Kelly Angelo: I was disappointed with the lack of customer service at Natick location. We waited over 45 minutes for them to open on July 3, 2021, we left did some other shopping elsewhere came back 20 minutes later and they were opened. The young man working claims he was working in the warehouse out back which they don't have to small a store, why didn't he answer the phone or the knocking on the door if he was in the store???? Natick has definitely to the point of losing my business it is much more worth it to me to travel farther away for better customer service and a store that opens when is supposed to.

Jake Klein: This is a small store but has seemingly unlimited options plus they can order most other hats online. However one day I had a very painful experience here. I love everything there but wanted to keep it to one or two hats. I grabbed a patriots hat and a Phillies '76 pillbox hat. The lady asked me if I wanted my name stitched on the hats and I decided I'd have her put my last name on the pillbox one. So I pay $11 extra and she punches in my name to the software. "Can you do stitching on a pillbox?" I ask her before she starts "I think so but I'm not sure." So she clicks go and not 10 seconds the machine gets stuck and she has to pull the hat out. "On second thought," she says "no." She then proceeds to take an HOUR to try and pull the stitches out and then she says she can't but she can order it online and it'll come in 1-2 WEEKS. so I came in at 12:00 noon and it's now 1:15 and I ask if she can stitch the patriots hat without messing it up also. Then she told me that she also broke the machine😑

I did see workers trying to pick up but the amount of merchandise that is stuffed in that store is overwhelming. H&M should be out of business the way they run that store.

There was no organization whatsoever and there were piles of clothes cluttering the aisles, there really is no excuse for this and I don’t understand how any manager could let it get this bad. emma nancy: Every time I’ve been in there they treat me like I’m going to steal and it makes me very uncomfortable. I typically get 3-4 employees from the makeup section staring me down and following me but rarely ask if I need help. Even when I do buy something I still feel very judged. Sad but I just try to avoid it now if I can.
Marilyn MC: I went here to find a dress . Drove an hour and 17 mins. I loved walking thru this store . We used to have one in my hometown but they closed it . I didn’t find what I was looking for but I found my dress at another store in the same mall.
Andy Pham: I had a great experience working with Patricio from the Indochino inside the Nordstrom. He was very thorough with me and my groomsmen’s suit alteration and the suit came out great! He’s very friendly and has great charisma and I highly recommend having him do your alterations. Make sure to request him and not depend on the Indochino website to assign him to you.

Sara Pacheco: This is my third bad experience at the Natick Store. Especially at the shoe department. Unfortunately I did not get this ladies name but I spoke to Matt - supposely the dept manager and reported to him. I arrived at the counter to make a return and asked this lady if someone was available to help me, she rudely replied that I had to wait for someone to become available to “help” me. I understand they are busy but the way you interact with a customer can make a difference. Her tone annd attitude were not polite. Again, I will continue to shop online but will refuse to step foot at the Natick store.

Bill: This is an update to an old 1 star review. I had a negative experience a few years back. I walked in yesterday on my way into the mall not planning to shop at Nordstrom. I was approached by Amanda and an hour later I had the clothes I needed for my daughters wedding. Amanda was really great and restored my faith in Nordstrom. Knowledgeable, engaged and confidant. She even took pictures so I could text them to my wife and daughters for approval. Great experience! Thank you Amanda.

Nataliia Ost: 1 year later and rating dropped below 0. This ghost town needs to be closed down or serious training with all careless employees needs to take place. I approached one of the lazy Willeys resting on the counter with a simple request to order a product for me, please forgive me my intention get you a commission (use to work in retail, trying to be empathetic) and was smacked with "it is not available for order" while you can clearly see on the screen of the working phone that this item ready to be loved and sprayed. Ending up ordering from a different retailer($360)... The vibe of this place is generally wacky and unpleasant, spending money is fun, but definitely not here

Jordan Rich: The middle aged RBF brunette woman with circular glasses working at the Nars booth is insanely unfriendly and unlikeable. Not helpful when it comes to Nars makeup or proper sanitary measures. The attitude she gave me when I questioned applying a tester lipstick was INSANE especially given that, you know, we all went through a pandemic. The rest of the women working the makeup floor were kind and knowledgeable though when I spoke with them. Not sure what the Nars associate’s problem is but I’ll steer clear of her next time.

Karina Perozin: Always so messy, you can never find anything. And this is the only store where the fitting rooms are full of clothes and is always closed.
Diego Rojas: I hope that Zara realizes that customer service still matters in 2023 and invest a little bit more in training their employees. The guy at the register was not helpful and straight up rude. He threw the merchandise at the table when I told them that I didn’t need a bag and was constantly talking with his coworker even though I was asking questions.

