Jordan S: Courtesy Cabs is accurately named, as the experience from first phone call to cheerful coordinator, through to incoming txt confirmation, through to prompt pick-up at appointed arrival time, further through to agreed price to Airport by comfortable car driven by genial and pleasant driver. Will recommend them and use them again.
Filipa Santos: Used for a while and kept giving them chances even tho half the time I booked the day before they never showed up in the morning. Unorganised, kept saying they had nothing written for it. Completely gave up on them when I was left in a dangerous road at night waiting 40min for a taxi when I had booked it 2h in advance and called to confirm 30min prior to the pick up time. The drivers are nice enough just a very unorganised company. Not reliable so unfortunately had to move on.

Richard McMullan: My girlfriend has anxiety, I booked a taxi from the train station to our house because I couldnt pick her up like usual.It was booked in the app with my name, destination and a note about my girlfriend.Someone else got in the taxi and the driver just decided that was fine and left her stranded.Thats understandable and happend but when I called up their advice was to just go on the app and order another one, no apologies or offer to send one now, just book it myself and wait another 40 minutes.Always go FonaCab
Colin McGregor: Hab booked a taxi for 7 to get me to the airport for my 830 flight the taxi never turned up I phoned several times was told they couldn't give me a time as they were buisey I had to phone a relative to rush me to the airport what's the point in pre booking if it doesn't turn up
Mark Braiden: I've noticed a decline in reliability with Value cabs. Decided to give a review after one too many disappointments. You just can't get speaking to a real person anymore. The automated booking system takes your booking with an estimated arrival time then texts to tell you that your taxi is running late, and running late now seems to mean your taxi won't arrive. It's my last time using them.
Okila Abdieva: Extremely rude customer service, drivers taking the longest road to charge you extra money, uber and other companies never charge you extra for entering the parking in airport but they charge £3 so I would not recommend at all

Would be great, if the App would tell me the approx. time I have to wait for the booking to be assigned to a driver.

Paula Rogan: This company is an absolute disgrace. As other reviews have said, we pre booked a taxi 5 hours before needed for midnight. By 12.15, we were sent a text saying they are busy but we are a priority. I called to be told they haven't assigned a driver but would be there in 20 minutes. Called again at 12.30 and told the same thing. It was then CANCELLED by them with no explanation. I had to call my 75 year old mother to see if she could pick us up at 1.30 in the morning. Totally irresponsible and dangerous to leave people stranded at that time of mor ing, especially people on their own. Avoid at all costs.

It was booked for 23.50hrs at a bar on Ormeau Road.After 2 texts from Value Cabs telling me there would be a delay and I was a priority, and also a phone call by me to the depot, after waiting 20 mins no taxi turned up. As a lone female I felt very vulnerable. After an hour of waiting I got a message to say they had cancelled my cab!!! I was left to find another way home. Not acceptable!!

Nina Morley: We have just spent four days in Belfast and was recommended value cabs by a fellow cab company who drove us from the airport. We downloaded the app and used them on four occasions. Three out of the four drivers were really lovely knowledgeable guys telling us the history as we drove around. Would definitely use this company if we return to belfast again. Wish we had a company like this back home.
