Sean Crane: Kudos to Derek and his team! Broke down on i90 and found these guys. They completely knocked it out of the park: right parts, fair price, had no qualms about me doing a tailshaft seal off to the side of the parking lot... even with a trailer behind me!. When I needed to size up some hardware they let me take it outside. I made a tool out of hardware and shop across the street welded it for me. Parts folks were friendly, informed, and helpful.

Guy is literally at the register all lights ON just staring at me banging on the door. Send me my REFUND NOW!! Never again. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

HuffPuff Productions: Discovered I ordered the wrong part after tearing apart my car, called CARQUEST of Framingham and they told me they could have the part sent over from another store a few towns over and it would be there in 20 minutes. Talk about great service...these guys came in clutch big time, all other stores told me I had to wait a few days!

Joe Hicks: Hands down the worst customer service I can imagine. I just made a purchase, and the guy at the desk wouldn't even greet me. When I handed him the wrong amount of money, all he did was stare at me and repeat the cost. I've worked in retail for 20 years, 10 of that was in automotive, and I can't possibly imagine allowing someone that rude to wait on customers.

Victoria Baribault: My friend & I were taking a road trip up to Maine when we had an issue with the underpan coming loose on her car and dragging. Our gps brought us to this car quest and a man.. no, I’m sorry, a HERO, named Rich didn’t hesitate to come right out and look at the car. Find all the right bolts and parts needed and got on his hands and knees to fix the issue. He was very kind, and went out of his way to make sure we were safe and got back on the road as soon as possible. Thanks for saving our trip, Rich!!!! Give this hero a raise!

Julie Ford: My husband needed a car battery. He walks in the store a employee felt like looking at her cell phone was more important than attending to a customer. My husband asked her for a certain kind of battery, she couldn't find it, called her manager who also seemed bothered with my husband presence asking for the same item a second time. Long story short - people need to learn more customer service, how to be kind and bypass the racial judgments. He then went to auto zone in Billerica and had awesome customer service as it should be.

suzanne p: Totally ripped off yesterday, could have save $30 buying oil in a different volume format. I had always had great help and service at the Westboro NAPA until yesterday. Car needed oil, they were close, I was late meeting someone so ran in and bought a 6 pack of 0W20 I didn't notice any price on the display. When I got to the register, Rob rang up the sale & I questioned the price, it seemed high. I had seen the price for a single quart. I specifically asked about a discount for buying more, Rob assured me it was cheaper to buy more. What he didn't tell me was in the format I was purchasing it wasn't cheaper it was the same price as buying individual quarts. So I learned my lesson make sure you ask explicit questions or avoid Rob. I'll try to stick to the younger kids in the future more helpful.

Very silent.He did not have the proper tool to measure the fan belt so he was trying to fold it over and measure it up against something on a table.I told him to STOP doing that. But he continued damaging it.We talked in circles for a while and I finally just left.Btw, These guys must not believe that there is a pandemic. They were some sort of ridiculous cloth thing around their necks and pull them up when someone walks him. Well, not all of them, just the guy who was waiting on me. Ridiculous!