I come here all the time and am never impressed, but today, a middle-aged blonde woman (seemed to be a boss of some sort) was giving attitude to every single customer coming in over a new scanning system that they decided to debut today - with what seems like no plan ahead of implementing the new system. It was an absolute mess and instead of being apologetic, she was very rude. Do better Zara!

That being said while the selection seemed to be decent, the line was the whole way to the door to checkout. Not to mention when I asked to try something on, the employee rudely stated that they were closed and you will need to make an educated guess. There were people just trying stuff on all over the store!!!!I’ve realized it’s pretty normal for the line to checkout at Zara to be super long and slow, I never expected the dressing room of a clothing store to be closed!! I was shocked and speechless. I won’t be coming back as I’ll stick with the one downtown.The only plus is that it’s in the mall on the second floor near Nordstrom. It was really easy to park under Nordstrom and take the elevator up.

The Strength House Gym: Store is continually not open when advertised - I was relying on them to pick up embroidered hats - showed up when told to get them and the store is closed even though it’s listed as open during this day and time frame

Moniz Mike: This Lids at the Marlborough Mall is one of a kind I had an incident with a hat that my grandmother gave me she's 90 years old in Portuguese and has no clue what she had purchase me she bought me a $50 fitted Patriots 59fifty fitted hat the Throwback logo from this year... since Christmas it's been my latest obsession to wear it I'm very proud and how nice it looked I'm a Mentos from my grandmother she doesn't have much time to live so I called the lids in Marlborough Mall and this awesome manager said that there is no problems bring the Hat in I'll see what I can do he was like an angel from heaven he was able to replace my hat for me at no charge and make my day impossible year and I'm now able to keep a Memento for my grandmother so Lids manager whoever you are since Christmas it's been my latest obsession to wear it and very proud I'm how nice it looked I momento for my grandmother she doesn't have much time to live so I called the lids in Marlborough Mall and this awesome manager said that there is no problems bring the hat in I'll see what I can do he was like an angel from heaven he was able to replace my hat for me at no charge and make my day and possible year and I'm now able to keep a momento for my grandmother so Lids manager whoever you are and your awesome and anyone and everybody should go to lids and buy two hats the second one's half off and they have the best selection again thanks Lids manager be there on payday to get two more!!!

I went to Hollister and the staff let us try things in the fitting rooms. And all the things we tried was kept in separate bin for disinfection. We ended up buying a lot of things from there. Need to fix in store procedures to keep people coming back and spending their money. I won't be surprised if this store will close soon.

The 1 worker was doing something to another hat (he was working by hand, not the embroidery machine) when I wanted to buy a hat, he told me "1 second"... I was ready to pay... I let him continue for about 5-7 minutes... (I didn't want to interrupt).... He never stopped doing what he was doing to the hat... I told him I was ready to buy.... He continued... didn't say one word, didn't even look up.....he saw me and my wife leave, he didn't say anything about what I wanted to buy..... i just walked out and didn't buy the hat because he wouldn't take my order... I shouldnt have to ask someone 3 times to take my money...

I asked the gentleman at the nearby kiosk if they were open today. He said yes, but that the employee just left on her break.Staffing the store with only 1 employee that leaves the store on break probably isn't the ideal way to attract customers. I hung around for 15 minutes and left when the employee hadn't returned.

Gatescaper: I was what looked like the first customer of the day. The girl behind the counter looked at me and said nothing. No greeting whatsoever. I asked about a style of hat and got a what you see is what we got. Then upon checkout she rang it up and never said a word...not even a total. Was it because I'm white? Male? I guess I'll never know, because I'll never spend $$ there ever again!

Derek Anderson: Lots of hats for every team you can think of...but don't expect a dollar store, they're on the top scale of $ for sports memorabilia. They also have jerseys and other sports wear. There is a glass enclosure at the register with football helmets and other similar items. Be prepare to pay $$$...but everything is made well. You get what you pay for.

I just picked up today and my beautiful golf shirt is ruined. They did such a horrible job. Like my colleague said” looks like a hot mess”. They gave me $ back for embroidery but now I’m out a golf shirt and all my time. Will never go back!!
Marty Beecy: Showed up to the Burlington Mall location TUES THE 25 @1230 and the door was locked..nobody there and no sign on door explaining?? UNPROFESSIONAL !!! 15 min later as I wondered if anybody would show up....Then the employee shows up holding food from the food court and says she's on lunch. I SAIDWHY didn't you put a sign up when your coming back. She says i didn't need to.I said yes you do! ....I'm being nice . I saw you standing here so I'm opening the door on my lunch break.If I just walked away before she came over then no sales on lunchBecause of her attitude ..walked away anyway!
