Saunter Walsh: What an awful mess! Had to step over piles of cloths, racks of twisted and stuffed in merchandise. I ended up leaving and spending my money at The GAP and Uniqlo. I did see workers trying to pick up but the amount of merchandise that is stuffed in that store is overwhelming. H&M should be out of business the way they run that store.

There was no organization whatsoever and there were piles of clothes cluttering the aisles, there really is no excuse for this and I don’t understand how any manager could let it get this bad. The whole crew needs an intervention ASAP!

Sam D: I am not sure if due to a staffing issue or what but the store was incredibly disorganized. It wasn't very busy as I went on a Wednesday afternoon, but there were heaps of clothes on the floor, clothes off hangers, and everything was misplaced. Huge turnoff and un-shoppable.

I went there looking for shoes for my wedding and the sales associate was cold, unwelcoming, snobby and made me feel like I'm not suited for her "high end store"I am a doctor and was very well dressed and extremely (although looks shouldn't affect how you treat customers). I tried not let her attitude ruin the Jimmy Choo experience for me but after trying on a couple of heels I was uncomfortable and left without buying anything. Will not be returning to that store again, or any other Jimmy Choo store for that matter.

From the moment I walked in everyone was incredibly encouraging. My consultant Avary was delightful. She allowed me to pick out dresses for the first round of trying them on.After I tried the first dress on Avary asked me questions and figured out my style within seconds. The consultants around me did a fabulous job encouraging their brides and helping them find their dresses. I encourage any bride to start their journey at David’s Bridal in Nashua, NH.

As plus size (22) it’s always a little scary to try on dresses but Sam made it an amazing experience. 10/10 go see Sam!

So I’ve done this, I knew what I wanted and Sam was so patient In helping me find the perfect fit. zee Nai: Came here to shop during the pandemic. They didn't let us try anything on. Not even a sweater over my clothes. What's next I cant touch them? I went to Hollister and the staff let us try things in the fitting rooms. And all the things we tried was kept in separate bin for disinfection. We ended up buying a lot of things from there. Need to fix in store procedures to keep people coming back and spending their money. I won't be surprised if this store will close soon.
