Tennis is a great way to get fit. Regular play can keep you in great shape without it even feeling like work. Adult group-lessons are a great way to learn tennis, or improve your technique if you already play. Being part of a group is also great fun. For children, there are beginner, improver, and advanced lessons available at each age group.
During every week of the summer, at Halloween, Christmas, and Easter, 'holiday weeks' are run for children aged 5 to 14 years old. These provide three hours of coaching each day, Monday to Friday.
There are doubles nights and a variety of classes for all levels. The centre also has a Pickleball Club. Additionally, three teams will be entering Mixed Leagues in the spring, with weekly competitions and FREE coaching available for non-league players.
The 'A' team will be in Division 1, having won Division 2 in 2022 and finished mid table in Division 1 last year. Members are encouraged to come along to their home matches, support them, and watch some top-class tennis.
There are great coaches available to work with individuals who want to improve their game. Additionally, individuals can get the FREE 'Play More Tennis' app by registering with their email address to book a court.
