here again whenever I'm on the area. Hopefully it would be when it's a little warmer & there was no snow on the ground.
Perry: Reasonably price
Nu Man: Very happy with everything hereRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Richard Robin: Very close to work location! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great value!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Ken Ramsey: Friendly staff, fresh coffee, and well stocked breakfast.
Linda Fredette: By far, the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! So helpful & accommodating! The breakfast was surprisingly really great! Lots of options for various diet needs.Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a little too warm in my room, and I had a hard time adjusting it. I ended up putting the AC on to cool it off a bit. But otherwise, the room was perfect. Will definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel highly!
Samantha Myatt: We often stay here when we come back to MA. Soft beds friendly staffRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Brett Robinson: Good hotel. Staff are friendly. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired.

Kenneth Sharp: I've stayed at a number of Hampton inns over the years, and usually have a good experience. This last weekend was no exception. There's a lovely pool for the kids to unwind and play, and a wonderful breakfast each morning. I took a quick walk on the treadmill in the exercise room, and slept comfortably on the clean beds each night.

Megs R: Hotel was a bit dated but everything was clean and we always love Hampton Inn mattresses. Service was great and friendly. The only negatives are that the walls are so thin. We had very loud neighbors wake us up at 2am...My husband called the front desk to let them know. They quieted down a little about 20 minutes later. We could also hear parking lot noise from the 3rd floor.
Ann-Marie Liberatore: We had the most incredible experience at this hotel, after a very difficult travel experience. We would like to give a shout out to the dedicated employees of this hotel. Nicki (Nikki), Omar, Denise and Sergio - EXCELLENT care and guest services. The room was clean, very comfortable and exactly as it is displayed online. Nicollette Reiss: We stayed in a bridal suite at Hilton Garden Inn Devens Common for our wedding and it was a wonderful hotel! The suite was comfortable, spacious, and the perfect size for my bridal party and me to get ready in with our hair & makeup stylists. We made welcome bags for our guests and they graciously made sure everyone had one. We hosted an after-party in the lobby of the hotel with catered pizza and everyone loved it! The event coordinator Ashley, was fantastic to work with. She was so timely with her responses and answered every single question I had, and I had a lot! I would highly recommend this hotel!
Susan Mennella: Exceptional staff that took care of all of our needs!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Sonya “Yanna” Pedigo: We ordered king room and were stuck with 2 queen bed room with explanation that we changed our order, which is not true and that they don't have kings anyway. We said OK we will live with it. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the breakfast was $19 per person, and one of the key didn't work not to talk about the barking neighbors, chihuahua. Yup, as my husband said the more we pay the less we get. Our friends were in Mariott and they were much happier.
Jeffrey Crown: Reception was really a struggle, had to wait for staff to complete some personal interactions before serving the guest. The rest of the stay was Hilton quality, always top notch. One concern I had was that there were no USB ports in the rooms.Safety: I felt safe in this facility, the back doors actually retired a keycard to gain entry.
Melissa Jensen: Hot tub and pool were freezing. Beds not very comfortable. One peleton bike in gym which hotel wouldn’t pay subscription for. Breakfast decent but expensive.Nearby activities: Near large sports facility.
essivi vodjogbe: Nastiest place to stay. Is there a way to give zero star? I changed room 3 times at check in but they all the same. The smell was horrible the stain on beds, bathroom, toilet... It was just horrible with horrible customer service.Rooms: Just nasty. I paid for 3 nights but couldn't stay a night.
Brian Gonzalez: Neat and excellent work with the rooms and the breakfast!

Andy Tolbert: Great staff, super friendly and helpful. The room is nice, bathroom a little small, especially for my 6'7" teenager, but that's every hotel bathroom with him.Had an amazing hamburger at the bar downstairs. Cooked to perfection, and the meat was high quality. The fries were also cooked just right. Friendly service and met a soldier from the nearby army base. She, too, was very friendly and had some cool tattoos!Definitely recommend a stay if you are here.
Gabriel Callejas: It says free breakfast but you have to pay for it about $21Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Tina Lavornia: We stayed 2 nights and 2 rooms and one of the selling points was the indoor pool. The pool was freezing cold. Kids including our own did not want to go in. So there ended up being 12 kids In the hot tub.Rooms were ok. Need updatingResturant was good and fitness center was adequate

Kayla Anderson: The staff here is very friendly, they have a patio where you can sit and talk with others. I think it's a good location because you don't here the cars from the highway, the only downside is that they don't tell you that they have a 28 day policy which means you can't stay over the 28th day. Also there is mold in every room, and they just try scrubbing it with cleaner which doesn't help the mold at all.

Tony Figueroa: We have stayed at this hotel a few times. I am not sure I will return. The hotel isn't bad but my last staff interaction has me speechless. I deal with the public and know when a line is cross and this time it was clearly crossed. I booked two hotel rooms, however a friend was staying in the second room. I asked the hotel to hold the second rooms keys and give to my friend who I wrote his name on the keys. I get a call at near midnight that they won't give him the keys. I have to get out of bed and go see why. This is when things go sideways. I am practically yelled at, finger stuffed in my face saying how I'm responsible if anything happens. How they aren't a party hotel and will throw us out if anything happens. We are there to work at our automotive hobby shop, not party. It was uncalled for and beyond unprofessional.

Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Framingham: what do users think?
Itati Medrano: Couch had stain after we switch the second time and gave us the 5th floor. There was tape in the drain. We had the 4th floor first and they gave us a handicappedroom which we didn't select handicapped. The 4th floor smelled like someone was smoking cigarettes. Then we went back downstairs and the lady downstairs was rude when we asked to change rooms. We paid $25 difference. I would not come back to this hotel. No thanks. I would go somewhere where I'm treated fairly and not being rude and not wanting to give us what we SELECTED!😡😡😡
Robert Gonzalez: There was paint in the floor, hair and fir on the bed the AC had tape to hold it up.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Zariah Gonzalez: Nasty, the room I was in was absolutely nasty, I'll never come again. the beds has black dots everywhere there was hair everywhere, some spilled liquid on the pull out bed and crusty paint on the floorsRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Subra Subramaniam: This place is a dump. The rooms are shappy and ill maintained. The toilets are dirty and all rusted, including the bathtub and soap dish - I wonder how plastics develop rust. The staff look and behave like they have not been paid for over a yesr and really don't care when you try to talk to them or make requests. The breakfast handling and organization is both frustrating and hilarious. This is the first place I have come across that does not have butter or any type of spreads for breakfast. They keep saying that they have run out of it which seems to be a standard excuse for everything. Although they have housekeeping service, they don't provide it even if you request it and ask you to come to the front desk to collect fresh towels if you need them. The TV though there, is as good not being there as there is no way you can get the remote to work.Overall, if you decide to still stay there, do so at your own peril. We just got out of there at the first available opportunity.Rooms: Shabby and ill maintained. Unhealthy.Noteworthy details: The Hotel is filthy and terrible and the staff is dissatisfied and look frustrated.
Rembert Schofield: I arrived to a hotel where 1 of 2 elevators were working. In my room, there was no hairdryer. I called the front desk for two days and each time I was told to call back in the morning. The breakfast was not fit for anyone. And the pool is nonexistent. And let's not forget the store--it was mostly empty. Just sad.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jeff Marshall: Room was nice with a kitchenette. Good for short and long term stays. It was in a quiet area with little to no traffic noise even though it's close to the highway. Was a little difficult to find as it's in a corporate office park so signage wasn't great. Overall a good value.Food & drinks: Continental breakfast which included hot options along with fruit and yogurt.
Mark Hopkins: This hotel is in need of a refresh. Breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful. The room is worn but clean. The kitchen sink drain was slow and the disposal is not working. Towels had holes. The upholstery on the kitchen chair is very worn. The bathtub was clean but the bottom surface is very worn. Come on Marriott, time to invest!Rooms: See main review comments. The room we were in needs a refresh.Walkability: Not walkable.Food & drinks: Breakfast was the saving grace of this hotel. No restaurant in the hotel for other meals.
Barbara Arnold: Room was serviceable...pullout bed was badly stained.Noteworthy details: Convenient locationRooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Patrick Rekczis: This place is a little outdated, we were told they were going to start renovations soon and may have a small time when it is shut down. Service was very accommodating and pleasant.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly …More
Paula Lyons-Barry: What an awful room!! Marriott should be ashamed of themselves! The pictures speak for themselves. If I could give a zero star I would.Dirty Towels!!! Couch in shambles. MARRIOTT I WANT MY MONEY BACK.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Demetrius Drew: Im a early morning rise and grind 💪🏿 person no BreakfastNo me.....Safety: Pleasantly 😎
kwalkfly: Location was great. However the room didn't get cleaned for an entire week until we asked, they said we hadn't been scheduled. The room itself had water damage to the ceiling and cabinets and bathroom, cobwebs around the ceiling. The staff didn't seem to care one way or another if we'd been taken care of, just kept saying they'd put us on the cleaning schedule. Finally our room was cleaned after 9 days. Had a bunch of kids running in the hall knocking on doors and windows, front desk said there was nothing they could do, wouldn't even contact their guardians. I don't hold them accountable for the kids actions, but they should have made an effort to say something and resolve the issue.
Kayla Devlin: Do not go to this place…we had a horrible stay here for a hockey tournament. When we arrived to check in at 3:00 they said our room wasn’t clean yet. We had to sit around and wait for over an hour to be able to check in, when check in time was 3:00. Also once we got to our room it was very dirty. They didn’t give us enough towels for the bathroom and some towels looked used!! Also the ice maker in the freezer had dirt all over it and in the ice. Plus the breakfast was absolutely gross, it looked like it had been sitting out all night long. Also it is in the middle of nowhere. Would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
Nadia Rife: Was charged $400 even though I booked through hotwire and paid in full with them. Cannot get the operations manager who I talked to when I checked out to call me back. Still have all these charges on my card and now one of them has been fully completed and is not pending anymore. Manager told me all of the charges would fall off my card and not be fully processed. It's been 3 full days since I checked out. Manager also told me they couldn't process my checking out because of all of the billing issues so they would email my final bill which should've been $0. I still haven't received that email either.
Andy Gerber: Housekeeping failed to show up; changed room on our last night to get a fresh room; heat didn't work; moved to another room; heat still didn't work. Got a space heater from the front desk. Other reviews over last year indicate long term problems with building heating. Substandard building maintenance. Fitness center is tiny, dirty, and has limited equipment. Pool is closed. This hotel should not be a Marriott property - it does not meet the standards of the brand.
Daniel Dunbar: Slow service
Michael Graff: Nice hotel, no complaints. The breakfast is nice, waffle maker, some cereals, pastries etc. All in all a good place to stay if you're visiting Framingham.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
