matt downing: Oh MYYY goodness, the beer was wonderful, and the two young ladies attending me gave such excellent service. There is nothing like fresh beer on tap to brighten one's day. They were so sweet; they made me promise to come back. I will keep that promise.

happylioneatsprey: I can honestly say Medusa Brewing Company is one of my happy places. Out of the many times we've visited, we have never had a negative experience. The selection of drinks is always new and exciting, the food by Taco Gato is phenomenal, and the staff are so welcoming. I'm always excited to explore their menu and fill up with delicious food and drinks.

Suzie Mason: Yes to everything here. All staff are professional, efficient, kind, respectful and so much fun! They hold very good events and fund raisers for progressive causes. They host fun theme nights and always come up with ways to include the community! They shake up their menu with different options. Everything I've had so far is delicious. Awesome tacos! For drinks I usually get The Duchovny with a shot of raspberry, or their Fizzy Cat hard seltzers. Plenty of selection for all different tastes. Supposedly they're doing a Magnum PI theme night some time in November 2023...👨🏽 Check them out if you haven't already!
Theodore Kruczek: Will have to try this again another time. Felt pretty ignored by the bartender and my milk stout fell kinda flat. The Taco Gato partnership worked great and our pretzel was delicious. Bartender who came in as we were leaving was much better but a bit too late. Another time I guess.
Alex Duncan: I was excited to visit, but ultimately let down by the experience. The beer was good, food sounded good but I never had a chance to order. We were at the brewery for 45 minutes and the staff talked to us once. The 2 bartenders and 1 waitress seemed to be consumed by looking at their phones and socializing on the far end of the bar. I rarely write reviews, and rarely am really disappointed by breweries or restaurants, but this was truly a disappointment. We were ready to order another round of beers and food, but the bartenders were nowhere to be found. The bar was not very busy either.

Stefanie P: First time in attempting to visit and we will NOT ever go back or recommend to anyone. When we attempted to open the door (first impressions are powerful, and again this was our first time visiting) a girl grabbed the door and blocked us and said “we’re at capacity you can’t come in right now”. It would not have been a big deal at all if she hadn’t been rude. She did not greet us or even say it in a friendly way. In fact she screamed it which was extra embarrassing when you are new to a place. As unwelcome as we felt we will not attempt to go back or recommend any of our friends visit. Instead we will stick with trusted locals like Wachusett Brewing where everyone is welcomed and staff are always friendly!

My body purged IT ALL. My husband also had stomach cramps all night and the following day.We called later that night and they didn't seem to care and we never heard back from them.The chicken sandwich aside from the salmonella, was dry as cardboard and I literally had to salt it after every bite.Husband said the beer was great.

William Held: Glad that I visited and have checked it off of my list.We were seated, but never waited on. If we were supposed to get up and go to the bar to be served, then we didn't get the memo. Eventually, we did get up and reseated at the bar where we were served. Never felt welcome, so we had one beer and left.On the positive side, it seems like and interesting place and in a good location. The beer tased fine, but it was expensive. My experience with service is a people issue that could have changed overnight, so I rated them 3 stars rather than a 1 or 2. That being said, I have no reason to go back.
